Very fast service and quality is good as expected. The biggest upside is that it does not burn a hole in your pocket and they deliver for almost no delivery fees. Pro-tip: use their website to order food rather than using third party apps. You save a lot that way and it’s much faster as well.

This is my favorite late night sub shop. On the Commons so very easy to get to after a night of drinking before you Uber home. Their subs have saved my girlfriend many times after she finished up at work so I'm very grateful of that. The staff are fun and friendly and make it a fun time while they make your sub

Super fast food prep. NO wait. Great veggies sub. Expected the avocado spread to be more generous and not hidden between the cheese slices. Expected it on the bread like the usual mayo thing.

This place is hit or miss depending on the crew that happens to be working at any given time. There was one time I went in and placed my order and one of the workers was dressed in unbelievably filthy clothing while another worker stood against the wall either very sick or very high. I asked for my order to be cut in half and they couldn't figure out how to do it saying that because of the way it's packaged It couldn't be cut in half. I know that particular point may sound like nitpicking but it's not often you have a service industry worker tell a customer no when they make a simple request. Jimmy John's serves its purpose. I guess when you're very hungry and in a hurry it could be an acceptable choice. I just don't often find myself Jonesing for a Jimmy John's sandwich.

Tryed calling for a delivery at 9 pm when the web site says they close at midnight. They never answered. I have been ordering from them for years. What type of bs is that. How do u run a sub shop like that and expect people to keep ordering from u. Will I ever order again, I don't know. I guess I will have to order shortstop tonight.

This location started pulling phantom charges on my card. I started getting random $10 charges on my card from here even though my order was never that expensive. Also there were repeated instances when employees would just be ragging on customers in the back and it just felt like a rude and unprofessional environment.

Placed order at 5 pm, waited for three hours and no one bothered to cancel the order or reach out. Voicemail not set up in order to resolve issue.

I'm sorry, I know this is a big franchise and it has a huge following, but I will never buy a sub from this place ever again. I went in with high expectations. what I got: (I ordered a turkey sub) No cheese (why should i have to ask for cheese??) shredded ice burg lettuce, public cafeteria grade "turkey" and this thing could not have been longer than 8 inches and 2 inches wide. for 7 dollars. Even subway can do better.
