Walked in today to place a happy birthday donut order. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I couldn't help but grab a few donuts lol they did not disappoint. The kolaches and croissants looked amazing I can't wait to go back and try them. If you never been definitely give them a try. I'll update once I get my donut order .

Wow these donuts are so good and fresh! I also had the vanilla latte and it was good as well. The prices are great and the girl at the drive thru was friendly. Can’t wait to go back in the morning before my flight!

The best! Went to pick up a dozen breakfast tacos this morning for the shop, they had just run out, made me a fresh batch, and threw in a couple donuts for the wait time (which was not even bad). Thank you for going above and beyond. You're our neighborhood go to.

This donut shop is an absolute gem in our neighborhood. The place is cozy, the atmosphere is warm, and the people are incredibly kind. One thing that stands out to me is the beautiful mix of cultures among the employees — it’s the only store around here where you see that, and it makes all the difference. I don’t know the owner personally, but I’m 100% sure he treats his employees with great respect, because it clearly reflects in the way they treat customers. I’ve always been welcomed with such kindness and genuine smiles. One of the things I love most is meeting people from different backgrounds. There’s Kathy from the Philippines — her service is always outstanding. And today I had the pleasure of meeting Ana from Cuba, Andrea from Ecuador, and Iris from Mexico. These ladies were so friendly, so respectful, and I could also see how well they treated every customer. It’s funny how we’re quick to write a bad review, but take forever to post a good one — so today I’m finally leaving this review that’s long overdue. God bless this business. I hope you continue to grow. I even remember one Sunday meeting the owner’s son, who was there working too — it’s beautiful to see family involved like that, especially when they’re raising the next generation with such humility. I do not understand how this place has any negative reviews. We have always had excellent service and excellent food from here. Their spicy boudin kolache is hands down my favorite in the area. Most places just slap some pickled jalapeños on it and call it spicy. Theirs yesterday fresh and are chopped up and part of the boudin. They are also actually spicy. My kids love the variety of filling options available. I'm adding pictures of the menu since there weren't any.

Pretty darn good. The wife and I stopped by for a quick bite for breakfast. We ordered tacos and donuts. Both were very good. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for breakfast.

The employees are friendly but the food is bland. The glazed donuts taste like flour. There's nothing special about this place. It's only positive is its proximity to the neighborhood. I'd rather drive to a Shipley's if I'm craving good donuts.

I had a sausage and cheese kolache and didn't like the taste. I'm not sure if it's the cheese or the sausage but it wasn't good to me at all. I bought donuts for my daughter's class and she said they were good. I would go back to try the donuts but wouldn't buy a kolache again.

Nothing was ready to buy. I had to get what they had ready. But maybe i was too early, 4:55am. They used to open at 4am n most stuff was ready to buy at 4:30. Usually it's very good choices n it's all yummy. Off day maybe.

Went to grab donuts for my son since we were in a rush to church. The drive through line was incredibly slow to say it was not that many people so I got out of line and went in the store and I was the next in line. The donuts looked dry and they were. The donut holes were not fluffy. The only semi good thing was the plain kolaches.

Employees don’t listen very well and are impatient. Tried telling one woman my order 4 or 5 times and she still got it wrong. Food’s good but some employees aren’t very friendly

The donuts are not frosted to even half the top, only 1/4 of the top is frosted. The apple fritter is OVER FRIED to the point where it's hard a rock and not edible! (See pic) I Really wanted some assorted flavored donuts, like the old days, but they all had Sprinkles on them..... why???? I didn't see 1 kid in the store buying donuts, yet all the colored donuts had sprinkles. A fresh tray of assorted colored donuts was coming out from the back and ALL of them had 'Sprinkles'. I was so dissappointed!!! I really wanted to have some flavored (orange, cherry, lemon) donuts and drove all the way over there and couldn't get what I wanted. The donuts I was able to buy were very soft and fluffy with a great flavor! But, they're pinching on the frosting, overcook the apple fritters, and over do it on the sprinkles..... I won't be back to this store!

The Tacos are hot garbage. But even worst than that is the young girls attitude. She has horrible people skills. When it was clear I didn’t understand that all the tacos were pre-made 4 hours before I got there at 9am . She just kept repeating “all tacos come with cheese” in the most rude tone. I asked her if the tacos were small or larger so I could know how many I should get and she took a deep breathe and muttered “regular taco size” she just looked like she hated her job which I could understand but don’t take it out on the customer.

On April 4th my daughter went into this location and the workers overlooked her. They assisted two adults who came in after her. I watched for a minute and then I went to the counter and the lady told the man that was helping the others that she was there, which really irritated me. Of a child's money is not as important as an adult then I will not be coming back. A child deserves the same acknowledgment and consideration when making a purchase. Shipley Doughnut on Timberforest Always acknowledge her and make sure she is provided service.
