This place is great for people that are staying for a few days or more, I came from Australia and this place is exactly what I thought Texas would be like. I love this place I highly recommend this BBQ.

My family’s favorite steak house!! Best place for steaks and loaded baked potatoes. Really appreciate the online check in feature and for the ceiling warm heaters they have placed outside their doors for overcrowding. Lively fun atmosphere.

Came here for dinner and had Jade for server. She was very attentive, friendly, and considerate. Overall very good hospitality. Atmosphere, music, and food were great. Definitely worth coming here. Will be back for sure!

This was a pretty cool place to grab a steak and beer. Brought wife and kids, they enjoyed the food and social atmosphere. Busy but didn't wait to long to get sat. Appetizers were good. Ribeye was juicy and cooked to my liking. My kids said their sirloin steak was a little overcooked, they ordered med rare got med(no blood) but not enough to ruin the experience and taste. The chili was surprisedly tasty, I got that as side and was left wanting more. Greenbeans have nice bacon flavor to them. Oh and the beer was super nice and cold.

Paul our server was on top of everything! The restaurant was packed but he made us a priority and made sure we got our bread, food and stopped by again to see if we needed anything else. We appreciated the manager checking in too.

Texas Roadhouse is an outstanding place with great customer service and food. The food is outstanding and there is a large amount of food that they give you. One of the things that I liked about Texas Roadhouse is that they give you tasty rolls before your entree. There are also delicious appetizers that are offered on their menu as well. For my entree, I decided to try out their steak. I had their Caesar's salad as part of my side. I was impressed with the steak. It had a savory mouth watering flavor and it was seasoned to perfection. I chose to have it cooked medium rare and they did a great job of doing that. The place is very popular and is usually slammed on the weekends due to the delicious food. If you want try amazing food at a reasonable price with great servers, I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse.

The waitress seemed to be new and was having some difficulties so that was my only concern. The free peanuts they give are always feeling because there was a wait. I ordered the salmon, chili, baked potato which was delicious. The salmon was juicy and the tartar sauce they gave was amazing! The baked potato was also very good it was a loaded baked potato. The chili was great but it was a little spicy for my tasting. I would return.

We had a great night at Texas Roadhouse! I had the Filet Salad, and a Sangria Marg, very yummy! Hubby had chicken fried Chicken, my sister had catfish! My niece had Smothered chicken fried steak and her friend had steak with shrimp! And of course we had the blooming onion! Delicious!

Great food and an awesome atmosphere!!! The thing that stood out the most was the customer service! Our server Brian was truly incredible with amazing customer service and went above and beyond the give us a great experience! Excellence deserves to be recognized and rewarded and he was truly incredible!

This steakhouse is simply the best of the best! The steaks are cooked to perfection with incredible flavors and huge portions that satisfy any appetite. My favorite is the bone-in ribeye—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. If you're looking for a top-notch steakhouse, this is the place to be!

Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in Dallas by the airport. I looked for local restaurants and decided it would be neat to eat at a Texas Roadhouse in Texas. It was very busy but the staff and the food was on point. Instead of being In New Orleans on our anniversary we ended up here. We probably won't be back at this location but we will hit up our favorite California one soon.

Went here with my mom and sister, food was Amazing! Steak cooked to perfection, shrimp was so good, house salad and Italian dressing was bomb. And our server Tariq was so nice and made sure we were good. Got every order correct. Manager even came over to check on us. Will definitely be back. Oh and margaritas was bomb and a good size!

OMG!!! The food was so delicious. Everything was fresh, and the service was fantastic. But nothing compared to that frozen mango margaritas. Per usual, a packed house with great vibes. I highly recommend it!!! Great for birthday celebrations also!

From little to no wait upon arrival, checked in online. Host was very bubbly and a delightful interaction with the kids. Server quickly took our drink order and appetizer order. Drinks arrived promptly. Moments later the appetizers arrived, not even our server. Great seeing staff work together to make the overall service EXCEPTIONAL. I would 100% recommend coming here to eat. We had to wait 35-40 minutes, but it was worth the wait. Normally, i can finish my meal and still be hungry. However, i wasn't able to finish my meal, yet i still wanted to eat the rest of my meal. Our server was really nice as well as the manager. I'll definitely be coming back for my birthday.

Great place, my go to for an affordable steak. The bread rolls and whipped butter/cinnamon butter is good. The combos are good, and it is really easy to order take out from their website. They get it right every time!! Get the ribeye and ribs combo and try the chili.

We came here for our 22nd anniversary on New Years Eve and again we were not disappointed. The food was served hot and fresh, and our waitress Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She balanced multiple tables while making every customer feel like they were her only one. A+++.

First visit to Texas Roadhouse and it was delicious! Ordered the 12oz ribeye, with a Caesar salad and mashed potatoes. For only $22. The steak was cooked perfectly. A little over-seasoned but still delicious. But the dinner rolls were super yummy! The only thing I didn’t like was I noticed a $2 charge for their games tablet which was on the table. I don’t recall any notice saying there was a charge for it. Service was great.

They some of the best steaks around and the prices for it are amazing. My kids come for the rolls and cinnamon butter. The portion sizes are perfect. The staff is also very friendly as well. Honestly everything here is really good and it all has so much flavor.

The female who seated us was extremely sweet. Our server Fernando was amazing! What a sweet young man, he was very attentive, very patient and extremely personable. If we owned a restaurant we would steal Fernando away. What an outstanding young man. The manager came by our table and he was just as personable as Fernando. We told this manager how amazing Fernando was and the pride with the manager was awesome, he told us his own experience with this fine young man. Yes, the young man at the desk needs more training, but the three others, who made contact with us, were awesome. Texas Roadhouse in Irving Texas is the best! I have been to several different locations. Some good and some bad experiences, but this location we always had excellent experience. Besides excellent service, the steak melt in your mouth. I switch between prime rib and bone-in ribeye. Both outstanding!!

We had the steak & grilled shrimp combos which was great; however, the butter dipping sauce for the shrimp was extremely salty. Great for date night! There was about a 30 minute wait which isn't too bad for a Friday night. My Fiance and I had dinner here on Tuesday night where I proposed to her, it was really noisy but she chose the restaurant. So I couldn't complain. Anyway we had a nice dinner, our waitress did a good job of taking care of us, the food was perfect. The time between order and food arrival was A Little Long, BUT !!! They were quite busy so it was understandable. The prices are still too high for my liking. But there's not much that can be done about that. we were given some nice hot dinner rolls to nibble on when we had our drinks ordered. and asked if we wanted any appetizers. So the Waitress was definitely on the ball. There was adequate parking. Correction they were really busy. So finding a parking spot was a little hard. And We got soaked from a sudden rainstorm walking to the building LOL overall it was a pleasant dining experience and we will probably go back at some point. So Thank You to all the employees from the greeters to our waitress the cooks and the manager(s) we couldn't find anything to complain about.

This past weekend (May 19) was our first time here and although there were hiccups during our experience it was good. They were busy but our wait time was only 10 minutes. We had ordered a high chair for our table ahead of time and had to wait 15 minutes for it after sitting down. The overall atmosphere was a bit dark in lighting, but very lively. Food portions were a great size for the price and fresh rolls were AMAZING. Our waitress was attentive and nice as well as very knowledgeable of the menu. Only tip would be more sweeping the floors were dirty with napkins and food the whole time we were there.

Great service, delicious food, fair prices and nice atmosphere. Unfortunate they are always super busy and long waiting times and at the same time more time to get your food to the table, but besides that, we really enjoy everything else, we will for sure come back!

We've eaten at this restaurant before, and while the food can be amazing, it’s hit or miss. The place is always busy, which seems to lead to waitstaff hurrying you along. If they could improve the service and ensure consistent quality, this could easily be a 5-star spot for the food alone.

I went there with colleagues, 2 Germans, I French and 2 Americans. The place is extremely loud but the atmosphere is great. It was one of my colleagues' birthday : the staff brought a horse saddle mounted on a bar stool and had my colleague swing some underwear above his head. Great fun indeed. Another plus : free peanuts ! The only drawback : the place was full and the very young staff was a bit lost and hectic. I had a salad, quantity and quality were absolutely great. Very good steak, good prices, surprising for a common chain restaurant. The service was outstanding, I was quite surprised. I highly recommend getting prime rib. I wish the beef had been a little fresher out of the oven but I also came at the very end of the night so that explains it. The drinks were very large and sweet if that's your thing, made with quality liquor as well. No corners were cut here, this is an excellent restaurant for your money.

The service was really good, but there was no silverware. Server gave us plastic ones. That won't do at all for a steak! With 5-6 standing at the hostess counter, and servers everywhere, his excuse was "well there's only 1 lady rolling right now". Having waited tables for over 20 yrs, that's just crazy and didn't make sense.

Steak, shrimp, and that cinnamon butter is all I need to be happy at Texas Roadhouse. This place is always a good time for me especially when the fresh rolls come out! What I got was the 6 oz steak with shrimp and a loaded baked potato without bacon. I do wish that this restaurant practiced social distancing and I wish the staff wore masks. However, I am happy for the dividers that are on each table, but it's still not enough space as when I was there, almost every table was full. Other than that, our waitress was very attentive and came to see us almost every 10 minutes, which I appreciate.

My mom wanted to try this restaurant for awhile so we headed over after a long day. The first thing I'll mention is that they have hot rolls always at the ready that are delicious. They ask you if you want regular butter or cinnamon butter (an amazing choice but I choose both). Even though it was a Friday night, we were seated very quickly which was great because I was extremely hungry. Texas Roadhouse is the kind of place where you feel very ambitious and want to eat everything but you can't. I went through the rolls and ordered fried pickles. The pickles were good but too salty for what I needed at the time. On other occasions I would have delighted in them and I also think they are designed for a table larger than two. In terms of steaks. The roadhouse cuts its steaks every morning and they have a showcase of them. I got the ribeye, potatoes and veggies. My mom got the ribs with veggies. We are maybe half before we realized we were already very full. The bread was worth it though! Overall, service was excellent. The environment was very fun!

We’ve been customers for years and have run the full menu. The Irving location has been, by far, the best with waitlist/seating. Always an upbeat atmosphere. The manager has frequently checked with guests, as well as our table. Look up when you walk in and you’ll see their awards. It’s no wonder they have so many! The food and service have been great during our visits this year. We had a ribeye, chili, baked potato, sweet potato and rolls today.

Great prime rib and grilled salmon this time. Everything was delish as usual. A little busy and a short wait but well worth it! Justin our server was attentive but didn't hover. Also forgot my horseradish several times but his service was good.

I forget we have these in Vegas. Every time I'm in Dallas my friends bring me here. The service was a little slower to what I'm used to but my company always makes the time go by. The food was warm when delivered but she forgot our appetizers completely. So that was a 👎 because I was looking forward to that onion 🌰 thing. Owell. My steak medallions where cooked perfect medium and the rice, mac cheese and corn were an excellent choice for sides. The mushrooms felt overcooked so I didn't eat them. Overall the drinks, food and atmosphere was a green light and I will definitely be coming back.

The atmosphere was nice like Texas in real life, the waiting time was longer than usual between 35 and 45 minutes, but it was worth the 45 minute wait. It was rush hour. Their special bread starter was amazing. I will definitely go back to eat this bread. We ordered 2 steaks. We asked for them to be medium done but we got it a little more burnt but still it was very tasty. Their fries are not the most delicious but I also ordered fries made of onions that looked so cool and so tasty and the least tasty part was the broccoli. It was tasteless and colorless like the picture I attached. In addition, the restrooms were very clean. Our price came out to $88 and after tip and taxes it came out to $100. It is not that expensive for 2 steaks and starters. I will definitely go back to this restaurant again and recommend it to my friends.

Nice restaurant. My family and I went on a Sunday, so there were quite a few patrons. Nevertheless, the restaurant was very clean, and our waiter was kind and patient. As for the food...the rolls with cinnamon butter were exquisite! I enjoyed my meal, which consisted of mushroom chicken, corn, and a sweet potato with marshmallows... although I was not expecting a whole potato. My boyfriend says his choice of fried catfish was good. We did have a minor issue with the French fries on my son's dish, being a bit too salty, but no biggie. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and our stomachs were full, which was the goal.

The staff and facilities were great. The food was delicious, but the shrimp on my plate had a bad taste and the sirloin, well I ordered it medium rare but it was dry and tough. The bathroom needs cleaning too.

No need to be a wait list, every time you go to the end of the line and wait. Today, caesar salad had almost no dressing, steaks are generally overcooked. Bedford/Euless location very much superior. We go weekly.

We haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a couple years until yesterday. A bit more expensive than we remembered. Also, the food wasn't as good as we remembered. The 12oz steak was easily half fat. The 8oz filet was supposed to be medium rare but came very rare. The place was a bit dirty, and overcrowded. Service was good.

First, our server was fantastic, the food good but *if you can get to a table. Very frustrating situation, we gave our phone number and was told 10-20 minute wait (no big deal). It was packed next to the hostess stand- elbow to elbow, lining the walkway, and the entry way... so we figured we'd go get a family game/presents done at the car- not crowded. We recieved a text 15 minutes in stating that we needed to report back. We get inside, are told to stay next to the stand with 25 other people, and have to wait an additional 30 minutes! We were constantly trying to get out of the way, squeezing together. Why?!!!! This is the most inefficient process and place to have people stand and why lie to us and tell us the table was being cleaned. Servers with trays and food trying to squeeze by, people constantly sweezing by to go in and out the door, the servers having to stand at the bread counter and dodging people with drinks and trays in hand. Please for the love of your staff and customers - consult someone for efficiency flow. Poor design, poor planning and execution. Why call us back for us to block passage for Thirty minutes. Btw, having the hostess attempt to show steaks while servers and waiting people are cramed together makes for yet another incredible frustrating situation (read the room). I begged my party to leave but after 45 minutes they were determined to get a table.

We come here all the time and enjoy the consistency. Unfortunately last night my steak came out rare..... blue almost, rather than medium rare. I cut into the steak at 3 points getting closer to the center to check it out... finally I asked the server to fix the steak as it is too rare. I was really shocked when the manager brought back the same steak, with 3 separate cuts... put back on the grill. The manager then was not apologetic, or anything but kind of agressive in demanding I check the steak in front of her, which I understand but the mannerisms were um.... questionable, at best. Frankly I was disgusted they put the steak, that I cut with my fork I've eaten with, and knives I've buttered rolls onto a grill others eat off of.... now the steak is dry as a bone and unevenly cooked...... and frankly I was so put off I just said it was fine to make her go away. I ate 2 bites of my steak, paid over $100 and tipped my server over 20% cuz its not his fault the cooks messed up my steak. Id kind of disappointed i didnt enjoy my meal, paid that much, and frankly felt bullied by your blonde/gray 60some year old manager. Idk if id be back after all this. And im thinking about calling and asking for anyone buy the old lady manager cuz...... ummmmm....... wow. Will, our server, was great though!

Restaurant was good, we came for lunch, not too crowded. Food came out fast, but they did mess up our order. We did not returned it, we just went with the order. Food needed more flavor. The portion size is big.

Whenever I visit this place, I always order the New York strip. The food is delicious and the service is usually good. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering takeout from here to anyone. I sent a text message at 7:13 PM saying I had arrived, and they said the food would be ready at 7:30 PM and they would contact me when it was ready. But I didn't receive a call until 8:00 PM, so I went to check, and the food was already prepared. They apologized, but I was very upset that they didn't contact me even though the takeout section wasn't busy. I finally received a text message saying "Your order is ready" at 8:32 PM. The bread was cold, and the steak was lukewarm. The sweet potato was also missing the brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.

This is always been my go to place and maybe today was just a bad day because nothing was done right! My sweet potato wasn’t done at all nor was it made correctly .. I order broccoli & cheese & didn’t get the cheese & also got a strawberry lemonade drink that didn’t taste like it at all and the only reason why I didn’t come back because you guys were closed by the time I made it home. Everything was very disappointing.

Everything was great at first. Then we got our food and our server disappeared. My steak was overcooked, fresh veggies looked like they were wilted before cooking, and sweet potato was burned. Usually always see a manager but not this visit.

My family of four decided to eat at usually one of our favorite spots today but today was anything but good. Get there and we asked for a window table was told we needed to wait so I said ok but mind you the restaurant was practically empty🤷🏻‍♀️. The waitress comes out and the host asked if she was ready of course she nodded yes. She got our orders left came once checked on us but was not seen again. Emily was our waitress and my dear you were not ready for tables yet. No excuse for the service today just horrible. We usually sit at the bar where there is never an issue with anything. The bartender Jonah definitely should have sat with him like always. We know now!!! Love they responded with next time tell the manager before you leave the restaurant🤣??? Was not returning the steak and the manager dropping it off as we were leaving ring a bell 🔔WOW 🤦🏻‍♀️ what in the world. Will not be back to this location.

I really love this brand but this location is continuously becoming more disappointing when it comes to to-go orders. I ordered extra rolls with my meal and they were overcooked and burnt. They also didn't give me the rolls with my regular order. This was on top of them texting me that my order was ready, when they were still waiting on items. The worker at the window promptly shut the door as soon as they handed me my bag and didn't ensure I had everything.

My family and I came in for dinner Sunday evening. Our server, Fernando, was friendly and checked in on us throughout our meal. He did a great job of refilling drinks and asking if we needed anything else. Unfortunately, we weren’t satisfied with the quality of our food. I think the best part of my meal was the salad. The steak I ordered was dry and the side of steamed vegetables were still hard, not soft. My partners chicken fried steak was also dry and tough. My dad ordered the smothered chicken, but his plate was missing the chicken. It was just the melted cheese, onions, and mushrooms. After going back and forth with the food runner about the plate being incorrect, he took the plate and came back in 30 seconds with the new plate. My dad was hesitant to eat it since the runner had poked around the first plate. He asked for the order to be remade, manager delivered the plate and apologized. The food runner was very rude. When we received our checks, my dad was being charged for toppings that were actually part of the plate, SMOTHERED chicken. Thankfully, our server removed the up charge. They also charged my sister for a dessert we thought was going to be complimentary for her birthday. Overall, the food is mediocre. Won’t be going back.

Many times the review I would write for Irving Roadhouse would be a 4 or 5-star review but the latest experience was our worst ever. It started in the parking lot which was full and I was waiting with my blinker on for a car to come out of a space. As they were backing out a car came around the corner from the other direction and was able to pull into the spot due to the direction of the car backing out---now normally this wouldn't have any effect on the restaurant rating but it was a member of the wait staff that got out of the car and just shrugged me off as she went inside. Then our waiter never took it upon himself to check to see if we needed anything. Each time we needed a drink refill we had to get his attention. Not once did he come check on us until he asked if we wanted dessert. There was also something wrong with the flavor of the steaks. They looked delicious as usual but there was a distince charred taste as if they were burned or charred but they didn't look that way so not sure what was up with that. Hopefully this was a one off and things will get better but if not may have to go back to the Bedford location.

The service sucks. The waitress wasn’t attentive much and the manager made a snarky comment when I asked for my steak to be cooked a little more. I had ordered medium well and it was closer to rare.

The food was good, our server was nice as well. However our experience was the worst one yet. We had a large group and knew ahead of time that because of it we would have to wait, longer than everyone else, after almost a two hour wait it was finally our turn and it turns out that after waiting so long they split our family up into different tables. We all received our food at different times, were there celebrating a few family birthdays and we couldn't even share a good meal and table together. Very disappointing to say the least.

I went to dine at this location after a long week at work and school. We arrived at 6:30 pm and had been quoted a 30-45 minute wait time on the app. At 7:45 I approached the hostess stand and asked how much longer. I was told that it would be about another 10 minutes. I waited the 10 more minutes then asked for a manger. I informed her of the situation and she apologized. We were seated quickly after that and waited on by a waitress in the back of the building. From the moment she walked up to our table the waitress had a standoffish personality. My daughter ordered a kids meal and my son and I ordered adult plates. When the drinks came to the table all the cups were in the same size of glasses. My daughter never was offered a refill so she only had the drink she was served to begin with. The serve was so slow and attitude was strong. After we ate I went to the kiosk to pay and I saw that I had been charged for my daughters drink. I brought it up to the waitress and she got really ugly stating that she served her in an adult glass. At this point I had been at this location since 6:30 and it was now AFTER 9pm. I got up to look for a manager and the waitress quickly approached me and asked if I needed help paying. I think she thought I was going to just walk out without paying however my son and daughter were still sitting in the booth. I went to the front to ask for a manger and was able to speak to one. I informed her that I was STILL there since earlier when I had first spoken to a manager about the long wait time. I informed her of the situation about the drink and how the waitress was rude to us. She asked me to wait one minute and then she went to the back. She returned and said that she was going to offer me a discount on my meal and that she did not want me to return to the booth or go back to the back where I was sitting as the waitress was now IRRATE. Im sorry but I never did anything to the waitress to cause her to be irrate. It was the worst experience ever at a Texas Roadhouse and I will not be returning to that location.

Visited on Saturday, November 22nd. We waited 45 minutes in the queue to get a table, which is expected on a Saturday without a reservation. But once we were finally seated, we waited an additional 20 minutes with no service at all. We checked the chit on the table and saw our server was listed as Rose. After waiting, my sister went to the host stand to ask for help still, no one came. Ten more minutes passed before anyone acknowledged us. In the meantime, my other sister approached a nearby server to see if they could at least take a drink order or get us started. The server rudely interrupted her, repeating, “I’m not your server, I’m not your server,” even after my sister explained we hadn’t been greeted yet. She didn’t care. About five minutes later, someone finally came to take care of us. If you're rose and you're reading this. don't be a server if you don't want to take tables!

Bad experience with the manager. On Sunday afternoon February 1st. The manager “Laura” was rude to me and my group of friends. Some of my friends were visiting Texas for the first. Instead of being reasonable and finding the best solution she left us with no choice. We ask for two additional seats and she allegaste that she never heard us saying that (maybe it was loud with all the people around or maybe the headphone they use one ear didn’t allow her to hear us) So she said the extra two had to wait. I understand Sundays are usually busy however there was an empty table next to us it would’ve been easy to solve the situation the but instead she end the conversation by saying “I’m the manager here and were very busy” please give her more orientation on how to find the best solution.

Today was my birthday, I told my waitress I wanted a brownie and the birthday song. I NEVER GOT MY BIRTHDAY SONG FROM STAFF, I waited and waited, even saw a huge table across from me had a nice birthday song and shout out celebration from staff but not CHEF KYI. Then my waitress had the audacity to just come and say happy birthday when bringing me my dessert. I could cry... I came by myself, last year in my 30s and I wanted a good meal and a birthday song, I am here all the way from Detroit, Michigan!!! My meal was excellent, superb...except those extra salty fried pickles. I am just hurt very hurt I never got my birthday celebration song I requested. Ordered to-go online. I was texted that my food is ready. We go up to the to go window and ring the dumb doorbell they have. They take 5 minutes to open the window, then we wait longer for them to actually finish the order. We get into the car and I had asked for extra lemons and some lemon butter for the shrimp on the side. They forgot it so okay… I go back to the damn window to wait another 5 minutes for them to open it. I ask for the lemons and lemon butter, the kid there goes back for 5 MORE minutes and brings me a couple sides of butter (not even the kind I asked for) but… no lemons. I ask for lemons for the THIRD time now, and he says “ohhhh yeah!” ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES!!! Took almost 20 minutes to get my complete order (or so I thought) after they had texted me it’s ready. I leave and get home only to realize they didn’t even give me one of my sides. At this point I’m already irritated because their service was already bad and slow and they still forget part of the order? I called the store directly and spoke with manager “James.” I told him the issues and he goes “well they’re trying their best..!” If that’s their best I’d HATE to see them at their worst! He goes “well I can send you a five dollar thing.” A “thing??” He goes “yeah well five dollars is more than the side of rice.” Lmao.. All I wanted was the side of rice refunded, I don’t need extra “$5 THING”… pretty pathetic service and customer service as well. Get better employees or train them better. That’s them trying their “best.” I paid $80 just to have an incomplete order and terrible experience. Will not be back to use that $5 “THING”..

2/8/25 this visit was just too much. today me and my boyfriends family (party of 5) came to this restaurant thinking we’d have a good time.. No. once we made it inside there wasn’t really a wait for a table maybe like 5 minutes. our server, Arianna sat us at a table right in front of where they keep the wrapped utensils, we had fresh rolls but we never got our utensils. we didn't mind it since we were still looking at the menu, she asked for our drinks and left then it took her a few minutes to spin back around ask if we we were ready to order, we said we need a bit more time but she took a while again to come back. we ordered and a couple mins pass by and our salads got to the table.. still no utensils. Then we continued to wait longer for our food, which the server never even came to check on us. we waited all that time and they didn’t even get my order right. i was upset but just ate the food, we were ready to leave and mind you we only got ONE peanut bag at our table so i had my bf ask for 4 peanut bags at the front, im not sure what the young girls name is in the front but she looked a lil emo, had piercings on her face and looked sweet, but whenever we asked for 4 bags she repeated “4 BAGS?!” out loud and proceeded to let the bags fall out her hands like she was throwing them. i didn't realize at first but once my bf mentioned something and i went back inside and told her “you don’t have to be rude when someone asks you for stuff its part of the job” and she replied “i promise i didn’t mean to throw it” but i honestly felt like she was being sarcastic. Overall todays visit was horrible and i do not wish to spend my money there again.

We got a special family member who came all the way from London, UK and want him to experience the Texas Roadhouse our favorite restaurant. But it wasn’t the case last night, the strawberry lemonade tested like Kool aid , like water Even I told the waitress, I don’t like the drink, she didn’t care left the drink anyway. I told her I need water but I still was charge was the drink $ 3.79 We waited longer was just eating bread. When the delivered our Food , we’ve been full with bread. We ordered 1/2 ribs ( 2) + 1 beef keebabs The beef ordered supposed to be well done but unfortunately, it’s wasn’t . I told the waitress about, she told me , I am to the kitchen to get u another one . But she never came back , he was a lady, identified herself as a manager and told me she not going to replace my food but take it back and they will make it well done but it’s burned and taste bad. We got a very bad experience and our guest to who come from London. You guys need to fix it. Otherwise. We’re not coming to your restaurant again. We spend $ 89 dollars for bad service
