Me and my husband went fo our anniversary lunch on sunday ad we sat outside in the patio, the weather was perfect. The service, the attention, the food was great. we really had a very good time and had a nice intimate and special celebration. food was delicious and drink were on top!! Totally recomended!

Definitely check out Sal y Pimienta. The food was amazing! Chimichurri was spot on. Steak, delicious. Calamari, perfection! Milanesa Napolitana spectacular and generously sized. And for dessert you MUST try the Maca souffle and the 4 leches. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. We will absolutely be back!

We came in for late lunch and enjoyed nice steak with crabmeat and shrimps. Russian salad tasted authentic, great wine selection and very good dessert

This app doesn’t have enough starts for this Restaurant. Lunch, Brunch and Dinners are Amazing. The tenderness of the meat is just incredible. We love the Parrillada for two but that’s definitely for 4 or even 5 people. Now let’s talk about a great wine paring, this place has it all and we love it!!

Wow, what an amazing restaurant. Service is excellent - all the waiters are friendly, waters are consistently refilled, and the service is generally outstanding. We ordered the mixed parilla meat platter and it was amazing! Skirt steak was the best item on the dish but comes with lamb chop, beef rib, etc. Lunch special was a good price also. $30 for an appetizer, main dish, and dessert. The portions are great ! We will be back again to eat the mixed parilla meat platter. It's just the right amount of meat.

Sal y Pimienta: Mediocre at Best Went for dinner with my wife recently. We ordered an appetizer to share, which was bland and lacked even the most basic seasoning—maybe some salt and pepper (sal y pimienta) could have helped…(hint). I ordered a veal milanesa that seemed went straight from the freezer to the fryer. I ate it but didn’t enjoy my food (I regretted it later that night at home). Our server didn’t offer any valuable information when asked for wine recommendations (beyond pointing at the menu for the white and red wine lists), didn’t pick up our used appetizer plate, we had to ask him to refill our glasses with water, and he brought the check without us asking. The restaurant has lots of potential. I would trim the menu (too many options can lead to mediocrity, better not trying to cover so much and focusing on fewer high-quality dishes). I would also definitely suggest training the waiters. Coming from a Latin American country, I had high expectations of this restaurant that sadly weren’t met. There are certainly better restaurant options in the City Center area for the same price.

This is a restaurant with great potential… if you get the correct server. The food is tasty, steaks are juicy, great variety of meta cuts. Very roomy, they have a room for special events. Big selections of wines and good cocktails 🍸 Our steak was delicious as well as the Lamb Lollichops (as appetizer). My only “complaint “ will be that our server looked unhappy helping us, rushed us through the menu. Other servers were nicer and gave us better service, so not all of them are bad. I may give it another try 😊

It was a bitter sweet experience for me but I will never be back. We had a party of 16(8) couples for a couples night. I spoke with Mr Gianfranco and let him know I needed a private room and a menu that wasn’t above a stated.We came to a conclusion and to the best of my understanding he understood me. All the time he kept saying yes on the call but I had a suspicion he didn’t fully understand me. On getting to the restaurant, we were placed on the open floor. And when I tried to get to him, I was told I didn’t make a deposit so we didn’t reserve a room. Never did it come up in our conversations and emails. I wasn’t asked or told of a deposit. A deposit couldn’t have been an issue because it was an all paid event. If I knew we will not be getting a private room as we had discussed, I could have continued looking. The entire couples dinner was based around a private space that we could talk and interact. I had all these florals and candles to make the couples have a good time, but couldn’t setup anything pretty. On the open floor we could not hear ourselves talk. We couldn’t participate in couples activities. The entire night was ruined! We had spoken on the phone of complimentary sodas, but when I arrived I was made to understand that wasn’t included. Then the acting manager or so extended a courtesy to us for the free sodas. At that time the entire experience was already sour. It was embarrassing And they still had the guts to ask for tip and extra gratuity on top of what was already charged with the group menu. Food was good, that’s a fact. But the humiliation and disregard we got, I will not recommend here.
