My first time visiting Pure Ultra Lounge. This experience was like no other. My lovely waitress Chrissy was polite, informative and fun. It was a night to remember.

Shanice was very nice and I loved her customer service, she was prompted with her service and pleasant through the whole night..... Best services.

Very chill and relaxed. Great good and drinks. The service is always top-notch. One. Of my preferred place to to distress.

You call her Stephanie… I call her “A great receptionist and server”. The atmosphere is dark and you really loose track of time there. It really depends on what you went there for but I enjoyed my time there. The food was okay and the drinks menu is affordable. Give it a try and see. You can’t really can’t be depending on others to give you vybz there. Go with your crew and bring your own vybz. As one should.

The food and drinks were amazing! Great energy from the Dj and the bartender was serving up the best drinks on the menu with a lot of vibe and excitement, which was one of the highlights of the night. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Very young, hip, club vibe. Certainly for a younger crowd. My husband and I went there for food, AND WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! The chicken Alfredo is to die for. The price is steep but worth it. We also got ginger wings which were divine. The vibe is rather young for us, but now we get takeout from there every week 😊

The food is kind of pricey but after you taste it, it’s well worth it! They have the best mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted in my life! And the garlic parmesan tenders were to die for! To drink, try the cum shot. It’s a cream pina coloda with whipped cream on top. Delicious! Great place, great music, great vibes!

I don't know where to start, the experience from the entrance was amazing our server Recardo was just superb he made recommendations that lived up to his words. The food was nothing short of perfect the honey ginger wings were great the kitchen staff did their thing even my salad was fresh and good. I'd definitely recommend and will be returning

Very pricey!!! My fiance and I bill was almost $20g, couldn't understand why it was so pricey, and I forgot to go through the bill thoroughly just to make sure it was everything we ordered. Apart from that the food was good.

It’s really relaxing and u can vibes comfortably, however the hostess was the most happiest to assist . Servers should at least try to match guests energy and be more attentive and friendly. She was awesome tho. The shrimp pasta I had could have been creamier and more flavor added. I’ve eaten better . I had a pregnant female apart of my group which she asked to be assisted with only flats for the wings How ever she received 3 drum stick and 2 flats (the servings was short) we didn’t bother to address. Parking space was comfortable and restrooms are clean. I do recommend but plan to bill your own vibes with ur crew !!!!!! Pure Ultra LOUD!!!!!!

The vibes here make you feel like you in a classic Jamaican club like you see in the movies. Good music, beautiful people. The only thing I didn’t like is how the waiter tried to cheat us on the tab thinking we didn’t know the conversion rate between Jamaican and USD. I already gave him a tip and he tried to cheat me for a larger tip that would have been 60-70% of my order. 88 dollar tab, we paid $100, he tried to claim we owed $60 more. Know your math before visiting if your American. I would have given this place a 5/5 if it wasn’t for that, that’s one waiter. Other than that, this place is worth the visit. P.S. not much dancing going on here, more for music and vibes

Customer Service was great. Thanks to Antonette. There was no crowd on the Monday. We went for the seafood boil. We wanted the 8k bowl and they didnt have any due to no crawfish nor eggs, plus they said they cant substitue for missing items. Which made no sense. Anyways has you can see all we got for our 10k per bowl - not much. Nonetheless, the food was great and the alcohol as well. We still had fun.

First time visiting Jamaica back in July and decided to have a late dinner here. Loved the decor and welcoming staff, it’s a nice spot just smaller than expected. We arrived about a half hour before the scene began to change over to a nightclub which was fine. We got to enjoy the vibes and music while we ate. Food came out quickly and was delicious, very well seasoned! Drinks were also on point. Would recommend.

I had a decent experience. Food was good, but be prepared for the music to be really loud. It’s a club environment generally, so go earlier in the evening if you don’t want to have to fight with how loud the music is. Be also aware that gratuity is included in your final bill. That’s not very common in most food places, as you get the choice/option to tip or not but it’s done here. My group of friends and I had a bad experience with our server not wanting to give 1 of my friends back his change. Since gratuity is already included that was a really trash move by the server trying to hold on to their change. Besides that the food and experience was good.

When we arrived, I didn’t see any security on the outside to instruct us as it relates to parking. We parked and went inside, the music was extremely loud from we stepped in, as we were seated by the hostess we asked if the music could go down a bit (saw her speaking to the dj but the volume didn’t change). We waited roughly about 30mins or more for a server to attend to us, this is after reaching out to the hostess. We were unable to actually have a conversation about our order with the server, we had to type what we wanted on a phone she had due to how loud the music was. We then further sat for approximately about an additional hour before being served the food, and bare in mind my friend and I had to exchange chats on our phone as once more the music was too loud for us to hear each other. Only giving two stars because the food was surprisingly good , a solid 8/10. The customer service is terrible, definitely needs a better team, a more experienced team. Please also bare in mind that the servers also wear only uniform tops with whatever bottom choice they choose, I noticed a server in a skirt with her butt being shown (whilst she’s serving food). The pricing is very good, maybe they can increase their prices to get a better earning to hire more professional staff.

They were still in the process of renovating and didn’t have a smoking section. Response to PUL: yes I understand your policy. Doesn’t mean I have to like it. Cigarettes are not welcome. That’s why you got the 2 stars.

Overall bad experience, my food was cold, when I asked to receive fresh warm food, I was met with an attitude and the staff rolled their eyes at me. Was not impressed. Save your money if you’re a tourist, go elsewhere. Gratuity was also added automatically, staffed lied to me about the gratuity in an attempt to get more tip.

Cute place. Food and drinks are basic and the server was horrible. Gratuity is included so I’m guessing that’s why we were served so poorly. The wait time when no one was even in there was long then when ppl came clearly got longer. The food was OK. Please check your receipt properly and the price because they want to Rob people. Order 4 drink and 2 appetiser, 2 maim course when the bill come 40 smth thousand. They said its the wrong receipt but the stuffs I order was on it along with some different items. I got another receipt never paying attention at the items on it, I pay the price on it then leave. When I about to drive out they come and say its a wrong bill again. Also on the menu cards I saw 900 for one Bob marley and they charge me $3800 for 2. Be careful!!

Bad servers mirrored their stress onto us. Gave an alcoholic beverage when never asked for virgin or non-virgin. Ice tea was ordered not a Long Island . Side dishes ordered were also not received and was attempting to put it on the bill.

Was recommended to go here from my waitress on the resort we were staying at. Let me start with the pros…..the music was great and the ambiance was nice. The cons…….from the time we sat down it took them an hour to give us 2 Pepsis and 2 shots…..then a whole 30 minutes later we were offered cups of ice for our warm beverages. The food took extremely long after that as well. Let me add, during this 2 hour wait, no one checked to see if we needed any additional drinks. Our waiter literally walked past us 100 times without even acknowledging us. So our bill was $77 USD we paid with $100 bill……tell me why the waitress we gave our money too tried not to come back…..and when she did give us change she handed us what was equivalent to $6 USD, she thought she was being slick and getting over on us but luckily our friend informed us….so we sent her back for the rest of our money….which we walked away still short of $10+ no big deal…… even though gratuity was already added on to our bill…..they didn’t deserve any additional money for their horrible service….literally disgusted they got to keep any of it UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GO AND LISTEN TO MUSIC………..do NOT GO HERE……the service sucked, the food was basic…..and they were trying to scam us 3/10 :-) they need more cooks, servers, and bar tenders. Just an overall horrible experience. Maybe they treat the locals better, if you’re traveling from out of town….go somewhere else

My friends and I visited last Friday July 28th ( group of 4) for my friend’s birthday. The vibe of the restaurant was chill and had a nice ambience. ( good for pictures) The lights were dim, and there was a DJ who played a variety of music. However, it was too slow for a bar/restaurant vibe ( think like late 2010 music..lol) As the night progressed it got more crowded in there and seating is limited. The food took entirely too long to be served. We waited 2 hours for our food, which is ridiculous. While we waited for the food, the waiter did not check on us to see if we needed additional drinks. In fact, we had get their attention to ask about our food several times. The food was delicious but NOT worth the two hour wait. Our waiter apologized and gave us a round of drinks on the house. However, I still would not recommend this location due to the extended wait time for the food.

There were adequate parking and the location was easily found with Google Maps. It appeared to be on an apartment building. The seating was very uncomfortable. There were not a lot of other seated customers Most of the customers appeared to have called in orders then pick up. The group of us did not bother to dine so I cannot speak on the food. The drink (lemonade) was good though. We ended up going elsewhere. This was a Saturday Night.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. It took three hours for my friends and me to receive our wings and pasta we ordered at 9:30 p.m. and weren’t served until midnight. Even after we explained that we no longer wanted the meals due to the excessive wait, the only response we received was, “Take it up with the manager.” The manager never apologized and instead kept throwing dirty looks at our table simply because we voiced our frustration. Absolutely disgusted.

We were seated at 8:30 pm and got our starter at 10:30! This is absolutely ridiculous!

I had high expectations of this establishment but left extremely disappointed. The manager was our waitress and it took HOURS to get our complete order. NOTHING about this experience was positive. Everyone in the establishment got served before my table by different waiters. To make matters worse, our entrees were HORRIBLE and even though I sent back my plate, I was told that my sandwich could not be taken off the tab because a bite was taken from it. Like how else am I supposed to know if it’s good if I don’t taste it?! This is not even an exaggeration, I literally pointed out the singular bite indentation ; truly gaslighting at its finest. I was over everything at this point as it was after 12 AM and we wanted to just be done with it all.

I had the worst experience here. Customers service is lacking and I saw the waitress taking shots on the job so I assume this is why they keep screwing up people's order. I had to wait over an hour just to place my order, another hour to receive the drink and 2.5 hours after for my meal. Tables were dirty and they didn't even have the courtesy to check on us while we were waiting for so long. Saddest part is the place wasn't even crowded. My margaritas tasted like coolaid with a splash of tequila and by far the worst I've had in a while and I've had alot. Don't come here if you're hungry cuz this place is just a pretty building.

WORST LOUNGE I'VE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I went here to celebrate my friends birthday with a group of girls. We were seated almost immediately because there was BARELY anyone in the lounge. we had to ask for water and it took literally an hour to get super warm water bottles. THEN it took 2 hours for our food to come out. TWO HOURS. and everyone didn't even receive all their food or drinks, multiple items were missing and never came. when we asked our server how much longer it would be for our food he got mad at us like WE were in the wrong!!!! that man is delusional, sassy and rude. he had every excuse as to why it would even be remotely okay to wait 2 hours for food. he also blamed it on "outside orders" as if the table with 6 people in their actual facility doesn't deserve great/fast service. oh and the food? DISGUSTING!!! how can you mess up a casear salad!? french fries!!???!! visit this place and find out.
