I work nearby the store and Cliff & Bryan do an amazing job at delivering my order! Even going above and beyond to give me an extra marinara sauce! Cliff is just so nice every time he comes to deliver.

The call center got our order wrong but Brian from the store in Joshua fixed it and used coupons. Order went from $70 to $40 Thanks Brian. Everyone from the manager, Brian and Leon our driver was fast, professional and it was quick, hot and exactly what we ordered. Good job team.

They always deliver on time, the pizza is always hot and in place. The pizza tastes amazing. I've never had problems with anything being under or over cooked. I am always happy with the service and all the drives are exceptionally kind and sweet. They are willing to chat even just for a moment, and leave you smiling before they drive away.

Update: Annnd another 5 stars. Jill made my food perfect and even put extra mushrooms on the side because I always add them. Food was piping hot, delicious and fast. Mars my delivery driver was exceptionally pleasant and bubbly. Great job guys! My favorite Domino's. James is the Pizza DUDE. I asked for no oregano and since the first one had it he remade it and sent Leon to bring me both. Now that's customer service. Above and beyond guys. I appreciate you.

Great pizza but better service ! The girl at the counter explained there specials and was very polite and professional. The man that brought them to the counter saw I was disabled and carried them out to the car. Did I mention the great pizza !!!!! Had to add, just had my first delivery, again pizza was great, website was easy, delivery was fast. Wished I had got the name of the girl who delivered,I live in a large senior community and first she thanked me for my business . Then for the tip and using the online tip option and also for the directions I gave all with a smile. Very polite and professional. Something this store has in common with all the staff I have met. Talk about a model of consistency. It's not often that you get the same quality each time at any restaurant or fast food place, but at this dominos you definitely do. I'm also always impressed on how when you walk in to pick up your pizzas, you see an operation behind the counter that is a well oiled machine. Great job to the leadership and staff there and also thanks for making a stuffed crust that beats out the rest!

Their pizza is okay. The stuffed cheesy bread is my favorite. They are always quick and very pleasant.

Stopped by on my way home and picked up a couple of pizzas. They got my order out in 15 minutes even though I did not preorder them. The pizzas were very good. Many of the crew were not wearing masks which does not seem respectful to their clientele or to each other while many food establishments have been struggling to operate during the covid pandemic.

The food here is great. No complaints at all on the food or the staff. The online ordering can be glitchy at times. But the people at this location are always great!!!

The delivery driver “Billy” is the sweetest man ever, make sure you tip him only your finest wages. He got my order to me quick with plenty of updates and greeted me with a cute little smile despite the murky and gross weather

We ordered online. Used pizza tracker, and it said order was ready. I walked into store to pick up order and was informed that although my pizza was ready, the Jalapeño Bacon Bread was just put on to bake. So my pizza is sitting in a box, waiting for my bread to cook. The guy and gal there went back to the office. I patiently wait for my bread, then see my bread come out of the conveyor belt and sit an additional 7 min getting cold. I finally said something and got them to the front to box my order. I pointed out the insufficient process, and the guy started complaining that it was his second shift to work. I asked for my cold order to be credited, and he looked confused. Supposedly, he keyed in for me to get a free Extravaganza on next order. That is still waiting to be seen. Very unprofessional when no one is paying attention to oven and customers are waiting.

Timely and friendly, however they must not thoroughly read the orders on line. We always order "extra sauce", I'm not sure they fully understand what that means. So make make sure you call and tell them. We ordered 4 pizzas with extra sauce on 3...didn't happen.

You could still see the outline of the cheese strand that was once cold (possibly I don’t know!) my father spent more on the 50% off all pizzas promotion than we would have using a diffet coupon. But you sucker old people into thinking they are really getting half off. Ain’t nobody in their right mind s gonna pay $16+ for a medium pizza with no coupons from dominoes.

Always quick and tasty. However, the guy that took my order on the phone today(doesn’t say his name just server 5191) was SO rude. I order from here all the time through the website but i decided to call today. Big mistake. while i was ordering he would say stuff like “Yeah that’s what I just said.” And other rude stuff. In such a rude tone. He was talking to me like I was stupid. I’m ordering pizzas it is not rocket science. I just wanted to place my order not receive ATTITUDE for NO Reason at all. Made this experience very unpleasant for me.

I am very unhappy with my pizza I picked up today on May 12. I even asked the manager to make it, because the last time I got a pepperoni pizza from here, the kids working put salami instead and it was so loaded with grease, I threw over half of it away. Today I order a pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage. It barely had any cheese on it. Folks. FYI..... pan pizzas are suppose to automatically come with double cheese. It really screwed up my mood on the way to work. I get very frustrated that in so many businesses these days, WE ARE NOT GETTING WHAT WE PAY FOR!! I will have to really think of an alternative place, since Joshua is so small. But doubt I will revisit them.

I usually have a 50.00+ order, it would be a miracle if I EVER got an order correct. To many kids working and no one cares. I usually don't complain anymore because a manger does not ever get back and only says "sorry", can't seem to fix the issue or re-issue order or give some kind of compensation.

I'm being generous with two stars. Tried to order pizza for delivery. Online order said delivery wasn't available. Since when ? Showed up for curbside pick up. Store looks like it's either closing or remodeling inside ? Not very nice. Got order through the opposite window I instructed to be done at. Got home pizza was cold and had the wrong type crust than what I ordered. Yet there's that crazy thing where they want you to add a tip! Less service but wanting tip. Here's your tip. Try to give better service for what we're paying now

28 minutes for a “quality check” is ridiculous. Do you know how many free pizzas I’ve gotten from this location because they just can’t seem to get it together? Ordered pizza at 520 pm. Website said up to 1.35 hrs before delivery. ..thats ok... called after waiting an extra 15 min past that time. Girl was rude on phone and said your orders ready but its gonna be another 45 b4 its delivered...so i get cold food since its ready now. Had to go pick it up. Told girl I wasnt gonna order from here again and all she said was " OK". I do not nor will I ever recommend this place.

So after not having Dominos pizza for way over 20 years because it used to be terrible the one time I'm on the road and don't have to eat a pizza the way my husband likes it I decide you know what have heard good things about the changes they made. So I call and order a Pizza from Katelyn and I wanted a small pepperoni and mushroom and a diet coke. What I got was a pepperoni pizza and a regular coke. I called to complain and the man who took my call told me what his screen said. That is the most annoying thing ever. Especially since the girl that took my order really didn't care what I wanted. Never Again! By the way the crust was way better than the old days. Seriously the staff needs some training. But the service left a bad taste in my mouth.

I didn’t always have issues with this location up until recently. Last time I went there, they got my order completely wrong (I ordered a pepperoni pizza) and now this time they didn’t even make the order until a whole hour later. I came 30 minutes after I ordered on the phone and it wasn’t even made. I had to leave work to come pick it up, so I had to leave and come back. When I got back there was about 8 people standing there waiting. They said they were training. Don’t train anyone on busy days if y’all can’t keep up. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention nobody was compensated for their gas nor time.

Only have it one star because I had to. I had not ordered from here for awhile because my thin and crispy crust had only enough sauce to leave a tint of red on the crust and left the pizza dry. I thought I would try again. I ordered 2 thin and crispy crust double pepperoni and a stuffed cheesy bread. After I placed the order and paid for it online I immediately called the store to explain I did not want extra sauce but that I did want to know the sauce was there. And explained about my last pizza. The girl I spoke with, who later id'd herself as a manager, said she made it and there was adequate sauce on it. Again that was not the case and not even as much cheese as usual. Even with the moisture from double pepperoni it was a dry dry pizza. The "stuffed cheesy bread" was swimming with garlic and I guess butter...no cheese found. I called the store and spoke with the same female as before who was rude and abrasive and said she made the food according to store guidelines. These are my go to items usually and I have had them at other Domino's and they are good when made right. This Domino's food is NOT good.

Ordered a barbecue pizza when it arrived looks like it fell on floor some didn’t even cheese on slice call to the talk to the girl in charge she did not apologize all she said was to bring the pizza back an I’ll make you another so I want back to store an then she didn’t even want to talk too me I had to request to talk to her she gave me her back an said I can call her manager an walk away very disappointed with her service

Pizza sat in QC stage on tracker from 5:45 pm to 6:09 pm. Pizza did not arrive until 6:40 pm. Almost an hour went by between QC stage and actual delivery. Pizza was cold and nowhere near fresh as would be expected being out of the oven for this long. Also ordered a marinara sauce cup that was forgotten. Did not receive full order. First time we’ve ordered from Domino’s in a long time because of issues like this. I’ll take my free insurance pizza because of this issue, but after that we need a good reason to give Domino’s our business again. Better priced and better tasting pizza options are available with better service.

dominoes is always good but it’s a shame that the employees are so rude that it almost affects the quality of the food. came in for an online order and they very loudly laughed at what i had ordered and then laughed when i asked if i could place another order in store. the man who was cutting pizzas very loudly asked if i was sure that i wanted something else and then the rest of the crew laughed with him. what the heck! this service is so unacceptable! i also called back to ask to speak to the manager and he told me that it wasn’t dominoes, and that it was taco bell. it was not taco bell!

Never knocked i have four dogs that would go off if they would have. Went up to find out why they never received it. That's when I found out it was put on the porch. I ordered the 8 piece chicken WINGS, the honey BBQ. Well I got 8 legs NO WINGS!!!! Plus there was 3 “wings” that had zero BBQ SAUCE on them. I should’ve taken a pic so I could’ve posted it. 1 small pizza, 1 medium pizza, 1 8 piece “wings” $56.25 plus tip!!!! We stopped ordering from CiCi’s because they went to crap. So we’re gonna have to find another pizza place.
