Popeyes is my favorite fried chicken and this restaurant was amazing with food quality and customer service. Because I asked for a chicken from a fresh batch that was coming out in 5 minuets Manager handed me a cup for a drink at no charge. Wow

At times I visited this location and was not completely satisfied. Sometimes the chicken is fresh but the biscuits are not, or both are not fresh. But TODAY, EVERYTHING was fresh. I ordered the 5 chicken wings combo. The chicken was fresh cooked! The fries were fresh! The biscuit was fresh! The staff were very friendly. The store was clean, and the bathrooms were clean which is important to me if you sell food. I thoroughly enjoyed my Popeyes today! With prices going up you at least want QUALITY! Thank you!

This was our first time at Popeye's and we were not disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich has got to be one of the best in the fast food industry. They were very polite and my order was 100% correct, which I cannot say about the two restaurants near there.

I’ve been here many times, usually via drive thru, but I went inside for lunch on 8/23 and was so impressed by the experience. The staff was so professional, personable, attentive, and courteous. We waited a few minutes for fresh food and they brought it out to us at our table which was a nice touch, and they were quick to refill our drinks when we asked. A lot of places often have inconsistent quality when it comes to chicken but Popeyes is always excellent. Your whole team working on 8/23 around 1:30pm was truly exemplary - I never expected to enjoy a fast food experience so much.

Very friendly staff, clean location, chicken served right. I was curious about the new pickle menu items and happened to be in the area, so I drove to this location. The parking lot was clean and had plenty of parking. The interior also looked well maintained. I ordered a six wing combo with the pickle sauce flavoring, cole slaw, and strawberry tea. The wings were spicier than I expected, but had a nice taste. The slaw was your standard Popeyes slaw, but served as a nice balance to the wings. The tea could’ve used more ice, but it was still good. Not as sweet as I expected, which is a good thing. Be sure to check the Popeyes app for offers before you order.

Today Saturday March 1st 2025 I went to Popeyes on Jericho turnpike in Huntington station to pick up an online order. Everybody was very friendly. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in gave him my order number and was advised that they may be a short wait because they were making fresh spicy chicken. No problem waiting, the food is delicious, it appears that everybody gets along great at this restaurant as everybody was smiling and working together. It was a pleasure to watch. My dinner order came exactly as expected I was even given some extra chicken tenders for having to wait. Highly recommend this particular Popeyes everything was excellent and the service was fantastic.

Great chicken. Crispy outside, tender & juicy inside. Overall very flavorful. First time ordering at this location. The online ordering was seamless. No issues with pickup. Fast and friendly service. Clean inside. The order was ready quickly and prepared exactly as ordered, down to a T, with the requested hot sauce. It's rare these days to have the pickup order correct, but I had zero issues. The food was hot and flavorful, service was quick and accurate. The parking lot had plenty of spaces available to park and the outside was well maintained. The inside was kept clean as well and very organized. Update a year later-Still great chicken and service. Update 2 years later-Same. No issues. Great job Popeyes. Staff is friendly and trained very well.

Love the spicy chicken and shrimp, while staff is friendly enough, they always seem short handed, and in fast food that gets out of control fast. Popeye's should staff appropriately and have a manager on hand to help lead the team during hectic rush times.

Restaurant was clean. Cashier was polite, took my order quickly and accurately. Food was tasty and spicy. The gentlemen who served me the food was also polite and demonstrated good customer service.

Stopped to try their new chicken sandwich. I tried the non spicy. I should have tried the spicy. I will try one more time for a spicy. Not impressed. Wendy's still does the best spicy chicken sandwich. Service was friendly and was semi fast.

The staff here is very helpful, and I always get the right chicken for myself and my loved ones. It's come a long way from when they first opened. Four stars because sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get something simple like sauce, but not usually. Overall, I spend a lot more time now in Louisiana then I do in Kentucky, if you catch my drift.

I like Popeyes. For fast food chicken, it's great. On my last visit the cashier seemed overwhelmed even though the place was dead at the time. She just dropped my receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me and then exclaimed, "I need help." She then walked away never to return, leaving the manager to finish getting my order.

Hit the spot. Nothing greasy, totally soft dark meat chicken. Perfect biscuit as always. Only 1 person at counter taking orders during lunch, waited 10 minutes. That's alright, I'm a patient guy.

I had a spicy chicken sandwich here and was impressed. This thing had an actual piece of juicy chicken in a spicy crisp. Not like the processed things from the other places. I like their fries too. I'm going here more often when I'm in the neighborhood. Gonna try their other stuff. Just make sure you drink your drink right away. Those paper straws don't last long.

Edit October 2023: Since my initial review, it seems some positive changes have been made...!! I ordered recently-ish and both times, the food wasn't horrible (and my sauce came :D) The new sauce is also pretty good. Verrrry happy that you can order it separately now :)

You really need to fix your drive through everyone smashed their rims and tires because it's ridiculous the curb is way too close Ive had one of the most skilled drivers i know from a track go through and couldn't get through in a coupe without smashing the curb there's literally no reason for the curb to wrap around the entire drive through like that even cars behind me were just leaving the drive through completely bc they didn't want to hit the curb or they did hit the curb

I only come here for my husband. Everytime I come to the drive thru, I'm asked if I'm okay with waiting. Foods not for me so sure. I then proceed to pay and sit outside in my car for the next 10-30 minutes while they make the food. Going inside is a lot quicker. My main complaint is the drive thru. Why have it if food isn't ready to be handed out the window after paying?

food was ok but service was struggling. they need someone who speaks English. I felt they were trying very hard but all the orders seemed to have problems. I wanted the advertised $5.00 box mild. I ordered coleslaw on the side and apple pie and lemonade. I got 3 huge pieces of chicken with hot sauce on them and 2 biscuits my drink, coleslaw and pie..they corrected it but it seemed like everyone was going back up to the counter. staff was very nice

I love that chicken from Popeyes, but I don't love their prices anymore. Fortunately, they sent out coupons recently that bring the price back down to somewhat affordable for lunch. Once I use up the coupons, I won't be back in until the next set are sent out.

Went to get the chicken sandwich, and despite there being ads on the sign above the workers, they told me they weren't serving sandwiches. So ordered something else. Service was super slow and inefficient. My order sat waiting to be boxed up to go, even though the food itself was plainly ready for probably 10 minutes. Food was fine. Only been to this location once, so no idea if it's a chronic/systemic issue, or if it was just a bad day.

This location is amazing! IF you get there when they open, other than that the food tastes old and the fries are never hot and fresh. I see a lot of people complaining about the poor customer service, never experienced this, always friendly but the food is really sad after 12:30pm

I ordered via the Popeye's mobile app. Their times are separated by 20 minute intervals. I arrived 8 minutes before my "time." I had to wait till my order came through their system. There was no one inside the place but they would not put my order together. They even asked to see my order which I showed 3 people. My order finally came through and it was put together. Sad part was my free 3 piece tenders were not in the bag when I finally got home.

The lady didn’t even know what was on the menu. I ordered a large mac & cheese and this is how much they gave me before I even ate.

Kids love Popeyes. The chicken are delicious to them, however, I really can’t give a high review. Because they taste good and yummy, but not healthy. It seems very busy and serve in rush with no smile and no patience! Actually, it’s not, every time I visited wasn’t rush hour and always none or maybe one or two customers.

The chickens are mixed. We ordered an 8 pieces family meal. Most chickens are good but 2 pieces are really smoked (see pictures)

The servers are looking at their phones. No one offered sauce, even tho we got nuggets. Some of the chicken pieces tasted fresh, and others tasted older. This was disappointing.

I have never been in a fast food restaurant that was sooooo slow. The food was not hot. There were no straws and when you asked, they said they are out front?? DUH. There were none there. This place could be run so much better.

Bought the 11 piece meal for dinner. Chicken pieces was on the small side. Our Mac and cheese side was filled about half way in the container. Feel ripped off. Also FYI, the workers there do not wear masks.

This place does not speak for any of the popeyes I have been to prior. My order was missing items I was charged for, I was given a wrong drink, there were no napkins or utensils, my fries were just thrown in a bag, and the sandwich wasn't what it was when I got it at other locations. For one thing it had pickles which maybe that was just a mistake at the other places I've had the sandwich but I hate pickles. Again that may not be their fault idk. Overall another reviewer said they need to bring in a good manager and that's probably spot on. I've been to other locations and this one is definitely just suffering from apathy.

On 5/17/20 I order from this Popeye Chicken sandwich and a 4 piece combo with coleslaw and a lemonade. By the time my order reached me all I had was 3 piece chicken and a lemonade now I tried contacting so I can get my money refund first the items I haven't received and I still haven't heard from them, So they will always get a bad review.

I spent about $50. I got the 16 piece meal…3 sides, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw and rice and beans AND an extra large side of fries. I get home and the side containers are only 1/2 full! Are you kidding? Literally 1/2 full. I can tell you it will be a long time before I go back. Disappointing.

We stopped in it around 6:30 to see what their chicken sandwich tasted like based on all this internet activity that there was a war between them and Chick-fil-A Well they had no chicken sandwiches The service was extremely slow The food was okay. Food was ok. Staff lacks professionalism and should really be given more training on proper hygiene. I witnessed a staff member come from the kitchen area, go to the bathroom and back to the kitchen with the same disposable apron and another go from table to table wiping everything down with no disinfectant and the same rag.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the food at this Popeyes. When it opened the food was very good but the last few months it has gotten worse and worse. The chicken tenders are mostly breading with little chicken, the red beans and rice are mostly rice with only two or three red beans and no liquid making it very dry and disgusting. They are often out of the sauces and frequently the chicken is only lukewarm! What has happened?

The person serving me seemed like she was being inconvenienced by me placing an order. She kept asking me if my order was final, and when I wanted to add another item she didn't like it. I asked for a lemonade pie and she tells me it's frozen and it will take an hour before eating. I said fine, and she didn't even add it toy order. Finally I asked for some sauces which was 1 feet away from her, she said she needed 5 minutes because she was busy to which I replied, no problem. If you don't like your job, don't work there!

The service is ok, I don't usually come to this Popeyes I came here and had the spicy chicken sandwich which I have had at 2 other places and I think they are cutting it in half and it was dry. I have had the chicken sandwich at 3 other places and this one was half the size and O tried it here twice just to make sure. They're definitely charging people the same money for a smaller sandwich

I was at this location since it first opened, and coming back to it after a long time it appears the years haven't been kind to it at all. Food is much more limited, the employees were blasé and poorly behaved, and it seemed like everything was just solidly worse that it had been before. The Freestyle machine was completely empty save for Coke, Sprite and Fruit Punch Fanta. They gave me the wrong side, fries instead of the red beans and rice I asked for. The only thing saving this location from a 1 star review is that the food is still "okay". Go to the Chick-fil-A down the road if you want good fast food chicken. This Popeyes (and probably Popeyes in general) is degraded and miserable now.

I've only been to popeyes 4 times in my life, all 4 at this location. Out of those experiences, 2 have gone poorly. At that rate, it might be wise to just not go back. On my 3rd trip here, I ordered the 6 pc chicken tenders 2 can dine combo on their app. They forgot to include the biscuits and sauce. I called, they were unable to offer me anything and told me to come back another time. A couple weeks later, tonight, I came back for the same meal. I thought pretty earnestly told the woman behind the counter last time I hadn't gotten my sauce or the biscuits and could she just make sure to add those in there. She came back at me with an attitude, rushed me through the transaction, and had me pay. I had just worked a 14 hour day, I was really looking forward to this meal. She hands me the bag and tells me their signature popeyes sauce, the one I wanted, is out of stock and will never be coming back. If this change on the menu is real, she should have specified that upon checkout, as I probably wouldn't have gotten the meal then. I was not trying to pick a fight, honestly I was just disappointed, but instead, the employee ramps up the tension and begins arguing with me. I'm tired, I worked a long day, I was being as polite and nice as possible, and the employee jumped down my throat, was very rude, and frankly not a good personality to be working front end. I worked for years front and back of house in restaurants, I totally get it, but like... this was a really small interaction that should NOT have escalated that way. Will probably not be going back, drove down the street and got the exact same signature sauce from Wendy's. Oh well.

Ordered an 8-piece chicken only with frozen strawberry lemonade. The chicken was lukewarm with mostly extra crispy skin. Definitely had that heated-under-a-lamp taste. Oh, 25 cents for a pack of sauce is ludicrous. Should include 4 sauces standard for an 8 piece meal at least!!! My drink was super sweet should've just bought the classic drink instead and got more ice in it. I've ordered from here before but I was less than satisfied this time around.

Terrible service. Girl working the drive thru was too busy laughing and having a side conversation to properly take down my order. Get to the window and she’s extremely unpleasant and rude. Food took a long time and was missing items. I like Popeyes but stay away from this location until they train employees to be professional.

Worst experience ever ! I went there at night time...it's understandable that during the end of the day people are tired to work. But that doesn't give them the right to be rude with customers. We placed 2 mobile orders and went there to pick up. They were extremely rude and all of the sides were not available except mac and cheese. The food was cold and soggy. Never coming back again !

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and 3 piece tenders. The sandwich was mostly breading. The tenders were chewy and had to be thrown out. Got sick 8 hours later. Coincidence? Probably not…

This location is horrible. Past three times I've ordered on the app they've been out of items and wasn't told until after I got there to pick up my order. What's the point of providing the phone number on the app if they are not going to contact you? Check your order I've had items missing. The containers with sides come half full. I was going to order from here cause I'm craving it and is the closest location. I'm driving 15 mins further to avoid the nonsense at this location.

Don't order on the APP. If they don't have what you ordered, you can't cancel or get refunded. I ordered on the app, went to the store to find out they were out of a important part of my order. I asked to cancel, they said they couldn't. I called customer service & was told they would reach out to me in a 24 hours. That was 5 days ago. I'm now out $53 because I didn't want any of it without the Mac & Cheese. I ended up at KFC.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would, my family was having an event so I had a big order. I came through the drive thru and when I got back to my families party, most of the order was wrong, they gave us spicy chicken box instead of the mild I asked for, 2 $10 tender boxes was missing. When I came back to the store, the workers and managers acted like it was my fault. I am Hispanic myself but i don’t speak Spanish very well, this particular store needs to hire more workers who speak English. THE WORSE PART IS I BROUGHT THE RECEIPT ALONG WITH THE FOOD AND THEY DID NOTHING, NO REPLACEMENT WHICH IS ALL I WANTED FOR MY FAMILY. Anyway we searched the location and found couple of places near us. We decided go this place. (On Jericho tpke, New York) Place was clean. Not welcoming feelings but who cares right? It is fast food and take out place. We order a bunch. Yes. When my husband wants to eat something he gets over loaded.. 😆 And I remembered what we ordered because it is our first visit this place and we wanted make sure what we wanted to eat. All pack got the food and went by heading to home. My husband felt something is missing while he driving back to home. He thought they never put it in coleslaw so, I check then it was not in the bag.. instead of there was French fries. We more then 100, 1000 percent sure we did order a coleslaw. We turned around back and ask them they didn't put a coleslaw. One guy right stood up against the window and say anything he show his index finger like move that motion " give me that we did give to you a French fries " It was .. I mean we had no idea we will get that kind of attitude. Really? You just show your fingers then NO WORDS give me back a french fries. Of course they gave to us a coleslaw. But it doesn't matter.. I did make a mistakes and every body did made mistakes. But, how this location give back a attitude that they did wrong!!! It is not about the food they gave to us wrong food. It is not about they didn't say sorry. But, now it's all counts. Because this person did gave us a nasty look and bad attitude .

The cashier is very rude, I made a mistake ordering and try to modify my order even before I pay, I know they ask me couple of time but Im a customer and a human I make mistakes but he was very rude at me by the time I have to pay and pick up my order, I ask if there was a problem trying to modify my order it was just add fries that was it. When I saw his attitude I got really mad and told him something that I shouldn't have say but he touched all my buttons. How will you treat a customer like that. Insane.

Such a unwelcoming, no one smiles. No one greets you with the attitude as if they're ready to provide good service to you. The bathrooms always dirty. And the wait is ridiculous.

I never go to Popeyes, but the three times I have, they mess everything up. Ordered cole slaw and mashed potato’s as a side, got cold crusty Mac and cheese and cold soggy fries. I live 3 minutes down the road so there’s no excuse. A complete waste of money. 10/10 do not recommend going here unless you like to waste money. Id much rather drive to commack to get chick fil a.

I asked for spicy chicken and they give me mild. When I said that mild is on my recipe the worker said that she put spicy. The coleslaw also smelled spoiled. Not going back there!

My brother ordered online to pick up an order at 2:30 pm. When we get there, the doors are locked and no one is around. Eventually someone comes out and explains that they don’t open till 3 PM?? I don’t understand, all the signs and websites said they’re open? I understand that some places have different hours now but not open till 3 PM ?? explain please??

The worst shop ever! All the staff are not equipped with masks and gloves. The reception was cold, obviously not busy, so I waited for a long time before ordering me food. Ordered two combo meals to be picked up in the drive-thru. A guys with uniform handed me the two drinks without any straws. A couple minutes later, the same guy handed me a bag with my order, still no straws. "Excuse me, can I get 2 straws?". A different guy coming over " A what? Straws? Did you buy any drink?"

Ordered the only seafood available, popcorn shrimp. They were as hard as rocks. Inedible. Literally hard as rocks. Got no receipt so I couldn't return/exchange. Waisted over 10 bucks on a box of fries and shrimp flavored rocks. Popeye should go back to spinach cause shrimp flavored rocks are not good!

Come to this popeyes if you love food poisoning! :) I’ve been to this popeyes a handful of times and while the service absolutely sucks, the food has always been alright until last night. I got extreme food poisoning from this location and ended up projectile vomiting at least 5 times.

Got ripped off by a staff member who said that my order "doesn't come with a soda," even though its a combo meal, and they wouldn't listen when i said to check the receipt that it's on there, like i don't know what's on my own damn order.

I don't normally leave comments but the day crew here are completely rude don't understand that when someone orders something it should be in the order. Like they forgot my cheese in my chicken sandwich and got mad at me because i said something about and they said it's only cheese yes it is only cheese but it's cheese that i paid for and that i want. They need to do some better training especially with their attitudes

I went through drive-thru and asked for 12 pieces of chicken, they asked me to park then I was waiting for 30 minutes and they didn't bring my order, so I went in and asked them what happened to my order, one girl only said 2 more minutes, but It was exactly 11 minutes, the service horrible and the girl was not in a good mood and she simply threw the order, and finally she didn’t say have a good night or goodbye. I definitely don't want to go back to this restaurant!!

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. Saying this from multiple experiences. The drivethru clerk with a thick Indian accent was excessively confrontational and raised her voice at me despite the fact I was being polite and calm the entire time. The fries were soggy. Soggy af. The gravy tasted watered down and the biscuits were stale. The friggin chicken was tough as leather, I thought the 10 piece coupon deal would be worth it. It just wound up being a waste of time and food. And that cashier really confirms with me I’m never going back to this location. In Brooklyn every Popeyes I go to is superb, chicken is fresh and juicy and cashiers are at minimum polite, or exceed that by being friendly. I called to ask for this cashiers name so i could write it in the review and since it was her that answered the phone, she continued to play games. This is ridiculous

Since 2021 the food has been inconsistent ranging from soggy chicken to burnt. Orders can sometimes come out wrong or are missing items even when requested multiple times (sauces etc) with the staff acknowledging the order. The staff also act annoyed when you are trying to place an order and just seem to mumble some words in place of saying the price or if they are missing an item, thereby creating a lot of confusion. Update: still as bad as ever where they closed 30 minutes early and did not want to complete my order or even bother to try to cancel the order avoid this place!

When I ordered online they made no indication that they would not have the items I ordered, but They had no problem taking my $26 dollars though. CROOKS!! I got to the store at around 4:45pm on Monday May 2nd on my lunch break thinking I was buying “fast food” and when I got there the ladies behind the counter told me they don’t have my order ready. Great 👍🏽 🙃 then I had to wait 15mins on my lunch break for them to NOT REFUND ME but give me something else. I order a 10 piece family tender meal with two sides and like 6 biscuits. They told me they could only give me two small popcorn chickens, they gave me a box of soggy stale fries, 6 dry biscuits, a large mash potatoes and told me to have a nice day. Never ever again!

Terrible service! I ordered 12 pc of chicken at 9 and didn't leave until 9:30. No type of friendly customer service. Usually you come to the counter and they would say " hi can I help or what would you like to order".....instead the cashier is staring pass me to 2 other workers, which I guess was on break. They were eating and laying in the booth right in the front, so all the customers could see! The 2 workers in the back couldnt decide on who was doing whose order. It was terrible! Of course the food was AWFUL! Chicken was cooked in burnt oil. STAY AWAY!!!

I usually give 5 stars in every popeye's I visited. But his branch? Gets 1 star... Ordered online. 2 items not in there. No fish sandwich and soda. They refunded. But the frustration cannot be compensated as it would have been my first time eating the sandwich. Very bad....terrible experience. Lesson? double check before you leave.....dont trust what they put in your bag.

Now food poisoning? Thanks for that! It’s the only Popeye’s around here and it used to be pretty decent, but don’t waste your time and money. I don’t know if it can be redeemed.

Avoid this location! Downloaded the app and attempted to use but at checkout was notified of 'technical difficulties' and the order wouldn't process. Went in person and it turns out that nearly everything we had wanted to order was out of stock anyway. No mac and cheese. No shrimp. No family style meal we had seen on the app. And no SAUCES, literally not even BBQ for the tenders. None! The inside of this location is abysmal. It's dirty and dark. They said they had "lighting issues" so many of the lights had to stay off. And there were buckets everywhere collecting water dripping from the ceiling. They said they had leaks in the roof but it hadn't rained in days. Pipes leaking? Really makes me wonder about mold. Unfortunately one of our party still insisted on eating there so we ordered our food for take out. Nothing was good. Chicken was overly breaded and dry. Tenders were all breading and nearly white they were so under fried. Sides were gross and filled only halfway, gravy was watery, biscuits were hard and dry, soda was flat and it was a long wait for an order for only 3 people. Years ago when this location first opened it was good but it went down hill shortly after. Once in a great while we've gone back but I don't know why, it has only gotten worse. Final straw for me, I'll only be returning if there's a big sign out that says "under new management".

The food was good, but service is worse than horrible. First off, the cashier that was serving us, and note that I am asian, was really rude to me and messed up our order. She was black, had a pink hairnet and for over 5 minutes made eye contact and then ignored us. And wouldn't take our order. Second off, for NO reason she was mean to us. When we placed the order we could barely hear her and when I asked her to speak up, she glared at me. What is her problem? She took other customers happy and all but when It came to us, her attitude completely changed. Third, the tables were NOT clean, crumbs all over. Napkins too. Oil on the table that we sat at as well. Fourth, when we got our order it was WRONG. We placed an order for a number 1, just the sandwich, and then a number 2, 4 pieces. SHE GAVE US 2 PIECES. We went to her and said we ordered 4. She said she REPEATED our order, no. No she didn't. She didn't even give us our receipt until the food was given to us. What type of stereotype does she have against us? We asked to change it, a since she gave us a 2 wing combo instead of 4 wing, which is a literal $3 price difference, she charged us 5.43. We just told her to forget about it. If you don't know how to work as a cashier then do something else. No one wants to come back to a place with horrible attitude and to someone with stereotypes. I worked as a cashier once, and from my experience, no matter what the customer does, you always be kind. The customer is always right and you need to treat them as king. I suggest not coming here unless they change the lady working up front. Literally horrible experience. I did want to give them a piece of my mind but good thing my boss said not to. Would have caused a ruckus.

If I can give 0 star, I will. The Mexican lady who took the order for drive through, so rude. And I gave her coupon. She was like you need to tell me code instead. That doesn’t make sense. And they make spicy chicken sandwiches too much much spicy. Excuse me, I ordered A lot of spicy chicken sandwiches from other Popeyes, never taste like that. They need to train employees first, I spend money there, not to be treated rude to me. I don’t owe you anything.

I have never had an issue with fast food restaurants up to today. Had some tenders from this popeyes which is near my house and in 3 years of living in Huntington never visited. Wish I never did. The chicken tenders were dried, seem like they were preheated from 2 weeks ago, just a thing of the devil himself. Paid 17.38 for the meal, which overpriced and a lot for a meal. Just got home to diarrhea, wont eat there again. Just poor effort food

This location? Trash…if I want quality, I travel to the deer park location but this time I didn’t feel like taking the trip! Chicken and biscuits are almost always dried out from sitting under that light for too long! I went in this evening around 7 pm, they had NO SIDES besides fries, which were cold, and plain rice!!! Place needs an immediate overhaul!

The food is good, but 9/10 times I order at this store from uber or DoorDash there is at least one item missing whether it is the sauce or side (coleslaw) etc. Please double check that all the items are in the bag before handing off to driver

Tendies get smaller and so do the employees brains at the desk. Shout out to my man today at 12:00 on 7/11 waiting 5 minutes for biscuits. I had to yell at the guy and tell him just give me my order as they can’t execute an order efficiently. Why prepare half my order when everything is not complete? Why let the chicken sit in a box for 5+ minutes waiting for biscuits that should have been prepared ahead? Owner/ managers of this location is also playing with the chicken. This isn’t the normal size tenders. Pathetic. And yet I wonder why I still buy fast food lol Ps I dare anybody to guess how many pieces that was? Terrible and very bad customer service. I left work, I placed an order through the Uber platform to pick up my dinner, it was already past 10:00 PM and all the chairs were on top of the tables, I decided to ask the woman at the window if I could still go into the lobby to pick up my food, she answered me in an offensive way that to speak to her I had to talk to her on the horn, I told her I just want to know if the lobby is open or closed, I parked and got out, mumbling things to myself in Spanish and I also know Spanish, I asked her if that was the way to treat customers, I asked her her name and she refused to tell me, I asked another girl if she was the manager and she told her that sincerely that is not what a manager should do, they should change her position, it feels like a bad work environment and terrible customer service.

All I wanted was a fresh fish sandwich and I made a point to ask for just that. When I made it to my destination I was disappointed. The fish appeared to be fried in old grease and it was hard. The coating of the fish separated from the fish and its possible they just refried an old piece of fish. Totally disappointed at myself for not checking my food before I left.
