The food is great here. Love the charbroiled beef - so juicy and tender. Good quality meat unlike so many other places where the meat is tough or tastes processed.

Had a delicious pork and vermicelli bowl. Service could use a little work.

I've never really had an issue here. Its really simple, get the app order ahead then pick it up, no problems. You can used your points and a coupon on the same order, most places let you do one or the other.

i like wendy's because i can feast on a variety of foods in one meal, within a reasonable budget... their mobile app has good deals... in a single mobile order, you can use both an offer (e.g. "free fries with $5 purchase") and a reward (e.g. "small frosty for 200 points")... i got the double stack for ~$4 and it weighed ~7oz... it's a double cheeseburger... i got it with mayo, tomato, lettuce, and extra onions... it was good... i like wendy's burgers... i got the chili cheese baked potato for ~4.50 and it weighed ~16oz... the baked potato is my favorite thing to get at wendy's... i got a lot of cheese on mine today... you can also ask for free chives, butter, and sour cream on the side... i got a 6 piece spicy garlic parmesan nuggets for ~$4 and it weighed ~5oz... they were pretty greasy, but good... i think the spicy garlic parmesan is the best flavor of all the saucy nuggets... i got it with ranch on the side... finally, i got a large fries... it's usually ~$5, but i got it free with a mobile offer... it weighed ~6oz... i like the fries at wendy's... i like crispy fries, and these are crispy enough... they're just kinda expensive... i didn't get it this time, but i also like their chili... it's just kinda expensive too...

all i've got to say when i came to this wendy's for breakfast i wasn't expecting the best "breakfast baconator" i have had. i've been to plenty of wendy's locations and i truly enjoy their breakfast compared to other fast food restaurants. i also want to give a special recognition to the drive thru attendant "eduardo" who was kind, professional and patient while taking my order and at the window when handing the food. they set the bar pretty high at this location as even the potato wedges were steaming hot when i opened the bag. all of my food was hot and fresh. i'll also note that the iced vanilla cold brew was delicious, not too sweet and wasn't overfilled with ice either.

The best Wendy's I've visited! The place is clean; dinning room and restrooms. The tables are well kept and floors spotless. I came in just after the lunch hour, around 1pm and the place was immaculate. The service was great also, my order was inaccurate and the guy behind the counter (Eduardo?) replaced it, apologized and offered me a cookie! A feature of this location is a big television that is actually on, a lounge area and a fireplace! Yes, a fireplace! Another thing notable, no homeless hanging around. Definitely my new favorite Wendy's!

There may be a possibility of some inconsistency (due to such ever-fluxuating staffing that's plaguing every place of business these days.) But I assure you, ANY bum review you read here,.is the result of an exception-rather-than-the-rule experience! The true freshness of their food is usually always on point. A group of 2 or 3 of us go there three times every week, and you'll Never find a more Genuine Customer Service Person in management Anywhere than Claudia... Also, how many employees, these days know a customer's name? Young guy Jimmy (Yimmy) does! Great job everyone 😎 Adding more accolades because you'll never patronize a place of business operated any greater than here! Claudia runs it in a manner that is totally balanced: employees having an absolute blast working with each other, with absolutely no compromise in attentiveness to customers, keeping things clean or anything else

We are looking for a pho place close by on our way home and stumbled upon Pho 247. The broth was good that my picky daughters ate the whole bowl quickly. Definitely will come back for more.

Pretty good! The staff was friendly and it wasn't too busy, but maybe because it's such a new spot. Not my first choice for Pho in the area but if I'm in a pinch I will stop for a solid bowl of soup

Staff tired. Give them a break. Plus there was a sign inside asking patrons to limit their visits (to that Wendy's) to 30 mins! 👎😕👎. I timed myself. It took me 46 mins to finish (1) kid's meal hamburger; fries, small drink; and (1) small chili. Since I had to wait for my food cuz counter staff didn't even realize my order (from kiosk) was the board waiting for them to get w/it, do I get grace time for that? If I had noticed that sign 1st, I would've walked out. But that limit sign was after the kiosks & above the counter. Too late, Wendy's got my $$. See if I will go there again 👎😕👎

Went through the drive thru, late night. The person on the speaker was nice. The problem was the buns for the two double stacks I got were incredibly hard and stale when I tried to eat them. Both burgers had the same issue. Fast food isn't expected to be good, but it's also never supposed to be bad. They sell consistency more than they do quality, so a stale bun was a surprising disappointment.

Last time I came here during work the gentleman was nice enough to make me fresh food as I guess he noticed I was on duty . Today this lady decided to give me cold food seeing that I was in my patrol vehicle why would you do that knowing I have no where to warm this food up. I came to get fresh food not old food you’re trying to get rid of please do better that will definitely be my last time there

Terrible experience, me and my girl have been saving money and finally decided to eat out. Shed never had wendys so I recommended it. It was THE WORST food I'd ever had at a wendys. The fries were old, dry, and super salty. The burgers were so old and cold the cheese turned to plastic, and the nuggets might as well have been left over nuggets. Not to mention the super rude manager yelling at all his employees the whole time. Terrible experience, never going back.
