Great place to visit for some authentic food. Our service was great but I do think for the amount of tables there could be more servers. Servers were all over the places trying to service everyone and somebody may be easily left behind. Food was great but I ordered a mudslide and was told they don’t have any, kind of surprised since it involves multiple liquors.

Great vibe and food! Their chickpea curry and tofu curry are the best Jamaican curries I’ve ever had. They also make a great piña colada. This food gave us back our energy after a day at YS Falls. It’s a big place but tucked away behind the gas station. There was a DJ playing music right outside and everyone was just having a great time.

No reservation is needed, you can just show up. You can dine both inside and outside. A bar is there if you only want to have drinks. Of course, it is 2022, so taking pictures is a must. They have a beautiful space decorated for pictures.

We celebrated my niece and nephew's birthday at this fantastic kid-friendly restaurant, and it was an absolute hit! The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with the accommodating staff, made it an unforgettable experience. The service was excellent, ensuring everyone felt welcomed. The menu had a delightful variety that pleased both kids and adults alike. From tasty treats to wholesome meals, the culinary offerings were spot-on. Kudos to the staff for making this birthday celebration truly special!

The atmosphere is great, the dinning is awesome, variety of meals to choose from, its a great place to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary and alot more. You can try out Nola's for yourself and experience a whole some feeling, take along your family too.

Place is amazing.. had to wait a while to get a table as they always full I suggest book ahead of time so they reserve your table.. over all tremendous!!!!!

This is a great location to have a great meal and to enjoy good company. I did not give 5 stars because there is improvement that can be made. The service needs a lot of attention. Waitresses need more training. They are not professional, no greetings, the wait time is very long because they are very slow. The kitchen is in another building from the dining area, so the distance the food have to travel makes it very cold by the time you receive it. The food should be covered and carried into a warmer so that one can enjoy a warm meal. The fried bammy was saggy and cold, the pasta had too much cream and did not taste good because it was cold.

Great setting, lovely for any occasion. Lovely and comfortable sitting areas outside and inside. The food is lovely and somewhat different from the other restaurants around the parish- they have ribs, steak and wings. The beverage menu is similar to other restaurants but I love that they have a lovely variety of wine (ask the waitress about it). Music is good. Nola's events is highly recommended. Definitely will be back.

My friend and I dined at this restaurant twice in one week for our birthdays, we had delicious meals, our servicer (I forgot her name) a very small slim young lady was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen is extremely slow, be prepared to wait a long time for your food. We went for the 3rd time on Father's day and was very disappointed, their menu was poorly planned, we waited two and a half hours just for our appetizers, one never arrived, the other came without the sauce, the main course arrived at the same time as the appetizer, the mash Potatoes were stone cold. We overheard several customers complaining as we did to the hostess and supervisor. Needless to say this Father's day terrible experience changed our minds about revisiting.

My experience at this place was amazing! The ambience, the food, the drinks (I couldn't finish my white rum and grapefruit soda because they did not hold back on the liquor!) The whole place was set up tastefully, best jerked pork I have ever had! The lounge was very clean, air conditioned, the music wasn't too loud but just right! All in all, this place is a MUST VISIT!!! My reason for a 4 star in opposition to a 5 star is that I believe the staff could receive further interpersonal skills training and training in courtesy. But that's a quick fix!

It gets 5 stars for ambiance. The server was courteous and polite. The meal wasn't the best but it was palatable. What the establishment lacked in food taste, they made up for in the decor and ambiance. Thumbs up to the mind behind the design. 👍

Awesome place to dine, food is good and staffs are respectful, polite and customer friendly. However, the place is extremely hot throughout the day and the a/c can only go on 62 which is pretty weird. But once that issue is fixed then your more of a 5 star restaurant.

I had a good experience here. There are different sections at the location, a restaurant and bar, a jerk centre and an ice cream and pastry shop. The ambience was great, service was good the food was ok. I visited on a Saturday, karaoke was in full effect (not sure if this only happens on a Saturday). They also do events, there was a birthday party happening as well. I love the fact that the one location offers many options. You can go to dine in the restaurant, or just to have a drink at the bar. You can lounge on the outside as there are tables and chairs in the yard, which is nicely paved and lined with fake grass 🙂. You can go for the karaoke or just to have sweet treats. The location is child friendly too. My only gripe with the location is that there was no paper to towel or hand drying machine in the bathroom. When I spoke to the manager about this he said that guests steal the paper. I believe that this is a poor excuse as measures can be put in place to prevent this. If you are going to o visit make sure you take your own hand towel or prepare to air dry 😀.

Great setting for any kind of meal or just having a drink/chilling with your people ranging from family to friends. The food itself is decent, well presented and the staff 👌. Definitely worth a visit and I will surely be back.

Went on a Thursday night. They hardly had anything that was on the menu. I'll admit it was close to their cut off time. Thanks to the cashier that made sure we got our burgers. A bit on the dry side but it was ok. Customer service needs improvement as take out experience was bad. Not sure if it's the same when dinning. UPDATE. So I went back and I must say the the food was ok. The staff at dining were wonder.

The atmosphere is nice, however the chicken breast used in the cordon blue was dry and tough. They had to change it for another meal. The waitress and the waiter who assisted were great. Jerk chicken pasta was merely average. The garlic shrimp was the best of what we ordered. Manish water was too oily and watery, Overall the experience was bad but based on reviews I expected a lot more hence I was disappointed

The atmosphere was nice. The service was very good. However the food was cold , the soup was inedible unless you like scotch bonnet pepper and the manager, though he had flowery words, did not adjust the bill for the cold food and uneaten soup.

My dinner guests and I, we were a party of four (4), were warmly greeted at the door and taken to our seats. The ambience was warm and pleasant with soft lights and soft soothing music playing in the background. It provided the perfect atmosphere for conversation without shouting. Shortly after sitting, we were introduced to our server for the evening and given the food and drink menus. My dinner companions quickly decided on the spicy fish sandwiches with fries for their main course, as their dietary restrictions required them to consume ONLY fish. I on the other hand, love and ordered quesadillas and fries, which was on the menu as an appetizer. We did not wait long for our food however, it took a while for us to get our server’s attention or that of any another attendee even though the venue was not packed as it was an early Friday evening and due to inclement weather it seemed as if most patrons to opted for takeouts. We sipped on our drinks🍹as we waited on our food and chatted. My dinner guests were so pleased with their fish sandwiches that they ordered two (2) more, one of which would be mine as they encouraged me to try it for my main course. I obliged however, I was actually full after consuming my appetizer meal of chicken quesadillas with fries that I took my spicy fish sandwich home with me to eat later. My friend settled the bill and even before that our table was promptly cleared without us having to beckon for our waitress to do so. I was most pleased about this. Overall, the experience was good for me as it was my first time dining at Nola’s; I usually order takeouts from there. However, there is room for improvement hence, I awarded that 3 stars rating. We waited over 45 minutes to be served. One table came, waited received their meal, finished eating and left and we were still waiting to be served. The food was mediocre and the service wasn't too great. For a place with a great atmosphere the food was a big disappointment. I had the chicken cordon Bleu the bacon and chicken was overcooked. The best part of my meal was the mashed potatoes.

The ambience is beautiful. The food gets a pass. The waiter service can do with some improvement. Also, shifting of multiple chairs and tables along with very loud music is not appropriate while guests are at the venue.

The outdoor counter is chaotic no number system just people yelling out telling you it’s your order. It’s hard to distinguish when they’re talking to you because there’s always cross talking and personal conversations happening amongst the employees. On this particular night we were told they only had jerk pork no chicken no fried chicken no jerk chicken so, instead of listing what they do have available they just kept telling everyone the same thing over and over. I wanted to pay by card so instead of the employee taking the card to working machine in the dining area I had to walk my car and a handwritten amount over to the main dining room for processing. The cashier didn’t acknowledge me until I told her why I was there. She didn’t acknowledge me. She just took my card and the handwritten piece of paper and processed the amount. Extremely rude individuals. The ice cream counter wasn’t any better they don’t weight the ice cream it’s based on a preference. My employee decided to give me less scoops and then smooth over the top like my cookies and cream was filled to the brim. My airBNB host called her out on it. The set up is nice however the service is AWFUL. Staff is just rude and nasty attitude and that's bad especially if handling food. On top of that they are sloooooowww. Food is a hit and miss kinda thing. They get away because there is no other eatery with this ambience close by. If one comes, they are doomed. Better management and friendly courteous staff would make a difference. Not to mention the stench smell that is always lingering. They have a phone line for order that DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!! You could call from now til tomorrow, God bless if they answer.

I went with a family of 8, it took over one hr to be acknowleged at a table, the supervisor had to take our food order, we did not meet the server until 2hrs after we sat with no offer for drinks while 4 bar tenders stand behind the bar looking at us. We tried to order drinks from the bar tenders and they refused our order even though they were not doing anything. They said our server will come take our order and 2.5hrs went by and all we got was 2 glasses of water and no food still. If you have 6hrs to wait for very very very poor service and ok food then sure go ahead!

Stopped here after a trip to the YS falls. Worst dining experience in Jamaica in my life. Ordered for a table of 5. 1) Food took over an hr to reach our plates. 2) Food was cold. 3) Staff unhelpful and only offered a 5% discount for their poor service and food. Food tasted like it was warmed up in a microwave after sitting out for an hour. Food was not even great quality, meagre portions and mediocre taste. I WOULD NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE IF I WAS FAMISHED AND ABOUT TO DIE. I'd rather go in the bush and hunt mongoose. AVOID!!

Poor customer service I went there lastnight to get a chicken quesadilla, I was served shrimp quesadilla, and I am allergic to shell food, I started to vomit, the server more try to argue with me rather that apologize. I will NEVER GO BACK

They were overly short staff. There was no customer service. There was no order in terms of the tables being served. They gave us appetizer along with the food after almost two hours. The food came before the utensils. Very poor definitely NOT recommend.

Service is the WORSE!! It took us more than 4hrs to get food and 2.5hrs to get a drink…. We had young children and elderly and nothing was offered while we wait. We did not meet the server until 2.5hrs after we sat. This is the worse restaurant experience I have ever received! NEVER GOING BACK!!

This experience was horrible. Food took forever to come just as the last time I came here, food was also colder than the north pole, if they were taking their everlasting time to make sure my food was prepared nicely then why is it so cold? The only good thing about this was the corn I had bought.
