I like this Wendy’s Location because they pay attention to detail. I’ve never left here missing anything that i’ve ordered and I have never received old food that seemed to be sitting there all day. Everything always fresh and delicious 🤤 Thank You Wendy’s.
Not hard place to find from the airport. Really welcoming this meal and the facilities are very clean here. I've actually worked at Wendy's, and comparatively I think this franchise is even better equipped with cleaner bathrooms and friendly knowledgeable and courteous staff. ♡

The workers are super friendly it's like going to a family members house. The food is home cooking big serving at a good price. Right now during this pandemic it's take out only but don't let that stop you from calling in an order and grabbing a plate and taking it home, you can still stop by and order and take your food home, or eat at the Park. Just remember to bring your mask. Eat locally and remember to support mom and pop shops.
I hardly ever eat at Wendy's but they do have decent food their prices are okay mainly I like their ice cream but my husband eats meat so he loves their food so I ready to the five star all the way across with the exception of food because I hardly ever eat their food and their food is pretty small for the cost

I have always loved Wendy's since i was little. its just something about the juicy burgers and good fries. ME and a friend made a visit to this location around 930pm. we ordered the $5 bag, chili, baked potato and a chocolate ice cream. this brought back memories on why i loved Wendy's. The employees customer service was on a A+ level. they spoke clearly and smiled. we had placed the order and soon after wanted ice cream. without hesitation, the employees made our shake and thanked us for coming. This is why i choose Wendy's over going In and out of a competitor restaurant with not so good service and good. Thank you again Wendy's
Best Wendy’s I ever had in my life. Never had fries and nuggets this fresh and good. Idk if this strawberry frosty is seasonal but also AMAZING. The 4 for 4 is still here despite inflation…thank u Jesus, thank u Wendy!

April the evening manager was great !! Even though she was understaffed she provided perfect service with a warm Pleasant attitude please give her more than a Jack In The Box or Burger King certificates for her efforts possibly a position raise are a bonus her contribution is great for your establishment
Mayra is the manager and her staff is outstanding. The patrons leave a mess and don't allow the staff to keep up with cleanliness. Another negative is that there's only one bathroom.
I went to Wendy's with the idea of having a steam potato and Chli and ice tea and I was not Disappointed they had everything that I asked for

The salad was very fresh. The line was long at that time of night though. Also, a young man walked up to the drive through while I was waiting for my food and was angry his order was wrong, Inglewood just might want to put security at that one. It seems a bit extreme. I didn't want to hand my money to the young lady until he left, I wasn't feeling safe with the predicament. I mean, he was standing between us....wth?
I love their CHILI W/CHEESE & ONIONS... IT'S A HARDY HIGH PROTEIN CHOICE FOR THOSE WHO MAY HAVE A HIGH PROTEIN DIET REGIMEN. The drive thru stay crowded so I just PPL watch while I wait. It's really good quality.
The store need to accommodate the walk in customers as well as the drive thru. I hate being in line and watching five cats being served before I even have a chance to say hi. Thus is at every store I visit.
Spicy chicken sandwich is main attraction here for me. Chili and frostys are good as well. Spicy chicken nuggets were great but discontinued. Depending on how big your order is this location can get orders wrong sometimes. Not an issue I personally experience often but would suggest checking your bag before driving off still. Staff are usually nice during my visits.
I love the Jr bacon cheeseburger. Their best value burger. You can't go wrong with a Jr bacon cheese, frosty and fries. I love this location because if In and outs line is too long I can always go to Wendy's and grab a salad or one of their delicious burgers.

It's one of my favorite Wendy's. The atmosphere is, for the most part, lively, and food is always fresh. Doesn't hurt that it's located across the street from SoFi Stadium and a couple of blocks from the Intuit Dome.. you gotta get a frosty!
The square burger is tough to beat! 😋 This store is always clean and cool, they are not cheap with running the A/C. When it's warm as it usually is, it feels good to walk in and order at the counter and enjoy your meal inside. However, still dealing with Covid, so they have not opened the inside dining as of yet. Counter orders to go are no problem. One of the things I like here is they are customer focused and friendly. That is so great to see and shows that it can be done. The food is top notch for fast food and who doesn't like the square burger?
The number 6: Spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad. The sandwich consists of Mayo, one tomato, one lettuce, and the spicy patty. It was good, nothing extra but nothing sub par either, a good taste. The sandwich was made right when I ordered since the wait was a good 6 minutes and extremely hot. I took one bite and had to spit it right out, very hot. Proceed with caution. The medium fries I got were very good. I liked them a lot. The right amount of seasoning gave the cut fries a great taste. In addition, the drink sizes are large. A medium cup is like a grande drink at Starbuck's so you definitely get your money's worth. Overall the meal was good and if in the neighbourhood again wouldn't mind returning.
The dine-in option remains unavailable until further notice. Quality of the food was excellent. The customer service side of things at the drive up was below expectations - mostly due to bad headset equipment and one of the workers at the window acted a little standoffish. That needs to improve if the dine-in option will remain out of service for a prolonged period of time.
The entire floor in the ordering as well as sitting area was wet and sticky. There was no ice in the I've machine. No one was there to take the order and hence I had to wait at the ordering counter for 5 minutes. P. S. Do not order it's chocolate frosty. The texture is a little weird for some reason.
Food was okay but I can tell this is a franchise Wendy’s, not corporate. They don’t use the lettuce that Wendy’s uses and they’re stingy with the condiments. They don’t give toys in the kids meals either. Also, please change the French fry oil. I can taste it in the fries.

Major of my order was okay for the most part, I did order a baked potato with bacon and it came without it. My other baked potato was correct, and my frosty ice coffee as well.
I've given some horrible ratings and very few good ratings on certain restaurants which are my honest opinions. Wendy's is not high on my list their food isn't as great as it used to be the only thing I still do like is there chili with cheese but if you don't ask for crackers you won't get any I do enjoy their chicken pecan salad but if you don't pay attention they skimped you on a lot of the details in the salad like your blue cheese cranberries apples if you're not paying attention you didn't get one of those will you may have gotten only three pieces I know cheap when I see it Wendy's is it pay attention to what you're buying we came over you lose!
I always order online and typically pick up my order to go home and eat after work. When adding any kind of modifications to your food, they are very unlikely to even do what you request. For example.... I always add extra mustard on my sandwich.... however, I've gotten no mustard and extra mayo, no mayo or mustard, or a tiny bit of mustard and a usual amount of mayo. Come on you guys... I just want my mustard.... recently they stopped giving online orders thru the drive thru window even though you have that option to pick it up in drive thru. This store has been frustrating recently! I'm not coming back here! It's frustrating that I've always picked up my mobile orders in drive thru but noe they make you go inside the store to pick them up! Why even have the option to pick up in drive thru if you won't allow it!!??? I'm done! Not coming back here! Food is good but the service is frustrating!
Does not adhere to their own posted hours, which always grinds my gears because it's absolutely unnecessary. Their posted dining room hours end at 10pm. I arrived at 9pm and the doors were locked. Drive-thru is insanely long. If your hours have changed, why not just update your sign? If you have to close the dining area early, why not just post that over the normal hours? Its such a simple fix, not doing it comes off as an inconsiderate customer service failure for me
I made the mistake of going there right before they closed and my sandwich was barely warm and all of the vegetables were old and so were the French fries. I understand what goes on when a restaurant is getting ready to close but if you're going to be open then serve the food hot and fresh just like it was lunch time. I preferred Wendy's over most fast food restaurants. This place is pretty subpar and I have eaten there before and I had the same problems before.
The dining room very dirty, cashier not friendly, bathroom out of order. Ketchup dispensers empty, floors sticky with softdrink spills, no serving trays. Very sad place. Very disappointed !
It seems like no matter what time I go here, the drive thru takes an insane amount of time. I must've sat there behind 5 cars for about 40 min. Did they only have 2 people working inside? Please fix your drive thru processing time. 40 min is 'sit down at a nice restaurant waiting time', not 'fast food restaurant waiting time'.
Awsome people, specially our server, they are quick, but seems managers or shift supervisor did not do her job about getting our strawberry tea drink. Only our server ask another fellow employee to tell the cooks to get the specialty drink made which is made in bulk! After she ask a supervisor or manager which they did not do!!
I should have e stayed away when I saw the parking lot littered with garbage. The employee at the counter barely even acknowledged our presence. The drink station and station with lids was completely coated with spilled soda, all onto the floor. There was trash on or around every single table and the floor was sticky. Food wasn't bad but fries weren't salted.
Overall the food is good. Service well it's in Inglewood off of Century Blvd. That should tell you everything, restrooms do not lock from the inside. So anyone can just walk in on you. Feels like the A/C is broken are just not turned on. Uncomfortable tables for dine in with a family. If you must stop in just do the drive thru or pickup to go. Besides that I do not recommend visiting this pp

Their breakfast is horrible. Their potato wedges are salty as hell and not even their most amazing barbecue sauce can take the saltiness away. Other than their wedges I have no other complaints.

This Wendy's was so filthy. The tables needed wiping down, the trash was completely full, the floor was wet, the soda fountain had a top and straws in the tray, the trash by the soda fountain smelled so bad it made me want to vomit, the floor was dirty and someone had wasted ice cream under a table. One guy complained and then waited 30 minutes to see if they were going to take care of it and then he complained once more and left. I complained before I left. Even the outside trash can was full. Came here with my boyfriend. We placed our order through the drive thru and the Manager " Jazzette" forgot to hand out our debit card back! 20 minutes later a fraudulent transaction was made in the course of 20 minutes ago. went there last night, and received the worst customer service ever. I stood at the drive-thru window for five minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I finally drove around and the girl at the window was standing there talking to someone with her back to the window. I had to blow my horn to get her attention. When I told her I was sitting at the window for so long waiting, she responded with the worst attitude. I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
I guess if you come here at night they don't make frosty's. No sign or warning letting you know before you enter the drive thru that they don't have frosty's at night. Plus I waited over 20mins in the drive thru because of this discrepancy and couldn't even at least get a free drink for the inconvenient waste of time coming here. Very poor service.
The drive thru is too slow taking orders and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered an asiago ranch homestyle chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich which was very soicy. I don't eat spicy it gives me heartburn. I called the store three times to let them know but they don't answer the phone. Was on lunch break so I couldn't go back. This place sucks the staff is rude I pulled up thru the drive thru and when I got there at 10:10 I was waiting to order and after 5 mins I called out “hello” no reply and then at 10:20 they asked to take my order and I asked for a certain breakfast item and they said breakfast ended already and I said that it ends at 10:25 plus I was there at 10:10 but they weren’t taking my order and they proceeded to say well we don’t have any and I was like okay thanks and when I proceeded to drive off I saw an employee flip me off through my rear view mirror and I wasn’t hungry anymore after that but I’m not coming back ever again
This place is so filthy .. the cashier who was working during 6 30 pm was so rude . She looked so irritated didn't greet me and just asked what do you want .. made me feel like just walking out and getting a refund.. there was trash every where and no clean tabels and the workers are on the phone .. the food was ok but I was missing items and when i went back to ask for the items she rolled her eyes .. never again coming back here ..

I ordered 3 Jr. Bacon hamburgers and a large fries, I asked if I could have fresh fries. However what I got was 3 hamburgers that looked and tasted like they have been setting for a while, oh lord the fries was the worst they was hard most of them dark and had a taste it was obvious they refried some old fries. I tried to contact them but the was always busy.
AVOID! AVOID! Extremely rude employee at drive thru!!!! Went to pick up a DoorDash order and the employee yelled at me saying that they were short on staff and that It was like that every night, giving me attitude. When I got the food I told her she shouldn’t be talking to me that way, she yelled back at me as if she was right to be aggressive. I told her I would report her. I will find out how to do that but in the meantime wanted to warn other dashers, if you are in the area and get a Wendy’s order from Century Boulevard, do yourself a favor and decline it!

The mic girl with blue hair is rude and lack to the basics of how to deal with people. This is a shame on this branch. It is my first bad experience with Wendy’s. I have been a loyal customer for 11 years and it is my first time to encounter this type of attitude.
The absolute worst Wendy’s. Drive Thru is always backed up for 35 minutes or more. When trying to order ahead on the app, the store gives you the option to pick up in store and the store is closed so drive thru is the only option. It’s insanely annoying and completely defeats the idea of fast food. Avoid unless there are zero cars in the drive thru.

Drive-Thru and cashier workers that works the swing shift is very rude and unprofessional. I made a mobile order and selected the option to pickup via drive-thru the worker stated with a attitude that they only take mobile orders from the inside. I went inside only to find out that she cancelled my order and didn’t tell her coworkers that was taking orders. They was just as rude and unprofessional as the other one. Trash, nasty and cold food. The cheese wasn't even melted and the burger looked like toy food. Everything was cold and the wait was ridiculous with no apology. There is no way that burger was not previously frozen to be that cold. Lies ..oh and though it still on website they have removed all value menu items from drive thru menu. Impossible to tell if this location still offers or even ask because what are they gonna do read the whole value menu and prices to you? I eat Wendy's maybe once a year, definitely will not be back to this location
This store refused to honor advertised menu items and specials posted in the windows in and outside of the store. Thank God there are other reputable restaurants next door and closed by. Shame on this store and the manager that simply shrugged her shoulders with no real explanation as to why they don't honor the signs posted inside and outside of the store.I live the area and travel to Westchester to avoid this store.
Place was super DIRTY! We asked the cashier if she can send someone to clean a table so we can sit down and she gave me a dirty look, then screamed over her shoulder for someone to go clean. After waiting for several minutes my husband asked someone he saw throwing out the trash and the gentleman kindly wiped down the table . But the fountain machine was also down and there was smoke inside the dining area like if the burned something on the kitchen

The WORST Wendy’s to go to in Los Angeles! Workers are extremely rude, will HUH you to death in the drive thru mic! I have had numerous moments in which workers mess up orders, do not listen/are at the drive thru mic, and give wrong orders at window! Well this a non Ebt cardholders place. Apparently you are required to have a car otherwise you won't get service with Ebt. I eagerly don't recommend this place I don't even know why they say that they accept EBT. I went inside and the girl told me that I have to order on the drive thru. But if you don't have a car they won't serv you!!

Restaurant was dirty , they had cleaning supplies left on top of the tabel .. the cashier was rude .. I would ask questions and the workers would ignore me and my kids .. and they were talking laughing about there own customers , the food is good but the workers look so depressed and sad with there job .. Recently I placed an order at this location Beware mobile order users who place orders at this location, this is the 3rd time I’m told at this location that they are out of an item after I’ve placed an order on the app. On nov 8 midnight I placed an order for chicken nuggets after wanting some after work. I inform the worker that I’m here to pick up a mobile order and I’m told to go to the next window, I get there and I was being charged for an order, I let them know I paid through the mombile app and then get told that my order was not in their system. Both the worker and night manager are “looking” for my order and then get told my order was not in their system and that they were out of chicken nuggets, why not tell me that before pulling up? I go to cancel the order and the app tells me it was already processed and refreshed my screen. I contacted Wendy’s for a refund and was only offered store credit of 20, my order was 15$ Wendy’s I just want my money back, i dont know if the workers were just finding an excuse to not complete my order or what but it’s the 3rd time now, I was told by a Wendy’s rep that a general manager would reach out but it’s been radio silence Do better please, I had to go to another location to get my food
I was on my 30 minute break I ordered a sausage muffin and when I get back to work inside the break room I take a bite and there's no sausage, 😤 so I drive back and I didn't get a sorry or offer something to accommodate. I get back to work the 2nd time and at this point I'm supposed to be back on the sales floor working, and I take a bite and the muffin is soggy and slightly under cook at this point I gave up, and honestly I never leave any reviews but this situation got to me.
This Wendys location has to have the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. It was my first time picking up a mobile order through the drive through and the instructions on the app state to pull up to the drive through. I pulled up to the drive through at the last window and told the employee i had a mobile order and she didn’t even say anything to me and just walked away and started to speak to her coworker who i then heard her yell loudly rudely about me. The employee then came back and told me that i should’ve told her at the radio my name because my order was not ready yet and I informed it was my first time and I did not mind waiting. The employees lack professionalism and basic proper customer service training OR experience. The employees name was Tynisha something and was so RUDE and looked like she hated her job and life.
I only order#1. I didn't want the combo just sandwich, and they are overcharged. Also, there is no spoon for my chili and napkins. What's THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PLACE
I’m very upset. I went to get lunch after work. Waited in the drive thru for 15-20 mins. Line didn’t move so I backed up and went inside to order. 3 people in line ahead of me. Waited about 15 mins When the next Wendy’s employee came in, the manager told him not to take orders. Left us waiting for another 10 mins. When I asked the manager when we would be able to order, he said when his mobile orders were done which looked to be about 10 tickets. I never got to order.
It was horrible I was in line in the Drive-Thru for about 40 to 45 minutes so I expected that since it was so busy my food should be nice and fresh which is usually what happens when you pull into a Wendy's. The food was horrible it was cold it was like it had came directly out of the refrigerator and have not been cooked the lady who took my order was very rude and she had a very thick accent and got upset with me because I couldn't understand what she was saying in the speaker I thought maybe we just had a language barrier but when I pulled up to the window she was very very rude when I asked her for ketchup she slammed it down in my hand I didn't even eat the food it was gross
Everytime I have oreded via postmates/uber eats my order has been wrong. It's been over 5 times. Tonight was the last time. Host ATO needs to be fired. It's a big inconvenience and I don't care about being refunded. I want my order correct and what I ordered. This is ridiculous.
Dante the manager cut off Maria who was very kind with me. He just came forth when we were having a conversation about how it was 10:35am and the breakfast time was up I wanted to order the french toast sticks and while she was explaining why it was not an option he just came and CUT HER OFF to order her just to say no. I will not come back to Wendy's due to Dante. I will try Dennis next time. Please contact me when Dante is no longer part of Wendy's family since I don't want to have any chance of meeting this person again. He made Maria obviously uncomfortable and myself too.
It’s past 7 am and no one is opening the door and calling only gets sent straight to voicemail. What’s the point in having a business if you’re not open to the public? I come here for my breakfast in the morning while my vehicle is charging up. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. Beyond poor customer service at this point. Whoever the manager is should retrain and or recruit new employees who understands how to OPERATE A BUSINESS!
I just visited this location they gave me wrong size drink even though I was charged for a large and the wrong nuggets even though I asked for spicy. There was barely anyone there so inexcusable when I’m paying for what I want
Did a mobile order for this location for pickup but couldn’t get an Uber/Lyft to go pick it up. Tried to cancel on the app but it wouldn’t let me, called the store twice and nobody would pick up. Wrote customer service about a refund for my order and was informed someone from the store would reach out about my refund. A whole week went by and nobody contacted me. So I went ahead and filed a dispute with my bank. Whoever received my dispute from this store lied && told my bank that I picked the order up. Definitely want be coming here on my next trip to Cali
Got in drive thru line 20 minutes before closing. They took forever to get through the cars in front of me. I get to the front of the line at 1:02. Closed. At least finish the line of cars who have been waiting.
Got to the first Wendy before we even paid and asked if we could add a sprite, told us no that we have to go all the way around and re order, never had this happen at any Wendy’s before… either a dumb policy at this one or lazy staff.
I was the lucky one today and when I ask for more ketchup I was given the last one in a tiny cup that wasn't even a ¼ full. Really? No more ketchup? But seriously, why lie and tell me you're all out. I even said I'd pay for it but Bruno, or whatever the guys name is refused. Hire better, Wendy's. 👎
Apparently ordering food at Wendy’s is an inconvenience. Constantly rushed, zero customer service, and no courtesy. If this is the standard, it’s disappointing....
If we could do 0 stars, we definitely would. They stopped serving breakfast before breakfast even stopped. Then while we were in line, manager said to stop taking orders !!! I can’t believe this establishment. This is so unprofessional, the workers should never stop taking orders unless the store is empty or they’re officially closing the store at the end of the day.
Terrible location and terrible staff who close the store before the actual business hours. If you close the inside at 9:50 then you should place that on your doors instead of having false advertisement. Shame on you for turning your back on your loyal customers.
This place was horrible as soon as you walk in the floor was sticky and dirty the tables were dirty only reason why I stayed was because my kids were crying when I tried to walk out, I stayed customer service also bad, black young girlTook my order with attitude I paid didn’t gave me my cups then She said she didn’t charge me for one meal, my order stayed in the counter for about 10min no one even called my number and when I went to ask for a napkin she said oh that’s ur order I grabbed it I come to my table just to find out that my order was wrong I went back I stood in front of the register for about 3 min she was trying to ignore me until i finally said my order was wrong she grabbed it tossed it and gave me the correct one didn’t even apologized or anything, and let’s not even mention the restroom 😩 , seriously DO NOT COME HERE !!!
Placed mobile order and got into the line as directed on the mobile app. After waiting 25 minutes on the super slow-moving drive-thru, the manager inside asked me to get into the line inside as they don't give mobile orders thru the mobile app. Now I am ins8de and waiting for over 15 minutes and noone can still give me the mobile order I ordered about 45 minutes ago. This must be a JOKE. Stay away from these incopetent folks if you can. Edit: ended up cancelling my order due to the incompetent manager, Dante and his rude attitude. Wasted around an hour in this clawn show
I had the most horrible experience at this location today with an employee named Tynisha. She had a disgusting attitude upon greeting. I ordered 4 breakfast combos with potatoes and I requested the potatoes to be fresh. If looks could kill. Her face said it all. The reason I ordered 4 combos was so that it wouldn’t be an inconvenience for the employee to make the potatoes fresh. She just stalely tells me my total and walks away. I had to grab my own receipt. She gives me four bags with my food in it. I asked may I have a bigger bag with handles she just drops/throws the bag on the counter even though she saw my hand out ready to receive the bag. She is very disrespectful, unpleasant, disgusting attitude, & absolutely unprofessional. I believe she’s unaware of the impact she makes on peoples mornings. People are starting their day getting breakfast and her attitude can affect their whole day. There is no reason why this woman’s energy should’ve followed me throughout my day. She really needs to be fired or severely disciplined.
This employee has the worst attitude ever. I came in I approached the register with a smile. I spoke and said “Hello, good morning.” She just stared at me until I ordered. The rudest thing you could do to a customer. This is absolutely not the attitude to have in customer service. I use to work customer service and during my interview I was told to have the same attitude on the job as I had during the interview. Someone needs to tell her the same thing.
Wendy's breakfast is good.. Dont have a problem with the food at all. The only problem i have is that they never open on time... Always late on opening dine in and drive thru.. Example like right now its pass 6:30am and still no open.. I'm gonna have to go next door to del taco to get breakfast.
