Bún bò and mì Quảng are so good I’m very happy with them
The foods are all right, not very tasty, the chicken and pork are very tender and soft. Service is alright, not very friendly 😅
This place is a contender for great bun bo hue in westminster. I love the choices of veggies, banana flower, bean sprouts, mint leaf and lettuce. We really enjoyed, its tough and to try something new but we were both delighted. Love the peppers in fish sauce and the broth is light. Service is fast and they were very nice. Their bowl is very big, i couldn’t finish it. It was very good in general and glad to have gone here. Good bbh is hard to do and they do it here!

A few friends recommended this place, and I wasn’t expecting bun bo hue for dinner, but wow, turns out I actually prefer this soup over pho! I’m still on the hunt for my absolute favorite spot, but after visiting this one, it’s officially my new go-to for bun bo hue. The flavors are incredible - the blood doesn’t taste irony, the meat is super tender, and the broth is absolutely exquisite. My partner tried the Bánh Canh Tôm Cua Huế, and she’s now obsessed,it's officially her new favorite Vietnamese soup! This spot feels really special, and if you're in the area, you definitely gotta give it a shot. Trust me, it’s worth the visit and I promise, you won’t be disappointed!
So good ! Very clean and frendly! Oder lên món nhanh!
Best Bun Bo in O.C Nhan vien phuc vu rat nhiet tinh. !
ăn bún bò ngon lắm
So good! Tastes very authentic and reminds me of my time when I visited Hue.
Bun Bo was great! Che Dau Van dessert was the best, could not find anywhere else like it
1st time here. Wifie and loved the experience. Great food, great service, very clean! We’ll be back the next time we are in town.
I love the taste of the Bun Bo broth.
The Bun Bo here is better than Ngu Binh Restaurant. It’s a simple menu with good food.
the best noodles and the meat just right, I go to many places but for sure this one I will come back.
Good bún bò and service was attentive, the restaurant is clean.
Good food. Good service.
Closely favor of Bun Bo Hue
Good Bun Bo
Bún bò Huế is really good. I can taste the bone broth in the soup. There are a lot of meat in the bowl; beef shank, chả, giò heo, huyết, gân. Definitely come back when I have a craving for bún bỏ huế.
Delicious BBH and Banh Canh, excellent services my wife and my daughters enjoyed! I dropped my wallet and the owner kept it for me. I return and pick it up the next day. I'm thankful for that. I would recommend it
Great food! Even greater people.
Best place to have bun bo and it's the only main item on the menu beside the side dishes, that is why the bun bo is so good. My wife and I love to come here every Saturday lunch, the beef tendon is the best and they give out quite a bit. we love this place. Don't forget the sweet tofu dessert, one of a kind.
Food was good but service was so.so.. waiters were typical teenagers that didn't seem to care much ... But, food was good
The best bun bo hue I ever had!
Best Vietnamese food I've ever had in America. Definitely try the salad with the little clams on it. Amazing! Oh and the dessert is delicious too.
I just came here today with a group of my friend and our experience was awesome. The Bun Bo Hue tasted amazing and the broth was full of flavor. The customer service was great and I felt really welcomed from the moment I walked in, plus the food came out really fast. It’s definitely one of the best Bun Bo Hur places I’ve been to and I’ll be coming back for sure.

First time trying this place. The service was quick and it has a lot of of open seating. We order the Bun Bo Hue Large bowl. It came out super quick but what k was shocked was that the size of the “large” bowl was much smaller than a lot of the restaurants. This was very disappointing for the price of the soup. However, I did enjoy the ingredients like the pork, the beef and the tendons. They were on point but they definitely were not generous with the portions. The broth wasn’t bad. Overall, it also the value for what you pay. I don’t think I will be back.
First time trying this bun bo spot out, first impressions were excellent service and place was nice and clean. I got their bun bo hue which I'm my opinion was decent. Broth wasn't intense and flavorful but it was still decent. The bowl comes packed with meat though and the noodles were the bigger type and was cooked perfectly. I would come back again.

My cousin brought me here for Bun. Owners are from the central region of Vietnam, appropriate for a central dish. Of course, I had the Bun Bo Hue..it was pretty good, good fresh vegetables and good fried chili in garlic. Good price at $13.95 for a small bowl, $15.95 for large. Bueno y bonito.
Bún bò Huế is really nice and authentic Bánh canh cua is not as expected
Hue đây rồi !
Rất ngon phục vụ ân cần
Good flavor
Good food. Special for middle Viet Nam food.
Cute and pretty decorations with Hội An wall painting. Bún bò has plenty beef with little noodles. The broth is too oily for my taste. The veggie plate and seasoning are as good as Bun bo on 82nd ave in Portland, Oregon. We will be back.
Their bun bo hue is flavorful and is one of the best in Westminster. Also highly recommend their shaken beef, which was quite tender and cooked at the right temperature, medium rare.
a new restaurant that popped up! I actually am from arizona but my (viet) family heard of this restaurant opening up and we decided to try it while we are in cali! the food came out really fast, I ordered bo luc lac (shaking beef) with rice (ik what you're thinking, "who goes to a bun bo hue place and orders bo luc lac?" LOL) and it was very excellent! portion was big enough for me to have leftovers, the beef was cooked perfectly, came with chopped onions, bell peppers, asparagus, and of course, rice. my mother and grandma got bowls of bun bo hue and I got to try some of theirs. the broth in the bun bo hue is superb. some of my setbacks for the bun bo hue though is that all 3 of us agreed that the beef was a little hard, at least in our bowls (maybe it's an inconsistency thing?). it would've been better if they were cooked longer to be more tender and easier to eat. I also personally prefer my noodles to be a little bit softer, but I'm also not an experienced bun bo hue eater so maybe that's just how the noodles are normally? (fake viet ik) they weren't super hard or anything, but just a preference thing. overall though the people working were very nice (lots of people on deck working when I came around 12:30 pm on a tuesday), able to answer any questions you have. when you're done eating you go up and pay at the register, instead of them bringing you a bill. it was pretty busy when we went as well, lots of people and filled tables! parking was a little hard to find as there are lots of businesses in the area but not a proportionate/super huge parking lot. I'd also say it's a little tight if you drive a bigger end suv, or something even bigger like a truck.
came with a group of 14 and they kindly made a table for us and service was quick, would come again
The Bun Bo here was very good compared to most restaurants in thr Little Saigon area. The menu is very very small. Only 5 dishes. The drink menu is triple the size of the food menu lol. I felt that the meat portions in the bun bo was generous as well. Overall, definitely worth a try.
I ordered bun bo Hue to go with pig ankle, the part where there's meat. Other restaurants around here don't offer that meat part anymore with bun bo Hue. My order was on time, the broth was flavorful, lemongrass for sure. I like it and plan to come back next Monday.

Decent place, a good amount of blood cubes, but the stock was too sweet.
Good quick meal, would recommend for those who want to try legit BBH. They have chili and shrimp paste right on the table.
The Bún Bò Huế (Beef and pork soup with rice noodle) were not special. It lacked flavor of Bún Bò Huế, but wasn't too bad. It was salty for my taste. Because of my sensitive smell, I smelled the detergent while I was eating. I think they were cleaning up in the back because it's close to the closing time. They should have a solution for this situation.
Bún Bò was not the star ... 🍜 For a restaurant named after Bún Bò Huế, we were disappointed with the bland and flavorless broth. We tried their other dishes and they were much better. Their menu isn't too wide but offers a decent range of different Vietnamese dishes. We also found it annoying that they charge $2 for a cup of hot and iced tea when everywhere else only charges $1 or gives it free. * Bún Bò Huế: 4/10 - has all the bun bo hue ingredients but could barely taste the broth * Bánh Canh Tôm Cua Huế: 8/10 - thick broth and great flavor * Mì Quảng: 9/10 - loved the noodle texture and flavor of the soup The interior was very nice with plenty of tables and booths. The workers were very nice and attentive the entire time. They're located in Bolsa Plaza which is pretty small so it might be tough to find parking at peak times. Recommend anything other than the bún bò.

Just okay. Normal Bun Bo Hue. Not bad not good. Good service though.
Less portion sodium kind of heavy
This restaurant is well-known to many people about beef noodle from Central Vietnam (Bún bò Huế) but it really disappointed me! The broth of their Bun Bo Huế was sweet but not good. It seemed it was not from bones & meat! Not flavorful either. Just average so so. Service was not good. Best thing in this restaurant was its restroom! Clean and modern
Foods are okay. It's a place to seat and stuff your face. Nothing special. My experience of most of Vietnamese restaurant services is a bit better than any chinanese restaurants. In general speaking, Asian restaurant services are always lacked to American counterparts. I myself would not give the same percentage of tips.

We came during soft opening. The food is okay, but the cleanliness needs to address. We found plastic bag in Banh Canh. And banh canh is full of water.
The star of Bún Bò Huế is the broth. It should be deep and vibrant, achieved through hours of simmering beef bones, lemongrass, and a touch of fermented shrimp paste. The result is a rich, savory base with a distinct aroma. A well-made Bún Bò strikes a perfect balance of salty, spicy, sour, and umami, with a subtle sweetness but this restaurant appears to lack all of the above.
This place is a few months new, nice, clean, pleasant. The young wait staff is polite and efficient, sounds like siblings in the same family. Their bun bo is the Southern version of bun bo Hue. The broth is way too sweet with too much sugar, too much MSG, also too salty and lacking depth of bone stock and Hue's unique lemon grass and shrimp paste flavor. The $15.95 bowl is smaller than competition, about the same size as the $10 bun bo bowl at Van's and about 2/3 the $16 large bowl at Ngu Binh. There are plenty of protein in the bowl. The shank and tendon were cooked perfectly, but the beef balls are soft and grainy, not chewy. Since the broth was too sweet and salty I had difficulties finishing even half of this small bowl. After eating I had a numbing pain in my heart, and nerves along the my spinal column and the back of my neck were tight in knots, agitated for more than half a day, indication of excess MSG and other stimulants in the soup. I was about to order a banh canh tom cua to go just to try it, but knowing how sweet, salty and MSG it would be , I decided against it. This place is not worth coming back to.

Bun bo and banh canh were not good. I barely could finish it. Same owner as Ghien Mi Go fyi
I had Mi Quang. The noodles were not fresh—they were somewhat hardened. The shrimp still had shells on and didn’t smell fresh either. Overall, it was a 2-star quality meal—absolutely not worth $14.95 for a small bowl. I will not return.
Their bun bo hue has a salty taste. They have only one male LGBT waiter who is unfriendly with a weird attitude. Will not coming back
Very appointed when we come today on Saturday! Bún Bò Huế’s broth is too salty and has no lemongrass or spicy taste, just like plain water with salt and msg. Maybe they just added water. My hubby got stomachache and diarrhea after that from bún bò Huế, which was probably from the meat as they tasted unusual. I was lucky to have Bánh canh which is a bit better, but not that good. I tasted his bún bò broth and it’s just like what he described above.

The older woman who prepares food into the boxes is very rude, impolite, loud. I feel sorry for the owner who hired the unprofessional customer service person.
Bún bò không có mùi Bún bò
Bad young server visa students i guess. He didn't want me to change my order after 30 seconds. I am working in restaurant. I know what the cookers can do during 30 seconds. He's simply just lazy to..
TERRIBLE customer service. The people came after us and they got their food served while we still need to wait over 20 minutes even though we order the same food as other customers. When we reminded the lady, waitress, she said the kitchen might miss our order and she does not bother to apologize for that. ======> NOT recommended
Bun Bo here was not authentic. The beef tendon and pork feet seemed to be cooked or just boiled separately from the broth so tasted very bland. There’s no smell of lemon grass nor shrimp paste in the broth. We also ordered banh canh but could only finish 1/3 of it as the broth and udon were not warm enough. Very disappointed.
Bún bò Huế was ok. Service was terrible all the servers need to be trained. We were seated waiting at least 10 minutes to order and bún bò Huế came out without eating utensils, we had to ask for it. And the final straw was adding 15 percent for tip on top of the bill. We are not going back to this restaurant again.
Bún bò ngon - Good one. Updated 9/29/2024 The strong smell of bleach on the spoon destroyed my taste and make me worry for my health. I did ordered ice water but they didn’t serve.
Our family just ate here yesterday and we all got diarrhea and throwing up continuously. Weaken body. We had to seek medical help.
