Unfortunately, both instructions were ignored—the food was covered in sauce and the fries were not curly. Very disappointing. Since the address you provided for feedback isn’t recognized, I’m sharing my suggestion here in hopes it helps improve your service: Whenever a customer drives up to the cashier, the cashier should repeat the order and even ask the customer to take a quick look to verify it was prepared correctly. This simple step could prevent a lot of mistakes and frustration
The food is very good but everytime i go here the employees miss something I could be a drink a burger etc and I would ask for a PLAIN burger but they gave me with ketchup and it's too late when i realize overall good service good food clean tables but they need to pay attention but overall the main detail is if you are fine with missing something or getting something wrong and still get charged with the missing item you could go here
So here's my experience, because I just started going to this Jack in the box, because it's quick to where I'm at. I'm kind of homeless and I'm using food stamps now, because of that, the last couple times I've been here, it's been okay. They've given me good service and help me out with the homeless. They've you know, told me, you know what's going on with it how long it's going to be they normally handle my food with very much grace and expertise but just recently I had a really bad experience, because I bought like a, you know, like a $25 order, churro's onion, rings, jalapeno paupers=, a large number 10 or whatever that is, a larger I don't, and I put on the kiosk that Hey, I want like 3 or 4 ranches and I thought that was specified in the location in the order when I used the kiosk now, when I got back to my car, I was across the street, essentially, and I was eating, and I was about to dig. Into the hall of pail paupers= and I was looking for the ranch and I was like, wait, you guys never gave me ranch, even though I paid for it. Well, I went back there and tried to get the ranch back. And they were like, oh, well, it says you didn't pay for 5 of them, whatever, you know, we can't really give it to you without the receipt. I was like, well, I just came. I came here like 20 minutes ago and got this giant order and figured, you know, since I put it on the kiosk, it would automatically be thrown in with the food and the guy basically told me, no, sorry, we can't help you or you're going to have to pay for Sauce, even though you already paid for it.But it's not showing up on our screen, so I don't know, it said you just fork some money.And we can get you that the ranch for you ... anyways needless to say I won't be comming back here !!!
I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and four of their classic tacos! Man was I in for a treat! I wanted to call my mom. I was so excited it had been a long time since I got these iconic tacos, and one of their infamous, jumbo jacks with cheese, and nonetheless, I splurged! There was one person ahead of me in line at the drive-through and I waited for 30 minutes almost exactly 29 1/2 minutes. I don’t want to exaggerate. I’ll tell you exactly how it is. Everything was stone cold the tacos had hardened into a wad of Greece and limpy lettuce waterlogged by the taco sauce. The jumbo jack had turned into a space age, food item, dehydrated, cold, and smashed every bit of air that used to live inside the bun squeezed out like a grape in a winery. Just say that I was let down would be a slight understatement, I was devastated I was ruined I was destroyed. How can a business stay open under such circumstances I pray to the heavenly Lord that my intestines don’t also betray me after eating this the way that this fast food garbage heap has betrayed my very soul.
I do not recommend going to this location if you are in a hurry or on your way to work or even on a lunch break. Simply because they always make mistakes at this location, I've gone to this location several times on several occasions such as getting breakfast before work or on my lunch and almost every other time these people at this location always end up forgetting something for my order. It's very irritating to have to deal with that especially if you only have a 30 minute lunch or if you only have so much time to get breakfast before work. I do not recommend going to this place if you are in a hurry or want something given to you correctly the first time. The manager at this location really irritated me also because all she said was I'm sorry and that I can go pick up my food later instead of compensating or making up for it.
I'm sure you all noticed everyone complaining about how long it takes to get through the drive thru. CAUSE IT DOES. But anyway they rush you while you are trying to place your order and cut you off as you are trying to speak trying to basically guess what you want when it's like.. if you let me talk then maybe you would get me through the line faster and actually get the order right. Then to not only keep cutting me off but repeat the order back correctly then when I get to the front to pay say it wrong again? Jesus.. I get them wanting hire wages but you can't even do the dang job right. Hated this location for the passed 5 years but nothing else was open on my lunch at almost 2am in a close enough distance.
I went to this store at 12:20 am, I was waiting on the speaker and no body take my order, the person on the drive thru just said “give me a second”. I waited for almost 12 min at the speaker so I decided to leave.
Took about 12 minutes when there was only me that ordered at the time and one drive thru order one of my items I ordered fries with cheese and bacon and extra ranch. First time I got it was just plain fries. I went back and told them they took it (mind you I ordered large) they pour it into a box and the remainder of it was toss back into s tray so not getting my money worth. Then when they brought it to me their was only a small amount of ranch decent amount of cheese and s bacon strip? What happened to being it in pieces? I was dissatisfied.
Worst coffee ever it was old watered down or both I've should have known better but regardless what I paid for it it should have been at least satisfactory. It had no flavor at all it taste like hot water it also tasted like heated up water from the day before
This location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The drive-thru employees were completely incompetent, they couldn’t even handle a simple coupon correctly and refused to take accountability for their mistake. Very disappointing and just one example of the poor service that has occurred at this location.
Beatriz should not be working at the drive thru with her nasty attitude. I went before work and ordered the 5.99 deal that's being advertised and when I got to the window she said it was going to be 14 something so I said "oh wasn't it the 5.99 deal that I ordered" and she snapped at me very rude saying "you should've told me at the speaker" "you could've said that" why didn't you say that over there" without letting me get a word in so I interrupted her and told her "it's okay you can just cancel the order thank you" and drove off because I will not be talked to like that. I get that maybe she was having a bad day but she shouldn't take it out on customers like that.
Took 15+ minutes for a shake with a completely empty drive thru and dining area and they still failed and couldn't do it. No one has 30mins for a super simple fast food order at 4pm.
Needed to use bathroom as I dropped a client off as well as was going to order food as I do daily at these particular places and was told yes I could use facilities and denied access as I entered the store which embarrassed me in front of the staff that awaited their party! This is the last kind of treatment I would expect !ABSURD!! A paying customer that deposits money daily and treatment such as this?? Need new management!!
Just ordered at their drive up windows. I had an extra 15 minutes on my way to work, decided to pick up some food. Their card machine was not functioning. I used 4 different cards, they all said "card not supported" not "declined"... the manager came over and tried it on another register, same result and instead of being apologetic or kind, was rude and said "it must be your card that is the problem" all 4 different cards? Whatever. No kind apology, no friendly "I'm sorry, but it won't work"... just it must be my fault and "don't you have cash?" Wasted 20 minutes and got no food...and rude service from the manager. At least her employee was kind.
Drive-thru gave us the wrong order and didn't realize until we got home. When I called to let them know, they didn't apologize or ask me what they could do to make me happy, just told me to drive all the way back (15 minutes) and they would give me the right food. How hard is it to put the right order in a bag? This is why you'll be replaced by robots in the near future.
The place was dirty a mess and water leaking from the celling. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until after we ordered. There were some cars in the drive through but no other order in person in front of us. They took for ever to get our food. Poppers were stale. Fries were cold the bacon in burger was raw the whole this was just nasty. All the tables were dirty trash on the floor and the place smelled bad. One soad machine was working but leaking from the bottom the other one wasn’t even working. Would not recommend.
The drive thru takes much longer than most and it's such an inconvenience when their system is updating at 7pm like as it did last Tuesday the 24th. And for the tacos, I didn't ask for lettuce tacos, I asked for easy lettuce and this is what I got. I get it, you're busy, but after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru (which I don't mind) but I would appreciate it if the workers made more of an effort to make them they way they are supposed to be made and look like what they advertise. **Edited 5/28/21
I never buy at Jack in the box but my kids wanted breakfast so I went there to get some and other stuff for us unfortunately my food was by far the worst the sandwich is nothing like what I order the meat is all dry the buns are burned and the box has a mini pool of grease in the bottom. Big disappointment.
