Hello again, your app delivery driver 😁 Just like all these branches, they're very slow 🤦 They serve their line of customers first and then us. I've seen drivers wait up to 30 minutes, so be very patient when ordering from these places, or maybe you'll get lucky and they'll deliver your order quickly 😂

The service is fast, but sometimes the staff can come across as somewhat passive-aggressive. The store is sometimes dirty, and we saw trash cans inside outside, so it's best to order takeout only.

Se tardaron un montón y aparte queria pasar al baño cuando uno de los trabajadores iba saliendo y me comentó que no podía pasar aun teniendo el letrero que era para clientes.

Pesima, una solo chava atendiendo y no podia. Tardo mas de una hora para darme una pizza de pepperoni y se supone que de esa siempre hay. Cero recomendable, demasiado tardada. Habia ya muchos clientes esperando…

En cuanto al trato, parece que atienden sin ánimos, el día de hoy acudí y a pesar de haber poca gente a comparación de otras ocasiones la espera fue de casi una hora!!! Mi orden fue sencilla, pedí unos puffs hawaianos... Los pedí porque me aseguraron que era la órden más rápida, sin embargo me logré percatar de que eran de peperoni; volví y me dijeron que ya no habían hawaianos y que estarían en 15 minutos... A pesar de que ya llevaba hambre y prisa tuve que esperar más de media hora, cuando solicité la devolución me dijeron que sí habían preparados y me dieron otra caja de regalo, todo ésto para que al llegar a mi casa me diera cuenta de que seguían siendo de peperoni , su caja ni siquiera indicaba el sabor 🙄🙄🙄

Está pizzería tiene algo peculiar, nunca de los nunca tienen pizza de peperoni siempre te hacen esperar por esa siempre quieren vender la que está en promoción nose si les den comisión por vender esas o que show pero siempre es lo mismo luego te dicen que estará lista en 50 minutos hasta hora y media lo cual es una estupidez

Pedimos una pizza de peperoni , nos respondieron de mala manera si se espera una hora, cabe señalar que no tenían demanda en pedidos puesto que solo avía dos personas más .

Pésimo Aceptaron una orden por didi y resulta que ya habían cerrado No es correcto que hagan eso, si ya van a cerrar no acepten órdenes

Sus ingredientes están terribles, no hechan lo suficiente de ingredientes y para acabarla, no saben cortar, las rebanadas están chuecas o mal cortadas, aprendan a trabajar.

El tiempo de espera de las pizzas es muy tardado, estuve esperando una hora por una pizza, quieres de peperoni sencilla y no te venden te dicen que no hay que solo hay especialidad. Las señoritas en mostrador son groseras.

They don't let you order some products at the checkout and make you download the app to request them; a huge waste of time for products they have ready to deliver, and to make matters worse, they make you wait half an hour or more when ordering through the app for products they have available for immediate delivery.

The place is filthy. The cashier, a woman named "Majo," is quick to sell pizzas if she wants them; if they're homemade, she simply says she doesn't have any. She'll tell you "I don't have any" in an arrogant tone or serve you very rudely. Terrible service.

I was a frequent customer until I had the bad experience of seeing the store manager, a very thin young woman. I didn't notice her badge (what's it called?). This happened on the afternoon of December 13th. The way she treats the employees... there were quite a few people there, which doesn't excuse how she treated them. She was rude, saying they were stupid, that they didn't know how to work, that they shouldn't come if they were useless, that they couldn't do the job well, and many other things. The guys were doing their best to serve customers quickly and very well, but the manager is terrible in her attitude and respect. If she treats people like that in front of customers, I don't want to think how she is when no one is watching. I imagine that's why they're constantly hiring at that branch because of the awful work environment. This girl shouldn't be in charge of the store; she's not qualified, much less has any leadership skills with the way she treats the staff. I'm never going back to that branch. I didn't buy anything that day; I felt terrible after hearing how she treats the guys who work there. I prefer to shop at the one in Upisa, even though I stayed a little longer. As a company, they leave much to be desired with the people they hire to run the stores.

They never have pizzas ready; you always have to wait at least half an hour. App-based delivery drivers are monopolizing the service. It's always packed. The worst part is that there's always someone smoking weed, both inside and outside. The worst branch.

The attitude of the staff there is awful. As a customer, you know pizzas take time, there's no reason to be rude and refuse service. On top of that, they say all the promotions advertised on their signs aren't valid in-store, according to their staff (Hawaiian hula). Horrible experience.

Unfortunately, pizzas aren't available all the time, no matter what. They only have cinnamon bites and cheese crust pizzas. If you want to place an order, they tell you it takes 1 to 2 hours per pizza. I used to like this location because of the service.
