We decided to stop by for a quick lunch and now that they have gone back to giving decent portions is worth stoping by Chipotle I understand they price hike but $20 per person and not getting your money's worth was not an ok move glad we are back on track

Okay, at first I hated this place with a passion. Especially since they gave me some wet tacos . Gross. But, after today it was really good , especially after a workout. Definitely filling.

I had ordered from Uber Eats and they (Uber) had rerouted my order to a different restaurant and my Order was made incorrectly.The manager Adam remade my food correctly and that is what Excellent customer service is about.

Evan is the goat. Best bowl maker out there. Working the line by himself, and still doing the most for us. <3 whoever rung us up, needs to be retrained on work culture. Really killed the vibe, dogging on him over wrapping two tortillas together. She hates him cause she ain't him. Praise him.

It’s a good location. It looks clean. The employees were fine but the food portions were low and on top of that the rice was dry so I got low and old portions.

Got there at 9:50pm they said everything was out no meats they had everything cleaned up chairs on top of tables,they close at 10 or 11pm?

I guess its true what the reviews say. Only reason why we came to this spot was to meet friends. We didnt know it was this bad..... believe in the reviews. Theres 3 employes just standing around doing nothing while it is slammmed. Horrible management and the food was disgusting...... was burnt and over seasoned. Avoid this dangerous spot.

I asked for double chicken and the guy gave me 2 half scoops, so I asked for more. He was kind enough to actually give me a double chicken worth. Then I asked for guac, I must of not been paying attention. This is what he gave me

⭐ 1 Star Review Title: Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience This is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. I ordered through Uber Eats in the daytime, and the food was absolutely unacceptable. The meat was undercooked visibly raw and completely unseasoned. It made me sick shortly after eating it. I paid extra for double meat, yet the portion was noticeably short, which makes it even worse considering the quality. The chips were soaked in grease and tasted stale, like they had been sitting for hours. I’ve had Chipotle in many places, and I thought the ones near my old neighborhood were bad, but this one truly tops the list. The lack of care and food safety at this location is alarming it honestly feels like the kind of place that could trigger another foodborne illness outbreak. For the safety of customers, this location needs to be investigated immediately. Whoever manages or oversees food prep here should be retrained or replaced. What I received was not just disappointing it was a health hazard.

The manager in duty going out the restaurant with an apron on, and taking the people in the service line to the back, laughing and having fun while a big line waited to be attended. SUPERVISOR should visit more often to see how the restaurant is being handled.

NOT RECOMMENDED! AVOID!! I came to this Chipotle Mexican Grill at 3421 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303 to eat lunch. I ordered Pollo Asado Salad with steak/chicken and guacamole. The beef and chickens were extremely salty and overcooked/burned! Very dangerous and unhealthy food, specially for kids! The beef was the cheapest lowest quality full of hard fat tissues. It was extremely salted and overcooked. So horrible and disgusting! The guacamole and beens were also very salty! As I was picking up the plastic utensils, I realized that all of them were forks (no knifes nor spoons), very weird. I wonder why? See pictures. The amount of salt and the way the chickens and beef are cooked at this place raise the question, "how can FDA and health authorities in US, CA, allow a restaurant serve such a unhealthy extremely salty burned food to people, specially to kids"? That's insane! Very disappointed! Total score: NOT RECOMMANDED! AVOID!! Here are some pictures I took.

Ordered take out, got back home and began to eat with my daughter(she’s 3). Less than halfway thru the meal she noticed something in the guacamole. There was an avocado tag staring at us… the whole tag! Couldn’t believe my eyes. I don’t get how they could let this slip thru, luckily my daughter is alert. Come on guys let’s pay attention!

We were there trying to get an early bite. The restaurant schedule says 10:30am. 10:40 am and they're still not open. There was a couple of guys that came in uniform I'm guessing on their break. I guess their break is gonna be cut short. The icing on the cake was watching a girl sneeze all over the place. Didn't cover her mouth or change her gloves after and just continued to prep. Needless to say we left and I'll never come back to this location again.

My personal experience I ordered a bowl, the girl put a tiny scoop of beans on my plate I told her kindly at first, “can you put the right amount of beans on my plate the scoop you put isn’t the regular amount of the bowl” she put 3 huge scoops of rice, and one half scoop of beans. She said “ this is the amount we always put” I think the environment of trash rotted my integrity, because I then said “your to pretty to be this stupid, make my food correctly” and she they stopped making my food and said “I’m not serving you today.” And I walked out. I’m usually and truly a kind person. But I believe if the place wasn’t trashed I would have never spoken to her in that manner. I do apologize to her. But there’s steps that could have made this a better experience. I don’t get “Hangry”. It was fully the smell and vision of the place that made me angry. Nobody there cares to give and serve love. I don’t recommend this specific chipotle location.

Usually the beat Chipotle around , however today I was discriminated and rushed to place an order when the line was not that long. I won’t be coming back and you need to work on WHITE GLOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went there for the first time this morning and because the doors were unlocked I walked in. A young lady at the counter filling bags said something, which I assumed was good morning. I was wrong, she said we're not open yet. My fault, it was only 9:25 but again, the doors were open. I went back outside waited at the front of the door and finally around 10:35 - 10:40 a young man came out and we went in. I waited at the front of the counter and they could clearly see I was first in line. We continued to wait. At no point did any of the seven or eight workers in there say to any of us, which was eight people at this time including me, "we will be with you in a minute" or "we'll be right with you", NOTHING! Finally one young lady finished talking to her male co-worker, looks at me and said "you have to get in line, you weren't in line". She also mumbled something about me coming in from outside. I was obviously in line, I was obviously waiting to order, and they obviously didn't give a damn. So I left and won't be back. I definitely won't recommend this place to anybody. There is no consideration for the customer but at least they got to talk and laugh with each other while we waited..
