Sweet Elle Cafe is a cozy spot known for its excellent coffee, friendly staff, and delicious sandwiches. Customers rave about the quality of the espresso drinks and the welcoming atmosphere. Some find it pricey, especially for drip coffee with no refills.
Tip: Try the specialty coffee drinks and sandwiches. Be aware that prices can be high, especially for breakfast.

They’re so nice here, the food and pastries are fresh and excellent, and they truly know how to make espresso drinks well. Americano is consistent and never over or under extracted 🤌🏼. Couldn’t be happier that Sweet Elle has replaced the Sbux that was there in years prior. Fantastic upgrade!
This place was a cute little cafe. They had inside and outside seating. You can choose to eat there or order to go. Ordered two sandwiches one tuna and the other blt. Both came with a small side salad. I also had a coke in a glass bottle and a small matcha latte with oatmilk. Food was very tasty. Total we paid was about $50 for 2 people so a bit on the pricier side.
I really love this place. Their drip coffee is some of the best brewed coffee I've had. Their flat whites are amazing. The baristas really know how to dial in the espresso to perfection. For breakfast I would recommend the Houston wrap or the Mama Hwang's Bulgogi Sandwich. All of the pastries are fresh and delicious. If I was in Huntington Beach looking for good quality coffee, then there's no better place than Sweet elle. 😊
Wonderful little place tucked into the Ralphs shopping center off of Warner Avenue. Fabulous mocha coffee and delightful food. This prosciutto and burrata sandwich was particularly delicious, with a lightly dressed petite salad on the side. The bulgogi sandwich is a popular favorite and not served regularly. If you get an opportunity to have it, snatch it up! Customer service is always kind and friendly.
It’s been a while since I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Sweet Elle cafe and it didn’t disappoint! I selected the vegetarian wrap with extra salsa and an iced americano with a splash of oat milk. Absolute perfection!
Excellent coffee beverages. They seem to know how to make a coffee beverage just right, not too sweet and high quality coffee - and the service is out of this world. When I'm traveling in they the Huntington Beach area, I definitely try to catch a relaxed breakfast here.
This is the best coffee shop in Huntington Beach. The coffee is amazing and the staff is super nice and efficient. My favorite drink is the iced peanut butter mocha, but all of the drinks are great. I’ve been coming to Sweet Elle for years for the coffee and food. I highly recommend stopping by to grab food and/or drinks.
Very delicious sandwiches and specialty coffee! Little cozy spot to enjoy your coffee. Friendly staff. Thank you
Great food, great coffee, and great service! We love this place!

Great food, great coffee, and great service! We love this place!
Very delicious sandwiches and specialty coffee! Little cozy spot to enjoy your coffee. Friendly staff. Thank you
Great ambiance and very friendly staff! Amazing place to study. There is no wifi, so I used my hotspot. The music is great for studying and for a casual chat with friends.
If you want a great place to get an amazing cup of coffee look no further. The also server food which is almost as good as there coffee. They have a very nice lounge area that's comfortable and inviting.
Andrew and Grace remember my order, every day. I can't ask for a better latte. Price is high but the taste keeps me coming back. Love the atmosphere.
Im a frequent customer of Sweet Elle Cafe and there are good reasons for coming back. The selection of healthy and fast meals, wide variety of beverages, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff and a relaxed ambience all contribute to the satisfaction after each visit.
This is the best cafe. Food is great, vegetarian and vegan friendly. Coffee is the best I've really ever had. And Andrew, the barista, has remembered my name and drink every time I've gone in. It's really nice.
If I had to rank, I would rank this peanut butter mocha as the number one drink EVER, and then I would say Portola's mocha is second. Sweet Elle's is the best place to order a peanut butter mocha with oatmilk, if your stomach doesn't do well with regular milk. I haven't really tried anything else to say, but get the pb mocha with oatmilk. It's life changing. :)
Best dirty lavender around!!! Great tasting drinks expertly crafted. Ice pellets make a difference. Baristas are very friendly. Very clean inside.
The cafe staff was great The Bluberry roibois tea brought me right to good memories in South Africa. And the bananna coconut muffin was excellent.mmmmm! Quiet and quaint with a hip down home interrior design. For sure two thumbs up.😄
Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Ingredients are fresh and healthy and the taste was delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Excited to find this great cafe!
Super friendly staff Fun menu. Great drip coffee
Sweet Elle's is a little slice of heaven. Their food, pastries, coffee, everything is DELICIOUS!!! They are personal and so hospitable to their guests. It's a treat to go to Sweet Elle's! Highly recommend!
One of our favorite morning spots. Reliable standards such as quiche. You'll also find interesting twists on things like oatmeal. We're looking forward to working through the menu.
One of the best kept secrets in HB. This is a gem, it’s so cute and delicious. The drinks and the sandwiches are to die for. The only bummer is they aren’t open long enough and they are a little pricey, but so worth it!
The staff is incredibly friendly and the drinks are good. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice. Not as quiet as a library, but good to study or meet up with someone.
Sweet Elle is the best. Thanks to Grace for working so hard to bring us such a nice experience, consistently!! Brie is great, so helpful and sweet!
Very friendly staff! And the coffee is amazing! Definitely recommend their Vanilla iced latte!
The best coffee in Huntington Beach So much care poured into every cup, always perfect every time. I drive out of my way for this coffee. Thank you Grace ❤❤❤❤❤
Went here 3 days in a row while on a business trip. Great coffee, great service, great food. I've never been happier with breakfast 3 days in a row!!!
If you are board with Starbucks coffee try Sweet Elle Cafe it is the best latte I have had anywhere. They have great food to from bagel sandwiches to salads and my favorite the breakfast burrito. We use to go there all the time when we lived in HB and we still go when we are in town because we like it so much. Great service and comfy atmosphere.
I very much enjoyed my visit! I had the Elle Bagel with avocado and bacon. They didn't skimp on the bacon or the avacado. It was very good. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is great. Lots of chairs and even a couch to lounge on. They even had some books around if you wanted to relax and read. I will definitely go back again!
This place turned me into a coffee drinker! I have wanted to get into the occasional latte or seasonal beverage but have never liked other coffee houses I found in the past. Since finding Sweet Elle I have enjoyed AT LEAST one relaxing time there a week. The decor is awesome and the employees have been patient with my inexperience ordering coffee (might sound silly but to.a non-cofee drinker who didn't know the difference between a mocha latte and a cafe mocha it is very much appreciated) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sweet Elle Cafe to anyone who wants to try an independent coffeehouse. Oh! Try they're chocolate chip coffee cake! Delicious!
Sweet Elle Cafe is the best! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and provides a great space to quietly work and study. There coffee is amazing from their lavender latte to their Stumptown cold brew. The workers are great at servicing the needs of the customer and love learning the names of those who come inside their sweet cafe.
I've been going to this cafe for over 2 years now once or twice a week with friends. I moved here 2 years ago from Canada, this was my first experience in an American cafe. The coffee and food is great. The service is outstanding! They've known me by name for quite some time now and take the time to get to know you a bit each time you come in. If your looking for a Starbucks in and out service, you won't get that here.
Sweet Elles is an absolutely amazing cafe/coffee shop. I love there iced vanilla lattes, as well as there tasty brunch food. There brunch food isn't the cheapest, but the quality of the food makes up it! This morning, I tried there Huevos rancheros and the flavor of the dish was as absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend Sweet Elles!!
i love supporting local businesses especially when those that really care about the community. grace is the owner here and she is the most friendly and efficient person i know. she knows just about every customer's names and even when you've only been here once or twice, she will remember your name the next time you come back! the food and drinks here are really delicious and priced right. free wifi is always a big plus and you can really lose yourself here for hours! there are tons of books you can borrow, or bring your laptop to do some work. plenty of comfortable seating as well as wall plugs for your electronics.
I've been away for over a year and the owner remembered my face and made a point to catch my name. She is a doll who always cares about her interaction with the customer. Plus she makes a beautiful piece of art out of her lattes. Always feel at home here - love love love Sweet Elle!
Best coffee I’ve had in years. There’s a reason everyone is a regular.
This place is so cute! Very homey and convenient. I had the Thai Coffee, perfect summer treat. Similar to a dirty Chai... But better. The food was well prepared and came out quickly. It is located in a shopping center with other shops so you can clear right thru your to-do list. Customer service was spot on. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Visit Sweet Elle Cafe, you won't be disappointed.
This little cafe is a great spot for anyone who likes to sit down and catch up with a friend, do some work, or try their coffees. I got the Sweeeet drink and it was a delicious mix of syrup and their cold brew. I'm curious to try other menus next time I go, the most intriguing being the frozen hot chocolate. My mouth watered when I saw a couple nearby eating it.
Get the Greenwich sandwich and the lavender latte. The sandwich was delicious and the seasoned tomatoes were so fresh. What really got me was the lavender latte. Literally the most delicious beverage I've ever consumed. Get it. Seriously. I got it yesterday and am going to get another one today. Also the place is adorable with antique furniture and bookshelves and games. Check it out!
Heard it was good breakfast spot so gave it a try. Had breakfast burrito with nice mix of ingredients, big and the best part was the way it was wrapped, no excess tortilla bunched up at the bottom and it held together well. Although a bit pricey at $11 (like everything since COVID), one was enough for me and my wife to share, so value is still there and it was delicious! We will go back. Fyi, they are in the old Starbucks location in Ralph's parking lot at Warner and Bolsa Chica.
I love this coffee shop. Good coffee and fresh pastries daily including gluten free and vegan options! You can order ahead online or order in store. They also have more brunchy foods on their menu as well.
Love love love everything about this Cafe! I don't even drink coffee but I love Grace's Mochas. Such a comfortable and welcoming vibe it's great to sit on the couch in the corner and just kind of sink in with my mocha and Elle bagel(don't go reading this and stealing my spot 😉) I enjoy the music too, usually something that's relaxing that you've heard before but with a different take on it. I highly recommend stoping in a trying something because it's all great! Oh and even though I'm not a daily coffee guy Grace remembers my name and my drink. Definitely a place I'm happy to shop small.
Loved it, not super high quality craft coffee but decent espresso and yummy food. Great sweet spot between high end coffee shop and chain coffee garbage.
My first time at Sweet Elle Cafe in Downtown HB ( which was previously The Sit, Stay Cafe) & now my new fave neighborhood cafe . I got the KodeMari Matcha Tea Latte & Veggie quiche, both were so good , Grace helped me and is so friendly & welcoming! Highly recommend this place , you will not be disappointed!
Sweet Elle is my favorite place to study. There is ample seating and lots of outlets to work on your lap top. The music is mellow and the kitchen isnt too loud. The food is delicious! I loooooove that Grace stocks organic milk!! Eat here!
Delicious food, cute atmosphere, lots of seating, free WiFi, and friendly staff. Good place to get some work done. They seem to have a lot of regulars come in as well since I heard the barista calling people by name and remembering orders. Will definitely be coming back again and again.
Sweet Elle's is my absolute favourite cafe! I'm fortunate enough to live just a block away, so I come here every day/every other day or so. It's clean, cozy, warm, and has a lovely, quiet atmosphere. I come here so often, the barista (bless his heart, he has such a kind soul) knows my name and exact order: a 20oz dirty chai with oat milk. Everything on their menu is superb- ESPECIALLY their plum galettes and lox paninis. I'm not kidding when I say this is one of my favourite places on Earth.
The most charming cafe in the city. The whole aesthetic is based off the idea of home and everyone involved does their best to embody that idea to the fullest extent. Not to mention that their food options are amazing, hard to disappoint, and the coffee is divine.
This cafe is absolutely darling but most importantly, the food and coffee are fantastic. Ingredients are so fresh and I have loved everything I've ordered. I want to keep supporting this place because it's exactly the kind of restaurant I want in my neighborhood.
I am so thrilled that I came across this fabulous little cafe by chance on my way home. It has a small menu selection but it is big on taste and freshness. I had the buttermilk biscuit breakfast sandwich with ham and my cousin has the elite avocado toast, both AMAZING! They also have coffee and teas as well, which we did try. I believe I had what was called a Peanut butter latte, delicious! And my cousin the Lavender with coffee also delicious. I enjoyed it so much I'm tempted to return tomorrow.
Best chai tea on earth. This cozy little gem is one of my favorite spots in orange county. Old family chairs and tables fill this place, giving it a real homey feel. The tea and coffee is out of this world, and the food and baked goods never disappoint; I highly recommend the breakfast wraps. To polish off this perfect review I can't forget the staff. They include the owner herself most days, and everyone is always incredibly warm and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.
Grace is the nicest and most customer-focused owner, the employees always give me a warm welcome, and the coffee is absolutely the best I've had in the area. Don't sleep on their pastries or the absolutely delicious house-made food items. I couldn't be a bigger fan of Sweet Elle!
I've been there twice now, great service!! 1st time I had a sandwich that was made with meat and a fried egg which was awesome, and this time I had the avocado toast and it was very good. Also, I've shared the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies they were yummy! And I understand they make their own almond milk, and have had one latte made with it and it was very good.
Food and coffees are delicious! Veggie wrap is our favorite. Peanut butter mocha is excellent.
Great coffee and drinks!! We had a few different breakfast items and all were delicious. Very well organized and safe during this pandemic.... I'm confident in the health measures they have in place. Order online and text them when you arrive and they will prepare your order.
I typically go to the downtown location, but needed somewhere to work today. The vibe inside this location is calm and airy with plenty of small tables to work from. Latte was A+! I also want to give a shout out to the ladies working today. There was a slightly snotty older customer causing a wee stink at about every stage of their visit (for no real reason) and the employees remained friendly and professional throughout. Sorry you had to, but you did it with grace!
Grace and all of the staff here are so friendly and make you feel like family. The food is absolutely delicious. You really can't make a wrong choice when choosing something, it's all amazing. And the coffee is delicious as well. This was a regular place for my family until we moved out of state. One of my most missed food spots.
LOVE this place. They have great coffee and breakfast items. I've never had any of their lunch items so I can't comment on those. My grandma and I meet here for breakfast a lot on weekends. My only complaint is that they don't have 2%/skim milk just whole milk. Whole milk makes me sick so I have to avoid it. The almond milk tastes good but some people might have a nut allergy. Anyway! I still love it.
Outstanding almond croissant. Delicious cafe latte.
👍🏼Hands down the best local cafe in Huntington Beach. I got a regular black coffee & veggie loaded bagel with cream cheese. Coffee was dark roast & the taste was amazing. Bagels were fresh & fluffy. Definitely making this my spot!
Such an amazing and comforting place! I love walking here in the mornings and am always greeted by the sweetest staff. The baristas chat with you and make you feel welcomed! Their prices are sometimes a bit high but it’s the cost of going to a good cafe. My favorite is the lavender dirty latte, you cant get that smooth and flavorful of a drink anywhere else!
My husband and I live a couple blocks from the downtown location but came here today while running errands. They 100% have the best lattes in town and the BEST staff. They remember our drinks and names and warmly welcome us every time we come in. What I like about this location is they have a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating - would be great for remote work. The dirty lavender latte with their house made almond milk is my go to. Cant say enough good things about this place and the people!
Sweet Elle is a family favorite. My mom and I have been customers for years. Great service and amazing coffee and tea drinks. The food is excellent as well. Staff is always friendly and professional.

I usually make my coffee at home to save $$ but I recently discovered Sweet Elle in the Ralphs plaza and now and then I treat myself and go there for an Americano or Cappuccino. They are friendly and have a nice atmosphere and outdoor patio area along with an interesting food menu which I haven't tried yet. Unfortunately, Cappuccino was not hot which was disappointing.
Stopped by the Sweet Elle Cafe before heading to the beach. Hubby and I ordered a hot mocha with a shot of CBD. Yum! For breakfast he got a cinnamon brioche muffin. It was light and airy. I ordered the buratta avocado toast but it’s a seasonal item so they didn’t have it. Settled on the original avocado toast and it was fabulous. Huge chunks of fresh avocado seasoned just perfectly on toast. Prices are a bit high, in my opinion. $10 for an 8 ounce mocha with a shot of CBD. $11 for avocado toast. Breakfast total was $40. It’s definitely good quality items so I do recommend giving it a try!

Cute cafe, the frozen hot chocolate won me over. I was going to order that plus lunch but the waitress warned me that the dessert is ginormous... So I decided not to order lunch and just enjoy my frozen hot chocolate :p Wow it was pretty huge. I think my mouth was numb when I almost finished the whole thing. Luckily my sister, who was entertained by me, was kind enough to share her savory omelette when I needed it.
Sweet ☕ and great service to add to the experience but they are relocating hopefully a place with patio seating. 9/8/2020 new location is great but for one egg burrito + one latte $23 seems a little much for me.
As a notary, this cafe's outdoor seating is a perfect stop and meeting place for appointments in Huntington close to Warner Street. Great ☕, stone seating, easy parking, done deal.
Remember when it went in. Used to be Starbucks. Have that open grass area for mini concerts, pop up tent and have raffles, or fun get together area. It’s meant for dogs and a mini park for the people who live around there but should look a little nicer with a specific area for animals and area for events.
Great local coffee shop! Love the specialty drinks. The service is always friendly and will to answer any questions. Forgot the book you were going to read while sipping on the Stumptown Nitro Cold Brew? No problem, they have a selection to choose from along with a few games to play with friends.
The decor is a little funky (non-matching furniture, seemingly intentional), sometimes food crumbs from prior customers left on seating and tables (not timely cleaned by staff), a little on the pricey side compared to comparable menus from similar types of places. However, the food quality is very very good. If the food quality was not so good, I would give 2 or 3 stars, but I think 4 stars is more than fair. If a little cleaner, and maybe $1-$2 less on many of the menu items, I would give 5 stars.
A bit pricey but delicious well made espresso drinks with unique flavor options. The chocolate banana bread was delish and so were the overnight oats.
Sweet Elle Cafe is a super awesome local cafe, had a club sandwich, down right delicious i ate it so fast! Also had the Nitro Cold brew, smooth and rich. Really welcoming and nice staff, great enviroment, decorated nicely as well.
I love this place but I can't tell u how many times I've arrived here only to see it closed on a holiday or too early in the day. My suggestion is to open earlier because this place doesn't even open after I get out of early AM gym which is around 6am.
Stopped by this place earlier with a friend before we headed to class. Very cute interior, very cozy looking. Plenty of seating. Menu was chalkboard style - love it. There was no one at the counter when we came in but that's okay because I spent about 10 minutes trying to decide what to get lol. Decided on the lavender tea latte on the rocks with almond milk. Delicious! I like the little crumbs? they put on the bottom. Overall an enjoyable experience. Will definitely be coming back. Friendly customer service although the service was a little bit slow.
Awesome breakfast sammies and that ricotta cake is a must with your latte. 🤩🤩🤩 One side note this place is quite pricey. Breakfast for 2 with coffee was $49.00 here. As nice and good as it is, It's hard to swallow that price.

The place is somewhat charming, with mismatched furniture. However many of the upholestered pieces are broken down and a bit filthy. They have games to borrow and play onsute as well as some books, and they now have free WiFi if that's your thing. The food and coffes I've had are good though. Vegan options. Groovy nature lover options. But traditional options as well. Behind the counter does look clean. We have been going here on and off for almost 10 years, its been off for a couple of years, and it was never busy. Today was hopping ... holiday season? Or maybe it has gained popularity. A nice change from the cold cookie cutter corporate coffee giants. 3.5 stars but doesn't give that option. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!!!
Coffee is said to be a medium when it is a dark roast. Super Duper Smoky, Unflavorful, Lacking all body with a Nasty Moldy Flavor Shop is on a corner of a strip mall with a dated look I am ok with, and plenty of seating. There are many other food items on the menu which is why chose to leave 3 stars and not 1. I did speak with their barista; have the host talk to me about their roast, and how strict they are with their coffee. They assured me they rotate their roasts often, and sometimes serve single orgin. What I can say so far is don't ditch this place over coffee, but stay away from the Hollar Mountain Roast by Stumptown. It sounds like this can be resolved.
They charge you for extra salsa (when there’s clearly not enough in the first place and I paid a lot for a vegetarian burrito... I can go to any mexican eatery and get pounds of great salsa for free) and non dairy creamer is extra also- hello hipster eatery- really?? Coffee was just ok - spend less time being pretentious and grab me with your down to earth prices and hospitality.
Cool quaint coffee place. A little on the pricy side though. $4 bucks for just black coffee seems a bit much The coffee was good... No WiFi too, so take note if you plan on staying to enjoy your coffee.
Place is cool. Service is slow. The Stumptown coffee that serve really is not good. It tastes like a bitter McDonald's coffee. I would go back if they change there coffee provider.
Employee with latex gloves on, takes my order, wipes the pos machine with sanitizer towel, spills some oat milk on her gloves , cleans it up by wiping her gloves on a towel, then hands me my food and napkins, all while wearing the same pair of gloves. GROSS. PLEASE DONT WEAR GLOVES AND PROPERLY WAS YOUR HANDS WHILE WORKING WITH FOOD. Wearing gloves is not an excuse to not wash your hands. Repeat customer but wont come back.
Sweet Elle Café is "meh". It's fine. Nothing spectacular, and while the food is delicious, and the customer service is friendly, $4 for a cup of drip coffee with no refills is a crime. Between the lack of outlets (the ones visible to the public are covered by painters tape), no refills on drip coffee, tiny water cups, combined with tiny tables, the vibe is more "eat and leave" versus "welcome, enjoy a snack or meal, a beverage, relax for a few, get some work done (and perhaps grab a pastry to-go) before heading back out for the rest of your day". I understand campers don't bring in dollars, but an unwelcoming vibe doesn't cultivate return customers. I know I won't be back.
Good space. Easy location. Nice design. Fridge with excellent name brand drinks. Selling someone’s baked goods. Staff nice but a tad ready to leave by 2. My third visit here and glad it’s there for ease in my life, but this is another spot that could be excellent with just a small amount of attention and staff training.

Tamales with rice and beans came out and I couldn't even tell they were beans. Everything was old and dry. I asked for them to fix it and they did bring fresh rice and beans which was better but still not worth what it cost anyway. Took a ricotta cake to go and looked in the bag when i got home and it had a curly black hair stuck to it. Wasn't my taste for the coffee (not their fault but I'd even prefer Starbucks which isn't great coffee either) but that was the last straw for me. Unfortunately we won't be going back for a very long time if ever. I do hope they do better in future because this spot did come with some high recommendations initially.
Latte was average in quality, disappointing that they would not do a half caffeine option. Inflexible without explanation. The woman working today was training a new employee and was reprimanding him in front of me as I was paying for my latte. Unprofessional and unkind. Music was also louder than most coffee shops. Too loud. Not a good experience overall. Outside area was nice, other than it being right next to a busy street (also loud).

Too loud. Not a good experience overall. Outside area was nice, other than it being right next to a busy street (also loud).
The owner is rude which I am assuming is why there are always new employees being trained every time I go in. The coffee and food are good but it is overpriced. The cafe itself is cute but there are other coffee shops with better coffee, better prices, and better owners.
This place is not a clean place. Furniture with large stained spots. I ordered but after looking closer felt the health Dept. Should be called. I cancelled my sandwich and coffee order of just under $14! The lady who came to clean my table only wiped around the top of the table. After touching the area she did not clean found it so sticky with ? that I was so grossed out I practically ran to my car after getting a refund. Oh, and the same lady that had wiped a portion to clean my table then goes back to making orders for all And etc. When I asked her for a cloth to clean the table she told me with a bit of superiority we will do that for you. Oh.well l left as I did not want my whole morning ruined. The only good thing I can say about this place is they let you use electricity. The food and drink I did not nor will hopefully never taste.
We had 5 of us and wanted to sit together and we were told that we can't put tables together. That was sad and unusual as we were not creating a fair hazard. The food is very over priced but it is delicious. There were ants and no one seemed to care; so that was strange. Didn't see them till after we ate.
Ordered a 16 drip coffee. Got a 12oz cup. NP, eating in, I'll just get a refill. No. Ok, NP again. I guess I just ordered another 16 oz drip. ($8 now) Received another 12ox cup. Finally said something. Received glares. "if you want it to go you should say so." Ok bye.
Egg burrito was made on a surface that fish was on and it smelled and tasted like fish. Told the cashier I couldn’t eat it and requested a refund and was told to wait for a “refund confirmation” after waiting ten minutes I asked again and they responded with “I have to ask the owner if it’s ok to refund you and she hasn’t responded yet” Such a bad way to do business. Never heard of waiting for the owner to confirm my refund…. Just left because I didn’t want to waste my time and called it a wash. Never going back again for their fishy mushy egg burritos.
My recent visit to this place left me disappointed. I ordered a 16oz Americano, after paying a lady calls me back stating they accidentally charged me for a 12oz. Instead of just making me a 16oz since they are the ones who made the mistake, they insisted I return to pay the extra amount for a 16, which was crazy to me so I just took the 12 oz. The drink I received was overly acidic, and when I asked to switch to a latte, I was told no since it cost $6.......... So First you mess up the order, then mess up the drink, and on top of it I tipped and they feel entitled that I should not be able to get a latte. So I just get a black coffee to replace my last drink and long behind they somehow managed to make an even more acidic drink. You guys need to seriously train your staff on customer service and how to properly roast espresso.
I've gone to Sweet Elle since their first location. It was apparent I wasn't welcomed that last time in. I ordered a coffee and avocado toast. I think it was that I stood in the way of a good friend of theirs as I ordered. Internet is not shared; hot spot your phone.
Cashier tried to charge me $12.50 for an item listed at $10.50 on their menu on the wall. $6 for plain black tea, LOL. Place is dead for a reason.
