In the hot summer of Cali, this restaurant offers a glass of special drink for each customer, which is impressive. The restaurant is quite well-known among Vietnamese people. They serve Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. We order one Hu tieu kho, the broth was good. The noodles was alot with different kinds of meat and half egg, but nothing too special in my opinion. The stirred fried noodles with vegetables tasted nice though.

We have been to Luc Dinh KY Tap #1 and decided to come to #2, we loved everything, and herbal tea is always on the house for free, but be sure to request cold or hot in your liking. We ordered more to go, and since we spent so much money, the owner gave my wife extra bottle herbal tea for free. Loved their fast service and friendly servers.

They have a lot of space, which is nice. The food was okay, but not special compared to other restaurants in the area. They do offer a free herbal drink, which is a nice gesture.

I’m from Canada and my goal is to find the best Hu Tiu on this strip. They lost 1 star because I ordered rice noodle, however I received egg noodle. However, the food was so good that it is still four stars. Their sauce is very well seasoned and blend perfectly with the noodles with the right amount. The portion sizes were more than adequate, and the noodles had exceptional chewiness with the right amount of sauce. The wontons are delicious. Taste just like Vietnam. They came in the soup which were also very good. They give free drinks which is called Nước Mát. It’s quite sweet but it cut the grease from the noodles

solid place in little saigon! of the times i've been here, i've had a good experience with the food. had the chow fun and the pho - both are great. responsive staff, and can be lively during peak hours. the free ngoc mat is great. menu has some good variety- noodles, rice dishes, egg noodle, pho, etc.

This location opened late! Foods are always great and consistent. They offered free herbal tea with every meal you ordered.

Popular Chinese-Vietnamese fusion restaurant in OC area that opens until midnight. Services was OK and prices reasonable. Tried the rice bo luc lac (cubed beef) - the beef was tender and flavourful, however the rice was a bit too crispy for my personal liking. Each meal came with free iced tea. Make sure to bring cash.

Not a bad place for late night food. My family went around 9PM ish and there was a small rush, so a small wait time was given. They give out free hertal tea, which is really good and refreshing. We order the salmon crispy rice plate and the special soft stir-fried noodle. They both were good, the salmon is very simple, but my family enjoyed it. As for the noodle plate, it was ok, a bit under flavor for my own preference. I it would be better if there were like mushroom...it was just a bunch of meat in it (fish, chicken, and lapchong), which is a bit of a weird mix for me. Overall, not a bad place.
