Finally tried this place. Would definitely return. Family had spicy tonkotsu and regular tonkotsu ramen, beef upon, California roll and spider crab roll. Second visit was just as good as the first.

I came to Iekei Ramen & Sushi on a weekday evening. I was hungry while shopping at Walmart in Humble. The location is perfect. There are plenty of parking. The food was pretty good. I ordered Avocado Salad and Garlic Black Bean Ramen. I can tell the noodles are made fresh. The soup was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Went to Humble for a different reason but changed our lunch plans when we saw this place and decided to eat here. Had gyoza, salmon rolls, tonkotsu ramen, and spicy miso ramen. All the food was really good, except the spicy miso soup was very spicy even for me who likes spicy food. Also we like the temperature of the soup hotter. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The name "Iekei," which we were intrigued by, means "homestyle" in Japanese but we are not sure if we were right. Glad we found this place.

The food was delicious & good but this is definitely a fast food style eatery because my order came too quick like 4min after ordering. As a serial Japanese food I would say I’ve had better But if you want a quick healthy filling meal it’s the place to be plus the restaurant is truly beautiful

Nice place easily passible if your not looking for it. Food was good. The black garlic broth was delicious it's good enough to drink by itself! the noodles were kinda lacking... I can't explain it but I've had better noodles. Sushi was good, the tempura and eel were tasty. This is a place I can come back too. Servers and host were nice!! I got my order togo. The parking lot and inside are kinda small. The wait time wasn't long.

I will say the flavor and taste is there! I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, something I ordered often in Los Angeles. I was in for a surprise because what do you mean I have to ASK for the correct noodles. Because since WHEN is ramen made with regular noodles?? Eyyyuuuckkkk!

Excellent food and experience here. It is a small place. I was seated immediately. I chose big eye tuna sushimi to start and then had the Tonkotsu ramen. I asked my waitress to spice it a little. I was not disappointed!!! The tuna was fresh and delicious. The ramen ... Perfect. I did start sweating as I got into it. All and all a great meal. I recommend and would go back if I am ever around IAH airport!

Interior is quite nice. Prices are low. Sake is good. But. There's not enough space between the table and the seat when you take a table for 4, and I am a skinny person. And you can't move your seat. Service is slow and awkward, but not rude. The food is good, but I would not say it's very authentic.

Good food, nice staff. We started with the crab rangoons since these are my son’s favorite. They were rather large which is great so you can get your money’s worth. The sushi was amazing and we will definitely be returning to the different ones. The Britney sushi was my favorite (that would be the blonde one my my photos). The location is very close to my home, so very convenient and staff was so friendly, but the reason they didn’t get a 5, was due to the ramen. The ramen was definitely not my favorite. It tasted fine, but it was missing something, not good flavoring. Overall nice experience but would not recommend the ramen.

Would give this place a 4.5 if I could. Only docked one star simply because the ramen is not top tier quality that I’ve had at a few places. It is still very very good and enjoyed my time here a lot and will definitely return. Service has always been great, fast and friendly staff. Restaurant is very clean and cool looking inside.

This place was great. The food came out quick. I also got the crab Rangoon and California roll. Both were adequate. As for for the curry ramen WAW that was amazing, I recommend that highly. The only Issue was the the chicken was dry and over cooked. The beef Ramen was great too! Get that if you don’t want something spicy. The mochi would have been even better if there was more mochi than ice cream. It was still good tho As for the creme brûlée it was okay. The top could have been more crispy and the custard more tasty. I wouldn’t get this. Overall, pretty good.

I tried standard ramen, yellowtail sushi, and a cucumber roll with green tea. The fish was good, but only standard for a sushi restaurant. Cucumber roll was not brought to me, I was served a spicy cucumber. To me, it isn't what I wanted, and flavors were not balanced. Ramen was literally ramen house cheap packet ramen with garnishes. Stock was from a packet, noodle was from a packet, chashu pork sliced thin and fridge cold. Some garnishes were not typical, like cabbage and redonions; unexpected. I showed up at 6 in the evening, and the guy looked at his watch like: we were about to close. The kitchen staff started throwing ruggs and washing out the kitchen with a hose. Lastly, and this is small for me, but I've never been treated this way in a Japanese ramen or sushi house. The staff was just off-putting and where not speaking Japanese or English. I wasn't served my tea. Wrong dish served to me. I was at the sushi bar, and sushi chef could not hear me to place an order for more food through his earbuds. The waiter was missing in action. I recommend the owner revamp cause this could be a gold mine.
