Lovely looking place, kind, helpful staff. The food was lovely, myself and my partner had a large burger & jerk chicken. Fairly priced and tasty food. We went back the next day for a breakfast, also, very nice. Clean, welcoming place. Toilet facilities were fab too

This was such a convenient place to drive to for breakfast. Good options and a build your own option. The food was tasty and it was not a greasy breakfast. The sourdough toast was nice, as well as the mushrooms. The hashbrown was super crispy. The egg could have been cooked a tad more. Overall, it was a really nice breakfast. The service was quick and the staff were nice and attentive. The decor is beautiful on the outside and in. There is a nice seating area outside and lots of seating inside. Only thing I would suggest don't sit by the window on a hot day.

Called here for food after a day out exploring Ilfracombe and we really enjoyed our meals. My daughter and I had tacos and my partner had a burger, we also shared some cheesy chips. All the food was very tasty!!!! It was on the more expensive side of pub style food but all 3 of us enjoyed our meals so we didnt mind.

Thanks to the Chef for my daughters partners weird order.... Halloumi burger with an extra 6oz beef patty added, apparently delicious. Only got charged an extra £2 😁. Ben served us... A great guy 👍

Visited several times the Staff are amazing, always a smile nothing too much trouble so helpful from Tegan kirk and herbie just to mention a few a credit to The Depot who very lucky to have such great staff, the Pizza is one of the best I have ever had and a great size at the price . A great pint is kept with a wide choice. I fully recommend a visit to this great spot in Devon and totally dog friendly no more needs to be said.

During our journey to Lynton, we stumbled upon this charming restaurant and decided to give it a try on our way back. The servers were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. I genuinely have to say, those were the best ribs I’ve had in my two years here; they truly captured my heart. It was a delightful surprise that we'll always remember. 😊

Fantastic spot in Ilfracombe! Delicious food with generous portions, friendly and attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. The burgers and pizza are a must-try. Can’t wait to come back!

First time visiting this fantastic pub and was very impressed. The staff are wonderful and the food is absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area. The other bonus is most of the menu can be had as gluten free and the staff were very knowledgeable regarding the health implications around dietary intolerances which put my daughter really at ease as not many places seem to care so much. Thank you for making it a fantastic experience for us all

Visited on a snowy day in December and almost felt we were in a Ski Lodge abroad. Very friendly staff, prompt service, great value and the food is amazing. Sunday lunch is a highlight, with the locally sourced Beef cooked to melt in your mouth. Highly recommend stopping by.

Absolutely love this place. The best American style diner I’ve been to in the UK. We ordered chicken tacos and BBQ pulled pork tacos and they were both very good, tasty and plentiful. Staff are super friendly, plenty of free parking on site, great atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!

Enjoyed this place immensely. Service was top notch, food exceeded our expectations, and the kids ate way more than expected, which is rare. Book ahead or you might have to sit outside (which is fine on a nice day).

Wow - this place is amazing. The decor and host are simply amazing. Host had a great shirt and jovial to personality to match. We were well looked after and not over burdened by the staff. Food was superb. I had the dirty pulled pork burger which was great and the others had lovely stone-baked pizza. Little one enjoyed watching the pizza being made. The only negative, we live 5 hours away so can’t come back easily!!!

I went there as part of a pre-ordered breakfast group and it was mainly us as it was a very large group for 10 am on a Sunday. They got the orders right, but was a little chaotic delivering drinks and food to right people as we were spread out but we all got what we wanted. Food and drinks were very tasty. I had a pot of tea and fuel tilt breakfast as pictured. Would definitely go back if in the area. Toilets clean and places to park.

Dog friendly, managed to squeeze us in last min party of 3 (4 including the dog). We had the special, Asian ribs and half roast chicken, lovely food and staff.

Lovely meal and great service. The food came out quick and nice and hot. Was a little pricey but you get a lot of food well done everyone for making us feel welcome. Will definitely be coming back of were ever in woolacombe again cannot recommend this eatery enough. Would recommend booking though as we tried to eat the day before and there wasn't any space.

We were visiting from Wales during the summer in July and this restaurant happened to be a few minutes away from our holiday park. We were blown away by this place. Made to feel extremely welcome with our two kids, the food was stunning and the service was outstanding. If I could have afforded to, I'd have eaten here everyday we were down!! No doubt we will be back again when we are next on holiday. Shame I didn't have the servers name, but in any case, all staff who we came across were lovely.

Excellent service. SUPER friendly and the food was great! Slight hip cup with the printer to tell the kitchen about our food order but sorted swiftly and handled very well. 5 ⭐️’s We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Devon. Thank you so much! Also dog friendly!

Great place for a family meal. 9 of us, including 7 adults, 2 infants plus 2 dogs, turned up without a booking at 5pm on a Sunday. Tiffany was incredibly helpful in accommodating us, helping us all settle and keeping us well looked after. The array of food ordered was all excellent and well priced. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely meal here, it is what it is as far as the menu is concerned but I had garlic prawns, which were fab. The staff are lovely hard working youngsters. We settled near the log burner for some nice red wine after our meal. Lovely atmosphere and very busy.

We have been staying in a local holiday park and found the food really underwhelming and was disappointed with our weekend away however this place was a massive saving grace! The food was absolutely banging, a table of seven and every one enjoyed it including my 11 month old twins ate all their tea and fussy 7 year old said her pizza was amazing. We loved it so much we’ve booked in for a roast tomorrow.

The open fire adds such a great atmosphere and makes the whole place feel warm and inviting. The food was excellent, full of flavor, and clearly cooked with care. Portion sizes were generous, which we really appreciated, and everything felt great value for money. A special mention to the hot chocolate—it was rich, comforting, and honestly one of the best we’ve had. An all-around fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

We stopped here on our way back from a weekend away in North Devon, we saw it on the way up and my wife was keen to try it. It certainly stands out as a place you’ll want to try with its appearance fr the road. Someone has spent a few quid making this place look appealing. My wife ordered a pizza and I went for Tacos, although we split both so we could share. Personally I thought the food was ok-good, I’d go back again but not desperate to. My wife thought it was really good so… 🤷🏼‍♂️😂. Service was good, nice and polite people served us. The interior decor has a nice American theme going on, although the music grates a little after a while. Toilets clean and modern which is nice.

Walked her from local campsite Did not book but they advised us to wait and we were seated after 10 to 15 mins Good menu choice but we had in mind that we wanted Pizza....it did not dissapoint The staff here work non stop serving and turning around tables and are all smiling and polite 1 gripe is the menu states 'rustic' chips which in mind meant hand cut maybe with skin on or not but what came was generic frozen chips fried so that was a bit of false advertising on the menu ....but this was just a side and the pizza was delish

Lovely place, food was outstanding and came quickly. Not only this but it was a delightful meal and experience.

Very accommodating for us as a party of 8 adults and one child. Large menu choice of dishes but unfortunately for me most of the meals were hot and spicy! The pizza was enjoyed as were the loaded fries and burgers. I choose the gammon steak egg and chips as that had no chilli or jalapenos.

Great atmosphere and service, was seated quickly and all staff were friendly. Food was nice but felt it was overpriced. I had a chicken salad and bowl of chips (said rustic but they were just oven chips), which was £25! Although the salad was nice, it was basic and not an overly large serving of chicken. Soft drink was almost a fiver for a pint. Think it's steep for what I had but it did the job!

The only local eatery that is easily accessible. They have a good selection of beers and even lowenbrau which is amazing. However the food is mediocre the pizza was not the best and the beef chilli was just vegetables with a scattering of mince. The staff are not the friendliest with a very cold welcome and you can tell they don't want to be there. Overall a little disappointing unfortunately

The food was absolutely lovely, but the restaurant was freezing cold. Most customers were sitting in coats and hats. You can’t really enjoy your food when you’re freezing to death

Food was spot on, flavoursome, hot and went down a treat on a rainy evening. Unfortunately, the service really let things down. Sat down, order and Food arrived promptly and after that is when the good things stopped. We did get a table check to ask about the meals, after which nothing else. Staff to interested in talking amongst themselves. No checking on extra drinks orders. And when it came to clearing the table, we were sat for around 20 minutes as staff walked past, chatted with their colleagues. Eventually a waitress finally asked if we had finished, as she cleared the table I asked if the remaining pizza could be placed in a pizza box. Off the waitress went, another appeared with a pizza box chucked on the table and left, the table was only half cleared. The waitress that had started clearing was next seen taking meals out to another table. I ended up having to ask another staff member if they could finish clearing the table, whom seemed very put out from my request, her response was yeah yeah in a minute. We were going to have desserts and coffee but once again no staff offered anything to us. I had to go and request to bill from staff talking again. It's a shame that the service was so poor it completely shadowed what was nice food and resulted in no tip. Highly recommend reviewing your staff training processes and maybe asking if guests have any allergies on arrival and when taking the order.
