They have the best donuts!! I absolutely love their donut dough! They can do custom lettering for special occasions! Customer service is fantastic. They still require masks (as of 7/28/21) but I don't mind wearing one for the 30 seconds it takes to order n leave!! They're definitely worth it!! ❤️

This hidden gem was really good. The sausage rolls were perfect, buttery, fluffy, and so soft and tasty. The donuts were also very fluffy and good. Definitely recommend going here for morning food.

Shin's Donuts is our go to place for great, fresh donuts! They are usually super busy in the mornings...on Saturdays you'd better get there before 10am because options start to get limited. We are a big fan of the special combo! Not sure these donuts are legal they are so good!

Such a tiny shop with so much deliciousness. I showed up, unannounced, and order ten dozen donuts. Aside from the shock, they jumped right on the order and got me covered. All the donuts were delectable, and the filled donuts they did as they were putting them in the box. That is some fresh stuff. Very friendly and great little breakfast stop.

The donut holes have the perfect amount of crispness with a soft fluffy inside, but their cinnamon rolls are even better! The sausage roles/kolaches are some of the best I've ever had with a lightly sweet bread and moist flavorful sausage. I definitely recommend. Their service is also superb. They are very friendly. You are greeted with the sweetest smiles and eagerness to satisfy their customers.

The kolaches & spinach cheese hand-held pie was delicious 😋 we got there around 9:30 am and all the donuts were gone. We got lucky they were making a new batch of vanilla glazed donuts, Fresh & hot.

These doughnuts are DELICIOUS!! Very light and fluffy!! I love them!!! This little place is a hidden gem. I found them online looking for a doughnut cafe omw to work. Believe the REVIEWS!! I bought one dozen mixed to take to work....EVERYONE LOVED THEM!!! I'll definitely be back frequently!!

This place is phenomenal. Not all donuts are created equal, and these are some of the best. The cinnamon glaze might be one of the better donuts I’ve tried. The owner is also exceptionally kind. Give Shin’s a try!

I visit regularly. They are open Mon-Sat (closed on Sunday). The donuts are always fresh, with a wide selection. In addition, they offer hot sandwiches & kolaches. The ham & cheese croissant is my FAVE. The prices are reasonable, and the employees are always wearing smiles. I highly recommend Shin's for a quick, tasty and affordable breakfast.

Amazing donuts. My favorite place in the metroplex so far. They taste good. The people there are very friendly. Clean place. They have coffee and other drinks as well. I recommend trying their glazed and white icing donuts. Also, they’re sausage rolls are super good! Go there. You’ll love it.

The donut was glazed perfectly and the bread was spongy to the bite. The apple fritter had a crunchy bite and nice cinnamon flavor to it. The two nice ladies at the counter were welcoming and answered all my questions about their offerings.

10/10. Didn't ask, but family owned and operated. I would bet the owners are in at least 5 days a week because it's their passion, and that speaks clearly through the quality of the donuts. I've had donuts from all over - hole in the wall to gourmet - and these are hands down, the softest, lighest, most tender, and flaky donuts I've ever had. Cannot recommend this place enough. Kind staff, quality product, made fresh daily. Donuts had the perfect balance of sweetness, I will never get donuts anywhere else as long as I possibly can. 😋

Excellent donuts! First time coming here. Not greasy and the sausage rolls were so perfectly made! Soft and warm, an moist. This is really important because my picky kids would not eat them if they are dry. Thank you!

Everything tasted super fresh and delicious. Loved the kolache that had jalapeño cheese sausage AND bacon. :) The sour cream donuts are awesome as well. We tried the cinnamon glaze one. They threw some donut holes in there and they were great. Highly recommend this place.

I'm allergic to eggs!! This place is one of the few donut shops who don't use egg in most of their items. I can enjoy donuts like normal people 😆. Friendly workers and tasty food

My kids were fighting over the same donut which there was only one left and they were quickly able to duplicate and resolve that we are a happy car with our donuts. My husband enjoyed his jalapeño got dog. Also a nice surprise finding 3 extra tiny ball doughnuts.This place is a ten out of ten for me.

I'm giving this place 4 stars. I've probably been here couple dozen times over the past few years. I'll still keep going back as it is my go to donut spot. But honestly, there is not much to separate this place from the other 4-5 donut places that are equally close to my house. Owners are friendly. I will say that I would much rather go here than the Dunkin' Donuts up the street.

Friendly service, great selection and donuts are always as fresh as expected! Just the thing to pickup during an early weekend morning running errands :) Btw the spinach and cheese pastries are simply amazing, especially for those keen on savory vegetarian alternatives.

Standard Asian donut shop. Nothing to complain about. Nothing special about the donuts to set them apart from the others. Does give a small number of free donut holes with each purchase though. Wish they would offer some way to tip with a credit card.

The donuts are over priced. Donuts are good, sausage rolls are alright, I've definitely had better. 3/5 due to price mostly, you will quickly notice they cost much more than most donut shops you'll visit.

The glazed donuts on the last two visits have been different from my initial visits. It wasn’t bad but not semi-doughy, soft and pillowy as I was accustomed to. It was more on the dry side and held its shape when bitten into. The Bavarian crème donut had just a squirt of crème which was DISAPPOINTING. All the other donuts (glazed cake, old fashioned, cinnamon glazed cake, apple fritter) continued to be spot on. This visit inspired me to find another donut shop with the best glazed donut and Bavarian crème one that is not skimpy. Also, an unfriendly owner that made no attempt to acknowledge me TWICE also motivated me to search elsewhere. I know she was not deaf and mute because she responded to her employee. The employee was friendly but obviously the owner did not appreciate the customers that keep her in business. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Shin's has great tasting donuts, not so good customer service. It seems that there is an impatience toward black people. I've encountered several rushed and faulty service experiences the last few times I've visited. The shop is always crowded which is good and they are not worried about running out of donuts.

Fresh coffee for 1.99 2:50 for powdered cappuccino. Donuts where smashed in a small bag and they where the wrong kind. Lesson… don’t take a short cut on breakfast.

Worst experience. No minus rating here else I'll give that. I bought a 10 do mixed donut and small 1 dozen. She put it in the small box in side ways all the donut stick together I asked to change it to big box she showing attitude and then she is putting the same thing again. And the worst part is I bought donut for the kids with sprinkled donut those are all yesterday I noticed at that time of giving it to my kids. Since this is not regular donuts that too early morning. Never ever go this shop.

Worst experience ever. We had ordered a couple dozen donuts for my son's first birthday party and we're running 10 minutes late to pick up our order due to rain and these people threw away the donuts or sold them. They proceeded to tell me we can't do anything. Lol it's a really bad loom for any organization to be this unreliable. Ridiculously cheap and petty standards. Just viewed as a $ sign.

I gave them 1 star for the service, their pastries are 5 stars - delicious. Normally I have never experienced bad service but today it was disappointing. Not from the ladies but the gentleman who served me. He looks at me with irritation and then he was rude when I was telling him my order. I was polite the entire time and he rolled his eyes when I asked to add to my order, I’m like what’s his problem. I still thanked him and started to leave and had to make sure that maybe he was having a bad day but nope, a white woman comes in and his whole demeanor changed. WOW is all I can say, I walked out. Yes I will return because the ladies have always treated me with kindness and professionalism. But if he’s there I will wait to be waited on by the others.
