Great place and great staff, of all surveying the area as I'm new to town I stopped in and got a refreshing mango smoothie that you could tell was made to perfection. But afterwards I got so caught up in looking around the area on the scooter that I was using that I allowed it to let the battery die and I was forced to plug my scooter in and they had no problems helping me get back on the road, I'll be coming back religiously ,thank you guys!

Always feel welcomed when I arrive. No pastries yet. But I still happy. Service is fast and great. Two lines sometimes but they sometimes have two workers outside to get your order started. I like how at the window area they have an opening to the right. In case yoir order is ready but the car in front is not. They come put and give your order and then you can go around to start your day. Really awesome. The server brought my drink with a smile. I got an amazing drink that tasted great. I got the Rebel Unicorn Blood (iced). Limited time for Halloween I guess. But still good. Got to try it now. GO!

Most hard-working young adults and high-school students that genuinely care about giving quality service. If or when you move on: do not ever let a corporation squeeze that talent and skill out of you. Thank you to the owners for taking a chance on young adults to get the job done. Favorite: large electric berry rebel, blended (hope that is how it is properly order)

Great coffee ☕️ and all of the staff are friendly, respectful and have wonderful attitudes..! I am so glad Dutch Bros is opening a new location close to my residence. I'm confident the staff will be equal to the other locations, having the same qualities. Let me add , they coffee ☕️ is excellent, Starbucks burnt 🔥 coffee☕️ is terrible in comparison with Dutch's.

Every time I go, it's always a great experience but Odesse was amazing and sweet! She helped me with the app as well and was quick and efficient in taking my order. Please make sure you treat her well, she knows her stuff.🙏

1st time you Dutch Bros. I was greeted by the most friendliest happy staffer who came to take my order. Since I had no clue on what I wanted to try. He asked me some questions on what I usually like, then suggested options for me to choose. He made my visit so much fun, I ordered 4 drinks, and everyone loved all my choices. I highly recommend it.

A great experience! I'm from Grant's Pass and visiting this desert Dutch Bros. Ordered the wrong drink and with no questions asked, they made me the right one! Dutch love lives in the desert! Great job team!

The majority of the consumers at this location are a new level of dumb. How is the drive thru so confusing to you people?... We get one of 3 typea of people here and the 3rd type is the least common.. type 1- completely oblivious, clearly leave their life to chance kind of dumb. Type 2 - very selfish and cut throat, clearly have little control over their life and have poor time management skills, so they tend to fill their control bucket wherever they can.. type 3 - calm and logical, understand the simplicity and logical nature of the double drive thru. Pays attention to the fact that there are drink runners, keeping the lanes open and know to pull up to the window when it is free, following the very simple "zipper" pattern. The few staff members that helped us seemed to be from out of state. Lets hope they can get our local crop of employee choices to work like these people do. The true American way! Wonderful service and the best drive thru coffee you'll find anywhere around here. Very happy Dutch Bros. Has finally made it to the Coachella Valley!

Always friendly and efficient! Their business model/brand sets them apart. There is no shortage of drink variety, but be aware they do not serve drip coffee. Espresso, cold brew, lemonade, tea, chai, hot chocolate, and frost/freeze drink creations are more than enough. If you don't want sugar, try a keto coffee. If you don't want caffeine, try a dutch soda (mineral water) with sweet or sugar-free flavors. Be sure to check out the menu before you order because the combination options are endless.

Update: There are some new faces here but the service remains excellent! This is probably the store I measure with when I visit other DBs. Keep up the great work!

Really good coffee. Be careful, their large is 32 ounces. That's big! A venti is only about 24 ounces at Star#$@&s. I will order a medium next time. Staff was very friendly and service was very fast. Great job!

I like Dutch bros coffee a lot. It’s a lot more consistent than for example Starbucks. Dutch bros does my drink the exact same way every time without fail. This location everyone is so sweet and nice. They’re fast and efficient. I always come for a drink when I’m in town. I love a good picture perfect 💙

I've been getting Dutch Bros at least once every time I've gone to Vegas in recent trips so I figured the Palm Desert location would be perfect to get my fix once again. Solid trip Dutch Bros experience with the usual great service & tasty drink. ITEM'S ORDERED: Obviously had to get the fall drink, Iced Caramel Pumpkin Brulee. With an added espresso shot. TASTE: Described as Pumpkin & Salted Caramel w/ Soft Top, Pumpkin Drizzle & Raw Sugar. It definitely sounds like a sugary sweet dessert more than a "true" coffee. But honestly that's kinda what I come to Dutch Bros in a way. In general I'd say I did enjoy the drink & it's at the top of my list compared to other fall drinks out there. My main critique being I'd like to taste the salted caramel & pumpkin flavors even more. From the first sip it's definitely sweet like most Dutch drinks but you can taste the more subtle pumpkin flavour (little cinnamon spice) & the caramel. The Salted Caramel does come off more as just caramel (& not salted) in my opinion. The addition of the raw sugar adds a nice textural component & makes the drink that much more decadent. As does the soft top which is kinda like a sweet cold foam. I think the best way to order this drink would be to ask for a little extra pumpkin drizzle as well as salted caramel, along with 2 extra shots of espresso. That way the "fall flavors" would be more highlighted without losing the coffee aspect. SERVICE: I was very pleased with service with this Dutch Bros, just as I've always been in Las Vegas. The guy who took my order at the window was friendly & personable. Just like all my past Dutch experiences the drive thru was very busy, so I decided to give ordering at the walk up window a try. It kinda did take awhile though, but I do think the group who ordered before me bought like hella customized "tik tok" inspired drinks. LOCATION & PARKING: They are located off Jefferson St, in Jefferson Square, pretty much adjacent to CVS. Parking is very easy since there is a sizable parking lot. When I'm in the mood for another sweet, tasty coffee, along with good service, I'll make my way back here. Well, dependent on when I'm in this area again. PROTIP: They have an app that you can pay with but not actually order on. Still worth it though since I earned a free drink with this visit. Cheers!

This is the place to go for a cool, sweet drink! Don't be put off by the lines. Majority of the time, they are very efficient and the lines move quickly. From early morning hours till the heat of the afternoon, the employees are always energetic and on the move! Every interaction I have had with them has been positive. Would recommend this location.

If you ask for a medium sized drink with no ice, they will bring you out a medium sized cup half full. You will then be told that the medium sized drink you ordered can be filled up the rest of the way to fit the medium sized cup for a additional charge. So if you want a medium sized drink with no ice you have to pay extra what you paid for your medium sized drink...i ordered a medium drink. Really judging myself for tipping. Also im not interested in emailing your feed back people. A medium drink

I.was excited to try Dutch Bros because of all the hype, but was pretty disappointed. I ordered an iced dirty chai and my husband ordered an iced mocha. We were both disappointed, they tasted very watered down.

The chai latte I had was only Milk and a ton of sugar. Not good

Fix your drive thru lines.. had 3 cars on the opposite lane get their drinks before me even though I showed up and ordered first. All because nobody in the right lane was moving forward. It would be nice to see someone who’s working here instruct these children to take turns properly in the drive thru line.

Had a bad experience here. Their line and ordering system is SUCH a joke. Went there today and I was in the left lane behind a vehicle and the right lane was empty. I was waiting for quite a while so that I can order and a jeep pulls up to the empty right lane and gets to order before I do even though I was there & waiting first!!! What kind of bs is that?!? Go to the location in Hwy 111 instead of this one!

I got a Sausage egg and cheese muffin Slidders it was so nasty they tasted like card board. You pull in before people, but your order is taken after 7 other cars because you are reliant on the person taking your order in your line and if they are slow then now you are behind everyone on the other side. The dutch I go to in Washington goes back and forth so the line flows. This is insane and would honestly make me consider not coming back. Its irritating and stressful trying to figure out who's next, etc. I mentioned it to the team and they just ignored me as if I didnt say anything. The wait times are also atrocious. Because of the way they do their lines, you can be stuck in line for 15+ minutes sometimes. For coffee...no thanks.

This morning the girl sounded like she was whispering but did repeat sugar free. Once I got all 3 of the drinks I ordered assuming nothing was wrong I drank my order which was a completely different one to the other 2. 15 min drive back to into joshua tree and my eyes get blurry and I get uneasy. My dexcom starts blurring at me with a double arrow high alert. I had to pull off on the highway to double check and then give myself extra units of insulin. This has never once happened to me when ordering from here. It is terrible situation that could have gone worse if my dexcom didn't alert me. Do better dutch bros. I shouldn't have to second guess everytime I get a drink from yall. Never ordering from here again.
