I ordered chicken to go for the first time here and OH MY GOD what a nice and happy lady was the girl at the front counter with the red hair. SUPER nice and gave me to try some wine too? Thats what i call good customer service. Besides: THE CHICKEN WAS BRUTALLY AMAZING, what a flavor! 10/10!

the food here is so affordable and delicious. a little over $15 for a quarter rotisserie chicken combo with rice and beans plus water bottle and tip is fantastic. my meal was filling and the chicken was so juicy and tender. the skin was well-seasoned and the green sauce added a nice kick of spice. definitely check it out if you’re in jamaica.

Ordered take out, all this for 35$ worth it. Enough for 3 people probably, also ordered towards the closing food was still good, lady was nice, order was right. Update 2 hrs later: only half was eaten. I am now in a food coma. The year is 3020 and we all eat space food by amazon prime. Watched 2 movies cause theres that much food

Luv their calamari. Very delicious. I crave it sometimes. I came for the calamari appetizer. We winded up also having a fried seafood platter which included more calamari. Very tasty. Really appreciated the full glass of commentary red wine. Now they only give you 1 or 2 ounces. Good service.

They could do better with the organization. But the main thing is how expensive this restaurant could be, honestly I wouldn't recommend it at all.

They have been in business for years. They keep the menu simple. Can't go wrong with roasted chicken beans and white rice. The plantains are good too. Got a whole chicken and plantan for Easter. Price is great. Half chicken with rice and beans is $16. That's excellent for real home cooked food.

I'm not giving 5 stars because of the smoked rice .and the tomato with the seeds. Everything else was fine

Small place, good for take out. Not the best Peruvian chicken, it was dry and hard. Their green sauce is ok, the beans had no flavor.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience when ordering take out to have the need to write a review this place has terrible service and terrible food the people taking the orders were rude from the beginning and the food was old and spoiled we were served chicken that was so bad we couldn’t eat it when asked for a refund the waitress became rude and defensive before she even spoke to management. Not worth it don’t eat here.

This place is RIDICULOUS. I called in at 4:08pm to make an order for delivery. They said the food would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour passed by and I call to check in on the food, they pick up put me on hold and then hang up. They never gave me the food. They charged my card but no food, no answer. Extremely unprofessional, and huge disappointment. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE.

this place has good peruvian food compared too not much good food going on in this area, I love peruvian food its very flavorful but ive tried better. Unfortunately friday 5/2/2025 i swore would be the last time i set foot in there or place an order with them, SAD to say but seems like Magement is not aware of the HORRIBLE NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE they are providing to the spending Clientele. Manual always has a NASTY order while taking it over the phone. i never got my food delivered at my home as per said from when i called saying i got a text message from delivery guy never got a ring in door or phone, i call back asking for the food. getting nasty over the phone a lady stating the guy manuel and morning shift just left. that its not her problem , if i want the food call the next day or go in person to pick it up MIND YOU this is the second time this happens i was trying to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt by the 1st time it happened but again , there is NO WAY I WOULD EVER GO BACK OR ORDER AGAIN. POOR HORRIBLE SERVICE OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. I ORDER ON PHONE SINCE IN PERSON THE SECOND YOU WALK IN THEY STARE AT YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL UNWELCOME. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS STRESSED ME WASTING MY MONEY. but thankfully i wont have to deal with horrible miserable people not enjoying Hospitality. i would rather go all the way to 88th ave and Sutphin Blvd. where you find Excellent Customer Service and Delicious Colombian Fresh Food, from Breakfast , lunch Dinner and Desserts. at ''NUTRIPAN''. I HOPE THIS GOOGLE REVIEW HELPS MANY PEOPLE LOOKING FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. IN THE JAMAICA QUEENS AREA.
