I waited 20 minutes for 4 plain bagels toasted with cream cheese. There were few people ahead of me but no idea why it was so slow. The staff seemed very disorganized and my bagels were just left sitting in the toasted while a staff shifted to something else. This experience is deterring me from revisiting.

Worst costumer service ever. I waited 40 min for my order that was the easiest one but they were given their order to people that were behind me in the line. I went to the counter to cancel my order and I was not even ask for the reason of my cancellation. Never returning to that place again.

This place is rough... Their drink machine was out of service along with all their computers. They can't process any orders you have to order online to be able to get a drink or any food. So there is a bunch of people on the Einstein app trying to figure out how to navigate the menu. Half the things on the in-store menu isn't online as the online is intended for catering. It's just all over the place.

So. I drove a l9ng way for bagels, see, last time I came in, I filled out a survey and received validation code for two free bagels. I was excited (I can only eat two bagels). Wwll, when I got there, was told had to order online. I detest ordering online. Well, I made the effort to order online since I drove all this way. When I went to put in my validatiin code for the two free bagels, plus buying a schmear. I would not let me. The employees couldn't do anything. Now my validation code will expire and no bagels for me. I am very not happy.

I went this morning of Friday December 26th 2025 around 6:10am early morning to pick up my order that I have ordered through the app. There was an old lady working there who literally throws the food at me when handing me the food. Very very rude. Usually I give tip, but not today. Very disappointed by her customer service. The food was good am just reporting the customer service.

The absolute worst experience ever! I sat in the drive thru line for 15 mins for my order to be wrong! Didn't know I was suppose to request "pork" sausage for a sandwich until after the fact & the young lady responded as if I was suppose to know. She missed the orer of hashbrowns - the experience was just trash! I understand bad days but come on!!

I must say this while watching the employees make a persons food. There were two ladies one was wiping her nose with her gloves on and the other was attempting to wipe her nose for her. The main girl whose nose was running went to the back and came back and got different gloves. The other girl whose nose was attempting to wipe her friends nose went right back to making food. I thought that was very nasty. This happened on 11.30.25 at 8:22am. I hope a manager sees this and get this corrected

Ordered online ahead and the app charged my card but the store never received my order. Cool. I decided to just reorder in-store, no problem. Once I told the employee my order (which was a big order for my team in preparation for a chaotic Black Friday) she huffed and puffed, then told me to continue waiting. I walked out and took my money elsewhere. Im so disappointed by the terrible customer service

The customer service here was terrible. The only person who treated me respectfully was the older lady. The other three staff members were very rude—they even laughed at me when I turned around after ordering my bagels. And the way they talked to me wasn’t good at all. Teach customer service to your employees first before you hire them. That’s the basic.

Went to pick up an order for someone. Walked in and went straight over to 2 guys working on something. One was prepping an order and the other was helping another customer. I waited patiently for them to finish up and the first guy finished helping the lady and walked away, so I waited for the remaining person to finish what he was doing before asking to pick up my order. Instead, when he finished his order he started walking away as well even though I made eye contact with both guys and they knew I was standing there. I had to get their attention, ask for my order, instead of apologizing or anything, the man didn’t say a word to me and handed me the order he was in middle of preparing and gave no acknowledgement. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

cold brew shake had chunks of ice in it and was not topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle like in the photo. short female worker with red hair gave me so much attitude when I asked for it to be added. avocado toast had barely any avocado on it, and she refused to add anymore avocado (see photo). Service here is terrible. Food is also not good for the price. Silver lining- guy with mustache is super kind and provides excellent customer service

See pictures. Found a fly in the coffee. Not sure when the coffee jugs were last cleaned. Not going to order coffee anymore from this location. Need to ask for milk refill almost always. Bagels are good though.

Terrible customer service. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but they went out of their way to make this experience. Ordered 4 bagels, they had literally no cream cheese on it. Got a drip coffeeee hazelnut, and tasted nothing like hazelnut. After a sip we kindly asked to switch to a latte and they wanted to charge us for full price to change. Much better options
