Ok I was there today and I just woke up from a nap omg the service today was amazing I was not ready to talk to people I kept repeating words and or not hearing them but the guy and girl that made my food today were so patient with me thank you for understanding especially to the one that first started my food and to the one who legit just clocked in

The service here is amazing but yall should really have help no one should be working by themselves including when you have people walking in and out. It can be very stressful, I love my people at subway and I love my sandwiches I would hate to see it fall.

Ordered 4 foot long subs online for pickup. Everything was ready when I arrived. All of the subs were made as ordered and tasted delicious.

The young lady who made my sandwich today did a fantastic job. Sandwich 10/10 service 10/10. I’ll definitely come back in the future.
Usually my experience here is pretty average, but the employee Melody honestly made this visit better than most. She paid attention to exactly how I wanted my sandwich and followed my instructions without me having to repeat anything. Everything was made neatly and tasted great. On top of that, she was so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. 10/10 food. Will dine here again.
The store was clean and the ingredients were fresh. I enjoy eating Subway occasionally. The store manager, Katty is very sweet and funny. Efficient and friendly. Great service and well trained staff members. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the manager and her team.
Shoutout to Tinkerbell at this Subway. She was super nice, had great energy, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it without rushing me. The place was busy but she still kept a good attitude and made the experience way better than usual. Employees like her really make a difference. Definitely appreciate the good service.
Tinker bell was soooooo sweet ! Her smile is so contagious and even thought the kiddos kept changing their order (very indecisive) she kept smiling and being patient. She even recommended types of foods and did small talk whenever she could. Food was amazing and would definitely come back just for her! Give her a raise she’s an amazing employee!
As soon as I walked in it was a good vibe. They hooked my sub up and they were all very polite10/10 customers service. And my sub was cooked to perfection couldn’t have made it better my self
I recently had the best sandwich of my life, and the cookie was absolutely amazing. The service was the best thing though my sandwich was made at an exceptional speed by tinkerbell! Will definitely be coming again!

Grabbed a late night dinner option that was more healthy than the norm routine. I love subway. Theres multiple sandwich option are the best. Mix and match your options. You can't go wrong here, trust me. Staff is friendly and courteous. Keep up the great work Subway

Food was made as ordered and tasted good. Service was worse than usual. Rude staff. No greeting from anyone. Barely even eye contact the whole time. No thank you or have a nice day. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Even a middle finger from someone would have made me feel more appreciated. I'm glad there's more choices popping up around town. I don't want to go here again and bother them while they work.
I would've given them 5 stars. However, I ordered to go lunch on my subway app and accidentally put the order in at the wrong subway. I noticed I accidentally did this right away. So I tried calling to cancel the order and go no answer. (I tried calling 6 times in a 10 minute period) I left 4 voice emails. I never got a return call yet, the Money was taken out of my account. So I called again 2, 3, 4, and even 5 days later. I was only able to finally talk to someone on the 5th day who said her district manager was aware of it, and my money would be back in my account in 5 to 7 business days. However, it's been 7 weeks, and I still have not received my money, and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone since that. I normally wouldn't make such a big deal out of something like this, but it was almost $40. Not to mention, I was actually eating at this subway 6 3 or 4 times a week for lunch at work. So I find this extremely disrespectful, and the principal is the may issue.
Subs have become unusually expensive. 26$ for 2 foot longs+chocolate chip cookie. The sandwiches can be more generous with fillings. There was not enough chicken or bacon or onions or other choices. No enthusiam or expression of wanting to be there from the workers, not knowing how much meat goes on the sandwich builds, almost feels like everyone here is clueless. Store looks great and clean but the awkward standing around for 2 minutes per ingredient and silence in the store is just not very welcoming. This store has gone down hill since the renovation.
The food was ok. The staff was horrible! No one welcomed us in. When we said we had a coupon, we were treated badly. First, the kids that works there all mumbled & said they don't honor coupons. Not one of the three smiled & no one said thank you. We will not be back. We also were expected to tip. Thats laughable!
I really do not enjoy giving this rating because I LOVE Subway, however, this location is awful. There’s been too many instances to keep quiet. The staff all seem like they hate their jobs and life. The fridge is broken with warm drinks most days. The Management is terrible, unavailable and refuses to assist. Get it together please so I can support the brand we all know and love. Poor Jared would be so disappointed. LOL
Look. The food is fine because it’s subway. Hard to mess up. But this has to be the slowest subway I’ve ever stepped foot in. The workers make you feel like they hate their lives and they move at snail speed. I worked at a subway for a year on a college campus and we had rules on how long it should take for a sandwich to be made. 3 minutes. I was standing in line for 10 minutes, and I’m the only one in the entire store… A little more care and maybe a pep in their step could go a long way and maybe I would’ve tipped more.
Love that they're introducing the ordering kiosk to help with the line, but don't need all the "kids" (supposedly staff) lounging around and flirting in the lobby instead of helping customers or helping to make sandwiches when multiple customers are waiting. Also saw employee vaping in front of the store (they should be out back for that 🙄), and one who apparently parked right out front during her shift, blocking customer parking. Olivia was great, though, and my sandwich was delicious!
The only reason why I’m giving this place a two and not a one is because of the female worker with black hair and glasses. She was amazing and helped as much as she could with my big order. The other two guys that were working kept skipping over me every chance they got and you could tell they didn’t want to help me. The one guy didn’t even ring me up correctly when I repeated that I wanted meals, ended up having to go back up to pay separately for drinks when I requested the meal. Honestly I feel like this subway is going down hill. The girl that worked today I will add it in that she made my daughter’s day by complementing her shirt and having a small conversation with her about it

Edit 9/6/23: Subway corporate responded to my complaint and issued a $10 gift card. This was more than what I originally wanted. Though I'm sure Kimberly Boulet is satisfied with overcharging customers and keeping the few dollars difference, since corporate handles the complaints! I will definitely stop shopping at this location. They've lost all my future business. Edit 9/1/2023: Kimberly Boulet, franchise owner, responded. They are refusing to refund the difference in cost, and blamed me for not ordering by the app. She advised it's my fault for not knowing there is a difference between the online and in-store menus. 8/31/2023: I came in to order a Meatball Marinara and an Oven Roasted Turkey sandwich. However, the staff told me I could only order what is listed on the overhead menu. They informed me that I would have to order the more expensive "The Boss" and "Titan Turkey" to get what I wanted. What makes no sense is that the classic sandwiches are on the online menu. If I ordered online, I could have got exactly what I wanted without being over charged! I need to be refunded the difference in what I paid.
Ordered sandwiches to be delivered with beverages....beverages were not delivered. Restaurant refused to do anything about it. My order included a tuna sandwich with extra tuna but the sandwich arrived with almost no tuna it was just lettuce with a dab of tuna on one end so if you looked at the edge you would think it had tuna in it....but it did not. DON'T EAT HERE THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS ON THEIR SANDWICHES. SHAME ON THEM.
DANGER! I’ve never been so sick in my life after eating somewhere. Arby’s had the title, but this subway has now taken the cake. I got a basic turkey sub with veggies and my girlfriend got a cold cut trio. By that night I was projectile vomiting, my body was hurting so bad and don’t get me started on the diarrhea. By the next morning, my girlfriend was also exhibiting the same symptoms. We were both bed ridden for an entire day and still feeling the effect now as I’m typing this. DO NOT EAT HERE! Going through all these reviews, I see the owner could care less about their patrons. Can’t even get someone on the phone to discuss the issue. Nothing but bots. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
Customer service is TERRIBLE! My son has an allergy to Mayo, peanuts, pistachios, and cashews, of which mayo is in a lot of the dressings. I got him a meatball sub with cheese, no toppings, not toasted, SUPER SIMPLE. When I politely requested the employee cut the sandwich with a clean knife due to an allergy to the dressings. You would have thought I requested she climb Mt. Everest and bring me back a piece of the snow-covered peak in a jar as a souvenir from the way she snatched up the sandwich and stormed off to the back of the store. Even the other employees looked over stunned, asking what happened. It's pretty sad that one of the only places in Hutto to get a fairly light healthy meal comes with a hearty dose of bad attitude.
I ordered a spicy nacho chicken. There were no nachos in it!!!!. Its right in the name. And why doesnt this store accept coupons. If subways in Hutto dont accept coupons, then why am I getting them in my mail box. Isnt it kind a stupid.

This Subway refuses to accept the coupons that are sent to us in the mail the same town it exists. When pressed for a reason, the workers did not know but they said they would only kinda accept some of them but could not honor the prices. Don't waste your time, go to Jersey Mike's instead. Subway's prices are now the same as they are and the food there is MUCH better.
Went yesterday to the store for the subway offer 2 footlong for $12.99. It was refused from the "store manager", he told me he can do only 7.99 per sandwich. So for what are the coupons?
Came in to only 4 people ahead of us in line. They got all 4 people's orders taken and made. While we had to wait for them to make 5 mobile orders without even acknowledging we were standing there. proceeded to wait 30 minutes to no apology, nothing. Awful experience
Staff is very rude and got the sandwich wrong even with us standing in front of them. Tried to be polite with staff and they just continued to either ignore us or brush us off. Other customers were nice and friendly, but the staff was just not in anyway good at customer service

Been going here for a while, nothing special, standard fast food experience. But my experience this week was almost shocking. It looks like they have new staff. Unfriendly, rude and I would go as far as saying hostile, this is just with one staff member (female) that I encountered. Others might be just fine. Historically, the staff here are very pleasant. But this was outright bad.
I picked up a sandwich during my work break, asking for two sauces, but when I got it, there was barely one sauce—and most of the sandwich was dry. I called the store to address the issue, and initially, they denied it. I then sent photos clearly showing the problem, but the staff member continued to insist I bring the sandwich back, despite me explaining that I was at work and couldn’t. The entire conversation was rude, with no apology or effort to make it right. Instead, the call ended abruptly with them hanging up. It’s frustrating to experience such poor customer service, especially when the mistake was on their end.
