Pastrami Ruben with BBQ chips. The sandwich was warm and delicious. There's a ton of hot sauces available to help you change up your sandwich. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff were all very helpful. Apparently you can buy a pickle bucket for charity.

Great fresh tasting subs that were made quickly. The customer service was great and the restaurant was very clean. I would highly recommend eating here. Not only do they have great food but they also donate to a wide variety of charities.

I really like Firehouse subs, always good quality, friendly folks, and quick service. Reasonable pricing.

God forbid you customize your order. It's never the correct way it was ordered. They don't pay attention. It has happened the last 3 times i placed order on app and got back to work it was incorrect

My son got a sub that was good although it looked soggy but the outside of the container was nasty with finger prints and food smudges. As was the rest of the container of all the food. I got the potato soup and it had an awful vinegar taste. IDK if that's normal for this place, it's not normal for potato soup to have vinegar in it as an ingredient, I would guess it's from being extremely old. And then I got the garlic bread which was soggy and needed to be toasted a little longer. Food just isn't good. Go to another branch. And the place was so smokey I changed my order to to go.

How disappointing. I'd seriously like to know who to send pictures too. Visited S Pkwy location shortly after 8 on 7/10/25. Walked in the door with my friend and immediately apologized for getting there within an hour of closing. I ordered steak and cheese..med. My friend ordered meatball. My sandwich was bread. You couldn't even see meat without taking off top. Was this because of the time? Was that the last of the meat for the day? They should have told me...just like they told me they were out of sweet tea. Ten dollars for a few inches of bread. Hope you enjoy the tip I left.

Please explain to me how I place my order face to face, mind you the store was NOT busy and you still mess my order up. I'll never understand how people make it this far in life without being able to follow simple directions smh but overall the food is good, no problem with that at all. It is definitely the workers. No one greeted me but I let that slide but then to get my order wrong and I call to let you all know and your so nonchalant about it...yea , I'm cool on this location.

Drove across town because it said they were open till 9. Don’t try and go after 8:45pm even though they say they’re open till 9. They’ll just stare at you with the doors locked. Luckily there’s a subway close by. Go there instead.

I arrived at this Firehouse Subs location around 8:20 PM, well before the posted 9:00 PM closing time, and was told by employees that the restaurant was already closed and they would not serve me. If the store closes earlier than 9:00 PM, the hours should be updated to reflect that. Turning customers away nearly 40 minutes before closing is frustrating and misleading, especially when people rely on the listed hours to plan their visit.

I love this place I’m just grossed out by no hair nets and the one person that is always dripping sweat down his face every time I come I know that’s gotta be apart of the flavor lol

As of December 2025. Not only did they make my food wrong, there were other customers having the same issue. I asked for Light ranch and got a glob of mayo. Multiple things were incorrect in this one instance. Poor attitudes coming from the individuals making the food. I'll use another firehouse instead of this one.

Service was awful. Dude just slammed his finger on the touch pad each time I said an item, and just stared at me in between.

The service was bad. The guy at the cash register couldn't be bothered to place a simple order. He was pissed that we where even there. Then they messed up our sub. We asked for wheat bread and gave us white bread instead and they where mad when we asked them to change it because they did it wrong. Got a refund surprisingly and left.

Bathroom was nasty and when I asked for them to clean it, they argued who was gonna get it cleaned. They charged me for medium sandwiches and when I told the manager, these were not mediums that are come to another location regularly they informed me that those were mediums, but I knew for a fact they were small, but I wasn’t gonna argue with the boy. I called another location to try to get this resolved because they refuse to give me the manager‘s name or number very unprofessional.

Ordered the King’s Hawaiian pork & slaw & I did not get what was advertised, it looks like they used bread rolls from the store to make one whole sandwich. The Hawaiian bun is what makes this sandwich, so if the Hawaiian buns were sold out I should’ve been made aware of that once I came to pick up my order. The sandwich didn’t even taste the same because of the bread, this was a waste of my points.
