We stayed at the resort and this was the first place we decided to eat. They have outdoor seating that is straight across from the beach. They also have a couple igloo that you can eat in outside if it’s too chili. Plenty of seating inside as well. The chips, salsa and guacamole were so delicious. The chips came out hot and were so good. I also enjoyed the mushroom Swiss cheeseburger. It’s 1/2 pound and it’s a big sandwich! Our server was Trever and he was wonderful. He was so busy because it really filled up while we were there and he didn’t miss a beat!

The food is really good here. Definitely a nice scenery at this location. Decor is nice here watched the world cup here. Ordered the burger and fries must try at this place. Burger definitely have a lot of flavor.

Mmmmm! I had the best sandwich here. It was a turkey pesto sandwich that I don't see on their online menu anymore. The sauce was amazing. There were options for kids as well, which was very helpful! My husband had fish tacos. We didn't have to wait to get a table at all. And the short walk to the beach was amazing. This restaurant is inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. It was beautiful.

Located in the Hyatt Regency, Pete's Sunset Grille is a really cool, low key, restaurant right near Huntington Beach. The food and service today in the bar was excellent. We loved the fish tacos!

Perfect location for family meet-ups, brunch or dinner. Can accommodate large groups very easily. Food was good. Wish service was a tad faster but it was a busy weekend with a huge corporate summit staying at the hotel. Will happily return for the poke bowl and veggie sandwich on sourdough. Divine!

The food was delicious and honestly a bit less expensive than I thought it would be. My server Nathan was awesome. He was kind and attentive while easily noticing that I just wanted to have some food and read my book. The portion of ahi in the sandwich was impressive - I love a nice thick piece with a rare center and that was just what I got. The Caesar was really good and done just right. The restaurant is not too loud and has a good amount of space. When I came around 6pm it wasn't busy at all. It has a great view of the water. As the name implies it's a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Service makes or breaks an experience. Jimmy made our dining experience and our day! He cares deeply about the customers. What could have been an ordinary bite to eat after the beach turned into the best part of our day. Food was excellent but Jimmy made sure the details were perfection. For example, he noticed our drink got warm in the sun because we had to step away for a call so he had a cup of ice ready upon our return. We'll be back to the hotel and Pete's grill because Jimmy made it 5 stars for our family.

Edit: we ended up eating here twice, ordered the same tempura roll and although looking the same wasn’t inconsistent on the flavor. Still good! Buffalo wings were good nothing special, the green beans were a delight!! And we had the Mallory Torte which was actually really good not to sweet! Orders to go and took it to the beach! 5/5 Shrimp Tempura, easily the best I’ve ever had, my Palette was in Heaven. The sauce is incredible, the actual roll it self texture wise was phenomenal! I honestly will order this every time I am in Huntington Beach. As for the Swiss burger it was also to really good! 3/5 and that’s due to the excessive meat.. 1/2lb is ginormous and well plenty for two (1/4-1/3 options would be a lot better. The first 3 or so bites were really good, great tasting meat however the seasoning is inconsistent throughout, and then after awhile you’re just eating unseasoned beef. If you’re in the area or stay at the Hyatt Regency I highly recommend Pete’s Sunset Grille

My husband and I visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day. We booked a table through Google. Delicious food, pleasant and fast service, pleasant family atmosphere. Most of the visitors are from the nearby hotel. It's nice to walk around the area before and after dinner.

Went for dinner on a weekend night and had no problem getting in. Host sat us right away. The dining room only had 2/3 booths most are just tables in a large room with TVs all over. We had sushi and the Salmon. Both were decent. The fried rice with bacon was not my favorite but the broccolini was delicious. Solid service we appreciated it!

Good place. I was staying at the resort and came here twice for dinner and lunch. Menu remains the same but it's good. The dinner the first night, we ordered the Mai Tai, the Offshore Breeze for drinks and the fish tacos and the mushroom swiss burger for entrees. The drinks were good. I liked the Offshore Breeze a lot as I've had a similar drink before and that was not good. This one really hit all the marks. The fish tacos were very good and filling. I liked the fried fish better than the grilled fish. The burger was also decent. For lunch the second day, we got the tomatoes and pepper bisque with fried green beans, grilled cheese and the blackberry margarita and a mimosa. The bisque was good but the fried green beans were AMAZING!! The drinks were definitely strong as we just needed the one each to feel buzzed. Despite not liking flavored margaritas, I really liked the blackberry margarita. Liked this place both times, but you definitely run out of menu options.

I've been here and few times. The service is either great by a couple of servers or not so good by the people at the front. Food is good, tacos and salmon poke bowl. If you time it with the open air bands they have in the plaza area, you hit a great time. Try to park at the meters on PCH.

Service was a little slow considering there were only 3 tables of customers and lots of staff. Josiah deserves a shout out for taking care of us when he saw we were at our table for almost 10 mins with no one coming over to us. The kitchen also did a great job of putting the charcuterie meat on another plate since I am a vegetarian. Will go back next year!
