We got a massive order of 40 Garlic Parmesan wings. They were fantastic! We went on a day when they were having a smoking deal on wings! I highly recommend it!

My dad and I have a tradition going where we make a trip to Bella Tara whenever we visit Knotts Scary Farm! Despite the place being always extremely busy, I really appreciate how the staff manage to consistently deliver perfect wings and amazing service! Even when the place is packed full, and the staff are clearly having a chaotic night, they never fail to make me and my dad feel welcome and taken care of. They always make sure my wings are cooked perfectly, and our servers are always incredibly friendly and attentive. You guys are doing amazing! If I could give you more than 5stars I would!

Big shout out to Alexa for her customer service she provided!! We were a party of 5 and the previous day we went to the sister location at the outlets and left without eating. We addressed Alexa about the poor service we received at the outlets location. She listened, acknowledged, and explain our orders will be slow to be serviced if we got the all you can eat deal. Kept it short and simple without any attitude. She consistently followed up and made sure everything went well for us. Just want to say from us, thank you Alexa for your communication, acknowledgement, and overall service!!

This is probably the nicest Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The overall atmosphere is the usual fare, with plenty of seating and TVs showing different sports games. However, I was most impressed with the cleanliness, something that I don't usually have high expectations for when it comes to this restaurant chain. Food was fresh and delicious, and we weren't waiting long for our orders. The service was excellent; our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I would definitely choose to eat at this Buffalo Wild Wings location again. Highly recommend.

Upon entering, I encountered Joey and he was just excellent all around. He took great care of us. We did not want for anything. He made sure of it! Unfortunately, these days it is rare to experience such a professional, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and friendly staff member, regardless of title. So, it was very refreshing to have such a pleasant experience. He definitely needs to be acknowledged for making this company look so good because he is and does. There needs to be more staff members like him. I will definitely be returning, thanks to Joey. He rocks!!!

This Baffalo Wild Wings is in the Beerharten at the Bella Terra mall. It's spacious, well designrd, has enty of indoor and outdoor seating, many tv screens, and good selection of food and drinks. Parking is free either in the parking lot or in the parking structure.

Rianne did a fantastic job serving. She was quick yet patient. I had some Goose Island beers for $3 each. Lots of games to watch on tv such as preseason baseball and the McDonald’s all American game. Parking was tough as Bella Terra is a popular mall. ⚾️ 🏀 I had buffalo ranch wings which were fantastic. The cheese bacon tots could have had more cheese on them. As a tourist, I was told that Buffalo Wild Wings is a popular chain restaurant, so my bf brought me here to give a try. It is a great deal during happy hours (after 10 pm). Only $4 - $6 (before tax) for some bar food. I forgot to take photos of wings, but I was impressed by buffalo chicken wings with 3 difference sauces. I love Asian sauce the most which tasted sweet and spicy. Original one was a bit too hot for me, couldn't finish it without a beer, but I still enjoyed it. Only one waiteress at night, but her service was great. There were at least 5 tables that she needed to take care of, kinda under the pump, but she still being smiley, kind and friendly. Overall, I love this place and food. Will recommend to my friends whoever would come to visit USA.

Felt understaffed when I visited, or staff was disorganized. Despite this, my server was very friendly. Food was tasty, but a tad overrated. A very safe option to take people out to eat for most people, plenty of TVs in all areas if watching sports is your thing, a tad loud (so not great for full conversations), and parking can be challenging at Bella Terra in general.

Ordered the deluxe nachos and had a few drinks at the bar. Was waiting for my lover while she was painting at Pinos Pallette. Buffalo Wild Wings has always had a bad rep for me no matter which location it is. Their food is always hit or miss and the service is usually pretty bad. This location is not too bad. My husband and I enjoy coming to their bar for drinks, food - not so much. We only order food if we’re really hungry and want something small. Other than that it’s really just their bar experience we like. Jess was our favorite bartender but I’m not sure if she works there anymore since we haven’t seen her in our recent visits. They used to have karaoke nights on Thursdays but I’m not sure if that’s still a thing here. My husband and I loved coming to get drinks and have some entertainment. The employees would usually get a turn on the mic to show off their singing abilities too. Pretty fun times! The food is really subpar though. I usually get the medium boneless wings or the street tacos. Their chocolate fudge cake isn’t too bad either but I think it’s store bought anyways. I’d honestly only come here for their drinks. Its usually less empty in the bar area anyways and the service seems to be quicker than if you’re seated in the main restaurant areas. 4 stars for a great bar experience! Just don’t expect much when it comes to the food.

In my opinion, Buffalo Wild Wings is the best Wing chain in the business in terms of tastes and sauce. I don't care for wing stop. Blazin is my favorite sauce to get. The service is always slow for some reason; I've never been to one where I said the service is great. And the atmosphere is too loud for me; maybe I'm getting old but it's so loud I can't even hear my own thoughts.

We have been going to this location for years and years. Today the service was extremely slow considering there was only about 5 tables taken inside and a couple outside. Also when you order the queso dip, they only give you half a cup of queso now but a lot of chips that you have no where to dip in.

The food was good and the service was wonderful. But it was freezing inside the restaurant because the side Patio walls were open. Thus our food got cold really quick.

It's pretty good. The service is professional and gets the job done. Normally I get the wings but I tried the southern chicken sandwich and I thought it was pretty good. The atmosphere of BWW after midnight is odd but I'm here for it.

Food quality and flavor you know it's a good value let's say. It's an Ohio corporation from the outset so you know they get the benefit of the doubt. The wings used be what $0.25/each say 35 years ago and you adjust for inflation and whatnot so forth and you get what say $1.00/each. What are they charging now? Don't know. I didn't order the wings. It's BW3, Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck whatever the heck that it is you know. So there you are okay okay okay......

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and been dining or takeout for over 12 years. This location needs more experienced staff in front of house. The young staff doesn’t follow directions even though they say yes and are friendly. Out of 10 takeout experiences 3 have been good. The other 7 have been missing sauces that I paid extra for, missed count of wings, and other costumers taking my order. Only 1 time they have actually checked my order and I did thank the person. For take out I strongly consider checking your order before you leave. Dining is a better experience and are more attentive and haven’t had any issues out of at least 6 times. 2-3 Stars for takeout, 4.5 stars for dining

Haven't been to a Buffalo wild wings in a bit. There 21 and over drink menu is always good with it select. Their wings were good, but the service was slow. Came here to grab an order to go and in the meanwhile, decide to sit down at a booth to place a couple of drink orders while we waited and ordered the food. Took about 1 1/2 hours not by choice but because of the speed of service. The atmosphere was quiet and serious, almost like dining for the first time at the in-laws. I remember it being more lively, but that was also when their expansions started. That's what brought people in was the food prices, Drink specials and options and the music with its Atmosphere.

I ordered a take out order and it took an hr to receive it after having to ask the hostess Melanie who looked completely overwhelmed and like she can’t handle her job multiplier times after arriving at the time my order was supposed to be ready. The manager didn’t catch his name was extremely overwhelmed also and looked as if he didn’t know how to do his job either. Thankfully Reyna (hope I spelled her name correctly) who was training a new person was extremely helpful and took care of my order for me. You should probably hire more people like her

Whoever is making the wings doesn't know how to count because this is the 2nd time in a month that I've gotten 19 wings instead of 20 wings. Not sure if there doing it on purpose.

wings at this location are very hit or miss. Sometimes they are hot and fresh and sometimes cold and dry. Service is alright it seems like the waiters take awhile to go by each table.

This spot is great to hang out with friends on games day. They have many big screens streaming different games at the same time. You cannot go wrong with chicken wings and beer day! They also offer a variety types of draft beers in different sized, which is great for girls to have a smaller glass then other places where girls never finish their beer. Parking is a little tricky in Bella Terra complex. Spend decent amount of time coming early to find parking or get Valet for $3.

Came to watch the game and get some wings and were super disappointed by the wings. Haven't been here in a few years so wasn't expecting this. Service was great and our server was very patient and did a great job overall and with our request to send our first order of wings back which were extremely salty and honestly hard as rock. However when we got a replacement order they were hard again though not as bad as the first round but still too hard to chew. Honestly I think they were overcooked both times. We spoke to the manager and he did say they only cooked them for 12 minutes but he understood and took the wings off our bill. So definitely an overall pleasant experience from the staff. I can't comment about anything else on the menu- the only other thing we ordered were fries which imo it's hard to get bad fries.

Just mediocre at best. The wings were over sauced and the queso was just pico with more water than cheese in it, it was awful. We ended up not getting half of our order and told them to cancel. The waiter was very friendly, he’s not responsible for the quality of food.

I was not impressed. Let me first say the service was good. My food, however, was not. I had a salad, and the sauces were so heavy that I struggled to eat it. Too much wings sauce on the chicken, and too much Bleu Cheese dressing throughout. Regarding the atmosphere, the music was loud and constant, and I struggled to hear the people sitting right beside me. If you like a place with 20 TV screens in your line of sight at all times, this may be the place for you. And you can have it.

Ugh. Mediocre at best. I'd not heard good things about this place, but came because I had a gift card. It wasn't busy and the food took forever to arrive, and even though I had relatively low expectations (it's a wing place, what do you expect?) the food was so, so, so dull. The hot sauces tastes like they were entirely composed of high fructose corn syrup. Not a fan. My ONLY positive about this place was the black girl who was our server. She was AWESOME! So friendly. So apologetic when our food took forever (not her fault). So attentive to anything we needed. Seriously, girl, if you're reading this, find a new job, because some business out there deserves YOU!

The Bonless Wings were very, very small. Taste was on point. I spent $56.00 for 2 people with no drinks and left hungry.....what's the point! We should have went to In & Out.

The wings were tough and hard to chew. Also, my husband found what he thought was a piece of metal in his food, the manager argued about it and said the food was fine. Our waitress, on the other hand, was awesome about it. She expressed concern and gave us a discount on our meal. She is the only reason this place gets any stars at all.

This location is severely understaffed and poorly managed. Empty and dirty tables everywhere but can’t seat anyone due to understaffing. Not sure how Google reviews are high for this place but Yelp reviews are way more accurate and representative of this location.

If you want extremely hi beer prices and mediocre food come here. They have a very impressive beer selection but your gonna pay thru the nose for a beer. If they are busy to the point of waiting for a table .... dont bother service at that point is decent at best and slow af.... id say go if its slow flag down a waitress as i had to do when it was slow and get the specials and or 5$ beers as the are VERY LIMITED. The service is always good the bartenders are great! But when a big chain is out of bud light that cost 3$ out of Coors light again 3$ so you get the Michelin ultra drink one order a second and the bill they give you says 7$ a beer and the manager doesn’t want to budge on the price to keep a customer happy a customer that frequents the bar and restaurant a customer that still ordered there during covid closures to me that’s not good business and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

this location seems to be either understaffed or their servers don’t have a sense of urgency. Server took around 15 minutes to come greet us at the table. She apologized, our food took longer than usual but it was a friday night. Place died down and took forever to come pick up the check. Will not recommend, agree with other reviews that this seems like a management issue. Will go to another establishment in the area. There is plenty to choose around the area. Please revaluate your management team

I got in right away because I was a party of one and I ordered the spicy garlic wings and it was very weird because as soon as I put it in my mouth my mouth went numb so I don't know what was going on but I did not love them and I usually love all wings. I do not have any allergies but I felt like this was almost something that my mouth was rejecting. I ate them and did not get sick. Just a little bit of stomach issue but not terrible but I was a little concerned that my mouth was going numb.

Food is not worth it cheese burger is as small as a slider and expensive. The nachos taste like cheap cheese not worth my money at all. But the workers are sweet and attentive I go for my favorite bartenders and footballs games.

I came in on a Monday a little after 3 when it was quiet with no line or crowd, plenty of available tables, yet no one acknowledged me, seated me, or perhaps even saw me after waiting by the front for a few minutes. I left without eating, which was disappointing. I hope this gets addressed because I was really looking forward to enjoying some wings :(

This place has bad service. If it wasn't for their beer they probably would be broke. They always give you an incomplete order. I suggest checking your order before taking it home.

Had an pleasant experience tonight. Today is my wife's birthday and we went to this location with the birthday's cake. After we ordered drinks and foods with the waitress, she brought the drinks then the kitchen man brought us the foods and the waitress disappeared, we had 4 napkins and with all the sauces we needed more napkins but couldn't find her. We had to ask other waitress for the napkins. Not happy with the service we asked for the check and took the leftover and the cake home. We could have given big tips but with this kind of service , left no tips and not planning to go back this location while there are so many other wings franchises we could go to.

Got here when they opened. Waited a solid 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. They said a 15 minute wait for my takeout order. Took almost 40 minutes. Was on my lunch break and hungry. NOT a good experience. Will never come back here.

Took over 30 minutes for a simple order of boneless wings with fries and when it arrived it didn’t even come with the standard ranch, which was so weird because any other location always serves it with the order, and after I asked for the ranch it took another 10 minutes for the ranch to be brought, literally 10 minutes just for brining some ranch out the kitchen

7-24-2021 Very disappointing after coming to the restaurant with 6 people at 10pm and then being told to wait 20 min because all of their servers were on a break. Half of the restaurant was empty. While we were waiting at least 6 other people came and left due to either the wait time or lack of attention from any of the staff. Then you have 2 people at the front doing nothing and another 3 standing around. You have a serious Managment and operations issue. When a manager tells you their servers break time is more important than the customer, is how you lose thousand and of dollars in sales. Hire the right service personnel.and train your managers what to say and not to say to customers. In the end after waiting 20 min all 6 of us politely left.

Food came to the table super cold. I ordered 20 wings with 4 different flavors. The flavor on the wings was mediocre at best . I personally would rather go to Wingstop the service here from our server was fantastic she was a very nice lady even though it was super busy she made sure to attend us well. Rather than that food was not good at all Guacamole burger was the best thing on our table . But our Super sampler or whatever it was called was all cold mozzarella sticks were solid not warm at all. Onion rings were hard. For my first time here I would not come back to this place. For being called buffalo wild "wings" the wings were trash.

Service horrible. Took 1/2 hr before our drink order even taken. Food has taken a dive. Small child sized burgers, baby carrots instead of cut. Carrots were white and gross. Food is very low quality. If ur not drinking to mask the food, don't bother.

It was horrible experience for my party of 8 Buffalo crew did not bring the food on time. They kept talking among them self, some of them were off but kept the ones working interrupt from performing there duties. To make things worse the the food was cold and the buffalo was butter and salt. We had to wait longer than usual with half of the restaurant empty. They had working about 22 people and only wasting companies money, not taking care of customers. What happen to Buffalo Wild Wings.customer is always first not them self's. We need to have meetings before the shifts too see who want to work or who wants to party. I would not recommend this place not even to my non friends. Think twice about spending money here. It's not even family oriented at all.

Was craving wings on a Saturday night, so I decided to place an order online. It was around 12:15 am but when my order went through it said that my order would be ready until the next morning when they opened. I tried calling the restaurant but no answer. The website says, open until 1am. The next morning I called at 11am to cancel my order and the worker said that she would cancel it and took my info down. I also asked about their hours of operation and she said that sometimes they run out of food so they close early. She proceeded to tell me that my refund would be available within 2-3 business days. This all happened on 10/17/2021, I decided to go in and eat there about 5 days later and ask about the refund, they said that they couldn’t find me on the system even though I showed them the receipt I received online from them after that she said the manager would take care of it and give me a call. It is 10/25/2021 & I still have not been refunded & at this point I’m over it but it was a meal $33 worth, which I could have spent on something else.

I went in with my girlfriend today, seemed like a nice place until we were seated, right next to the restroom. I turn around to see all the “superior race” in the middle of the restaurant having a great view on the tv’s. Meanwhile, my girlfriend and I had to watch people come and go from the restroom. I felt like this was very racist, and will never return. I actually left before a server came to us because even then we waited 10 min and saw that all the people from the good seats were getting a lot of attention. The post is regarding the service and atmosphere. Went there on a Saturday. First of all, I informed the host that I did not want to sit by the bar. I was called to be taken to my seats right next to the bar. Then it smells like someone was smoking right in the back of our table. I didn't even want to order food. I left.

Food is always good. However, they did not take the tip i wrote down and instead charged me the highest recommended gratuity amount without my authorization. No Bueno.

Was charged three times for one mobile order back in October, they still haven't refunded the extra charges despite talking to customer service multiple times. 10 months later, still no refund. Never eating here again.

One of my favorite things on earth is Wings and Beer. I don't understand how you can mess that up but BWW does this consistently. Had major issues 2 times at a location in Simi Valley. And gave this, my local location one chance. And at least the bad experience is consistent. My beer was flat and off tasting in a dirty glass…. the bar was dirty and sticky everywhere. I ordered 15 traditional wings and boneless wings along with French fries and chili. The order came on time but was somehow turned over in the bag, and the traditional wings were all over in the bag, and the carrots and carrots and celery were missing. I called Buffalo Wild Wings and talked to the manager, and he said that, unfortunately, the carrots and celery are complimentary and there was nothing that they can do unless I drive to the restaurant to pick them up. My order came in a plastic bag taped closed with the 2 cartons of wings and a small bag with the dips, utensils, napkins, and wipes but no carrots and celery. They even went as far as to say that the driver (Door Dash) must have messed with my order. I called the driver and he didn't even speak English and what I got from him was he delivered what was given to him. This, to me, is unacceptable, and anyone ordering through the app beware. Buffalo Wild Wings do not have their own drivers they contract with Uber and Door Dash. I will definitely not use them ever again, I'll use wing stop.

I ordered 10 boneless wings online, 5 hot and 5 lemon pepper. I called the store as soon as I placed the order to make sure they were boxed separately so My 4 years old gets 5 wings with no hot sauce and upon arriving home there were no lemon wings at all. Had to give my toddler cereal for dinner because she was hungry and she did not want to wait for me to cook. She smelled all the food and could not eat any 😢 they said they would call me back to give me a credit and they never did…sad dinner

I came here a few months ago and there was cockroaches on the wall behind us. I told the worker but the manager never came so we left. We did pay and people told us we shouldn't have paid.

Server Victoria struggled to bring us our drinks. They took so long that our food had arrived 15 mins before she sent her bartender to come explain to us that they wouldnt serve us drinks due to inventory. Then ignored us all night. Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings!! I’ve been to other restaurants like this, but nothing like this has ever happened. Our waiter Kaitlyn was extremely rude and didn’t help us out at all. She was basically kicking us out before we even had our meal. The bill was handed to us before we even had our food. Not to mention the manager Ryan, I believe was his name, was starting an argument with us. We feel that it was with intent of a fist fight. We simply wanted to eat our food. We were told that the wait time to get a table was going to be ten minutes, it later turned into a thirty minute wait. We understand and were patient so we waited to be seated. Not long after us finally getting our table is that situation arose. We were also threatened with not showing back up at this restaurant or we would be thrown out. The manager said that he would do it himself. I do not recommend eating at this particular restaurant. The service was terrible. We were disrespected. It was a bit confusing, the way Kaitlyn was acting at first. She was not willing to help us, answer our questions and the service she gave us was terrible. Other waiters were amiable and were willing to help us, but it had been too late then. We had already been forced and told to finish eating our food quickly. Definitely not returning!!

It makes me so sad that this place has gone downhill. It was a staple for my husband and I…but lately we have left disappointed over and over. The service is super hit or miss - today the waitress came to us twice (to take our order and to provide the check) never checked up on us and even when she provided the check she didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else. The wings are also hit or miss - sometimes good sometimes cold. Idk if I’ll be returning after this— maybe just for beers at the bar.

Have come to this location multiple times and each time is sub-par. The service is terrible. Waited over 30 minutes to get a server to help. Multiple tables nearby had used plates, napkins, drinks left over from previous customers my entire stay. The place was not busy, I imagine it was just understaffed. Today, I ordered a wings prior to the Super Bowl game via uber eats. Come to find my driver had to wait 1 hour after arrival only to find my order was not going to be ready. Uber had to cancel the order. This location has trouble managing service.

If you want to eat at a restaurant where the staff is rude and doesn't care, this is the best place for that. Server couldn't be bothered to check on my husband, and she intentionally placed items so far away on the table that my husband (a disabled veteran) couldn't reach it. I see all the responses for negative reviews are the same, so I'm not expecting anything to come of this, but don't expect much if you decide to dine here.

Went here to grab some wings on the way to the airport. Waited around for about 7 minutes and no one came to seat us. It was not busy at all, but we could only see one employee and she was working hard doing several other jobs at once. Once it was clear just getting seated in the empty place was going to take awhile, we left. Another patron noted it’s hard to get service here, even when it’s empty. I don’t blame the workers at all; this is a management issue. Do better. We ate elsewhere

Went to this place to pick up an order placed on doordash (for a doordash promo). This location thought the orders placed on doordash that day were a glitch an would only provide their customers refunds and absolutely nothing else for the wasted time (especially since I then also had to wait for 7+ others to complete their refunds). Don't trust this place for any food promos on the apps like doordash/postmates/etc.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER GM. WAITED ONE HOUR PAST MY PICKUP TIME TO GET MY FOOD. UNACCEPTABLE

Unless your reaching for your wallet, you're not seeing your server if it's a white blonde lady lol. Haven't been to BWW in so long just to never get any refills, more apps, boxes and the check. But as soon as we had the check and placed down our card. Our server teleported! (trust me)

It was only the 2 of us and I understand that there was a game going on but the waitress said that there was a 1 hour wait so we decided to just take it to go. However once we did that the host sat two parties of 5. And we made sure before we said anything if they signed in ahead of time or not. So I don't know if the host was just being mean and deciding who to pick to seat but what is that all about

I’ve been waiting and am currently STILL WAITING for an hour and a half for my food. This is absolutely unacceptable. How hard is it to make wings? I’m so disappointed and never coming here again 🤬🤬🤬 Edit: Yea the food came and it’s dih. Don’t come here

Came here to watch the Thursday night football game with my family . Place was dead and I waited for 15 minutes until I asked a young lady if they were seating people and she said I had to wait because she was the only server.. I left to the place next door instead.

the server tried to charge me for my Veterans Day free meal. I didn’t argue but they still made a big scene about it, but she was still wrong it was free. I wouldn’t even come back here even if the food was free

I'm honestly very upset that I have to give such a bad review, but these wings were absolutely TERRIBLE! It's almost as if someone threw them into a dehydrator, covered them in sauce and then served them. They weren't even rubbery. They were extremely tough and didn't have a lot of meat on them at all. I spent $40 on 20 wings and they were absolutely terrible. I would love to give them another chance, but not with my hard earned money.

We stood at the front for over 15 and not one person acknoweldged us or helped us. Multiple workers walked right past us and the mAnger was in the back and too busy flirting to care even though he saw us standing there. Multiple ppl waiting. So we finally walked to cheesecake factory and was greeted and seated immediately. Shame shame shame. U need to talk with ur staff who worked 10/11 at 145 pm. HORRIBLE

The manager Thomas is the worse customer service and manager I’ve ever came across at a restaurant. I will never spend another dollar at this wild wings. Idk how he even got the job to be a manager there or even get a job there period. He wouldn’t even be a good bust boy. Thomas learn how to treat customers. There’s a reason why the place is half empty for the first MNF game of the year. HORRIBLE SERVICE

We’ve been loyal fans of BWW for years, but lately the quality has taken a serious nosedive. I don’t know what’s going on, but last night’s traditional wings were completely inedible; tough, old-tasting, and just gross. Sadly, this isn’t a one-time issue. It’s the third time in the past two months that we’ve had this exact experience. At first, we thought maybe it was just the Tuesday special and they were trying to get rid of older product but it’s happened on other days too. Most recently at the Santa Ana location, I spoke to a manager about it. He didn’t confirm or deny anything… and didn’t even apologize. Just gave me a refund and sent me on my way. BWW used to be our go-to wing spot, but after being disappointed three times in a row, we’re done. Time to find a new place. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Service was really bad bad. The waitress is very inattentive, she did not come around to check on us, that’s was fine. But when we need her attention she gave us an attitude and even said “What” who says that? And more other bad attitude too not just once. The foods are good, atmosphere is nice. But the bad bad service will prevent our groups not to come back to this place. Are the managers/owners not aware of these bad services??? They need to do an episode of “Undercover boss” on this location!!!

I’ve been here so many times. Over 50 easily and I think I’m actually done here. Gradually it’s been getting worse and worse here and unfortunately it’s just terrible now. If you get good service it’s terrible wings and if you get good wings it’s terrible service. The waitress only came twice. Once to take our order and the second to give the check. Never received our fries or extra sauces. Very unfortunate for me and my wife as this place was a staple for us to hang out but we just feel disappointed every time here these past 5 or more times.

Absolutely terrible. For what I paid, my food should not be burnt, and should not be just bread and no chicken. We had to go to a local grocery store and grab some chicken strips from them in replacement of what we CLEARLY did not get at Buffalo Wild Wings. Took pictures to compare what we bought at the store vs what we ordered, smaller burnt "chicken" is from BWW. Cheeseburger patties were burnt and were just a tiny glob in the bun. Then to top it all off they charged us for extra wet wings, sauce on the side and extra carrots, all of which I did not ask for and was not aware I was charged for until I picked up and left. (It was busy and there was a ton of people waiting) so I didnt want to be in the way while I checked to make sure the order was good. Clearly that was a mistake.
