I want call out this one dilivery worker. I didn't get the catch get name, but she was the sweetest woman! She was so polite and caring! Domino's I ask if you could give this woman a shout-out! She dilivered at 8:45pm tonight in Hudson! Please give her a raise or something!
I am very pleased with their service and the food. I love that they are fast, too. I have a bad back so being able to have it delivered especially after I have worked all day is nice. They always deliver on time and my food is hot.
I ordered online. Pizza was ready for me when I got there and was still hot. Service was excellent, and the pizza far surpassed my expectations. Believe the hype, the new deep dish pizza at domino's is incredible.
I ordered on line before they were open and planned for the delivery to be at 2pm. The pizza was delivered on the correct time, the order was correct, fresh and hot AND the lady who delivered the pizza was so nice and sweet. We frequently order delivery from Domino’s and have ALWAYS been satisfied. The prices are also reasonable. Thank you to the whole crew...y’all are wonderful!
They have great coupons that rival pricing with Little Caesars if you use the app. The pizza has never been greasy so it's much better in my opinion.
I ordered a vegan veggie for delivery online and got a Cheese pizza, For some reason my vegan pizza I ordered was defaulted to a cheese pizza. Had I looked at the online receipt before the pizza arrived and seen the error, I would have called the store to correct.( My bad) I called the store after the cheese pizza arrived and they Quickly made it right. I am so thankful for there understanding and quick delivery of my Vegan pizza. Domino's you rock !!
Ordered from here at least 8 times now. Only been disappointed once and it was my mistake. I ordered a pizza with peppers and I forgot that they use mushroom oil to make the pepper blend better with the pizza. And my husband is allergic to mushrooms. But that was my had, not theirs. Their store looks clean when you walk in from what I saw and when I got it delivered the drivers were always punctual and professional. One driver Paul (I think his name was) deserves a raise. I couldn't find any cash so I had to give him a $5 tip in quarters but he smiled and accepted it with out complaint! I will deffintly be ordering from here again! Keep it up Dominos!
When I dont feel like cooking and want something quick Dominos is my "go to" place! 90% of the time I get their 7.99 3 topping carryout special. My kids love their pizza and so do I! They've never disappointed and have never had issues like other pizza places I've been to.
They are amazing! The food is always great I get it delivered and the drivers are always so nice! I love everything about this place and the staff to me they are by far the best place to order food from. The pizza and lava cakes are our fave I could go on for hours about how awesome I think they are! Thank you for all the amazing dinners y’all!!!❤️❤️❤️
Today's Dominoes Pizza far surpass the quality of years back. I have switched to Dominoes over the past two years, and find their quality and service to be outstanding. UMMM GOOD!!!! Dominoes still have great pizza, However, lately, I have had trouble in getting what I ordered. On (3) Delivery Orders, I was brought incorrect food. Manager made it right, but time wasted was frustrating after the second incorrect delivery. The (Sunday 09/25/16) I ordered (2) Medium Xtra Extravaganza Pizzas with (2) Side Orders of Jalapenos for Carry-Out. I had to remind the man at Dominoes Window to ADD the Jalapenos. I took these Pizzas out of town to a friends. When we opened them, we found inaccurate pizzas: (1) was Pepperoni & Sausage and (1) was Philly Cheese Steak. We ate them and they were very good, but not what I had ordered. I have talked to a Manager at our Dominoes, via the phone, regarding this problem - but it keeps happening.
Like that the pizza is not greasy. The guy who took my payment was nice.
There was a slight mix-up and my pizza was never delivered, but they quickly corrected the problem and gave me a new one free of charge (and did not charge me for the initial pizza). Definitely recommend, and will order again! Awesome friendly service! Great job :)
I ordered on the app, and had a wait time of about 15min. They had it done in less then 10min. Very nice l, fast, and easy to work with.
Wow! What a smooth going transaction and great deal me and my mom just got after we went online and ordered 2 of their pizzas using a 50 percent off coupon that we had found online which made the total come out to just a bit under $25 for 2 pizzas and 4 sauce cups then we were greeted by a very kind gentleman named Ralph who made both me and my mom smile even more than we already were with the positive personality he had as he greeted us with the two pi's fresh out of the oven great online deals, quality pizzas, and friendly service... The organization I work for orders pizza every week and I have always had a great experience and Ralph has always been great about making sure we are taken care of even when I accidentally forgot to select the option to pick my order up at a later time he was very accommodating and understanding and caught it and went out of his way to call me about it! Amazing customer service for sure!!!
This place has great service and awesome pizza. We went through the drive-thru and ordered. Let the worker know we needed to run and errand. Came back, the girl knew who we were and brought out our order to the car. Nice to have good service!
I bought Pizza today the person in the store is so kind and wonderful service…i have to appreciate this person…i told her im allergy to meat so request to clean knife before cut and she did that for me i appreciate that🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🎉🎉🎉🎉

Came in on Friday night. Super busy. Greeted me as I walked in door. Had ordered on app so was updated on order. Soon as it was ready they gave me my order. Hardest part of experiencewas trying to wait until I got home to eat a slice!!!
A couple days ago we had a kids birthday party and I placed a big order online. A few minutes after I placed the order, I believe the guys name was Ralph, called me and asked if I needed the food right then or at a later time because he didn’t want the food to be cold or dried out. I really appreciate that Ralph!!
I usually dont leave very much detail about my ratings, but I think this deserves the attention. I recently made an online order at this domino's and picked it up without any delays. The guy at the window was very polite and professional. My only issue was that I didn't check my order before leaving, so I didn't realize one of the pizzas I received was the wrong one until I got home (which is about a 40 mile drive from that store). I didn't call and complain. We just ate what we got and eventhough it wasn't what I ordered, the food was still very good and well prepared. I did however get an email asking about my recent online order so I left a review stating what happened, and left it at that. A little while later I got a call from Ralph, who is the manager at that store. He asked about the mistake, and I told him what happened. I told him I wasn't upset about it and the food was still really good. Ralph apologized to me for the mistake and gave me store credit for my next visit. I think it has become a rarity in this day and time that people do the job they are paid to do without complaint. It's even rarer that they go above and beyond what it expected of their job and take pride in what they do. Ralph actually took the time to make things right and make sure his customer was happy. Thank you, Ralph for taking that extra step. It's the little things that matter. Keep doing what you're doing sir.

This was my 1st time ordering online. There was a mixup & I only received part of my order.....the wings without the pizza. The delivery guy was great; gave me a suggestion. I called local store; eexplained my issue. The manager was fantastic; very nice, very helpful. My original pizza order was delivered in less than 30 minutes. It wasn't the store's fault. The Lufkin, Tx Domino Pizza location provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Caution to other 1st time online orderers: double check your order if you "add" to your order. Thank you Lufkin store.

This store in lufkin really does try and care about their customers. They try their best to make and deliver ur pizza 🍕 as fast as possible.
Called in an order to go. Arrived to become the 3rd vehicle in line at the pick-up window. 15 minutes later, I'm still 3rd in line. Pizza was same o same o.
Salad was excellent, chicken bites were good. Delivery was very quick. The driver would have gotten a nice tip, If he had not assumed that he could keep the change. If I say keep the change when I hand you my money, then keep the change but when I look for exact change todo that you do not have to break out nickels and times and pennies, it means I want my change. Don’t make me tell you I want my change. A courteous delivery person would make the change ( & correctly make change) and wait for the customer to say keep the change. When the customer has to do the math for you to keep you from being short in your till that is ridiculous.
The pizza was OK. The cashier was too quiet and shy to be the person taking orders and answering questions. She was also made aware that I'd wait in my car until our pizzas were ready. She did not once indicate that they were ready. She stood in the restaurant, listening to her coworkers talk as they were not busy at all. Luckily, I figured my order was ready and went in to retrieve them. As for the pizzas themselves, they were OK.
Dominoes has good pizza but they can't get an order prepared right or delivered to the right address so I tried ordering through Door Dash - delivery was better but they delivered the wrong pizza. They need help.
I really wanted to leave a good review but I had to wait over 20 minutes past the promised pickup time for my app ordered pizza. The pizza was delicious when I got it but I also got wings and they tasted like old fish and were not edible. I took them back and after much back and forth they finally refunded my money.
Last few orders were dry, over cooked with very little toppings. This order same and did not have extra cheese as ordered. Guy at window had to ask if pizza had extra cheese he was also unable to tell. I will not return to this location. Tired of throwing money away. Last time had to throw away 2 pizzas they were so burnt. I’d rather eat Little Caesars. It’s cheap but it has cheese and rarely burnt.
I order pizza from this place very frequently. Honestly it’s probably because it’s convenient. The food is normally cold when it arrives. Not only that but they normally forget a part of my meal. I actually placed one tonight...Let’s see how this goes!🤞🏼
Weekend manager is less than unhelpful. To make matters worse, apparently they charge you the same amount of money for less food if you do something like, say, order pasta but take off the chicken. So you pay MORE MONEY for LESS FOOD. And instead of being any kind of helpful, they tell me I have to wait till Monday to speak to the general manager. I guess we will see how that goes. I’ll adjust review as needed but as it stands I do NOT suggest going here if you value your money. You will be ripped off.
My thin crust pizza was waaay over cooked. Cheese and topping were all over cooked. I couldn't eat it. In addition, my sub cheese was burnt. I called and spoke with a manager in regards to this and let her know that her oven temp was most likely too hi because my items were burnt, rather than offering to remake the pizza or sub she said thank you i'll check on it and hung up. The quality control aspect is obviously not very high or the employees are negligent on the product being produced. Edit: The manager from Dominos called me back and apologized for the problem and offered to re-make my pizza for me.
We come here twice a month and its normally delicious. Tonight was a dissapointment! Half the pizzas were burnt. They put the perfect amount of toppings but it was cooked way to long. it wasnt even cut all the way through. 🙁
I call in a pizza at 7:15pm. It is 9:00pm on Oct.1st, 2022. I paid $24.64 for Medium pizza, 2-liter Dr. Pepper, they haven't brought my order out. I tried calling the store, no one answers the phone. This is very bad service. Iam total disappointed.
The manager needs to learn better manager skills you don't say things like you placed the order to the customer it's not are fault I know that but it would have been better severed by saying let me help you figure out what happened but know you laughed in my face and raised your voice to me I never said it was your fault
Not usually one to complain but, really, my whole order was bad. There was something wrong with the crust on my two pan pizzas they were thin and chewy like the yeast was bad and didn't rise. The spinach and feta cheesy bread had brown spinach and the cheese on the top was cheddar not mozzarella(gross).
The reason for the low stars is due to the fact that this location is so erratic in quality. Usually stinginess in toppings. One time, the food is perfect - the next? mildly flavored bread.
Usually I love Domino's. Not tonight and it wasn't the fault of the food. Sending me to the next window and forgetting about me while my food sits 10+ mins is beyond wack. This location used to be great guess not anymore. :(
ATTN Lufkin Dominos manager. I really like Dominos pizza, but this location continues to disappoint for various reasons. Today I called in an order for a pickup which is most times a dilemma, then when I got there to pick up my order, the computer system went down. The poor staff had a deer in the headlights look, and apologized profusely, but they had no idea how long it would be before I could get my food. Since I was not going to pay for cold food, I left. This is only one example of the issues experienced at this location, clearly poor management.
I tried to order my emergency pizza that I have for Free and it’s not working nor will they stand by it or honor my coupon. I’ve tried calling corporate but can’t get threw. Called store manager on duty and he says his store manager said they can’t honor these coupons cause it takes off his stores profits and dominos won’t allow it either but he tried to find a way to help me but his manager says he isn’t allowed and he don’t want to get on trouble nor fired. I think his store manager needs to help fix this issue.
UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER: I CALLED TO MAKE AN ORDER FOR MY 3 SMALL CHILDREN AND MY SELF, I AM A SINGLE PARENT AND THIS IS RARE FOR US. I WAS RUSHED AND IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING AN ORDER, I WAS HUNG UP ON. (I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes at this point) THIS ISN'T WORTH BEING DISRESPECTED. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, WHY TAKE IT OUT ON A MOTHER TRYING TO FEED HER BABIES? Gave me the wrong FOOD and wouldn't pick up after I paid almost 40 dollars. Never again.. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! HORRIBLY SERVICE AND QUALITY!
Ordered carryout on two different days from what used to be my favorite pizza place. Pizza was dry and hardly any toppings. Food was just thrown together not good quality.
I absolutely love Rafiel the delivery driver, he has taken my orders and they are always great. But tonight I spoke with the manager about how his employees told me to order on line and all items are half off. I wasted all the time setting up that whole mess, then only the pizza was half off! I was pissed because I wasted all that time and voiced it to the manager. He started arguing with me...? What? They should make Rafiel the manager there in my opinion. If it wasn't for him, the hell with dominoes.
Good lord stay away from this place. I called ahead and put in my order, then drove for 30 minutes to not only get there 15 minutes before it was ready but also get a screwed up pizza. Then after I politely had asked them to remakes the order, not only was the manager rude to us but they decided to call the police and report our car as being suspicious because we stayed there to eat in our car. 45 minutes later after the police searched me, my girlfriend, and my car while our kids sat on the sidewalk I was a little upset. When I called the next day i asked the manager if that was standard customer treatment and asked for a number for corporate I was told that he couldn't give me a number to corporate but he would have the GM call me back the following day. That call never came. So unless you want your next night out to be dinner and frisking, you may want to avoid this Bomb-inos. Spread the word as I plan to to anyone and everyone who will listen along with posting to every social platform I know.
Very unprofessional and they always get my order wrong. They take forever and my food is always cold. I will never be back after today !!! They get the order wrong and will charge you to fix it
Customer service sucks! They never answer the phone. Took two hours just to get my order delivered, and the driver hung up on me as I was trying to explain the directions to her. Will never be ordering from them again.

Waited in the drive through for a half hour. When i finally got to the window, it was another 10 minutes before they came over. Workers had seen me at the window but ignored me. They weren't doing anything, they just ignored me. I had ordered online and by the time i got my food it was cold
Last three orders have been wrong last night entire order was wrong.took two hours for replacement order and even it was wrong for 6325 I expect proper order and a manager that can resolve issues without wanting rerun credit card reorder all resulting in 130.25 charges for three pizzas and 3 lava cakes and wait 3 to 5 days for refund of first order really? U guys r ones that screwed up my order not me.ill never order here again and will take my business elsewhere.i suggest all do same if want correct order and food u can actually eat once receive yet again wrong order two hrs later
You know I get people have a bad day at work. Pizza and chicken nugget things (got yelled at by the manager Anthony for calling it wings) were cold and old! It took almost an hour to get my food which would have been fine if the food wasn’t cold and I wasn’t right down the road from the store. I called the manager and right off the bat he was rude and had no intention on helping fix the situation. So disappointing!
Will never order from Lufkin Dominos again. Thank God for the delivery tracker online. I followed Jessie delivery driver the whole time. He passed the turn off street to my house went a couple blocks and wasn't in my neighborhood then completed the order, but wasn't anywhere near my neighborhood. Then I called dominos the wait time on hold was long they answered and the man said he's in you neighborhood and I was like he's nowhere near but Jessie the delivery driver completed my order. Then I waited about 12 more minutes he still hadn't delivered my pizza yet. I called back again and waited 15 minutes on the phone nobody ever answered. Then another 10 minutes Jessie finally came with my order and the food wasn't even hot and fresh. This was a terrible experience.
I called to order a pizza and was greeted with huh. I know that its hard to get good help but this call was very unprofessional and every who the girl is that answered the phone at 7pm, Monday at the lufkin tx location really needs to be retrained on how to talk on the phone. Thank you
Absolutely worst business behavior from a manger and staff! My wife found a full hair in her slice of pieces embedded in the sausage! We called the dominos to report it to them! To only be told “what do you want me to do that about it ?” From a manager. Like do your job satisfy the customer and make our 30$ worth of pizza worth the money we spent on it! Would not recommend this location has always had bad service in recent times. Such a shame I love dominos but I will not be using this location ever again nor will my family and I will be sure to tell every one I know not to!
We have ordered pizza online many times from Domino's and never had a problem...tonight our order showed 0 for the balance which we knew was incorrect when I asked for a receipt to see my charges I was told they had no printer paper but was given the amount..the coupons we had used were not applied and noone would correct it because it's the way it came in on their computer. HORRIBLE customer service tonight
This facility skims you on all your veggies and the bread. When you go in to have them redo your order they explain to you how your wrong about your own pizza! And I order the exact same pizza from dominos regardless of what town I'm visiting. Don't waist your money here.
The pepperoni pizza had NO marinara sauce and very little cheese. The pepperoni was cooked till it was crispy. Instead of a supreme pizza, we got some kind of meat pizza. Not really a thin crust like I ordered. The spinach pizza was dry and really salty. Very disappointed.
Ruined my daughters party!! I ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday party at the Skate Ranch. I had spoke to the manager Leah and then called my order in to a young man later the next day, and gave them the party date, time, and LOCATION (SKATE RANCH with their actual phyiscal address). The party was from 5-7pm, with the pizza delivery scheduled for 5:45 pm. I called at 6 pm to check the status of my delivery in which I was told it was in-route, then I was placed on HOLD and a manager named GREG came back on the phone and told me he CANCELED my order. He stated that you are not allowed to take in outside food to the Skate Ranch and he called me at 5pm to confirm my delivery address. Well if you have been in the Skate Ranch, then you know there is no cell service (I got there at 4:45 to decorate, hence I was in the building). I was not called prior to the party, there was a few days they could have called and confirmed, they did not call the Skate Ranch, they just CANCELED my order. He never tried to help offer a solution or fix the problem. He had HORRIBLE customer service skills, and I work customer service. I asked if he could please process my order in which he told me it would be 45 mins to an hour, but more like an hour to have the pizza there. Well my party time was over at 7, so that was not an option. I will NEVER RECOMMEND, NOR ORDER FROM HERE IN LIFE AGAIN. I will also let our HR know to no longer utilize them for our pizza orders at the company in the future!!!!! FYI if you book a PRIVATE party and rent the Skate Ranch out and pay them EXTRA, you can have outside food at the PARTY! The Skate Ranch owner will be calling you today. It was not your call to cancel an order, you know NOTHING!
This was the absolute worst dominoes experience I've had to date.i ordered a hand tossed pepperoni,ham,bacon pizza using the app which I've done many times in 3 different states. But I can't tell you what was in my pizza box. It was paper thin with big chunks of meat and cheese was all I could make out.i return it after getting to my hotel.so wasn't able to eat until after 8pm. They did remake it without any problem the right way after two trips.so look to see what's in the box before leaving. Lesson learned.
Tried to order on-line from 3 different locations, on highway.. stopped 3xs within 7 miles of Domino's. Website would open but "order" feature would not work. 3rd stop...tried to call local number in Lufkin, Tx directly (2xs) and no one answering phone. Domino's lost 2 pizza orders..we drove right next door to them and ate at Taco Casa. We got fresh food at Taco Casa for less than I would have spent at Domino's..so thank you
Love the pizza and everything else they have, but I put in a delivery order and said I would pay with cash. Then ten minutes later receive a call saying that they no longer do delivery if you pay with cash. I would have to pay with my card. Which is an issue because I have cash in hand but I dont have money on my card. Pleased with the food hate the service, definitely needs new policies/management
We ordered a pizza Friday night,first I asked for green peppers and didn't get them,this was a horrible pizza so,so,so disappointed. A Digorno pizza would have been better. What happened to Dominos,it used to be ok now it sucks. I miss home and the awesome pizza there. East Texas doesn't know how to make a good pizza,once you've had the best all others just suck.
Terrible customer service… I tracked the order on the app, 3 times it entered the oven. I called the store.. she said… her reasons.. were .. “I’m only human”.. “You can come pick it up”.. this representative is inept.. Management check your roster .. she is bad for business..
I just left from there & I am upset with the service received. I know the drive thru was busy but it was only one person waiting/sitting on the inside. When I went in, there were 3 men making pizzas one made eye contact with me. No one said a word. I understand they were busy but to at least acknowledge me & say "someone will be with you". Nothing was said. They went from one thing to the next without saying anything. Walking around in the back to avoid coming to the front counter. A lady walked in from delivery she didn't say anything either which I'm sure her focus was on getting the next delivery. A young lady walked up from the side & was looking at the rack where the pizzas that had been prepared were & I asked her if she could look to see if she saw my order & I gave her my name, she found it & gave it to me. I thanked her & left. I'd paid already online when I ordered so it didn't take but a minute for her to do that. I definitely understand how it works in fast food but I don't get customer service being poorly. At least acknowledge a customer. If you would had at least said something to me I wouldn't have even did this review but it was very disappointing to experience.
Came in to dominos ordered three pizzas. Two pepperoni and one deluxe . The lady that took my order said be ready about 20 mins asked me twice what my name was . I stated the order would be under the name Montana. Came back 20 mins later asked for eta on my order and told them what name it was under was Montana. They never answered me on how much longer it would be . Just figured they needed little more time . Gentleman noticed I had been waiting awhile asked again the name it was under . I stated it was under Montana. They asked if she took my last name . I said no . Also, they asked if under Monica possibly . They had no orders under the name I given them . I went and got my receipt and the woman took my order placed it under Rebecca as I was told . So my order had been sitting there. She gave me my order and stated it was two pepperonis and a deluxe. I get in my vehicle my order is wrong . So I’m guessing my order never went through and gave me someone else’s order. What they have given me was not what I ordered
My wife ordered two pizzas online. The order was placed at 6:06. It’s now 6:45 and she is still WAITING! The app said within a min that Gregory was preparing the pizzas. Ready to go in the oven followed by it’s in the oven then out. Yeah TELL ANOTHER LIE. she got to the store at 6:35, was told it will be another 10 minutes. Waits. Pulls back up, oh another 10 minutes (6:45 now). She said the guy told me 10 minutes more 10 minutes ago. Wait she says let me check “oh here it is”. Geeze Dominos need to lose that lying APP this order was placed on a Thursday night, night like on a weekend and it took close to a hour for two pizzas
Not willing to make a custom pizza custom put some crackead at the window who cant hear or listen definitely remember why i quit comin here do not recommend
We tried to order our so-called free pizza online it wouldn’t work we called and the gentleman put us on hold said he had to get his manager to approve it. 30 minutes later we hung up never got back so much for a free pizza. What a joke I would never order from Domino’s Pizza in Lufkin again.
We ordered one pepperoni pizza and the app sent as a message that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I live 10 minutes away from the store so I left with 5 minutes remaining thinking I want to give them extra time so I don't have to wait. Well when I'm approaching it says my pizza is ready I get a message the lady asks me what name is the order on I give it to her and she starts acting confused I had to repeat the name again and she finally said oh yeah I see it here and she goes to take my payment and then tells me you're going to have to park at the other window and I told her why is that the app told me my pizza was ready and she claims oh that's automated just because it tells you that doesn't mean it's true that we actually put it in the oven it'll be 10 more minutes well I ended up waiting 20 more minutes in line while three cars I saw got their pizza and they just pulled up after me and they went around the line so I was just fed up at this point. I mean I used to work at CiCi's Pizza and I know it don't take more than 10 minutes for the pizza to go through the oven. So anyways when I get to the window she tells me 1 minute and she goes to take the order of these people that showed up after me inside the Domino's and she took about 5 minutes to do that so I finally decided I'm going to ask for a refund. Well when I let her know what I want she says oh that might take a while please just take the pizza and I said no ma'am that's way too long of a wait. She goes to talk to the manager and she said the manager said oh just send him on his way and I will void it later when I get a chance and so I told the lady what kind of guarantee is that that I'm going to get my money back. I said if I have to go home without a pizza and end up not getting a refund I'd rather just take the pizza so give it here. I will not be going back
When I tell you how unprofessional and rude the workers are at Dominos in Lufkin, is unmatched. Called in an order on the phone, girl told me all was good. I called back 40 minutes later to check the status. I was told my zip code was wrong for the card I used. I then asked if they were gonna call to let me know this info or if I was just gonna be sitting here waiting. She responds, “yea pretty much.” I then ask for a manager and sit on hold for 20+ minutes. So I go to the store to get things sorted out. After explaining the situation TWICE they have a man come over who pretends to be the manager. And has me explain it all AGAIN. Asks if I want to place an order and does absolutely NOTHING to make it better. These places in Lufkin really will hire anyone it seems. Customer service will really kill your business. — at Domino's Pizza. Not to mention the name calling.
I ordered pizza and bread tonight. As I was driving in another customer was walking into the store with my order in his hand. I heard him tell the girl that it looked good, but it wasn’t his. She then turned around and tried to hand it to me. I told her that I wasn’t taking it and to get me the manager. Ralph the manager on duty came and told me it never left the store. I told him that I saw the guy bringing it back. There’s no telling what they could have done to it. Eat here at your own peril! I am calling the health department first thing tomorrow.
The worst customer service ever! We waited at the window for 30 mins and the employee who claims to be the manager did not even acknowledge us even after seeing us. I would understand if it was busy but we literally saw him standing there and doing nothing. After waiting for 30 mins he ended up giving us the wrong pizza. We had to drive back and stand in a long line to get what we ordered. The whole process should've only taken 5 mins but it took a whole hour.
Ordered two medium pizzas and neither one had pizza sauce. Called and was told they can't remake them and then talked to manager that said they would remake them. It's been over 45 minutes and still no pizza. Trying to call and just put on hold on phone with their advertisements. I am still waiting for them to answer. Ten minutes on phone and they still don't answer.
My mom ordered a pizza and received the incorrect order and didn’t realize it till she got home. She called back and mentioned she received the incorrect order. She was asked to return to get her original pizza and that she could keep her incorrect pizza also. However, when she got there the person at the counter kept asking her for her order information. She had used the app to order but didn’t know know how to get the order information again. She had given her name to them to have them locate it but they couldn’t find it at the time. My mom then left because she was frustrated and then she gets two or three calls after several hours around 10pm (after she went to bed) with the information that they found the order information. Way to serve the customer properly the first time and way to make it the better the second time when the customer came back because of your mistake.
After ordering at 7:37 pm 10/4, 45 min. Later I call n (heard in background worker say 'i ain't taking it, w attitude) n get told it's been ready but not left n I have to go pick it up! There I saw delivery driver pull in racing a red truck. On my 124$ order + tip, they graciously gave me a 50$ credit, woohoo, we hadn't eaten all day! Call ahead before ordering in case they don't feel like delivering 10 min away. They may not ' have enough workers'.n false advertising for 30 min or free. It's a lie, they will have excuses!!!
I have been a monthly customer for years. Didn't have any issues until today. First of all, they double charged for an item that was ordered. Secondly, my pizza was not made as ordered. Thirdly, when speaking with an assistant manager, she was extremely rude and then hung up on me. I will no longer be a customer because of this. Sad you treated a loyal customer this way.
First time I ate at Domino's in Lufkin on 1st Street was last week. I was so surprised how unprofessional they were and how bad the expensive two topping medium pizza was. The hand tossed crust was flat, mealy with no taste. Worst pizza I ever ate. I moved from Waco and the Domino's pizza there were excellent. When ordering, the girl taking my order would not speak to me or answer my questions..she just shoved the menu at me. Also, I made the mistake of ordering the little breadsticks...no seasoning what so ever, not even garlic but she put tons of butter on them???? I ate 1 piece of pizza and 1 breadstick then threw them in the garbage.. $23 wasted@!!!!
I ordered a pizza with 20 mins of drive time till I got there. They said 9-17 min... perfect! I have a 20 min drive. Well I get there and wait another 45 mins before hearing “it’s going into the oven now!” Another 20 mins. I got the refund and left. I was being very patient even seeing how they were stacking the doe on the floor then putting the same die crates into the counter where the doe is stretched.
I use to come here all the time but they got skimpy on the ingredients hardly any cheese and toppings like they were on a budget I pay for premium pizza if I wanted to eat pizza like this i would go the cicis or little ceasers.
UPDATE: Gave them another shot and made and order AGAIN I ordered the chicken carbanara pasta and this is just like if I got the chicken alfedro with bacon..was not satisfied like seriously people u want people to give you money for your food give us what we pay for seriously..updated pasta pic So,this is what the 5.99 sandwich actually looks like..very disappointing but this is just so noone else waste their money..buy your own stuff and make it better!
The worst of the worst place Waited 45 minutes to see them just let the pizza drop on the floor and not even say anything. This place is disgusting
Waited an hour for my food. Called and asked about it, they said 8 more minutes. 25 more minutes go by and I had to walk inside and ask for either my food or a refund.
Absolute horrible service. All the way around. You will not be dealing with the brightest crayons in the box here. Thank god these people dont have an important job.
Ordered pizza and wings but wings were not satisfactory. Took wings back and was told no refunds. What? No wonder Little Caesars has taken over the pizza business here. They wont be stealing my money again!
Order my pizza ran an errand in Walmart then came to the store pizza still not in oven. They hadn't even prep it yet. Then they the cashier tells me not to go by the app because its wrong. The manager gets upset that im asking how long closes the windows and starts cursing because she is behind and cant express herself like an adult
Kind of upset about this order. Paid for 2 icing cups and got none, asked for LIGHT alfredo sauce on my pizza and it was literally running off of it…also asked for well done bake and it was runny and definitely not well done. Quite disappointed! Guess I should have listened to my inner self and said NO to pizza 🙄
Was given an item that was CLEARLY undercooked (the pepperoni cheese bread), took it back to try and fix it and was basically told that we're crazy/stupid even though they didnt even look at it. Waste of money and gas, thanks so much
Call in my order, I believe I was talking to a 6 yr old, went over and over and over trying to place an order, then read out my cc# 4 times and the employee still couldn't get it right...gave phone to someone else to finish checkout...showed up 20 min later to pick it up and they haven't even started on it...said the order got dropped from the system...I specifically asked for extra sauce...got home 45 min later to find no sauce whatsoever, crappy made pizza, dry as can be...all pizzas had the stuffed crust which would have been great if I had some sauce to dip it in!!! Called and asked to speak to a manager, he just said sorry....didn't offer to make it up in any way whatsoever...I will never go back.
Food was cold. Wasted money for cold food. Took longer than expected. Said it was delivered for 10 mins and never saw anyone. Tried to call and no one answer. Threw away food. Never again. Well I tried it again, and again horrible. Said that the delivery driver was 2 mins anway and went all the way out to Hudson. Pizza cold. Do not order from them. Just when you think that things are better. Its not. Do not order and expect to get a delivery on time. Just go and get it. Update. Just got a Philly pizza and seems like they forgot the cheese. Crust is thin. Not even garlic flavor. So disappointing. The beef pizza looked better. Looks like im eating that. Waste of money
Just ordered. Didn't see an option online to do half pepperoni/jalapeno and half Extravaganzza, so I did all the options to be half. Ordered NO mushrooms and NO black olives on the whole pizza. They did it wrong and didn't want to admit it. They refused to remake it or give a refund.
I ordered a xl new Yorkers extravaganza pizza and a pepperoni thin crust and my pizza arrived as seen in pics and I called to let the store know about it and see if I can receive a different one for exchange and the rep was a lady and she was very rude wouldn't give me her name and I asked to talk to a manager and she says that's fine it will be a 6 min wait then I was put on hold and no one picked up after 13 min. By then the pizza delivery man had returned with another pizza and said the ladies name was Ty on the phone and the delivery man even said sorry for the way she acted over the phone and sorry cuz it might have been his fault but he was very kind. I think dominos needs to do better then this especially with customer service over the phone.
