Personal opinion but you can literally get anything at this place and it will be good. Only issue I have is that there isn't many places to sit and eat. Otherwise best place for tacos and all the other items they got.

Food was really good & tasty. The workers there were really nice. Their service was great. I recommend the “suadero” & “el pastor”. We will definitely be coming again!

There are so many pop up vendors on the street selling tacos. I've tried a lot in this area and this is by far the best price, quality and flavorrrr. Service is great, I love the asada and tripas (extra crispy). All the salsas are good. The line can get long! They take cash or zelle. The condiments are self serve. Sometimes they're open Tuesday but taco Tuesday and before 6:30pm is when I crave them the most (when they aren't there yet) haha I believe it's 7pm even though yelp say 6;30.

TL;DR Best suadero and al pastor tacos in OC. Don’t @ me lol. They take cash or Zelle. I always have to go to LA to get the best tacos, but now this is right in my backyard!! Definitely get their suadero and al pastor. I love it and taco or burrito form. The salsas are amazing. The avocado sauce is very avocado-y and thick. The green salsa has got a kick and the limes are always juicy. I haven’t tried their drinks yet, but they look good. Try to go at off hours because the line can get very long (~45 min) at peak times. I typically like to go right at opening or after 8pm. The one thing I haven’t been able to figure out is their exact hours. I went on a Friday night at 10:20pm and they’re supposed to be open until midnight according to Google but they were not there. Also on holiday weekends, they are often not there, so have a back up in mind when you go. Tip: try to go when the man is at the chopping board (rather than the woman) because he is a lot more generous with the ratio of meat (it makes a big difference when you bite into a burrito of mostly rice versus meat). I’ve had the man every single time except for once and it really changed my experience. This review is based on when the man is serving.

Delicious tacos. They provide generous portions at an affordable price. I hope they keep their price and portion sizes the same for as long as possible! I had the al pastor and asada tacos. The meat was not dry and packed with flavor. I appreciate them having a selfserve bar for the onions, cilantro, sauces, and etc. You can make the perfect taco for yourself! Just hope those tongs and ladles are cleaned often. No seating or tables, but there are trash cans. I highly recommend. It hits the spot.

10/10 me and my boyfriend always go here! It’s so good and very affordable 20$ just to feed the both of us and another 5-10$ for drinks! Really good definitely recommend

One of my favorite street tacos. It's a really reasonable price. $2 per taco or $10 per burrito and their large drinks are $5. 100% reccomend getting the dragon fruit refreshers. I prefer getting the burrito over tacos because the burrito 🌯 includes so much meat. Probably more meat than 5 tacos. Keep in mind there is usually a competition between tacos El May and a food truck. Tacos El May is the taco stand not the food truck. Yes the food truck is good but the stand is 10× better. I come here almost every Saturday.

They grill pork off the spit, and beef and chicken slow cooked to perfection, all served in warm, small corn tortillas. The organized sauce bar lets you customize, and the cooks grill onions to your liking. Tacos are $2 each, an amazing deal for the quality! I’m usually not a taco person, but their beef taco was surprisingly flavorful and delicious. Definitely come back!

Good tacos here. They could have put all the condiments in a separate table so there wasn’t such a traffic jam at the end. My only real complaint is the damn line. 40 mins to get tacos. Never waited that long for tacos and never will again.

Ate here when they first arrived. Man these guys are smart to cater right in the heart of little saigon. I've tried all their cuts and it's all good for the most part. Can't go wrong for the price, quality and portion. Buche get it crunchy "crujiente", you gotta tell them and they will grill it otherwise it's just chewy. It would be amazing if they made their own tortilla, I usually do single shell and not double shell tacos. Another thing I don't like is their star Al pastor is precut and then reheat as you order. I like other places that cut them when you order and grill it for a minute or two so it doesn't dry out. Their pickled condiments is great as well as their salsa roja and verde. I love that they have habanero in their pickles. I'm coming there after this review. HAHA peace!

Ate here when they first arrived. Man these guys are smart to cater right in the heart of little saigon. I've tried all their cuts and it's all good for the most part. Can't go wrong for the price, quality and portion. Buche get it crunchy "crujiente", you gotta tell them and they will grill it otherwise it's just chewy. Same LA taco people that are on every corner. Once you tatsed one you tasted them all. The salsas are not to my liking especially the red chipotle sauce not everyone likes chipotle and the tripas were dirty not cleaned right. Its a basic plancha taco. Give it try im sure you will be disapointed

While the flavors were impressive, witnessing such questionable hygiene practices has made me hesitant to return. The lack of cleanliness left me deeply concerned, and unfortunately, it's an image I can't easily forget.

I noticed the cook dipping a rag into a grimy bucket filled with dirty water, and there was a propane gas tank sitting in the bucket as well, then used that same rag to clean the griddle. While the flavors were impressive, witnessing such questionable hygiene practices has made me hesitant to return. The lack of cleanliness left me deeply concerned, and unfortunately, it's an image I can't easily forget.
