I absolutely love potbelly’s!! The food here is always great and the vibes are even better. The Mac and cheese is my absolute favorite.

Really great sandwiches, especially for the price. This specific restaurant is always very clean and the staff is always very friendly, helpful and efficient. As someone who loves subs and sandwiches of all kinds, this is my go to choice for its high quality and low price.

Emily at 1960east location went up and beyond to help out customers. We experienced a fire at our home and lost everything. We came in asking for boxes she did not have any but gave us a free lunch! We appreciate any help! I hope others will come and help support this local establishment!

This place is absolutely awesome! I ordered the Mediterranean with chicken and a cup of chili. Sounds simple enough ,but good lord. These sandwiches are the BOMB! It's not only the sandwiches that make this place so lovable though. The customer service is second to none. This is my fourth time here, the Sandwiches are always "Good Food". I enjoy the sandwich technicians sandwich suggestions. Keeps the taste buds on point. With that being said. Their sandwiches run from $5.45 on up to $9.05.They also advertise the mac and cheese with toppings (I've never tried it) for $3.50 up to $6.15, Ice creams, Soups, Chips, drinks, cookies, shakes, malts, and smoothies are separately charged as they should be. Very kind and helpful staff. The atmosphere is enjoyable as well. For me, it's not an everyday stop, but we'll worth it when I drop in. I've never had a bad experience here... Can't imagine anyone would.

First timer the Overall experience was good.

Good choices to pick from. One of the few places around that offer soups. The bread is amazing on their sandwiches.

This was my first time trying a Potbelly Sandwich Shop, and I do believe I'll be trying it out again! I was impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. I got an original size Pizza Melt, no mushrooms, add onions and hot peppers. It was delicious. I picked up a bag of Zapps Hotter n Hot Jalapeño kettle chips to go with my sandwich and was not impressed. The flavor was extremely bland. The crunch was good, though. The employees were very kind and fast. They made a great first impression. For the sandwich, chips, regular drink, and a 10% tip, I spent $15.35. A little pricey, but the quality of the food makes up for it.

And it was really good both the sandwich and the chicken pot pie... the only thing I wish they would have gave me the option of toasted or not toasted because they automatically toasted the sandwich and they're Italian BMT doesn't have as much meat on it as Jersey Mike's... But everything else it was great.

Their new roast beef sandwhich was also pretty good, but if you don't like horseradish make sure to get regular mayo. Good place. Good job, guys.

Great food, but they shorted me on plasticware in a to-go order.

Have done online orders twice in the past month and both times it has been wrong when I get home. First time I ordered 2 sandwiches and had the toppings backwards. Second time ordered a clubby and got no bacon

Horrible service, ignorant stuff, went by and asked if they had gluten free buns they obviously didn’t have a clue what gluten even is, he kept asking me to repeat the question got frustrated very quickly defenetly not the way to treat a customer.

I asked if the snacks were already in the bags for the kids meals and she stated "yes." One order was incomplete after I checked. I told her "thank you" after she gave me the missing snack and she replied with an "uh huh" again. A "you're welcome" or "have a nice night" is the appropriate response. I not only pay for a fresh meal, I pay for people to be courteous at the least.
