I wanted a charbroiled burger today so I went to Astro. I've been coming here off and on for decades. I always liked the finely sliced lettuce on the burgers ,fresh fries and self service soda fountain. It's a burger stand

Burger was decent. Onion rings were gross. Three the whole bag away smh

I'm sorry I had to do this but ive been coming here for years food is good and I know the lady who owns this establishment very nice but some of her workers are rude like today I don't know her name but she works weekends ive never had any problems with anybody but she had an attitude for no reason I ordered my food in the drive thru and her tone was all wrong like she was rushing me and then I get to the window I payed for my food and she gave me my bag and I politely ask if she can put seasoning on my fries and she replied why didnt you ask before like mam you were supposed to ask me in the first place and I'm thinking like its not a big deal it takes like 2 seconds to season fries but she gave me attitude and I decided not to engage in her negative behavior but I chose to do this instead.

Burgers are pretty good, standard charbroiled patties, got a double burger because the patty was a bit to thing for just 1. Fries and drinks are sold separately, no combos, at least fries are a large bag and a good amount. Not worth 16$ in total though. I didn't like customer service tho, my buddy got a burguer by itself and asked for salsa and the cook answered quite rudely "what did you get? What did you order? What did you order?" Too see weather or not charge a small cup of salsa lol. All in all will not be returning simply because of CS.

I ordered a pastrami burrito with chili and cheese only. The cook put mustard on the burrito and I had to tell the cashier. Cook has to throw away the tortilla shell and cheese. The cook didn't drained the pastrami meat as you can see. My clothes got stains from the grease. Not happy at all. He did that on purpose. I ask for chili peppers and he o ly wanted to give me 1 SMH. LOOK AT THE GREASE BURRITO. IT WASN'T MY FAULT HE DIDN'T READ THE TICKET.

Honestly the service is bad, the food isn’t great. Ordered a club CHICKEN sandwich. I get ham instead…. Like how? Say whatever you want , the pictures won’t let me lie. That’s ham. Not chicken. I called and asked if I can get a credit cuz I was at work to the point I sat down to eat my order. Said yeah & gave me a weird made up name. Im not dumb. Then yet again whatever but pay $21 for a small chili cheese fries & a small sandwich?!! I want my money back 😩😩😩

Chili cheese fries were super greasy. The burgers were way over priced. The salad that comes inside the chicken dinner was not packed separately, and it got all soggy with the steam of the hot food by the time we got home to eat it. Drive thru took a long time and the regular french fries were not seasoned. Will not be coming back again.

Customer service sucks-to make a phone order you try to ask for an address and they don’t know where they located. They barely can speak They prejudice and rude and a food is not all of that y’all need to go to Tam‘s Tom‘s or Brolly Hut On Crenshaw they food is disgusting. Customer service sucks. They need to get the attitude together and stop hanging on people faces if you don’t know the address of your job, then you don’t need to be working there or answering the phone poor Service next time my friend go up there and make sure he take a picture of the cockroach that was on the counter crawling while they cooking. Stay tuned. they do have roach issues guys, and the food is nasty. They need to be shut down and the customer serves all of them to answer the phone different men and the men are yelling and interrupting the person who’s on the phone why they trying to make a order don’t give them your hard earned money for disrespect and nasty food they rude to women and anybody they cut you off while you’re trying to order they don’t ask your name. Never again

This place is extremely unsanitary. The cooks hands look filthy. Never any gloves and I watched them do several order touching and grabbing things then touching food. Making burrito with bare hands. Chili cheeses fries grabbing cheese with hamds. The man with glasses IS THE WORST RUDEST HUMAN BEING. he took orders grabbed money then went back to making food. Not washing his hands. HEALTH DEPT WILL BE CALLED.

The food was not good at all, they put some thick green salsa on my food that I did not ask for and was not using gloves. The food prep guy had a open sore on his thumb!!

bad customer service, food is mediocre, charge $1 for ranch, sign says .50 charge for card but charged me $1 then didn’t want to refund the difference, no soda refills & ketchup is clunky. Haven’t came in years and definitely won’t be coming back ever again.
