I go to the gym at LA Fitness, I like it because it is clean and in good condition.

Since, I'm holding off red meat, it's a source for variety of fish and chicken, plus turkey around town for me to eat. I really want to go vegetarian again, but, know I like meat too much. So, happy the impossible whopper exists, and maybe one day like a crackhead I can stop eating animals to a high consumption level. Salt is the next thing I try to stop being on my food, and at times, the fish sandwich is salty. I need to try more than this location to see if it's this cook's issue.

This location is different than most the food is fresh and the drive through person was so polite and professional. The management there is worth every penny they are doing a exceptional job. Training and employees are above the rest.

They are always nice and go an extra mile to satisfy our special order. My fiancé doesn't eat pork so they make his breakfast with beef patties instead. Thanks BK staff, we appreciate you!

Everything is very good, the food, the cooks, and the cashiers. Maybe in certain fast food establishments, just about any kind of hamburger or pizza,etc. more than one makes the mistake, everyone pays for one, but in that establishment, everything is fine. (Nobody is perfect.)

They have a ketchup dispenser and I love that because I practically drink catsup with my fries. There's a lot of seating here and I like that!! Every single time I am gone in here the people who wait on me are very kind. That is pretty awesome because usually a lot of the fast-food people are kind of rude when you are giving them your. But that is not the case here. I highly recommend them.

We have eaten here 2x now and both times we had excellent service and the food was hot and fresh. Bacon was overcooked but it's still bacon mmmmm. Julio was very polite and courteous with my son and myself. Food came out in a decent amount of time. Yes the area is sketchy but this is Inglewood and it come par for the course. There are homeless people and drug addicts around the plaza, we noticed a couple of street walkers getting some action as well but to each their own. We mind our business and they do the same and life goes on. Being from out of town, we didn't know that there are tokens required to use the bathrooms, not sure if this is regular practice in Los Angeles but trippy nonetheless.

I used to come to this place years ago but stopped as the quality wasn't that great at the time. I'm glad they've turned it around though. Food is great, wait times are short. The only downside is the are often had a lot of construction going on so getting in can usually be a bit unpleasant.

This is the one in Inglewood well it's kind of as they say ghetto you will have ladies of the night sitting there with drug dealers next to you and they also have some mental patients that seem to own the tables there so if you go there watch where you sit or you might have some mental patient they're calling you out your name has a great play area for the kids the service is great and if you don't mind the people there well it's a good place to go because of the children's play area they alsohave a drive-thru it's on the corner easy accessible with a car there's also a laundromat a smoke shop and another Chinese food restaurant there with your all a great place to be because it's easy to get to and there's lots of parking so if you're in the area I need to do any Services go there the laundromats washing machines are clean they all work and so do the dryers the smoke shop is a great place to get cigarettes at a lower price and other do dads so remember if you go to the McDonald's over the open mind and eat well

Their reputatuon is for burgers that have noticeable delicious flame broiled taste. Their Whopper vs the other national burger places: the taste is truly great ! the meat in the Whopper is also substantial compared to other national fastfood joints. Awesome!

There's a fatty mexican with a bullet face that kicks out people at 9:30pm and close the doors, when the store schedule goes until 10pm... He also gives the least possible in packets and napkins... Annoying man. The food is good and the store is nice.

I don't have no problem going there. The drive thru, is quickly, the foods order always placed in good order, they are friendly. Only problem is the speaker, barely can hear it. The volume need to be turn up more, especially the area and close by the LAX AIRPORT, many flights flying above BK.

Although they had good service the environment wasn't particularly clean nor a fresh smell. The food was okay.

Asked for fresh chicken sandwiches....i don't understand why the fastfood places don't give customers what they ask and pay for especially going through the drive-thru. The dishonesty is unreal.

They don't have great customers service, my order was wrong, and it took almost 20 minutes in the drive thru... but only one car was in front of me.

A dissapointed with burger. Too much bread. Bread to meat ratio not good. Would like same portion of meat in a smaller more compact Patty. Smaller bun like a slider.

Typical Burger King location. Whopper junior and one of their pies (can't recall which one exactly) were good enough. Not the greatest location...maybe that's why the customer service was lacking. I guess when you deal with people who are trying to take advantage of things like the Wi-Fi and restrooms without being a customer your attention the quality customer services falls to the wayside a bit.

Place was fair, there were a couple of homeless people that kind of ruin the whole thing, one was sleepy at one of the tables, snoring like a train the other person was on an adjacent table, no issues with them but my kid was kind of 😨, the food and service were great though.

The place doesn't look clean, probably reflecting the condition of the surrounding area. Food is ok, as you would expect in these fast food locations.

I can’t say it’s bad, when you enter this BK location ( as for me, I entered it at 8AM ) you’ll probably at least two homeless persons. Can’t say anything about kids area, but seems clear and good looking. My products were warm and seemed fresh.

Not to bad or to good, they ok and they are trying to move faster. Because couples of times, I been on a long drive thru. Hoping wouldn't take to long! But that day! Was bad I waited for 30 min. I wasn't to happy! Other time was ok 20 min w/ long drive thru....

Burger King, what can I say? Flame broiled beef patties that are hopefully made correctly, if it's made fresh their burgers are great, The only time you will get a bad Burger from Burger King is when you have lazy employees that don't follow proper food Procedures.

The food is good and personally I've never had issues with the staff. However, I've seen them be rather rude to people that appear less fortunate. A gentleman in a wheelchair came in to purchase food and misplaced his ebt card after the purchase. He was polite and asked a staff member who appeared to be a manager if they'd seen his card. They rudely dismissed him and went on about things in the back. If it were a more well put together person that had misplaced a credit card I wonder if they'd have acted the same. None of us are perfect, but unless we've been disrespectful, we all deserve respect.

Took over 20 min for them to make my food which in the end was cold. Not happy with my experience at all.

I only ordered a Whopper well done no mayo. And I was given essentially a Whopper that was undercooked and had a ton of Mayo I returned it without much incident.

Too many transients pressuring you for money. This location needs an armed security guard. Very unsafe feeling.

It's a hood bk. Not a place that you would want to bring your family and eat inside. Food is good. Service was good. But there were people inside talking loudly and using profanity hanging out not eating but socializing. Definitely would scare any outer towners!

To be honest I will give 5 stars but it is not the restaurant fault there is a lot of crackheads and dirty ghetto people hanging around and outside overall the staff there tries to keep them out as best as possible I would recommend just to order and take not to eat there

Food was ok, service was pleasant. However, management needs to do something about all the transients that hang out in the restaurant taking up all the booth seats. They didn't smell. So didn't notice until after I had already ordered my food. No one bothered me. So that's not the problem it was just surpising to see.

The guy at the window was nice. The food though, I don't think it was fresh. I always statt with the fries. I Ordered a Double Whopper with cheese, no onions and a large halvsies. Anyway, the fries did not taste right at all, neither did the onion rings. I put them back and then tried the burger. It tasted like fish. I took another bite thinking I was just being ridiculous. Nope, tasted like fish. This means the beef used was apparently spoiled. That's disgusting. I'm just praying i don't get sick at this point. I'll be back next month to try again.

Majority of Burger King restaurant are cheating the guest on the slushes they say a dollar for 16 oz but they are giving you 12oz cup. The one at century and labrea, the Burger King at Crenshaw and slauson and Vernon and Figueroa. It's a joke cheating you out of 4oz of slush

Order was right but. . . Things were very dirty. We had a newborn kitten that couldn't be left in the car and the cat NEVER touched anything but they kicked us out. I wouldn't have put him on the table cause he might have gotten sick. When I come back from KC again we will NOT be going there!

Gave me a me 2 burned chicken sandwiches today. The night before I went there and the lady who was at the register touched the money with her bare hands then went to get the bag of food and as she walked to the window moved the mop bucket with the same hand she handed me my food. As a janitor I know thats not sanitary.

Been in line for 45 mins and these people are walking around doing NOTHING!!!! The manager looks to be high as a kite. The cashier has been to the window twice. Terrible customer service, I was charged extra and didn't get a refund. They gave me the wrong order and then blamed me for it. They also didn't give us any condiments at all. Drive thru lady and manager are bitter and have attitude problems. They need anger management. My family, friends and I will never come back for sure.

Don't order from here. They ripped me off. I ordered two burgers from them a large fry and a large drink, they gave me ONE burger and no fries. I've tried calling them several times now and they wont pick up. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I wish I could give them -5 stars. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I gave them a second chance and this is what I freaking get.

I mostly get the same thing... chicken nuggets or a Double Whopper cut in half with no onion or a breakfast croissant with ham. All of which is worth having. Yes, there are bathrooms, lots of parking even handicapped parking. Most of these places are well kept... the tables are clean and the floors are clean 2.

This place is awful you can't even go in there and order anything you have to order it on the computer and the computer does not function correctly and it's all one big stressed out mess everybody that was in there when I went into the last time was having a hard time and I even got into an argument with somebody else that was in there because it was so stressful I say that they suck and the customer service sucks

Terrible location to go too. I ordered take out from this location and I get home and I'm missing part of my order. I never make a complaint about this because most places will fix it if you call them. I called the number on the receipt and this locations phone keeps ringing and ringing with no one answering the phone. Unfortunately I cant go back to the restaurant location today because it is 25 minutes away and dont want to have to drive all the way back for my food. So I am leaving a review instead. Had they picked up the phone one of the 3 different times I called we would not have this issue. All I can assume is the workers dont care, are lazy, or both.

I called up there to see about getting a refund but they refuse to answer their phone. I have ate at this location once and went in to grab a cup of water on my second visit. I found it strange that this location is charging customers 25 cents to use the restroom. The least they can do is offer this amenities since it is there.

Got a burger meal, substituted fries for onion rings, which I LOVE…but these were like MUSH, and disgusting! Old and soaked in grease, so I had to toss it out. They usually do better

I will never return to this Burger King. I went on the way to work. It was around 11:25pm I went through the drive thru. I order the original chicken sandwich and a whopper jr with cheese. The chicken patty was very cold the fried where hot which is the only reason why I put 2 stars. Service was ok, but why give me cold food, but took the time to give me hot fries. That makes no sense. The whopper jr was aay better than the chicken sammich. Very disappointed

Manager and and staff claim it’s one dipping sauce per order no matter how large or how many items ordered in the same receipt. I ended up with one ranch sauce for 4 orders of fries and 4 burgers with drinks. When I tried my survey number it said it was not valid. Seems BK doesn’t want my feed back or my business.

I ordered through the app( impossible burger)and they told me need to ask before you get into the drive-through. Not paying attention to the drive through. Plus found its beef not vegan when I got home. I want to add that the restroom 🚻 is not working for more than a week??? Are they don't have money to fix 😕 it??? Careless!!!!
