Foods were great! Service wasn't that great. Asked 2x for the water besides that everything went smooth. Don't use Yelp for waiting list, just ask the server. Wasted out time waiting like a dummy while other party walked in and got seated right waway.

Came here for lunch during my trip down to OC. Heard of this place via a TikTok and also that I couldn’t try this place when I was in Vietnam, so I picked this place for today’s lunch. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and seated. Menu was easy to digest with English and Vietnamese. Ordered a Banh Uot Thit Heo Nuong, which is a rice paper towel with lemongrass pork. Food came out super quick, within 5 minutes for me. I really enjoyed eating this. Not too much carb, right balance between all macros. However, the rice paper plates were very generously oiled. For my less crafty pals, you may struggle a little bit to wrap them up Service could be better enhanced. There was no host for a period and there was little waiting area when the restaurant is fully seated. My server did mix up my order and I was not offered water, though asked again 🥺. Fish sauce was more tailored towards non-Viet as it was very much diluted To each there own, so, why don’t you come here and have your experience 😜

The foods are delicious here. My family had fun wrapping our veggies and protein onto the banh cuon. However, the young man is not efficient with seating. He just told us to sign in on the pad but it's not updated and looks like there is a wait. Meanwhile there are tables available already. Luckily the woman started to come out and seated everyone that was waiting. Thanks to her speedy service we didn't have to leave and go elsewhere. Many parties previously to us left thinking there's a long wait because the computer pad was not updated.

This restaurant is tucked in the corner of a plaza and is serving really delicious non-pho Vietnamese dishes. They specialize in banh uot, which are steam rice rolls filled with savory ingredients. However, Quan Nhii makes it creative by serving you plates of their steam rice paper alongside a bunch of fillings. This makes your meal into a fun experience! Another must order are their chicken wings. They are exploding with flavor and completely addictive.

Quan Nhi serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine that goes beyond the usual pho and banh mi. We’ve visited this restaurant a few times now and had a variety of dishes. Mostly recently, we tried the Banh uot. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of room between tables perfect for both intimate meals and larger gatherings. They have Vietnamese pictures on the walls. It is a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a leisurely meal without feeling rushed or crowded. The banh uot is a rice noodles dish that is freshly made, just the right texture - delicate and slightly chewy without being too sticky or dry. We also tried a few side dishes and drinks, and everything was spot-on. The staff was more than happy to explain the dishes to those unfamiliar with it. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. Our server checked in just the right amount, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. In a city full of Vietnamese restaurants, this one is a must try. If you haven’t had bánh ướt before, this is absolutely the place to try it. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

You probably feel overwhelmed when deciding which Vietnamese restaurant to eat when you come to this area. Let me put you out of misery by begging you to eat at Quantity Nhii. Every bite of each rice roll is a mouth watering heavenly experience. It’s like nothing you’ve ever eaten before. Without a doubt a core memory I will never forget.

Not your traditional BBH, but honestly think I like it better. The bone in beef rib BBH is so tender and goes really well with the creamy, slightly sweet orange sauce.

We came for the bánh cuốn and it did not disappoint! There were side dishes to create a perfect bite and me and my family had fun sitting and enjoying our meal. I also got a rice dish with fried rice, fried egg, and grilled pork. It was decent! Though a little under seasoned, the fried rice didn’t taste like much, but all other things were great! Definitely a recommend

Came here on a Saturday around 12:30pm with my parents and we were seated immediately. == FOOD == We got a #6 crispy pork belly and a #7 lemongrass pork. Each set comes with 10 plates of the rice paper. It also comes with the carrot/radish, cucumbers, bean sprouts, basil, and their housemade fish sauce. It also comes with a delicious crispy onion which made it so much more delicious. I could only eat 4 of the wraps, but my mom really really liked it. My dad thought he wasn't going to get full of the wraps, but he was quite surprised how full he was when we finished eating. == SERVICE == It was a bit hard to get ahold of the servers. My dad kept trying to wave someone down, but no one came. However, when we did get their attention, the staff were quick to get what we needed. == AMBIANCE == The restaurant is tucked away in the corner of the plaza. If you weren't looking for it, it would probably be overlooked. However, the inside of the restaurant is very clean and modern looking. 10/10 I recommend this place. It's very delicious and a fun experience as well.

Went there about 4 pm, no line at all. The parking is hard to find for weekday afternoon as there are a big strip mall with many stores/ businesses. We ordered the tower with lemongrass pork and a side order of pork belly. Tower with lemongrass pork : good thing wrap. Dipping sauce is awesome. I find the sauce i best i ever had in any Vietnamese restaurants. The pork is kinda fatty, so quality is not what i expected. I love the veggies plate, especially the bean sprouts that already cooked. Crispy pork side dish : crispy and give good amount of it Bun bo hue with rib bones: good flavor but could be more tender. They provide the scissor which make it easier to eat off the bones but if it was more tender, i would have been fallen of the bones itself. Price : normal Portion : normal Decoration of the restaurant: normal

I wanted to visit Quan Nhii specifically because this famous YouTuber named “Phuc Map” hyped it up on his channel. The service was nice and quick. The inside was a bit modern looking but still average and clean. I got their popular “Bánh Ướt Heo Quay” which includes 10 rice paper plates topped w/ minced shrimp + chives, side of crispy pork beliy ($19.95). The special part about it is that they give you the ingredients and you basically make the roll on your own which is pretty cool. The flavor of everything was just okay to me. Good, but just okay. The pork belly wasn’t crispy enough for me, and the portions of the meat and veggies were a bit small for the price in my opinion. I feel like this place was a bit overhyped and overpriced for the quality, but it was still good.

Amazing Bánh Ướt and Modern Vibes! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quán Nhii is a must-visit in Little Saigon! Their Bánh Ướt (steamed rice rolls) are incredibly fresh and thin. I love the "build-your-own" style—the crispy pork belly (Heo Quay) is perfectly crunchy and pairs so well with the rice sheets and fish sauce. We also tried the Basil Fries and the fried chicken wings, which were seasoned perfectly. The studio-style decor is bright and clean, making it a great spot for a group lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu!

We came here with a big group and they were able to accommodate us right away . They are known for banh out . So we ordered a bunch and It’s so overwhelming and delicious. Even their rice plates was good .

Their thin steam rice paper plates with crispy pork is a must get! The paper is thin but will not break when you make a roll with fillings of choice. The pork is crispy dipped into that savory fish sauce is out of the world! Tastes very similar to what I’ll normally get when visiting Vietnam. Their crispy rice cakes with eggs was also delicious with the sauce. The sauces are straightforward with its dishes. Will definitely visit this place again.

Space is not big and not small. I just love that you can build your own rolls which is really fun to do. The drinks were a little sweet, but had lots of fruit bits in them, very refreshing. We might return with large group

The food was decent, custumer service is okay, I just think the price could be a little bit more affordable because $15 for 10 blank roll is pricey. Roasted pork is great, grilled chicken is nothing special but acceptable. Spacious parking lot but be careful with driving and parking because people of Bolsa tend to crash here a lot.

This place has been on rotation every week for the past month. Service is efficient and friendly Food is good, easy to get through the tower and get extra sides, and build from there. I usually get the vegetarian one And then order crispy pork belly or chicken The crispy onions are my favorite part Can't wait to try more items from the menu

I went here for the first time the other night and there were a lot of things I like about this restaurant but there were a couple things that definitely could be better. The food did taste fresh which is great and the food also came out in a very timely manner. The restaurant was very clean and felt pretty spacious. The service was okay. I guess it's what you would expect from eating in Little Saigon. The servers were very nice but definitely not very attentive. I had to seek them out for any little thing I needed. Also for being my first time at this restaurant they did not explain how it worked with making your own rolls or anything. That was a little frustrating but we figured it out quickly. The french fries were delicious but if you are going to charge $9 for French fries it should be a decent quantity. The amount of french fries that we got versus the price was a little ridiculous. Add a $9 price point it what is approximately the size of a medium McDonald's french fry. I highly suggest that either lower their price or double the amount of french fries in that order. Also the container that they had the fries in was extremely dirty and sticky. The Bun Bo Hue was not good unfortunately. It did not really taste like traditional Bun Bo Hue. If they did not Market it as that soup then I would say it tastes fine. But the fact that they called it Bun Bo Hue made me feel like it lacked a lot of depth. Also I ordered the BunBo with no meat...and the price waa around $12... again at that price point I expect a lot more noodles. I feel like they were really skimping out. As you see in my photo listed below I scooped all of the noodles up on my Chopstick when they put the bowl down and there was hardly any noodles for the size of that bowl. I personally feel that this is a type of restaurant that is novelty. You go there once just to say you've done it but after that I'm not sure if I would go back as of right now.

Can be packed most of the time. Service depending on the staff and day can take a while even for the rice paper dishes. Good concept and pretty yummy tho. The food is filling and good, however, the star rating isn’t that high because the service is not the greatest. It’s inconsistent. Some times they are nice and attentive most days they take your order and you have to wave for them to come back and assist. I do t know if they need more staff or just a more attentive service. Overall the vegetarian options are small amount of choices but it’s pretty good.

First Visit Was On A Rainy Saturday Morning, 11/15/25. The Bánh Uớt (Steamed Rice Flour Wrappers) Were Fresh & Good. I Don’t Know If It Was My Tastebuds, But The Proteins (Crispy Pork Belly & LemonGrass Chicken) Were Just OK.

We came by so close to closing time and were able to get a table, so that was nice. The concept of serving bánh ướt trays with our choice of proteins like this was pretty cool and new to us, however I felt like the prices definitely did not line up with the amount of food being served. The meats itself were good but the bánh ướt were a bit too thin to wrap at times. Good to check it out, but I honestly don’t see any incentive to come back unless their food portions change.

Aznin Atl
Aznin Atl

The bánh ướt, or steam rice crepe, is okay. However, I find the plate to be slightly chilled and somewhat greasy. The grilled pork lacks seasoning and appears to be a bit dry. I attempted the chicken fried rice, which I would not recommend. The rice is challenging to chew. Overall, the experience is inconsistent.

Service was awful. The server with purple hair was not friendly. He didn’t acknowledge or even said hi , no greeting and thank you when I paid our bill. The portion was small for price, luckily I ordered side grill pork . Roast pork very tiny plate and dry. Very pricey for this Banh cuon tower plate ! Don’t trust in all YouTuber reviews :)

A
AD

The portions here were laughably small. After paying a premium for what I expected to be a satisfying meal, I left feeling like I’d just sampled hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail party. The grilled pork was sweet with no flavor and the crispy pork was better but nothing extraordinary to justify the cost of $20. On the other hand, $17 for a tiny plate of the woven vermicelli was a joke! The service was fine but not particularly memorable. For a place charging this much for tiny portions, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
