One of my favorite Wendy's locations to visit! Employees are always friendly respectful and makes waiting in the long drive threw lines a better all around experience and actually worth having a longer wait to get your food! Also there food always tastes fresh and is always the perfect eating temperature when you finally get your food

Can't stand the seedy vibe outside of the restaurant but that is nothing they can control. Too many bad actors, flying signs and looking for their next fix. Ugh Food was good, pumpkin frosty now...complete meal for under 15, service was bubbly and professional!!! Keep it up 💯

Came in today around 6pm for a doordash order and walked in while this extremely rude customer said some racist things about some of the Spanish speaking employees and how they weren’t speaking English. I’m surprised they handled it well given the circumstances. Yeah I understand the customer was frustrated because their fries may not have been warm enough, but that doesn’t mean you should resort to saying things like that. Never okay. I hope the workers are okay and keep pushing through ❤️ If you ever see the lovely Spanish speaking ladies working hard behind the counter, please give them a sincere thank you for their service :)

I was in the drive in window so atmosphere doesn’t count. Wendy’s is fast , convenient and tasty. When it comes to Fast food, I have generally chosen Wendy’s because the menu choices are tasty. This particular Wendy’s is close to my house and since it was late I chose to come here instead of cooking at home .

Atmosphere? It's a fast food restaurant so one doesn't really visit for the atmosphere. However, effort was made to make it feel welcoming, which is maintained. It's well lit and sanitary. The food is always a treat for both me and my daughter.

The one thing under staff control that I ever have as an issue is forgetting to put my ghost pepper ranch other then that the homeless in the area have control over the atmosphere and all us locals fill that line out to the street since it is the best of all the fast food joints around.

Extreme hot weather and not a good night for cooking. Inside dining closed at 8 P.M, so I took my place in a very long line at the drive through with numerous others with the same idea. The people handling the window were patient and courteous even though some of the customers were not. My personal experience was good.

Wendy's has great breakfast deals. Usually get the sausage biscuit for my mom. She tried the sausage breakfast burrito and loved it.

We just got off our flight and was starving. Made it here 20 minutes before closing at 2am and the young gentleman and lady were angels. Courteous, professional and pleasant. Our food was hot and fresh too! Best fries we had in a while. These guys deserve a shout out.

I've gotten really great quality items from here even off their lowest cost menu. Service is always patient and understanding even when busy. The biggest hang up is the location is a bit tricky to exit if you live North of the restaurant but otherwise a solid spot.

Edit: Google is saying it's Temporarily Closed. They had a line up of cars today so it's open. Walk in was also open yesterday. Really great service!

There is this guy who takes orders and he's not there everyday but I wish he where. He always gets our order right, has the best attitude I have ever came across in a drive thru, he makes the entire experience amazing. We love going there to see him.

Nice hot and crispy Chicken Nuggets. Well-cooked and proportioned Fries for a 4 for $4. They weren't very salty or too oily as well which I was incredibly thankful for inside! Spicy Chicken Wrap was indeed spicy as well as crispy too but the Wrap itself was more dry than desired. I could ONLY taste the chicken which was not very satisfactory or what I had imagined to eat. It left me extremely parched. Luckily I had bought a lemonade which was nicely cooled and not too much on the Ice. They filled my cup up all the way too! I really liked the service as well. The cashier lady was thoughtful and patient with me, the other workers were friendly, relatable, and sincere. I had met one that locked himself out and got my attention by knocking on the window gently. He calmly asked (more like mouthed the words) me to open the door and helped my confusion as to if he was talking to me or my uncle patiently too~ Another worker that was taking out the trash bid farewells to my uncle and I as we were walking past him out the restraunt in a very chipper, relaxed tone. It was a very comfortable and warm visit to Wendy's tonight which was very much appreciated by my family and I. We will look forward to walking in again sometime.

They provide a consistent quality food and the service has gotten better of the years I’ve gone there. Prices are a bit higher it seems than other Wendy’s I’ve been to, but that’s Seattle for you.

Good Wendy’s but always packed. Sometimes it can take forever to get through the drive thru line. I’ve never eaten inside this one. Don’t go during peak times, no chance to get anything during a lunch hour. Food is good, haven’t had any complaints!

The food is really good especially in the summer when the teenagers are working. The only downside is that it can be really packed sometimes like out the lot so be prepared to wait a while. Another is sometimes they forget stuff in your order so I just sit there and go through my bag to make sure so I don't have to come back around

They forgot my sauce on my last visit. Other than that, food came out accurately and tastes good. Some wait time to be expected during peak hours, and being attached to the main road makes it difficult to get in/out somewhat. Be wary of other drivers in the area as they have driven the wrong direction multiple times before.

Let's face it... every once in a while you need a Frosty. They have a new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty that I had to try. Also grabbed a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. I hadn't been to a Wendy's in years, not since I lived in CA. It was still decent. Service was good and fast.

The new Wendy’s in White Center is such a special addition, and I’m so glad it’s nearby. The only downside is that the app keeps messing up my order, which was frustrating since my picky kids wanted their burgers made just right. Hopefully it works better next time. We did have to wait a little for our food, but it wasn’t a big deal—we enjoyed the time together as a family without having to drive far.

I have actually never received bad food from this location. It's been hot and fresh and I'm picky, so that would have left an impression. Staff has always been awesome. Lots of delivery drivers always parked and waiting. Will definitely return. Be aware of your surroundings as there may be a lot of folks on foot on the premesis.

All the tables were dirty and we had to wait forever to get our foods. The cashier was really friendly which was probably the saving grace for this place. Bathrooms are locked and you have to have a code to use them.

Best fast-food drive-thru around Columbia City! They do occasionally struggle with their mobile order system so double-check your order for completeness. Service is almost always very speedy and friendly, but beware the line gets crazy around lunch and late at night.

I used to come here a couple times a month and always had a positive experience. This afternoon I pulled in just after 5 pm and there was a sign that they were closing at 5 pm due to staff shortage. Thanks for letting us know that you are terrible at management and are willing to throw your employees under the bus in front of your customers. Giving more stars to help your staff who don't deserve your scorn, but due to this BS from the management I won't come here again.

I got a number 6 (spicy chicken combo) and I think I got a regular. It was busy so I don't personally fault the employees but had to note it. Hopefully in the future they are a bit more careful and the orders are more accurately filled.

Usually I would rate this location a 4or 5 star but , this time we went there specifically for the newer version of the Frosty the Strawberry 🍓🥤 flavor Frosty( which is absolutely AMAZZZZZING BTW!!) They DECLINED US !!! They just didn't have it available because they had already cleaned the machine (which of course was my guess which was before closing!!!!) Total bummer since we drove to that location just for that menu item!! Super disappointment!!

It’s a very busy wendy’s, and when i went the employees seemed somewhat confused about the menu and the orders, getting them mixed up and giving people the wrong food. Overall it wasn’t an unpleasant experience and i would chalk up the issues to a staffing problem. Be aware that the dining room opens at 10 not when the shop opens.

Hadn't been inside in years and found that they're desperately in need of a remodel to the dining area. The staff was friendly. The food is consistent. The 4 for $4 on the right size, right price menu is as great of a value as they offer lately: a jr. bacon cheeseburger, fries, four per chicken nugget & drink (I substituted a frosty, because, delicious) for $4, significantly less than buying these items a la carte.

Location is in a bad area lots of homeless, street walkers and other sketchy people. Fries were cold and tasted old, overly salty. While eating we watched a homeless man flip a street scooter on its side get needle nose pliers from his pack and do something with a wire near the back wheel. Another homeless man walked up and started talking to him. Only use the drive thru.

I didn’t get a picture of the first order of fries, but they tried to give me stale, refried, brown limp, half box of 🍟 for just under five dollars? So much for their fresh ingredient slogan☹️. I did go back to the window and they gave me fresher fries, but the price was stupidly expensive. I thought $10 eggs were bad but now we have five dollar fries? What’s next,,,loan paperwork to sign with your order?

Food is good, but service is poor depending who is working, the male employee with tattoos on his neck followed by the employee with scarf on her head are most rudest one! The other are mostly okay. But location is bad so I'm sure the employees are not happy to work in such environment. Also make sure to check the bag for all your items you purchased before leaving the store, they don't really pay attention or care that they have all your purchased items in bag.

This Wendys on Rainier Ave S. Is not too bad.Lots of "characters" come in here every while,so you may get a free floor show with your meal.The food is good and convenient location to the area.Manager and workers are friendly.

I ordered my food through Wendy's website, however upon arriving to the restaurant find out that not only did my order not go through, even though I was charged for it, I had to redo my order again once there, then I see my name pop up as a mobile order that was ready to be picked up, so I go up to the counter to retrieve my order, only to look up and my name had disappeared from the orders ready to be picked, and no order, waited for about an hour for my order to be ready for pick up, and even then they still had to find my order, thankfully when I reordered my order, I screenshot and showed the receipt with my name on it, so that they could find my order that had been ordered not pushed through, charged for, and paid for. Wendy's needs to update their order site and app, shouldn't have to go through all of that to get some quick food. I also didn't receive the discount that I was suppose to get.

Always a long line in the drive thru, sometimes it goes fast, sometimes it moves at a snails pace. Went there last time and it said they are short on staff so they are closed for the day. This was at 11am. If they're open, and there isn't a line, the food is pretty good. Wendy's is actually my favorite fast food, sad this one is so poorly run. They are missing out on a lot of money.

The dining area is never open and the drive through line is always very very slow. I never wait less than 15 minutes in the line. The staff generally seems inattentive. However, the food quality is up to par with other Wendy's and it's the only one around, so we keep going.

Dine in area lights are open so people can assume that their dine in area is open but its not. Doors are locked and there are no signs that they are open for Drive-thru only. Would've been nice if there is any indication so we don't have to bother parking, getting out of the car only to try to open the door but it's locked. Staff sounds unprofessional that they don't even greet us when we pull up to the speaker box just a "what can i get you" questions and sounds like they're rushing us. I understand they were busy and probably tired and i hope this is something management can fix.

Don't get the spicy asiago chicken sandwich, it was so gross for $8. I couldn't believe they changed the chicken to this cheap, very thin, salty, dry piece of meat. Terrible breading. The asiago chicken sandwich had fallen hard! It is inedible now, they ruined it. I won't be going back to Wendy's ever again, there is no point, cheap food.

Earlier this morning, I was in Chinatown Seattle and ate something that did not sit well. I have been going to the bathroom uncontrollably every two hours or so. My stomach has gotten a little bit better this evening. I just got off the train and went to this Wendy’s. It was closest and I had a restroom and I was hungry. First thing I did was ordered food sat down and ate a full meal. All of a sudden I could feel my tummy grumbling and I knew that I had to go to the bathroom now I was in there for five minutes total and the worker came to my door and started beating on it uncontrollably as if she was a serial killer trying to make way into the one stalled bathroom. I was very scared. I was humiliated because the cutest guy in the world was sitting at a table 4 or five spaces from mine but near the restroom and I wasn’t even able to clean up my mess. (if you know what I mean ) before exiting the stall . when I came out into the lobby area where I had placed my order there was a young woman who was visibly upset . she was saying “what the heck! That is not fair. This white man just walked in. He didn’t order anything and he was able to ask to use the restrooms and got in right away when I came in and asked to use the restroom you told me that I had to pay.. how was that fair? He ordered nothing. but I was in a car with somebody in the drive-through that ordered $30 worth of food!” Literally nobody responded to her. They ignored her and treated her like an animal. I took a photo of the woman who is the culprit of this demeaning atmosphere and culture here at this Wendy’s as I’m sitting here right now typing this out. I just witnessed this old fragile lady getting visibly upset saying, “excuse me. I am a customer. I need to use the bathroom first, please ! And I will come out and place my order after.” Holy holy cow you guys !! Do not go to this place unless you want to be treated like a peasant..

It took 8 minutes to get food from the time we ordered it to the time we walked away based on the receipt time. One of the sandwiches was made wrong and I wouldn't have noticed it until we got to the car if I hadn't checked first while we were waiting on french fries. Two of the three sandwiches were very poorly made, sloppy, and obviously not warm because of how long we had to wait for the french fries. They were obviously prioritizing service for drive-thru and not correctly supporting the front counter.

Ordered through the app for walk-in pickup. Manager refused to serve us and insisted we stand in the drive-thru. When we said we wouldn't do that (it's unsafe and most places won't even LET you stand in the drive-thru) she refused to reverse the charge for the food she refused to serve us.

I went to this Wendy's around 3:30 pm October 27, 2023. I ordered a doublestack with Cheddar cheese instead of American. She told me they didn't have Cheddar cheese when I knew they did. Ive ordered them that way through doordash, and I've ordered them that way from that very restaurant. I tried to tell her that but she just rolled her eyes at me, so I demanded to speak to the manager, then I finally got it the way I wanted. The cashiers really should know what they're selling.

I will never take my family there to eat again. We got back into town a little late and stopped at Wendy's about 10 min before they closed the front door. The manager was quite rude and told the cashier our order was only to be to go only. The family ahead of us too. Like them, we ate there anyways. When we got home, I wanted the kids to clean up and get to bed right away. I feel our families eating there did not make anyone go home any later, especially when the drive-thru was open for a couple hours longer.

No ice, extremely dirty inside, all of the tables and the floor were sticky and covered in food. We had to go get a rag from the staff so we could sit at a clean table. Staff is incredibly rude and impatient. An employee tried to open the door the entire time my child was in the restroom, even after my kid said it was occupied and the door clearly said "Occupied". The staff looks and acts like its an inconvenience to take your order or give you your food.

Took 30 minutes to get through drive-thru for a mobile order, and they still got it wrong. Clearly terrible management and inefficient. Not exaggerating one bit on how slow they are. Hire more workers or adjust store hours. Simple, and not hard to manage fast food.

The location appeared to be closed when I drove up. There was some sort of paper taped to the order speaker, but it had mostly come off and was unreadable. As I was in the drive thru, a bunch of homeless-looking men (6 or 7) started to SWARM my car. I was scared and panicky and just happy to get out of there with myself and my car safe.

Avoid this location at all costs! The manager literally told us to wait outside in the drive through line to pick up our mobile carryout order even though the dining room was still open for another 20 minutes. We didn't even have a car! She told us that standing outside in the line of cars was the only way to pick up our order. This is dangerous, unacceptable, and (hopefully) against Wendy's policy. I cannot believe that this woman works in customer service and now I have to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. Go to McDonalds across the street instead, where they will actually give you the food that you've paid for without you having to risk bodily harm.

You can see through my Google Review history - I tend to be a pretty easy customer to please. Today I came by, made sure I checked the sign on the door to see if the lobby was open, and according to the sign it was. So, to just to be as safe as possible I stood outside, put my order in through the app, and selected 'pickup' to go. Less time spent in closed quarters with other folks means less risk is how I figured it. I pull on the door, pull up my mask, and its locked. I go around to the other two doors - they're both locked as well. There's staff inside working - and the drivethru is operational so I figured they're just handing orders through the door or something for safety. I hang around for about 5 minutes and from where I'm standing I can see the screen where the orders are listed. I can see mine on the screen, and I'm tracking as they clear - just so I can be ready for when they come to the door. The staff member literally looked at the screen - glanced over their shoulder - sees me - makes eye contact - then swipes the order off the screen as if it's been served and disappears back around the corner... I waited another 15 minutes or so, just thinking they were probably finishing expediting another order, getting caught up on drive-thru but - after 20ish minutes goes by it's quite obvious that she cleared the order off because she didn't plan to serve it and had no intention on telling me why. Again : Signs were displayed on the doors - all of them - that their lobby is open right now. They definitely accepted my money on the app. But I still have no food. I tried to contact customer service : it's unavailable today. I tried to call the store : no answer. I can definitely understand being understaffed - overworked - underpaid (especially since I worked fast food for almost 4 years myself) and the COVID situation is only making the problems worse but dude - why the eye contact to make sure I see them clearing my order off the screen? I just ordered a combo meal and politely stood outside, I really have no clue why that whole interaction happened the way it did :(

Foods good half of the time. The other half however is horrible. You'll know it's going to be an iffy experience when they try to not give you a receipt and likely you'll get the wrong order 2 out of 10 times here. I'd give a zero if it let me.

Who runs a business and doesn't answer the phone? I tried calling because my door dash order was missing one of my two burgers. But they don't answer the phone there. It's bad enough they shorted me a $11 burger, but to then be unwilling to even let me request either my money back or a replacement burger, simply isn't acceptable. Bad business!

This restaurant is usually very fast and food is fast food so nothing special. But every time I come here the homeless on the property are just out of control

If you want fast, FRIENDLY service this is not the place to go. While visiting Seattle I stop into this Wendy's and waited for someone to take my order the manager looked at me standing there and said nothing after about a minute I figured she wasn't going to take my order or have anyone else take it so I went to the kiosk. The state I am from the kiosk is optional and they have thsy have basic customer service skills to at least tell you what's their policy. What this manager has to understand is that people respond to negative customer service with their money. As I watch the managers interaction with the other customers my situation was not an isolated one.

This place used to be better. Lately every time I come here I tell them I plan to eat it here and they never give me a tray. Today the fountain drink dispenser has no ice so I'm drinking room temperature soda. And my fries are cold. And the young woman who took my order seems angry at everyone for making her work. Probably gonna cross this store off my list for good. Oh, and NO NAPKINS. Just some icing on this very bad cake of a dining experience.

overall a poorly run establishment. the food is acceptable most of the time. however don’t put in orders for lobby pickup because the manager will randomly close the lobby when she is having an off day and make you stand in the drive through in the heat or rain

I mainly order through the app and picking sucks so much they wait time is longer. You would think if you place am order beforehand it would speed up the process and to many time have the messed up my order either missing items or they dont make my sandwich right not reading the ticket saying no mayo or tomato

If not sure if the owner having fun damaging the cars for fun. This pole so far out and protecting nothing but air. At the angle it’s at and it’s short where you can’t see in a car, let alone if you driving a truck.

Burger overcooked and dry and tasted old even bacon wasn't good and for my other order it was completely wrong when ordering they wouldn't listen and try to rush us even though there was no line behind

If it says 2am then it closes at 2am.. I’ll even take 1:59.. but not a whole 15 mins before .. that’s crazy and is complete false advertisement. I was waiting and waiting in line for someone to respond or say anything. Nothing.. I had to drive up to the window and everybody inside acted as if I didn’t exist.

Picking up an online order here has to have been THE worst fast food experience I've ever had. Placed the order about 10 to 15 minutes or so before heading over to pick up. No service whatsoever. The man at the register did not greet ANYONE who walked in. It wasn't until some doordash drivers shoved their phones in his face that he acknowledged their presence. After which he resumed ignoring my friend and I who were patiently waiting for our order for another 15 minutes. Spoiler alert, our orders have been sitting on the counter since before we walked in. My friend had to raise his voice at the guy to finally get his order, after which he STILL ignored me for another like 3 to 5 minutes before I could get his attention again to receive my order. I pray that the poor homeless man next to me was able to buy his small frosty before too long. Poor guy was waiting there just as long as we had been. Never again

Store hours posted on door state dining room open until 10pm daily. 9:15PM, closed and locked and employees actively avoiding eye contact. Drive thru line is horrendously long, reaching from the window back behind the restaurant and all along the opposite side ending maybe 20 feet from the road. That's about 15+ cars, folks!

stopped in today on July 9th Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. and was informed that they do not have any sodas and I was offered other drinks for a higher price. I simply wanted to order a $6 double stack piggy bag but then I'm told that my total is going to be $8 no matter what because they don't have the drinks If you are out of the soda then the price of whatever the substitution is should be the original price it should not cost extra, don't forget yourself Wendy's So again the store itself was out of soda and then continue to charge people more money for their own incompetence

The food here is decent, prices are better than the Auburn store, and the employees get mad props from me! They are quick and efficient.......... The problem was ALL THE FETTY ZOMBIE'S literally lining both sides of the drive thru! Yikes! I have made respect for ANYONE that was able to continue to do good, hard work in an environment like this!! My hat is off to all of them. But WOW.............. It's truly disturbing in such a way that I choose not to go into detail about it because it's so disturbing! You're welcome. 😁

Dirty, staff was not professional and unfriendly. Soda fill machine was empty on a lot of the favorite flavors. Condiments and utensils were empty, front door was locked and had to use another door.

I would not recommend coming to this location. This location is very rude and unhelpful. They have there drink machine locked so you have to ask workers to use the code. They have a sign that says no cash. Over half the tables where dirty or had homeless people sleeping in them. You can't even get into the restroom due to drug use from homeless. There was needles in the bathroom. It took 40 minutes to get my food and it was still cold. They need either better staff or just close it down. This is a sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant.

Came to order the biggie bag and the soda machine was busted, they insisted I pay more money for a lemonade or a frosty even tho the issue is on them. Clearly all this Wendy's cares about is making a literal buck over customer service, can't say I'm surprised

Usually when I go here the workers are really nice and I get in and out quick and my food is nice and hot. Today when I went through the drive thru at around 12am first the lady who was taking my order kept kind of cutting me off but it was okay because I thought they were just trying to get it right which is understandable. Although when I actually pulled up to the drive thru window and she took my payment nothing seemed off but then I saw that in my bag when it was handed to me that there was only one barbecue and one ranch, mind you I got two large meals and a chicken nugget. So I just asked nicely if I was able to get one more ranch and one more barbecue she then started to be really snarky and was saying there was one of each in the bag so I explained nicely that I had a lot of food in my order and just wanted one more of each. She was being super rude and was trying to argue with me and then stated that she needed to charge me for the sauce 50¢ each. Mind you for each meal you are supposed to get two sauces and I got a big order and I was like okay I want one of each and she didn’t even ring up that sauce just took my money and wouldn’t give the sauce without and didn’t actually put it in the system. I didn’t get her name but she was short and stubby kind of, had a butch hair cut and an accent, and she wasn’t wearing the regular uniform but a button up uniform. I’m so glad that I usually don’t run into this person when I go and hopefully I never do again or I won’t be going and no one should have to go through someone being rude at the window just because they are mad that they work in fast food that’s not the customers fault.

If I could have gave a 0 for service I would have. Asked for the code to the bathroom 3x while waiting on my order. When I came out the bathroom the girls working were arguing with my s.o. over the food. Because it was under my name and they didn't give us our drinks. I asked for our drinks and she threw them at me. No fountain drinks available in lobby.

Made me wait 20 minutes in a mobile order ,gave somebody else their lunch before my breakfast gave me the wrong order of sausages instead of four egg and cheese acted like they didn't understand what was ordered though it's on my phone and the receipt..refunded Avoid this place all costs they do stuff to your food 300% do not risk this location until restaffed

I ordered thru the Wendy's app for delivery to my job site that i can't leave since I work as a security officer. Every time I call to complain about a missing item, the phone just rings and rings. With what is happening, Wendy's at this location has lost my business. I'm sorry because I enjoy their food. But out of the last 6 times I've ordered from this location, I received 1 correct and full order. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 baked potatoes with bacon & cheese.

Watch out!!!! Wendy's in Rainier installed a short post in the drive-through that has been hit by countless cars (we could see all the various colors of paint on the post--somewhat captured in these photos in the dark). This evening this post in the middle of the drive-through damaged my brand-new car. It's too short to see when behind another car. I went to visit three other Wendy's and NONE of them have short posts installed smack dab in the drive-through. The other stores all have tall posts that are far to the side of the drive right next to the building OR they are placed on either elevated concrete sidewalk OR don't have posts, but have a graduated side barrier .
