Good coffee, excellent baked goods. If you're looking for a simple BEC, go a little further down the road to Woodbury Country Deli. If you're looking for a quiche, or a fancy Mac and cheese pie, or a scrumptious muffin or pecan pie or pastry, Kerbers is your place.
I can’t say enough about this place. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit is off the charts. Bacon is thick cut and the biscuit has a layer of cheese that is 🤌 The desserts are outstanding and truly special from the berry pies with the bits of crunchy sugary goodness on top to the s’more’s pie that was just the perfect combo. Our mother in law brought us some of the pot pies and assortments after my wife had our baby boy. I think the chicken pot pie was my favorite but the pulled pork is definitely a tasty treat as well. Thanks for making a warm comfort food for us when we needed it most. In 20 minutes with 0 prep hahaha. Appreciate you and your team. Also if you have kids come in the summertime just be patient they are busy because they are that good. There’s farm animals all over and we can’t wait to come there with our son as he gets older. From enjoying the food we love to introducing him to the classes as well.
I visited this spot on a whim after confirming they were dog-friendly, making it a perfect outing with my mother. This place is truly a pretty gem! It's a cozy little farmhouse offering a full menu of tasty food and drinks, including absolutely delicious homemade pies, tea, and coffee. While they have some spaced-out indoor tables, the real magic is out back. The Backyard Experience The backyard is huge and offers such a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere: • Plenty of picnic tables for dining. • A charming menagerie featuring roaming chickens and geese, ducks, a vegetable garden, and even a quaint schoolhouse. • Fenced areas hold a goat, a pig, and some bunnies—our dog seemed perfectly content with the free-roaming animals! It's incredibly kid-friendly, and the space was full of families and adults simply enjoying the fresh air and good company. We drove over from Queens, and my mother adored it. The food is tasty, they conveniently accept credit cards, and the overall vibe is fantastic. Highly recommend for a unique, multi-generational trip!
Kerber’s Farm is an absolute must for quick bite and visit! This charming farm offers a delightful escape with its delectable baked goods (their pies and cheddar biscuit egg sandwiches are legendary!), and a truly inviting atmosphere. It's a wonderful blend of rustic charm and quality offerings, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for a taste of local goodness and a relaxing experience. Don’t forget to visit the animals out back. The chickens, ducks, goats, pigs, and rabbits are adorable! 🐓
This place is so cute! Have both inside and outside dinning and good gluten free options. Gluten free brownie was yummy but cold so I recommended heating it up. The egg sandwich was unsalted which is good if you are trying to avoid sodium, but it doesn’t have much taste. Biscuit was the star of the sandwich.
Great place, love their egg sandwiches on a cheddar biscuit and their chocolate chip cookies are awesome!! Nice atmosphere to sit outside with chickens roaming free, two pigs in a pen holly and poppy, one goat Daisy, and some sheep, ducks and bunnies. They are dog friendly to well behaved leashed dogs.
I really loved my experience here with my little family. The bakery smelled so good upon walking in and all the different types of pies and savory foods were a sight to be seen! I got 4 mini pies; 1 coconut cream, 1 Kerberry(blueberry, raspberry and strawberry), 1 s’mores pie, and 1 pumpkin pie. They were roughly $6.50-$7.50 each I believe, it was $28 for 4. They were all absolutely delicious. Unfortunately my husband dove into trying the pies before I could get a photo of the pretty 4 mini pies(men, lol) while I was in the bathroom. I was very surprised how good the s’more pie was, it had a rich depth of chocolate-y flavor created by some type of ganache/ pudding! It wasn’t some simple pie crust with chocolate chips and marshmellow. The coconut cream was perfect, clearly made with homemade whip cream; that makes all the difference! The Kerberry was my families favorite so we picked up a large version of that one for my husbands birthday dinner later on in the evening. That pie is perfectly balanced with sour and sweet berries, plus a crispy crumble top and crispy crust. The outdoor farm was beyond cute and charming. From the outdoor eating area, to the sweet and well cared for animals, we were in awe! Truly a majestic place.
Excellent pot pie and scone! We visited on a whim while exploring Long Island towns close to Brooklyn, and found Kerbers farm. We stayed for good coffee and a light lunch, all of which was quite good. It’s a great place for kids interested in seeing farm animals, and if lucky the resident chickens may even let you pet them. The growing area is small, and perfect for letting toddlers loose without losing sight of them. The rustic vibe is on point with the cottage garden furniture and picnic tables. The towering pine trees provide adequate shade for a sunny summer day.
What a über cool find in Huntington! Great setting, super nice staff, and really good eats! Vibe: The inside is small, but super cute. And you can't help but want to order all the delicious looking baked goods. The outside area is so much fun and relaxing. You can certainly decompress and feel like you've left the city. I loved strolling around looking at all the animals and just enjoying the outdoors and great weather. Service: Service is very efficient and they are super nice. You order at the front and pick up your food when your name is called. Food: We both had the Two Eggs (cooked over medium) on a Biscuit with American Cheese (don't judge, it's my guilty pleasure). The biscuit was delicious, super light and fluffy (and this is coming from someone who lives in the south!). Not a big deal, but we did end up seasoning our sandwiches with pepper. We also had Iced Coffee, which was delicious. I also think their prices are pretty reasonable, consider what other restaurants are charging these days. All in all, I loved this place and would definitely return. You should check out Kerber's Farm if you are in the area.
What a delightful spot and experience! I'm really quite shocked that I didn't know about this place before visiting. As soon as you step out of the car, you smell the sweet aroma of bacon in the air... soOoOo awesome! Really cute family owned farm that has a curiously delicious menu of items from snacks to breakfast sandwiches to old fashioned pot pies! The prices were a little on the steep side to be honest - however, truth be told... you're paying for the ambiance. Perusing the farm and eating outdoors with the chickens literally at your feet. We enjoyed pulled pork empanada, the baked mac & cheese (which was superb), and a fresh apple pie right out from the oven (that was luck). The custard was tasty too! I will absolutely return to enjoy the entire spirit of Kerber's! Highly recommended.
This place is such a great family and friends spot. The coffee was perfect and the variety of cookies we tried were fresh - soft on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. Inside is very nice with plenty of seating, but their outside area is where it's at! They have free range chickens and ducks as well as some goats and pigs - all beautifully landscaped as well. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the service. It wasn't about how busy is was in there or the wait time, but about how the staff was handling it - visibly stressed and not so friendly/warm and welcoming. That being said, I would still recommend this spot and would go back.
Fun place to check out with great food offerings. Gave them 4 stars because they're a little pricy, but worth the splurge every now and then. The shop is charming, with a little gift shop on the side, and a really cool backyard filled with farm animals and some crops. Delicious sandwiches, and don't miss the blondie! Bonus - 2 free EV charging spots.
Have been coming here for years and I feel like every year this place decays a little bit more. The people behind the counter tend to be quite short and rude, you get lucky if you get someone actually nice. And the cleanliness is what I’ve seen going out the window lately. We visited today, and there were no tables open outside so we ended up sitting inside. All the empty tables were dirty, had crumbs or like hot sauce stain on them, where we sat down there was a broken package of ketchup on the floor I ended up stepping on, and no sight of anyone coming to clean up the whole 2 hours we were there which is very disappointing. I know they’re getting big and busy, but at least have someone come around and wipe the tables down please. Food and coffee is great which is why we keep coming back so I’m hoping they get better at cleaning so I don’t have to find another place to get breakfast from.
Stopped by Kerber Farm for a quick bite and were delighted by the cozy atmosphere and fresh menu. I ordered a coffee, a refreshing frozen lemonade, and the potato chip-crusted chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, bacon, all served on a fresh-baked, gluten-free cheddar biscuit. We also shared a slice of pumpkin pie for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious… until a sweet chicken (whom I believe was named Maggie) casually walked by, giving us the saddest eyes, clearly hoping for a little bite of our meal. Suddenly, guilt churned my stomach, as I realized I was enjoying a chicken sandwich in front of a live chicken! Despite the moral dilemma, the food was fantastic, and the farm’s rustic charm made for a lovely experience. Just be prepared for a side of adorable farm animals!
I honestly only come here for the vibes. It’s a cute farm on Long Island with outdoor seating and adorable animals to see — not many places like it. The coffee is disappointing — honestly gas-station level. I ordered a vanilla latte and could barely taste any vanilla or sweetener. The apple cider donuts were just okay: soggy and dense, not the best. On the bright side, the coconut cream pie is really good — that’s honestly the main reason I keep coming back. The egg biscuit sandwich is way overhyped. The biscuit itself is buttery and good, but the toppings were disappointing. I asked for tomato, and they gave me a half unripe, watery orange tomato slice, which was kind of yuck. I also asked for onions — they were chopped tiny, falling out of the sandwich, and were neither caramelized nor fresh, just awkwardly half-cooked and didn’t add much flavor. Overall, it’s a nice spot for the ambience and pie, but don’t expect the coffee or most of the food to impress.
Excellent excellent food and desserts….that being said, their Coffee needs work. Every espresso/cappucino, iced coffee I get here is sub-par. Cold tasteless espresso, over-steamed molten lava hot cappucino, no skim milk option. Unfortunate because I’d stop here daily if the coffee was good on my way in! Aside from that I truly want to give them credit where it’s due everything food related is top notch. Staff is nice, the place is very nice. Just the coffee is not it….
We ordered an apple pie for Thanksgiving after hearing our delicious they were. Unfortunately my family was totally disappointed. While the filling was tasty the outer crust was very chewy and proved tough to cut. To say pies did not meet our expectations would be an understatement.
