Love this place I normally have lunch here at least once a month. The food is always yummy the service is always great. I recommend to my friends and family. Will definitely return very soon….

FAST service, had the Chicken Pad Thai (#5 heat), and it was perfect...a little kick, amazing flavor, just right! There is literally not one thing I would change, except they serve Pepsi and I prefer Coke, but that's inconsequential.

Thai Bamboo Bistro has great food and nice decor. Their Thai Iced Tea is really good, as has been everything I have ordered there, whether it be a shrimp, beef, or chicken dish. Their soups are good too. This cute place has good, prompt, friendly service and good prices. They have a large TV on mute for watching sports or other programs. This place is highly recommended for a delicious lunch or dinner. They have a loyal clientele and quick seating.

This restaurant is 10 star. They seated us immediately, got us started right away with our drinks and almost immediately brought our food out. The food was the best Thai I have ever had and that is saying something. Huge portions and such fast & warm service. Kept our drinks full. Richest flavors ever. Best choice!!! Food was so good we didn’t even think to take pictures until it was too late.

Tom Yum Shrimp soup is sooooo good. The broth of heaven. Their beef salad was also very delicious.

I love eating here, it's one of my favorite Thai spots in the OC. I'm sad that they closed down the Tustin District location. I used to go eat lunch there all the time when I worked at Whole Foods. My go-to dish is Pad See Ew beef, I like it with the hot chili sauce. When I go eat here, I always sit at my usual spot. Every time I walk in, they'd seat me at my table, even when that side of the restaurant is closed off that day. Now that's what I call customer service!!! The food is bomb and the customer service is outstanding!!

Last night of 2017. December 31. My wife and I were trying to figure out whether to stay home, go to her brother’s place, or just go out for dinner. We ended up going out! I had previously gone to Thai Bamboo Bistro for lunch with a friend. And I had enjoyed my Vegetarian Pad Thai. This time was no different. I ordered the Veggie Pad Thai again; my wife went for the Veggie Tofu with Cashew Curry. Before the main entrees, we relished the Veggie Spring Rolls. They were delightful! Not only did we enjoy the aromatic and spicy flavors of both dishes, but we also were surprised by party of four that sat next to us. They were our good friends who we hadn’t met in some time. It was great to converse with them and reminisce about the times when our sons (who happened to be close friends) were growing up. We simply enjoyed the outing and look forward to frequenting the Bistro again!

Good place for lunch during the day. The service is quick and they have a good number of lunch menu items. It is a good value and the portions are just about perfect so enough to fill up but not so much that you go into a food coma for the rest of the day. I like that the lunch options have a small salad included.

Good Thai food. A Thai friend recommends it. Also, free parking! The same man owns Kanpai Sushi in Aliso Viejo, also good.

Nice decent selection of options - had visited with office friends for lunch and overall the food taste was pretty good, the options were amazing and the service was quick. They do have spicy food in case you are looking for it and we had a nice flavorful Thai cuisine.

I always order from Postmates, food is always ready on time and sometimes even sooner. However some of the sauces can be very sweet like the Tamarind Fish, you might want to ask them to go easy on the sugar or the sauce. The Tofu vegetable dishes are great.

The ambience is good .The Thai food has different flavour here and presentation is awesome. The coconut fried rice is my favourite and is served in two halves of tender cocunut. I scoop out the tender cocunut after the rice . The pineapple fries rice is my second choice and is slightly sweetish with raisins and cashews. The quantity per serving along with one appetizer should be good for two. The service is bad ,often the waiters don't understand what we need and I have sent them back couple of times to change to what I want.

Very good Thai food. Lots of variety. My fav here is the coconut fried rice. They literally serve you the coconut fried rice in a tender coconut which you can scoop in after you finish the rice. The rice is well made with tofu, vegetables and light sauces making it taste perfect. Be specific while ordering if you are vegetarian and don't even eat egg, they will take care of it. Very considerate staff and very good service. You could skip the Thai ice tea.

Their popular items are ok. But once I ordered some seafood. The meat was really sticky, probably gone way out of date in their freezer. Even though other items are fine. But I don’t think people should avoid due to their bad sanitary practices.

Do not go herev! Order pad Thai. The worst pad Thai ever. Tasteless and had only a few pieces of shrimp. When I called back ,I was encountered with a very rude,obnoxious person whom refused to acknowledge my input & kept talking over me & hung up the phone on me!

Most of the food spilled in the bag and then the car. What ever was left didn’t taste that great. It’s mango season. Not sure how they managed to find such sour mango to put on the mango sticky rice!

What a weird place! I ordered three items to go. Only one was barely eatable . The coconut chicken soup and chicken curry were rotten, I am almost 100 percent sure. The smell was vomit-inducing when I unwrapped it at home. Even a small bit left over in the trash stunk up the kitchen the next morning. We didn’t eat any, Thank god! I am almost positive we would have been hospitalized with food poisoning. I am surprised that the restaurant had a few people in it. Only one other time in my life I was served openly rotten food and this was in Hungary. Do not recommend under any circumstances

First time here and got Pad Thai noodles with shrimp, chicken and tofu and cool summer rolls shrimp. the pad Thai noodles had no shrimp or no chicken. It was all tofu. And when we ordered, we asked if that comes with it and they said yes. A lie. $18 and all noodles and tofu and it did not taste good at all. So sad. the cool summer rolls shrimp was so hard it was just not pleasant at all. Save your money and go to another Thai food place that knows how to make good authentic Thai food.

Don't believe the hours posted here or on their window. The restaurant may well be closed except for to-go orders when you get there. I was there tonight more than 30 minutes before the posted closing time and the guy said it was to-go orders only now. Then he wouldn't even let me sit inside out of the rain while waiting for a to-go order to be made. I used to be a regular, but not after tonight.

OMG!! rotten food, smells really bad meat is rubbery and doesn't taste like meat... this is NOT Thai Food at all. I don't know what this is. Saved it to give it to my friends at the County Health Department to test the meat. I am certain something is not right about this food. It is utterly gross... the worst I have ever had! Every single thing is stale and smells bad. Thai Food never smells.. This is not authentic and definitely not a place I would ever recommend to anyone!!

We have had good meals in the past, but this time the chicken was tough and the Tum Yum Soup was bland. The most disturbing thing was the downright rude service, not from the server, but the Manager. Granted, we came in to the Restaurant 15 minutes prior to closing, but they were fine about seating us. After about being there about 20 minutes and halfway through the meal the Manager or Owner came to the table, reached in front of us over the soup pot and checked to see if we were finished. He did this about 3 times, trying to rush us along, so we hurried trying to finish our meal. Finally he came with the bill and did not say a word and did not ask if everything was o.k. We'll we got the hint, we asked him if we could take the meal home and he brought us to go cartons. Like I said the place has been good in the past and maybe the guy wanted to go home or needed to be there later at night, but that's not the point. I have been in the hospitality business myself and I know if you don't take care of your customers, somebody else will. Maybe the Manager or Owner needs to find a new line of work. Obviously we will never eat there again because of the poor service.

I ordered take away of 4 dishes : Tomyam shrimp, Penang Curry, Pad Sew euw, and Spicy Tamarind fish. The only one that eatable was only Pad Sew euw, although not perfect and tasteless, but it was okay. Tom Yam Soup was disgusting!! 😭😭 The bamboo shoot smell was very strong. It seemed that they didn't wash it properly. Or didn't even wash it !! The whole soup tastes like a dish washer water mixed with bamboo shoot water. Penang curry also the same. Although the taste was better than Tom Yam Soup, but the bamboo shoot smell ruined everything ! It was very stinky ! Spicy Tamarind fish was so so, but again the bamboo shoot that they put ruined everything ! I grow up with chinese food, Indonesian Food, Thai food, Malaysian food. We also have dishes with bamboo shoot. But this one is the worse Thai food in my whole life. Wasted $88 dinner. 😭😭 I have to threw everything except the Pad sew ew only.
