El lugar está en crecimiento pero el pulque está bueno para ver traído desde el centro de la republica mexicana. Una bebida que cautiva con sus curados y el natural aún mejor!!

No hay muchos lugares para tomar pulque en la Bahía y este es muy buena opción si apenas estás incursionando en ésta bebida. Tienen la opción de degustacion bastante recomendable que incluye las 4 fases del pulque desde el agua miel hasta el destilado así ya vas a lo seguro al pedir una bebida completa.

Lugar rústico pero con estilo, la atención muy buena y cordial, Pero lo mejor, por supuesto es a lo que uno va, el pulque!

Un lugar súper a gusto, para tomar un buen pulque joven, nada viscoso, ni ácido ideal para tomar solo o como yo lo pedí curado con piña y apio, un buen remedio contra el estreñimiento, colon inflamado o problemas intestinales. Ileana su dueña es una mujer emprendedora que cree en los productos mexicanos y en los beneficios del pulque. Los precios están, los que conocen de pulque saben que no es el precio, pero se entiende, este pulque es traído desde Texcoco, así que el precio de 35 pesos natural y 45 curado, es acorde con la calidad y sabor. A parte de que Puerto Vallarta es caro y se encuentra en una zona donde muchos "gringos" viven o están de paso. Para ellos sería como 1.75 dólares natural y 2.25 dólares curado. Aunque alguien debería de introducirlos en esta gran bebida que es el pulque.

El lugar es muy bonito, en especial el pulque curado de Maracuya es delicioso, la vez que fui olvidé mi Thermo y muy lindos lo guardaron hasta que pude ir a recogerlo, muy buen servicio, 100% lo recomiendo!

El primer pulque que tomé fue aquí. Muy rico y natural. Es difícil encontrar pulquerías pero esta vale mucho la pena. Sin duda 100% recomendado.

Great staff and service. This is the only pulqueria in town and the have a plethora of flavours to choose from. Their dog is also very friendly.

Pulque is a very unique drink with a fascinating history and method of preparation. The texture is similar to cooking oatmeal and drinking the liquid, the flavour is mild and pleasant. If you are a fan of kombucha, you will enjoy pulque. The pulqueria owner is super friendly and gave us background info about pulque and is diligent on maintaining the authenticity of the pulque served. The bar itself has art murals with mild music and a good vibe. If you are in the Zona Romantica area, this is a must try as you will not find this drink anywhere else in PV and definitely not outside of Mexico!

Absolutely delicious, authentic pulque. If it’s your first time, I recommend trying the passionfruit (Maracuya) or the pina. Cool bartender too! I actually came in with a mild stomachache, and the probiotic-rich pulque cured me! Gave me a lovely buzz as well. God, I wish they had pulque in the states.

I’ve never heard about pulque before and was corious about how it’ll taste. It was a great experience, but it tastes more sour than expected. Not bad tho. I would drink it again and the place was nice too to have a drink in the evening. Service was very friendly.

I had never had pulque before and didn't know what to expect. The man who greeted us gave us a full tasting and showed us some videos of how it was made. Pulque was surprisingly very good a bit like a more alcoholic kombucha. We don't speak a lot of Spanish unfortunately but it was still a very good and interesting experience. I bought 1 bottle but wish I had bought more. They were so friendly and passionate about teaching about pulque it was just really great. If we are ever in PV again we will be back. I highly recommend!

Tried pulque for my first time in CDMX earlier in the year so I was thrilled when I found this little pulque spot in Zona Romantica. It's a small spot that's popular with locals. They have a lot of interesting mixed pulque drinks that include chocolate (served a little warm!) and a bunch of fruits. We tried and few and I found the standard/plain pulque to be my favorite. It was yeasty and a bit tart like a good natural wine or sour beer. We'll be back when we visit PV next.

Absolutely amazing food and drinks. It's a little off the tourist beaten path, but worth seeking out. Huitlacoche quesadillas are to die for - highly recommend you give it a try.

Hole in the wall where you can get messed up slowly. Chinga quedito. Native American pulque is served. This is the precursor to tequila. It's what the Aztecs were drinking when Cortez arrived.

My favorite kind of pulque here was the non-alcoholic one; it tasted like kombucha. My props here go to the owner, who opened for us on a holiday because we were on a Puerto Vallarta Food Tours tour. :) So happy we got to experience this!

Dejando de lado que no es tan accesible, los pulques están más ligeros que el agua, no tienen sabor en lo absoluto y tampoco endulzante. El servicio no es malo, pero si la calidad, los costos y los sabores, probé pulques por más de la mitad del país, este, por mucho, es el peor.

Came here with my brother to try pulque for the first time. We were excited to try it, so we chose the plain one , then cocoa and avocado. Sorry to say but it’s just not our cup of tea. Don’t like the taste and viscosity this plain cup of pulque had not to mention the smell too. The ones with flavour certainly made the difference. Glad we tried it, but not for us.
