My family loves this place. They are friendly with great food. The filet mignon pho is Favorite. The shrimp, and chicken pho are good as well. I recommend their fresh made turmeric noodle. My family likes their other fresh made white noodle. Do not forget their pork, chicken, or shrimp sliders, you will not regret going here.

🤔 What is GFB Pho? 🤔 Grass Fed Beef Pho is where pho needs to be and @redbo_restaurant is the setting standard . Does it make a difference? Absolutely! You can taste the quality with every bite and I enjoy how the menu only focuses on a few items made well. What did we eat at Redbo? - Beef Salad w/ Shrimp Chips ( Table Side) - Pho Combo w/ brisket, rare steak, beef cubes & meatball - Shaken Beef w/ Rice - Beef Fried Rice - Beef Stew - Lychee Green Tea - Thai Tea I can’t get that beef salad out of my head because it’s so refreshing with all the veggies, special vinaigrette and tender slices of beef. Service was prompt and friendly especially from Scott, our sever at Redbo GFB Westminster with lots of FREE PARKING.

This place is amazing! Flaming wagyu is a must try. I went a few times to their garden grove location but this Artesia location is actually closer to DTLA and also have spacious parking spaces. Wagyu pho is really good as always. There are vietnamese coffee, fresh watermelon juice, wagyu fried rice, efc. Totally worth a visit!!

I finally got a chance to check out Pho Redbo new location in Westminster. The place is nicely decorated for the holidays inside. It is clean and modern just like their pho. Their pho is made with a modern twist using Wagyu beef. If you’d like to splurge, you should try their A5 Wagyu from Japan. They have a new item: Wagyu slider; the meat is super tender and everything is seasoned to perfection. Don’t forget to try their signature teas!

cosy and super yummy Pho. Best in town, especially the turmeric fall filled the beef chicken also seafood, vegetarian tofu, with mushroom pho, is also very good as, avocado shrimp roll is must try.

Wow! Seriously the best Pho I've had since moving to California! The noodles are freshly made in house and the filet mignon Pho was amazing. The fresh made spring rolls are very well made and offer 2 different sauces too. I can't wait to try something different from this location as the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I like this place. Ordered the combination pho and the shrimp sliders. The pho was delicious and memorable. The meat and noodle were soft and "silky". The broth was flavorful, not overly salty. It's a good pho. The shrimp sliders were a tasty snack. They're basically large plump sauteed shrimp in steamed Peking duck buns with Sriracha mayo and veggies. I would go back again. Want to try other items like the pork belly sliders, sous vide filet pho, oxtail pho, shaken beef over garlic noodles.

They use premium meat! It’s so yummy and worth the price. A lot of noodles. Here is a Large Vs Sm. Broth was cooked to perfection! Server was very nice. We will be back :)

Excellent pho! Noodles are fresh and organic, you have choices of regular noodle or house special turmeric noodle, tasty broth is made with actual beef bone hence the darker color (light clear broth is usually MSG and powder) I love filet mignon steak in pho instead of rare eye of round beef at other pho places. Very good service too even when the place is packed. Strawberry lemonade 👍👍

Literally the best Bo Kho ever. The pho is still my favorite but I have dreams about that beef stew 🤤

J

Flavorful soup with near al dente thin noodles. Wow the meat quality you get here is much more tender than other pho places. They're certainly using a cut more fatty than the typical eye round which being lean makes it a bit tough. A bit more than other phos but the meat makes up for it. Egg rolls were just ok. The service was fast, we came during non peak hours though. The ambiance was modern and clean

Amazing pho, amazing broth, and such great and kind service! Wonderful experience 10/10 will be returning and telling everyone I know!

This was the best Pho we have ever had! The noodles were so good! No wonder because they were made homemade. I got the mushroom and tofu Pho, My boyfriend got the fillet mignon Pho, we got pork spring rolls and onion rings. Everything was so delicious! And not to mention the place itself. Clean, modern, comfortable. Food came out quick. We will most definitely be coming back again! 10/10!

I’m a big fan of pho and always on the lookout for great pho restaurants. We got the Phở tái and it was delicious. Broth was clean and packed with flavors. The meat was tender and flavorful, and its texture was consistently good throughout the meal. I also appreciated the fresh noodles. We also got an order of egg rolls to share and it was loaded with flavors. The service was attentive and friendly. Overall, this place is a solid choice if you're in the mood for pho. Highly recommended! Can't wait to come back!

Ordered two brisket pho bowls and learned they made the noodles by hand. The two girls working were very nice and it seems somewhat busy on a Friday evening. We enjoyed our pho but the broth seemed a bit plain. Not sure if that’s what authentic pho or healthier pho tastes like but it wasn’t bad just different from a more fuller taste that I’m used too

I recently visited Pho Redbo's new location and was thrilled to find that they've maintained the same exceptional food and service that I've come to expect from their older location. The new restaurant itself looks nicely renovated, boasting a clean and modern atmosphere that's perfect for dates or special occasions. Their Wagyu beef bone broth is truly the star of the show, rich and hearty with a depth of flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. I opted for the thick noodles, which were cooked to perfection - soft and tender without being mushy. The abundance of Wagyu meat options, including rare steak and rib cubes, is a welcome touch, and I appreciated the opportunity to customize my meal to my liking. Overall, I'd highly recommend Pho Redbo for anyone seeking a high-quality pho experience. The attentive and helpful staff only add to the restaurant's charm, making it an excellent choice for special occasions or when you want to impress. Whether you're a pho aficionado or just looking for a delicious meal, Pho Redbo is sure to deliver.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and peaceful, almost cozy, the staff is what all other restaurants should strive to be like, the food is beyond delicious and the care they show you is above anywhere else I have been. Andy (Ang..?) is top notch, I hate tipping culture because it’s expected, not earned, over here the waiters, especially Andy, deserves big tips each time we come in. He really takes care of us, makes sure all is okay and just goes above and beyond to make sure we have all of what we need. This man needs a raise, he single handedly makes us want to come back. Everything about this place is absolute perfection!

QUICK service. Ordered and it began arriving not even ten minutes later. Wings are crispy and flavorful. Pork buns were tasty and I loved the sauce that came on them. Filet mignon pho was lightly flavored and part of the clean bowl club!

Stopped here for lunch with the inlaws after visiting some nearby attractions. Overall it was very good. We got the stone fired wagyu beef appetizer. Didn’t realize it was table side preparation. The beef was very tender. Even FIL, who has teeth issues, enjoyed it. The pho was good. The soup base did not taste not it came out of a can or powder. The wagyu oxtail pho was excellent. You have to dig a bit to get the meat out of the oxtail itself but it was good food.

I ordered the Phở Combo and it was pretty good. The broth had a nice balance- not too oily but still flavorful. The meat was good too. Ample seating, fast service and a clean interior.

2025-07-03 My nephew suggested this place for our family dinner. Think Anthony Bourdain would love this if he was alive. I ordered the oxtail pho. It was qa substantial dinner. A large bowl of fresh (vs. dried) pho noodles with a delicious, rich beef broth, topped with generous sprinkling of cilantro, white and green onions. There were 3 chunks of oxtail: two large and 1 small. The meat was sufficiently tender yet stayed intact on the bone. It was delightful. The accompanying herbs were ample, green and fresh. There was a generous supply of lime sections. The bean sprouts comprised solely the white stalks of the mung bean sprouts, which is a rarely seen premium. All the ingredients used are high quality. The condiments (hoisin and chili sauces) are at out of the bottle thicknesses, not watered down. I also had a sample of the wagyu beef pho. It was delicious. The beef was very tender and flavorful. 😋 😋 😋 Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance is nicer than the usual pho restaurant, well appointed with the main theme color, a nod to its name (a play on the Thai energy drink). I liked the quiet, relaxing jazz music which played throughout our meal. The restaurant charges a 20% mandatory tip for groups of 6 or more. All tips goes to the staff. I would return to try other dishes and recommend this restaurant.

Pho Redbō - A Luxurious Twist on Pho! If you're a fan of Pho and a lover of Wagyu, Pho Redbō is a must-visit. They’ve elevated the traditional Vietnamese dish to a whole new level with the finest cuts of Wagyu to the melt-in-your-mouth A5 Wagyu. The broth is absolutely incredible – they simmer Wagyu bones for over 12 hours, creating a rich, savory base that sets this pho apart from any other. I highly recommend starting your meal with the Golden Truffle Fries – crispy, golden perfection with just the right amount of truffle oil. The Crispy Eggrolls are also a great choice, with a perfect crunch and savory filling. And for something a little more indulgent, try the Wagyu Sliders – a juicy, flavorful bite that pairs perfectly with the pho. Wash it all down with their refreshing Lychee Tea, with a squeeze of lime for that extra burst of freshness. Pho Redbō isn’t just a pho spot; it’s an experience. Where tradition meets luxury, one bowl at a time. Highly recommend, service is great and quick. Plenty of open space and natural light and seating for all to enjoy!

This place has now become my go-to Vietnamese restaurant when I visit California. Their beef stew ( I can pronounce it in Vietnamese but I won’t insult them by trying to spell it) was amazing. It was tasty and thick. And the bread was deeelicious. Good service and good atmosphere.

I was never the biggest fan of pho until i came here. The service and the food was outstanding. Ask for my boy, Andy, he’ll take good care of you. Also, the music choices were perfect. The place is real clean and chill. But everything from the pho to the shaken beef was amazing.

If you’re craving hot and flavorful pho, then check out Pho REDBO. We enjoyed the beef combo pho and shrimp pho which had a good amount of protein. The flaming wagyu is cooked at the table which is fun. The staff are friendly and restaurant has a nice ambiance. It’s located in Little Saigon and in the same plaza as H Mart. Pro tip: They have wide and thin noodle option and you can add extra noodles for $2!

What an immaculate restaurant!! The service, food and ambiance transcended all my expectations. With the order of pho combo along with a refreshing peach tea, the soup was flavorful and filled with tender, juicy beef briskets & meatballs. The sweet tea is provided in a bottle which you can request over ice as well—yes, super convenient since you can take it to-go. Scott was wonderful as a server, explaining the menu items thoroughly and was beyond friendly! Will definitely return again to explore other menu options. Highly recommended!

I'm from Sacramento and I was visiting my sister and her husband. They wanted to try this pho place out and so we did. They only use waygu meat for their pho. The broth was delicious and meat was tender. We also ordered a few other dishes and the sizzling waygu carpaccio which was yummy and they fired it up in front of us which was pretty cool. We also ordered some taro teppanyaki fishes as dessert and oh gosh I wanted more. Didn't get a photo of it because we ate it up. It was flaky, buttery and just sooo good. Will definitely come again when I'm in town. The owner of the restaurant came out and she was very nice and very knowledgeable of her dishes too. Great place.

The pork belly and chicken sliders were outstanding! The fresh rice noodles made in house for the Pho were also excellent. The broth, which tends to be how you judge pho, was good but not as deep flavored as some. We had chicken pho so perhaps the beef broth is more robust. We will definitely be back! The service was 5 star and the pork sliders were as well. The passion fruit lemonade was outstanding as well.

I love this place. Its my go to spot for Pho. I love the crispy egg rolls. Last time I went I'm not sure if they got smaller or I ordered the wrong ones.. I also want to big a fan of their pork wontons. Very little meat and lots of crispiness. I love the pho tho.. always good.

My wife and I got a couple items to share, but unfortunately I only took a picture of the pho. Cha Gio - These were mediocre. Nothing fancy and not the best flavor. Not bad, but just okay. Pho Bo Vien - Broth had very good flavor IMO, and the noodles themselves were delicious with great texture. Decent size/portion. Shaken Beef Rice Plate - Very flavorful and decent portion. The beef is only cooked with red onions though. Would be better if there were red and green peppers as well. The side salad had a very tasty dressing. Could not pinpoint what it was, but it was good. Garlic Noodles with Chicken - The noodles could have used more garlic. This dish was probably the most bland in flavor. Overall, the good was decent, great ambiance, and great and tentative service.

What replaced the former Pho spot, now a more expensive version but the quality is pretty good. What would surprise anyone would be the $49 A5 Wagyu pho on the menu, deconstructed so you can see the marbling of the beef. It was delicious, but not necessarily a must buy. The appetizers were standard except for the beef that was torched in front of you. Extra? Yea, but fun to watch then eat? For sure. At the time when dining, there were only two servers there so service was a bit slow.

Newly open, friendly staff, quick service. Clean place. Pho noodles were a little over cooked, breaking apart, most likely from the hot broth. The broth was delicious. The beef was good, I wasn't much of a fan of the meatballs. Truffle fries were good as well.

This pho spot is kinda pricey for pho but they do have higher quality meats, especially the wagyu. The broth is flavorful which is a good sign for good pho. I got thick noodles which was a bit too overcooked. Ill get the thin noodle next time since it has a chewier texture according to the waitress. The highlight of the meal was the sliced wagyu on the side with a hot broth to cook the raw wagyu with. After cooking all the wagyu, which were so buttery soft, the broth is now fused with all that wagyu beef flavor! The broth was just good before but after all the wagyu cooking, the broth was next level. Id go back here again! 🥰😍 Imo, id go to Pho Akaushi in Garden Grove because their broth was bolder. If youre closer to Cerritos, this spot is worth a try!!! Also, James is a sweet guy. I think hes the owner and he took the time to explain where their beef came from. Update: Took my friends here last night. They're probably short-staffed but they weren't busy and they took long to give us the menu. The broth wasn't as good as I remember it but at least the meats were a good quality. Usually, I would never use hoisin and Sriracha because the broth has so much flavor but this time, it needed seasoning. I'm just glad there was no wait to get seated but sadly, we weren't attended to right away.

The place seemed to look modern and new ish inside, but with a closer look you can see that surfaces were a little dirty and the bathroom was a bit worn. The food was alright. For the pho you definitely do get a lot of meat and veggies, but the broth was not very flavorful and the noodles lacking. The service was alright. The server was very nice during greeting and order taking, but was slow and not very attentive. No follow ups to offer water or check-ins were given after the food was served. Overall I'd say this place is a solid 3.5/5 stars. It was decent for what you pay for, but I'm not sure if I would go back.

A decent meal. I wouldn’t say it has been the best pho I have ever had, but they do serve a well simmered broth. Their establishment if well cleaned. The server was friendly and polite. However, service was slow. They do not have the freshest ingredients. I asked twice for a replacement of ingredients. I don’t see myself returning here as my experience did not entice me to want more, or try their other dishes. Also, the windows had friendly-small crawlers as companions to eat beside

My shrimp pho had a tasty broth. However, my shrimp had no flavor. It tasted like the shrimp were dropped in the pho and brought to me. The pho meat combo was great. They put a lot of meat in it. Also, the fruit flies/ nats kept attacking our veggies. I kept seating them away. The waiter Scott was shoeing them away from our table as well.

Sorry to say that was my real last time even I really like this Pho place. My order of pho filet and bò viên came out with the very dark broth (color of coffee:-) It didn't taste like pho at all. I was very upset but did not complain, I knew why the place was empty on Saturday lunch time
