Opinions de Dunkin' Jackson Heights
This is my favorite DD! Their donuts are super fresh. The store is clean and organized. I have been in many DD all over NY and so far this place is the best. The manager which is a lady is super friendly and always go above and beyond to please every customer. I always go and get apple spice donut which is my favorite and this is the only location that carry it but sometimes they sold out but she will make more donuts just so I can get some. The donuts are so fresh that the glazed donuts are so shinny and not covered in white dry glazed like other DD.
Dunkin right in front of Roosevelt station is great! This Dunkin is together w/ Baskin Robbins so you can always come here for ice cream or coffee. I give them 5 starts because they actually toasted the croissant & made my iced caramelized latte w/ the milk of my choosing. Which means they carry oatmilk, almond milk & coconut milk as well, for all my non-dairy friends.
Its a fairly busy location but the service is fairly quick and pleasant.
the employee working this night made the wrong order than gave trouble before remaking it and didnt care at all that the sausage was cold in the remade order and he urged me to have it that way. Then when he finally agreed to reheat it he didnt put enough time for it to heat still bc some parts were still cold and he was done with tending to my order. This employee shouldnt work in the food industry like this.
Terrible service for online orders. I came in to pick up my order and saw my drink was ready, but the other items were missing. I showed the staff my receipt on my phone, but instead of just checking, the lady kept demanding my order number—even though I had already shown her everything. I had to look it up again and repeat myself multiple times. It felt like she wasn’t even paying attention. Really frustrating experience. Won’t be ordering from here again. Also there are two men that hold open doors for people and sometimes ask for cash. That's annoying.
Got Boston cream donut, barely any filing but it was alright. I ordered at 5:16, No line. Waited about 15 minutes for one mango protein drink with no updates. Staff didn’t check on the order until I asked at 5:31pm. I wanted to see how long it would take for them to realized but I said enough at the 15 min mark. They apologized, but still seemed inattentive and asked again what I ordered after I had just told them. Disappointing service, never coming back to this location. They’re forgetful and I wouldn’t have gotten my drink if I never said anything.
This Dunkin' location is okay. The employees are nice and they usually move fairly quickly. What I have a problem with is the fact that it's apparently normal behavior for people to bring dogs into this establishment and have them sitting at the tables like they are people. At first, I thought it was an isolated incident but I have seen this on more than one occasion. This is an establishment that serves food so there should not be pets inside anyway, and they most certainly shouldn't be sitting in the chairs that are meant for paying customers (seating is already very limited) and putting their paws that have been on the filthy ground on the tables that people eat from. The employees do nothing to discourage this and for this reason, I will always take my food to go. Also, there's a homeless person who stands at the door, sometimes directly in front of it, and he asks every customer for money almost every day. The employees also do nothing to discourage this. These things make visiting this particular Dunkin' location very uncomfortable. I recommend for people to spend as little time there as possible.
They lack customer service and attention! A bunch of workers that give attitude and don’t care. Make the food incorrect and don’t fulfill your request . Gave me an extremely watery ice coffee I said add caramel and they just added sugar . Every single time I come in they’re all giving a bunch of attitude . Made the place nicer but not the employees.
didn't take order after showing points and behavior is rough
They don't allow first responder to use the restroom!
Went at night and due to it being a dangerous neighborhood a criminal stole my order. Cashier says it's not his problem and refused to give me refund or another order saying that you should be more careful to make online orders at this time. DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDERS ONLINE, IT WILL GET STOLEN
Hash browns were burnt. Staff was rude when I asked for my pick up order
Absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order online with Dunkin’ Donuts, showed up on time, and guess what? No order. No explanation. No effort. Just wasted time and zero accountability. If you can’t handle online orders, stop offering them.
I’m very disappointed with the service at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 74-13 Roosevelt Ave, Jackson Heights. I placed an online order ahead of time, only to arrive and find no order prepared and no assistance provided. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a well-known brand.
When the store was temporarily closed, the mobile order was left on. I placed my order and upon arrival, it was still closed. My mistake for not checking. I requested a refund, was contacted by the manager to come in to have my breakfast compensated. How the staff in the morning will be informed. And all I had to do was state my name and the issue and the manager approved of the compensation. When I arrived I was looked at like I was crazy and deranged. Had a hand stuck out to my face for me to be silenced. I just ordered my food and coffee and paid for it yet again with my money. I contacted customer support and the manager called me again not taking accountability but making excuses for her staff. Even though I said what was told to be said to the staff to be able to retrieve the compensated items. Also id like to mention the store wasn’t busy, so if it was I wouldn’t have minded to step aside and let the rush go by. It was excuses and excuses and not one ounce of accountability. She kept insisting to go back, but after being embarrassed like that………Never again will I be coming here again. Especially for the fact I went directly here for all my mobile orders. At this point I don’t care for my refund, I’ll just take my service at another location.
I had a racist encounter with an employee named Islam. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and spoke to HIM IN ENGLISH which he proceeded to reply he didn’t speak Spanish, I was SPEAKING to him in ENGLISH I was SHOWING him a PICTURE. This was a racist attack simply bc I am Latino. He refused to make my order which I then got upset because I had ALREADY PAID for it. Refused to give me his name until I took a picture of him and told him I would post a review and Call the manager. He is the individual in the picture. I feel I was discriminated against. I even gave him tip yet he was still disrespectful. Fire this employee he is a racist.
I used to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time but there was an employee that was very rude to me. I ordered a bunch of stuff and asked for a glass of water and they wouldn’t give it to me. But when another man asked they gave it. Very racist and unfair. I’m never coming back here
They don't have baby spoons here, so they only allow tasting one ice cream flavor. I wanted to buy two scoops and ended up buying only one scoop because the night manager didn't want to let me taste a second flavor. Lol, this place is a joke.
Poor attitude and NO EMPATHY. Was dying for a washroom and literally begging her to use it once and offered to buy something. The lady ignored me and I almost fainted on the floor. Please be a human being
I stopped by this morning, around 830 to grab something en route to work. Now I've worked retail-especially food service retail for the past 30 years now, and this place turned me off in many way. I understand that it was rush hour, but cmon now. I ordered a medium iced coffee-milk and caramel, LITTLE ice. I repeated that to the cashier, as well as 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants. Instead of pushing the hash browns, why " little ice" was not noted on the receipt is beyond me. Service was fast-and as I has 2 people ahead of me, I kept an eye on the worker making the drinks. When I saw the cup full of ice, my heart dropped. I knew it was mine she was working on ☹️ When my drink was called out, my heart sank. All ice, not as I ordered. I said, sorry I asked for a little ice, and the server went and du m ped half my drink into the handfasting station sink, and toss some more coffee into the cup. There went my milk and caramel. In the handfasting station sink? That's like breaking one of the 10 commandments of food service. Nope, no no no. Got the drink. The 2 sandwiches, we'll the sausage and egg patties were sitting on the counter. Not a cutting board table, as the croissants were being toasted. What if I was allergic to some ingredient, or had a religious belief where I couldn't eat pork? No single use papers or trays, nothing. Cross contamination to the extreme. Sandwiches were called out. ☹️ I ended up giving my sandwiches and drink to some homeless weirdo that was "openinv" the front door for money instead. America may run on dunkin, but this NY'er does not. At least not from this location. What a disappointment. Never again. I'll go without.
I ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and they made it with almond milk without telling me. When I asked and told them I saw them pour almond milk, they tried to say it was oat milk. When the original recipe has oat milk, why put almond milk? This wouldn’t go well with people who are allergic. Give people what they order.
