They recently changed there menu's since I was last here. But those sizzzzling skillets are still devine! We especially love this restaurant for their service and the fact that they have helped us numerous times for local fundraisers. The 2 for 20 deals are super appreciated! I liked that you can actually complete your own order with the new technology they have at the tables. Pretty neat!! Change is good! Keep up the good work!

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience, our appetizers were delicious and our server was on point the whole time. When our food came out we were very pleased, hot food and most of all delicious. Also the manager was very friendly and made the dining experience even better. Best meal I've had in months.

New dishes in the 3x10, we asked for the chicken fajitas and shrimp fajitas, they serve a good portion and delicious!

Always pretty consistent food that is good!! I do like their menu though & their variety. Sometimes it can be a bit tough to get a table & when they are busy the service can get a bit sketchy but I know they do try. I personally can recommend restaurants by how good their iced tea is & well..... theirs is great!! I think they use filtered water which makes a huge difference so their iced water is also great 👍 Even when they are busy you can usually get a seat in the bar & a parking spot fyi!

Love their Texas Fries, Cheeseburgers. The neat has are really good flavor. Even my 6 yr old granddaughter said "the meat is so good"! We enjoy coming to Chili's after Mass with our 3 grandchildren 🥰👍🏻

My nephews liked it too and it was their first time there.

The best experience in restaurants. The manager was amazing. You get Raving Fans when something doesn't go exactly right and you step up to the plate to fix it. The manager came by and noticed everything was not right without a complaint and took care of business. I need more employees like that working for me!! Finest customer service ever.

We had a 5 star experience on this visit to chili's. We were greeted and offered a place to sit right away. After a minute or so our waitress showed up with our menu's and asked about our drinks selection. After about 4 minutes of looking at the menu's she came back to check if we had made a choice on the food. We ordered ribs and they were delicious meat falling of the bone and the bbq flavor was just delicious. I reccomend this restaurant we always get treated with respect and the food what ever you order is delicious.

We ordered honey chipotle chicken crispers. Food was not that great tasting as chicken strips were so extra extra crispy that i could think these had been fried before. Waiter was attentive but food not that great.

This Chili's in El Centro, CA. Mall was very good. I tried one of the lunch combos available for about $8.95 & to my surprise it was almost more than I could eat. A crisp side salad & 1/2 grilled chicken sandwich turned out to be a whole filet on large roll.. Our server was very efficient, friendly and attentive.

My son's cheeseburger 🍔, which he loves, was a Lil on the bloody side for him being 5. One of the two mini cheeseburgers /sliders was great, however. Overall eating, out was amazing!

The Boss Burger definitely beats the Farmer Boy Burger in taste and size with the addition of pulled pork and sausage to the traditional beef and bacon. Warning, this burger is only four those who dare to go big or go home. Only thing is that you'll be paying 17 bucks for the Boss and 14 for the Farmer. Don't knock it until you try it.

I like it. I definitely recommend the steak since that's what I had. Well done is my preferance. And the service was really nice. It's just that it was kind of pricey. Other than that it was cool.

This place was open spaces when my friend and I came in. We enjoyed the happy hour and chips. We ordered guac and salsa. The place did get crowded when we were half way done. The bar has wall to wall monitors so I'd say it was a good place to watch a game and would if it was the Superbowl.

The chips and salsa are sooo good. The guac is also very good. I enjoy the steaks w/ mushrooms and the steak and chicken fajitas. Food is always tasty and delicious. Service is good but I usually like order for take-out.

I do6nt usually eat at chili's. The food is good, but the portions aren't as big as they used to be. Decent pricing on the food when you get the deals. Service could be a little better but over all a good experience.

The food was what you expect from a chilli's burgers, sandwiches, and Mexican food if you can call it that, what really impressed me was the fact that they were really fast we were seated in less than 3min and were served in no more than 20min this was on the weekend and they were pretty packed, i was definitely left impressed. To wrap it up food was decent, but the service was great, i personally don't like waiting more than 30-40min for food if that's the case I'm better off cooking at my house.

For what I consider "fast food" everything was good. My husband got a burger with fries and I got the chicken fajitas. It came out fast and hot and the server was attentive. The only thing is like to see is more cleanliness. The shelf at the table dividing sections had a thick layer of dust that was off putting and I had to clean my seat before I sat.

I like the food and service is always great but it's a bit too loud for my liking. This doesn't reflect on the overall atmosphere but my preference. Great for family gathering and friends.

The food was served correctly, at the right temperature. Staff was friendly enough and it was easy to get a table at 2pm on a weekday. While I know the world is a little odd right now and the service industry (and the human beings in it) are struggling, our service was very slow. I think one server was covering most of the store. Not sure where management was on this day; maybe they were in the back slinging fajitas if the kitchen was understaffed? It was frustrating, but I understand where the world is at the moment. We'd go back the next time we're on our way out to California. Trying not to be too unkind about it, but wow, very slow.

Went in to watch the Padres smash on the Dodgers this post season, but the game was not available here. Blacked out....in southern Cali.. was the reason. The food was nice though. I got the surf n turf, and it didn't disappoint. Service was on point too.

Update several months later... As you can see by the pictures, I always get the same thing...... Margarita grilled chicken. And I do believe in second chances, especially since this restaurant is so close to my hotel. Based on the response from management to my original review below, they do consider reviews to be helpful feedback as opposed to needless criticism. My experience tonight shows that management at this particular location cares about customer experiences. Tonight I had a much better dining experience overall with outstanding service from all of the staff that I interacted with. Based on that I raised my overall review of this Chili's location. Round one Granted, when you go to a Chili's you don't expect great service, but at least you expect decent service. My server seemed disinterested the entire time. Not one smile over the course of the evening. Even in basic human interaction (removing the hospitality portion expected at a restaurant) a smile goes a long way toward improving humanity. At the conclusion of my meal after the bus staff had cleared away my dishes, I still had to ask for the check. When I placed my credit card on the receipt indicating that it could be picked up, a different server came to my table and indicated that there was a device on my tabletop that I could use to close out my bill. Apparently it was too much trouble for my actual server to provide this information. The two stars for service is for the additional restaurant staff that I interacted with that actually seemed to take an interest in life (and in me for that matter). My meal was more than adequate for a Chili's. However, I will not be returning.

I eat at this restaurant on a regular basis. It is close and convenient, plus the food is good for the price you pay. Service has never been a problem here and the service is fast. I don't like how they don't put sugar or sweetener packs on the table; you must ask for them. I should note that other restaurants around this area do the same thing. As far as the food is concerned, it's pretty decent. The burgers are of good size and have flavor. Salads are usually good as well. I'm not a fan of the Cajun Pasta as I find it pretty blah and lacking spice. They do have specials that are really good value. Update: 10-02-23 Service has been excellent for quite some time now.

It’s standard Chili’s, which can be good or bad depending on your perspective and expectations. The staff was friendly, which helped. Food was fine. Not really anything notable, but probably worth sharing that it wasn’t bad.

Enjoyed our visit. Our waitress was Training and we told Her it was my husband's Birthday but she forgot to bring him his Birthday surprise. Took awhile for them to even come back and check on us. Visit was Match 1st after 7pm. Not that busy, especially for special occasions... Disappointed.

The restrooms are really, really 😕 dirty. They are stinky, and there is trash all around the toilets and inside them is disgusting. Some clients threw their paper toilet to the floor, and the floor is horrible 🗑... l wasn't in Chili's for about a year, and the restrooms stills the same. The service is good and the menu price is more expensive. Their supervisors shall check once in a while the restrooms 🚻. Perhaps the kitchen is the same mess.

Vibe was good, staff was friendly. Booth was a bit dirty but the service was fast. Wings were pretty dry and the steak came out really raw but they were quick to fix it. Everything went great but then our dessert took 20 minutes to come out lol, overall a good experience. Manager was really nice.

I ordered the rib and brisket combo so when it was brought to me it was not what it was advertised. I asked the waiter and said that's what they had and even the manager couldn't give me approximate response. The coffee was cold and when we asked for hot coffee they forgot about it.

I was very very disappointed with Chili's I was told to go there with my companion because it was so great well our visit WASN'T so great. I ordered a bowl chili, a slab of ribs and the onion petals. Needless to say, I only received a 1/2 order of pedals and a cup of chili (NOT THE BOWL WHICH WAS ORDERED). When I came back from the ladies room I asked my server about my order. Her reply ~ gee you wanted it I can do it now; my reply was😠 NO WAY I'm leaving now and fortunately I had a Long Island iced tea and a margarita. S, fortunately, I got something out of it a good drink? Will I go back NO WAY 😵😬

Overall not a good experience. They forget the ranch that came with my grandparents food the plates they gave were filthy one plate had a whole slice of jalapeno on the bottom of it as well as my knife being dirty. My burger was totally burnt on the bottom. The only good part was the servers we had

Two of us got our food in a decent time. The third person got her food when we were almost done with ours. Hate it when they serve you at different times. Waitress not very good. She said that they were busy and that was the reason for the delay. This is not the first time this happens at Chili's.

The service was good but when I went to grab the salt shaker it was soooooo dirty. Then I looked over at the pepper shaker and it was just as gross along with the holder. I ended up not eating and left because it made me wonder how clean the kitchen was.

Wife, child, and I were all nauseas. Food was too greasy. Sorry Chili's, but we will not be coming back.

Waited for 20mins and never got a server or waiter to assist me and someone came in after me and they got there drinks before I could even ask and no one stopped by to ask me if I need or want anything also two waited looked at me and walked away so definitely won't be going back there for dinner or to rate the place or food cause I was not able to even order drinks. Place looks nice and hope others to have the issue i had.

Horrible customer service especially from this so called manager Jose. His staff needs better training when it comes to hospitality. I recommend you send your managers to get trained. You get better manager interactions with managers from McDonald's than the ones from Chilis.

Our waiter was pleasant, service was very slow...an hour and a half for lunch. There were black floaties in my water, the food was just ok. There were dead flies in the window sill next to us. Gross!

I am very disappointed of the food I was served. I haven't been to Chilis in 2 years. I asked for the Cajun pasta with shrimp... and it tasted good but the pasta was extremely chewy and the shrimps were small. The food was too processed... I recommend to go somewhere else that makes real pasta.

That's messed up they didn't even bother cooking it first! Or even to cut it, they just tossed the whole raw broccoli in a bowl I am so disappointed what a waste of money.

Probably the last time eating at Chili’s for my family and I. The temperature was extremely high when we walked in from the start. You would think that with it being over 115 degrees outside the central air would be circulating but that was not the case. Secondly, our toddler’s food didn’t come out for another ten minutes after my wife and I had received ours and the worst part about it was that our son’s food was cold. So with that being said I gave my son my food since we did not eat until he received his and asked for a new dish. From beginning to end this experience was terrible. Lastly, the chicken tenders were rock hard and my son could not even bite them in half. Maybe I am being over the top, but my wife and I received ice for our water, but our son was just given room temperature with his? The whole experience there seemed careless.

I want to give this location a good review, I really do. I've been here twice and the food was excellent: well packaged, hot, and exactly what I ordered (once, I even got extras!). The problem is, the other three times I've been here have been much less satisfactory. This last time (and it probably will be my last time ordering here) my food was packaged horribly, making half of it unappetizing since half of it was soaked in grease, and the other half covered by my mashed potatoes, which looks like they were just shoveled on top as the last item. As a bonus to the messy prep, I did not even get the items that I ordered. A quarter of the food I was expecting was just missing. I'd give three stars for getting it right almost half the time, but you lose a star for the lack of consistency and another for how bad this last visit was. The whole point of chain restaurants is to know what you're getting, and sadly this location just doesn't fulfill that.

We dined in for a birthday and didn’t have the best experience. Eliana wasn’t very friendly and heavily rushed us. She was annoyed by simple questions regarding the menu. When our food came the runners dropped it and just left. I’m not too fond of the concept of the runners. When your food comes if you need anything who do you ask? We had to wait for our server to come back which took forever. By then our food was cold. Our drinks took forever to get refilled. We were charged for a drink my son got with a kids menu. Just overall not the best experience.

Currently trapped in a Chili's bathroom becaus they're out of toilet paper. I called the restaur from the stall twice to ask for a refill. No one he + come. It's been 15 minutes. My fajitas are probably cold. Dan

Awful experience. Does not appear our waitress understands her job. She ignored us and a 20 minute lunch was an hour just waiting for her to reappear. She brought my soup before my salad, no big deal, but I waited for the salad and didn’t eat the soup for 15 minutes. Then I waited 10 minutes for utensils after that. Then another 15 minutes I asked for more soup, because it was cold, I got so much chip strips I had to pull it out to find the soup. Crazy. Not a good chili’s to come to.

Curbside order. The MEDIUM RARE steak I ordered was FULLY WELL DONE. This is the 3rd time this happens and I'm finally done giving this restaurant any more chances. The brocolli was wilted and eother cut up or mishandled so much so they ended up as super miniature destoryed pieces of brocolli. I took pictures and had to throw the plate away. Such a frustrating disappointment and waste of my money. Never again.
