We LOVE Simple Simons! Anytime we order, the employees are professional and polite. Our pizzas are always fresh and steaming hot. The calzones are top notch!! And the drive-thru makes it super convenient!! Definitely recommend!!!

I visited a week ago and Lindsey helped me, I wasn't sure what I wanted and she took her time to explain my options and even gave me her recommendation. She made the best custom cauliflower pizza I have ever had, If you get the chance to go there ask for Lindsey you wont be disappointed. She is very friendly and kind and really knows how to make a mean pizza.

I called in my order before I left work, 30 mins to be exact. I ordered 2 pizzas. Was told 20 mins. Of course I would be there in 40. So plenty of time. I show up, was told they are not quite finished,to pull up front. I was up front for 20 more mins. An hours after I ordered my pizzas. Saw 4 other customers come and go.. so I called in and asked what the wait was. They told me the new girl gave my pizza away and I had to wait for new ones to be made. My issue is, why not inform me. Why not give me a choice? I finally received my pizzas 1 hour and 10 mins after I ordered them. I was not satisfied with my pizza, definitely not the same as it was before. Plus I paid 35 dollars for 2 pizzas.. UPDATE: THE MANAGER DID REACH OUT AND OFFERED TO REMAKE MY ORDER. SO THEY MADE MY VISIT RIGHT. I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

I have only been here a couple of times. While there can be longer wait times as other reviews have addressed, it's never been too bad for me. I have only ever ordered through the drive through so happy to wait. There is teens working in the restaurant so I think we should be patient with them. It may be their first job. They are very friendly though and the pizza is great in my opinion. If I could compare it to any pizza I'd say maybe sams club. I loved it and like to come every now and then!

Simple Simon's has been in huntington for a long time an if there's anything that hasn't changed it would be my love for the original pepperoni and sausage calzone with the Italian dressing but the regular pepperoni pizza is a must as well as the sandwiches and desserts. If your looking for something to feed a party try The Beast it's aleast 2-3 feet wide absolutely massive pizza.

The food was good but they scrambled the order. Calzones were made like stromboli and covered in ranch, the stromboli was dry. Whoops. Check your food before you leave. Was still pretty tasty though

When they first opened it was chaos, with long wait times and new staff working to get things flowing. Totally understandable! New business in our tiny town--they were swamped. We have enjoyed our pizzas--especially the thin crust veggie. The service and times have improved greatly. It's good to have them here!

We phoned in an order for a Big 10 pizza, and a keto bowl, got there to pick them up and they were ready and hot right on time. Both were good, though my husband would have liked a little more sauce. The toppings on the pizza tasted exactly the way l hoped they would.

Very low cost. Pizza wasn’t bad, just pretty greasy. Really liked the crust tho, and the cheese pull was crazy. Much better option than papa John’s or Pizza Hut, both in quality and price.

When they say a "cheeseburger calizones" they mean a mustard, hunks of pickles, hamburger meat, onion rolled up in a pizza dough!

I ordered a calzone with HB, cheese and onions. The onions were raw. The HB was barely cooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. Not worth 17 dollars for sure

New business in town thought I'd take the family to check out the new pizza place went inside ordered a couple of pizzas and it took forever to make. They said it'd be about 15-20 minutes. That was a lie. They made the mistake of giving me somebody else's Pizza and calzone. I gave it back and waited some more for my pizzas that I had ordered. After 45 to 50 minutes I decided just to get a refund. They said my pizza was ready if I still wanted it I said if it's really ready right now don't worry about the refund I'll just take the pizza cuz I really wanted to try out this simple Simon Pizza. After another 5 minutes I asked them again I thought you said my pizza was ready and they said no sir we apologize but we have to run it through again. I told him at this point my family's been waiting out in the car and we are no longer interested in waiting any further just to refund my money and we'll go home. And so they did. I understand we get very busy sometimes and if they would have just been up front with me and say it could be anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour then it would be my choice if I wanted to wait that long instead of telling somebody 15 minutes and then making them wait an hour that's a different story. I asked him what's the best way to order a pizza they said it's the best way is going online and then coming in and picking it up. I read the other reviews and this place is looking pretty bad. Hopefully they'll get themselves together and we'll have a new favorite pizza place to order from. I heard simple Simon Pizza is pretty good but I guess today isn't the day to find out. Sorry kids maybe next time we'll be able to get some pizza if these guys can get their stuff together.

Boring, hard, bland, gas station pizza, nothing worth having, calzones are as bad as pizza, do yourself a favor, frozen Red Baron pizza is better than this stuff.
