This was my first time eating at In-N-out and I liked it a lot. The food is good and the price is also good. If you like a twist in your food, animal style is the best option. Shakes are also very good; the taste is rich and the consistency is thick but not overwhelming. The staff is very friendly and the food is ready quite fast. Restrooms have a code, so make sure you ask the staff for it. Definitely a good experience, which there was an In-N-out near me.
Honestly In-N-Out has improved so much over the years. The burgers were so good and the animal fries improved aswell. If you haven't gone here I fully recommend it now.
Abel and I went to eat at this location a few days ago and Kim who is one of the managers was the kindest, sweetest and most amazing manager I think we've ever met. She took care of us without issue when we ran into a problem with our cards, Kim was gracious and just a kind soul. To come across a manager with her kind of compassion is rare. We wanted to leave her a review to let everyone know that she made our lunch GREAT and if you are in town and you get to meet Kim, you will see what we mean. THANK YOU KIM!!!! 💜💜💜
In-N-Out is known for great service but Angel was honestly a standout. Not only was he attentive and friendly, but made every effort to make our visit welcoming. My young daughters were so impressed that they even said that is the best service they have ever had anywhere. Keep it Angel!
If you are anywhere near Indio and craving something reliably delicious, the In N Out here is absolutely worth the stop. Our family ordered a spread of classics including Animal Style fries, a Double Double, a hamburger, and a cheeseburger, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly the way In N Out should be. The Animal Style fries were the perfect mix of melty cheese, grilled onions, and sauce, with the fries still crisp underneath. The Double Double was juicy with that signature balance of beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, and tasted just as good as the first time we ever tried one. Even the simple hamburger and cheeseburger were excellent, proving that sometimes the basics really are best when they are done well. What really stood out was how fast and friendly the service was from the moment we walked in. The team was upbeat, patient, and efficient even with a busy line. The restaurant and the outdoor seating area were clean and comfortable, which made our quick meal feel even better. This location consistently delivers the quality we expect along with great customer service. We left full and happy, and we would absolutely return the next time we are in the area.

I eat at this In and out burger maybe twice a month. Their customer service is 5 star. They greet you apon arrival making you feel welcomed. This establishment is kept in an extremely clean environment and the atmosphere is comfortable. Pricing if you know in and out buger can't be beat. A very simple menu making ordering quick and you receive your order in a timely manner.
I had a fantastic experience today. I especially want to recognize Kimberly for her outstanding help. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me.
I have been a customer of In-N-Out since before 1960, when I started driving. My mom used to take us to the Pasadena site. The quality and excellent taste has been consistent over all these years and hasn't declined like so many others have. I am so glad that they have multiplied to Arizona, so when we drive there, we have a reliable place to stop and eat.
I love this in n out! It has a lot of options and even if your not feeling for a hamburger they have other options like animal fries and grilled cheese! They also have dietary options like the lettuce wrap! This in n out has great customer service and the staff is always ready to help! Their food i so good and 100% recommend it!

I've been a fan of In-N-Out for some time and although there are better burgers, there is something about it that keeps you coming back. This In-N-Out is one of the older ones however I was really impressed by the service. I ate inside for a change and the guy managing the staff was like a football coach at half time motivating his team. Very positive atmosphere in what must be a difficult, fast paced work environment. Food was good, always reasonably priced. Someone even asked me "how was your meal" and offered to clean my table. Great experience for fast food.
This place is crazy good!! They had a double line outside and hospital-during-covid packed, yet they were kicking burgers out faster than octo-mom on delivery day. I've been to a lot of in/outs but never one as efficient as this one. This team rocks!!!

I’ve been to In-N-Out several times, and since I’m from out of state, I was really looking forward to stopping here. I wanted a lettuce wrap burger, and I asked the server if that was called a “Flying Dutchman.” I even clarified that I wanted the lettuce wrap, and they confirmed that was the name. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that’s not what a Flying Dutchman is — so I didn’t get any lettuce at all. If you’re ordering from the “secret” menu, make sure you know exactly what you’re asking for! That said, the food was still good — I was just disappointed I didn’t get the In-N-Out I was expecting. The staff was super friendly, the service was incredibly fast compared to other In-N-Out locations, and the restaurant was clean. There was no line, which was amazing since we were in a rush. Thank you for the quick service!
I love in-n-out, this one is good. I go twice a month to this one, on my way to Phoenix or the way back home...but the drive thru is sooo slow. Sometimes it makes me not want to stop. It's not like it's all packed with cars either, that's what trips me out.

First time there, cashier girl could have been friendlier. The fries were salty, the buns were a disappointment along with the flavor.
I love In and Out for their wonderful service and great staff. Indio has the good food but the staff hasn’t learned the secret. Their drive through is slow and unorganized. I’m not used to this service at In & Out.
