Went today and was super disappointed to see they're opened from 11-8 on Thanksgiving day. I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.

I have to tell you how far and beyond Blanca helped me today. I placed an order with DoorDash for delivery and I noticed no one was accepting it for delivery. Couldn’t cancel my order because it was being processed by the store. I called and spoke to an employee that truly went above and beyond customer service. She heard my problem and delivered my food to me. That’s what good customer service is about, people who still care and listen to you.

I came in to order a sandwich and the man with the green hat I made my sandwich I had ordered the five meat and the way how he made it was very good and he was very nice and very funny can you have me laughing the whole time but also he was very polite and the way how he made my sandwich it had a lot of stuff in there but it looks so good that I almost didn't even want to eat it I wanted to put it on my shelf I left out of here with a very superb experience I will come back here and I highly recommend this place

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Clean Location! I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the amazing manager, Trenda! We received a sandwich that was made incorrectly and didn’t realize it until we were already back at work. I called and spoke with Trenda, explained the situation, and she handled it with professionalism and kindness. She immediately made it right without hesitation. It’s rare these days to find customer service this genuine and accommodating. On top of that, this Subway is by far the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever been to — you can really tell they take pride in their store and their customers. Huge shoutout to Trenda and her team for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this location!
