On the way out of Seattle we stopped for lunch and both of us were very pleased with the service and definitely the food! Great flavors on the French onion soup and French dip with aujus, I had the ribeye steak sando and it was the bomb! Cooked to perfection.

Came here for appetizers and drinks. Sat on the patio on a warm June day. Tried the “Simply the Best” calamari with jalapeno. I don’t like food too spicy and I have to say this was absolutely perfect!! Very unique flavor and I like that it was calamari steak strips. Also had the Superfood House Salad with NW salmon added. I wasn’t sure if I would like it based on the description. It was better than expected. The kale is cut small and cauliflower is shaved pieces. It also has sweet potato and pumpkin seeds. Delicious and very generous portion. Luckily our server Lisa was excellent and gave detailed descriptions of the menu items. Great little spot in Issaquah to eat and relax after shopping in the Gilman Village area.

I came in to eat for my birthday, and had the best experience! I'm not from the area, so I wanted some seafood but didn't want to drive far, so I chose here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is all super friendly! Shauna was my server, she was so patient with me as I took my time & eventually ordered the Washington Roll, then Surf & Turf Petite Tender & Alaskan Sockeye. (Delicious!) She recommended a dessert for me, and brought it out with a candle lit, how sweet was that! I had the best all-around experience!

Was here on several occasions. Breakfast was very nicely done with many options. The food quality and presentation were good during Seattle restaurant week but the service staffs seemed swamped and understaffed. Most recent visit: a very nice lunch. Sole was fresh and risotto was delicious. I really enjoyed my blue cheese salad. Great calamari too. Very busy so be patient with the wait staff.

One of the best dining experiences one can have. Food was prepared to perfection, a large room is available for a large party, staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Very comfortable restaurant with a cool airy lodge feel inside. Had the miso black cod and it was so delicious. Good value for going out to eat at a nice restaurant.

Go to spot. We come here at least a couple of times a year. We also don't stray very far from our usual order. Appetizer tower, Cajun fettuccine, shrimp and grits and the creamy kids Alfredo. The only thing that changes is the cocktails. The shrimp toast on the appetizer tower can be iffy with the guac but when the salmon is on the tower, definitely get it. Kids love the calamari. If we don't have the kids with us, we also try to make it for their happy hour. Last time we were there, our server Jenna was great. she kept clearing out any used dishes which helped since the table was not too big. The tables by the windows and the booths are spacious. All the free standing tables are ok for 2 but too tight for any more. We had a reservation and there were larger 4 seaters when we arrived. I specifically requested a booth if possible but definitely not a center table. The first table the hostess took us to was a center table. We've not had luck with good tables the last couple of times but I guess the food makes up 🤷🏾‍♂️

Excellent seafood diner! The seafood Tower appetizer itself was really good. I could go without the avocado toast, but the calamari and garlic shrimp were absolutely wonderful! We kept the plates around during our main courses because we kept wanting to dip into those sauces again. My ribeye steak sandwich was cooked to perfection and was really good, the fries are excellent and crispy. The fettuccine alfredo could have used a little bit of salt but was very good. If you like soda then get the mango refresher, it was excellent and very refreshing and delicious! The blackberry basil lemonade is also quite good, but the basil flavor is very strong so if you don't like basil very much, don't get it.

Wild Fin exceeded our expectations. Truly excellent menu here, with great selection of wines. Recommend the beets & barrata cheese starter if you're a beets fan. The seasonal seared halibut and veggies was to die for. Really. The prawn scampi tasted great, with plenty prawns hiding under that heap of tasty spaghetti. Well worth the trip, Highly recommended for dinner.

Probably best French dip I've had, pork belly taco's were great rt along with service. Now having said all that, I'm not particularly fond of seafood fish smells, this establishment has quite abit on there menu fer that type of grub. I suggest y'alls still give it a go as the smell does seem ta lesson somewhat, an the two dishes that we had was worth it, ice tea was pretty tasty too. Enjoy

Willdfin Grill has been a favorite of mine for years. I have ordered many different entrees and every one of them has been excellent. I also have a child who loves seafood but is very particular about it and he is always eager to eat here. Our favorites are their trout, the maple sweet potatoes, and the honey lime sriracha brussels sprouts.

Arguably the best restaurant I’ve experienced in the Seattle area. I had a reservation for 8 on a Tuesday evening. I was greeted by the hostess letting her know we would gather in the bar until all arrived. The bar staff and atmosphere wow’s me. MLB playoffs on the two screens, bar about 3/4 full. Service was perfect. The servers were informative and available. Best bar experience in a long time. The hostess let me know we could finish up at the bar and be seated at our convenience. The restaurant atmosphere was great. It was open yet I felt we had our own space as well. Our server was both informative, patient and hospitable. Service was perfect. Food presentation was amazing. I was having such a good time I failed to get pics of our plates. Do not shy away from their entree prices, average about $30. Most entrees can be easily shared but don’t. The food quality was excellent. All 8 of us ordered seafood although the steaks and other non-seafood dishes were saw being served elsewhere looked equally amazing. This restaurant is a hike for me as I have to traverse 4 highways, one ferry and mountain driving. I will be back in a couple of weeks for another go at that amazing menu. Well done FinWild. No disappointments anywhere.

Careful- Danes service might cause feelings Let me be clear: if you walk into WildFin American Grill and don’t sit at Dane’s bar, you’re choosing suffering. This man doesn’t provide “good service”—he delivers an experience so flawless it feels like he was forged in the fires of Mount Customer Service. Everything Dane does is perfection. Not good. Not great. Perfection. Your drink? Perfect. Your meal recommendation? Perfect. The way he anticipates your needs before you even know you have them? Honestly a little unsettling…but still perfect. If something in your life goes wrong—car trouble, heartbreak, existential dread—I genuinely believe Dane could fix it without breaking eye contact or losing his shaker tin. If your halibut even thought about being slightly overcooked, he’d swan-dive into the nearest river, choke out a fresh fish, season it mid-air, and present it to you steaming. There is no limit to this man’s commitment. Dane operates with the intensity of someone trying to beat a final boss you can’t see. He pours drinks that feel like therapy, vacations, and reconciliation with your inner child all at once. You don’t just get a beverage—you get spiritual alignment. WildFin needs to protect this man like he’s the last good thing left in society. Wrap him in velvet. Assign security. Offer him stock options. Because once you experience Dane-level service, everything else in life feels aggressively mediocre.

Walking up to the restaurant built anticipation for an adventure with its decorative wilderness lodge vibe. As we approached, the front door swung open, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the hostess standing there with a smile, welcoming us with a cheerful "Good evening." She offered us a choice of dining options, suggesting the patio first, which was bustling with customers. However, after considering the bar for happy hour, we ultimately chose the dining room. The booth we were seated in was comfortable, and the restaurant's interior continued the wilderness fishing lodge theme, tastefully done. After reviewing the menu, we placed our orders. She ordered the Rosemary Sourdough to start, along with iced tea and the Halibut. I chose the beer sampler and the blackened ahi cooked to a medium temperature. The assortment of beers was pleasant; while none were particularly bold, the house blonde, hefeweizen, and IPA were delightful. The Rosemary Sourdough was delicious, served with both fig butter and another spread that tasted more like a steak butter, rich with flavors of leeks and herbs. The Halibut was good; it was cooked nicely and presented well. Although I would order it again, I might try something different on my next visit. The blackened ahi was outstanding, with pleasant spices that paired perfectly with the creamy wasabi and miso sauce. It was also served with lightly seasoned rice and Asian slaw, making it a winner. So far, the service was friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, and the food delicious. Now, onto dessert. I had the coconut cream pie, while she chose the Kahlúa chocolate cream pie. Both were just okay; although they were topped with a creamy dome that was too large, the fillings were bland. Each pie had the flavors implied by their names, but nothing remarkable. The pie crust also lacked character, needing more flavor from butter, sugar, and salt. In summary, it was a great experience. While we wouldn’t order either of the two desserts again, we would definitely return for everything else.

New Years Eve. I'm glad this place was open and I was able to make reservations. I probably didn't have to but it's better safe than sorry. Thank you for serving us delicious food. We had two of the surf n turf, my kids had the hamburgers, the Old Fashion drink was delicious as well as the Bourbon Bramble. The server was very pleasant and kind. I'm sadden that the Renton location isn't open as that location is closer to home but this location looked promising.

I’m updating my review. This is a busy place but the atmosphere is very relaxed. I’ve eaten at WildFin multiple times and I’ve not had one bad dish. The food, drinks, customer service is pretty good.

The food is fresh and flavorful. I had the seasonal pistachio encrusted halibut in a lemon, butter, and dill sauce. It came with zucchini and squash. The sauce really made the dish with the hint of tartness from the dill. The halibut itself was a thick, meaty filet and the crust added a nice texture and hint of nuttiness. It was very enjoyable. For our appetizers, we had the potato bread and fondue. We get it every time and it's always a hit. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. My main critique is that price to portion size is a bit skewed. While I enjoyed the halibut immensely, it's a rather small dish at $42.

Ordered their calamari, garlic prawns, pork belly tacos and the rosemary potato bread. Would 100% get the prawns and bread again - absolutely delicious. Their calamari was alright m, definitely not “simply the best”. It comes served on top of the aioli which I believe makes them a bit soggy. Aioli should def be served on the side

3.75 Stars - In town for work and hit Wild Fin for dinner, decor needs an upgrade, cracked booths, dust everywhere accompanied by food morsels. Place needs a good cleaning, including the sticky menus. Bar was out of several items but bartender was open to customizing drinks, much appreciated. Now Miranda, our waitress, is first rate all around. Get seated in her section if you can because her level of service will exceed your expectations. The food was delicious honestly although the kitchen forgot to put my sauce on the side and pretty sure that wasn't double broccolini because I didn't get the potatoes due to an allergen. This place could be so much better or maybe it once was?
