During the school year this was a hot spot for breakfast. After not going for a few weeks and pinstriping and getting the nachos it was like a little piece of heaven.

Great food, good portions, they aren't sting like the other locations.

Passing thru town and stopped in for first time in a few years. Food was good and staff was helpful explaining menu differeneces.

Ordered online. Order was on time and great service to boot. Thank you.

Really excellent food, decently priced. I enjoyed that they had chicken options, as well as steak, rather than just ground beef on many menu items. We had friendly and fast service even in their last hour of being open, and even on a holiday. Thank you!!!

They did not get the order right so I called up there about it and he tells me they can swap out the item that was wrong. So i have to spend my gas to go back up there for their mistake. This is the last time I will ever go there. I don't suggest anyone go there with the prices that high and they wont take care of the customer. Update: I called the corporate office and explained it to then, the have fixed the issue and I am happy.

I love Fastaco. It is always satisfying. It is easy to eat meat less here as well! The taco shells have the perfect crunch and the unsweetened tea is my favorite. I always order too much here because it is all so yummy! I will of course eat here again when I come into town for a visit.

This location is usually not terribly busy and the food is DELICIOUS! They are great at getting your order correct and getting it out to you quickly. If you haven't tried it, you definitely should. It can be a little on the expensive side but, it's worth it. Make sure to try the sweet tea! The locations that I have visited, both Burleson and Joshua, have always been a great experience. I only wish they had DoorDash or GrubHub, or some type of delivery service. Then it would be perfect!

Have only been there twice but the food was great and the employees working the drive thru where very polite. Update , I moved to Joshua 4 years ago and would just drive past this place. I am now a regular and can't say enough about the food and the friendly service

Staff is always cordial and quick to serve. Tacos are always delicious, beef enchiladas are delicious too. The "hot" salsa is about the best you can get anywhere.

Best fast tacos around ,they are a little pricey but well worth it.

Thier price increases have almost ruled them out of the "acceptable amount to pay for fast food". It typically cost 1 male adult $18 - $23 including a large drink.

Good food, reliable service. Just make sure employees and facilities are clean which is not always the case. If there are dirty walls and dirty cloths I CAN see, I don't want to think about the area I CAN'T see. Ooof!

As far as fast food TexMex goes this is hard to beat. Great queso us an important metric, but they have a huge menu with wide selection choices. If your looking for quick TexMex, give it a try

Portion size was nice! A definite step above Taco Bell. The nachos were a healthy portion of a platter of chips with nacho cheese sauce and jalapeños which you could add Pico di Gallo or other salsas from the mini salsa bar. The burrito and soft Taco were good as well and seemed bigger that Taco Bell.

Taco was good. A little pricey. Couldn't hardly read the menu it was so distorted with brown look liked spray paint all over it.

Food is ok. I had the green enchiladas and the sauce was kinda this. Super nachos didn't have enough cheese. Order more cheese and chips. $4 got me 7chips and a spoon of chesse. I don't recon I'll be back.

(Thank you to this location. I feel appreciated and heard. It's uncommon to see a quick change when suggested. The new drive-thru signs look great and diving is now open. Next time, I'll post a quick picture when in the area. 😁) Good for a quick bite to eat, especially after a long day and I don't feel like cooking. We usually order the family pack of crunchy tacos 🌮 and a few bean & cheese burritos 🌯. I personally like the salsa and crunchy tacos 😊. My kids say it's better than Taco b... and Rosa's... Funny how they relate Fastaco to the other two above... I agree with them. 😉 Eventhough the drive-thru signs need to be replaced... really spray paint (smh some people) we can still see what to order. And what's up with not being able to dine in? The staff is usually pretty good and quick. For having a youngish crowd, they all seem to be working, having fun, and overall provide a really good service to us. Oh and we love the sayings on the back of the 👕... hilarious 😂.

We stop by here pretty often as we live nearby. They make simple, tasty bean burritos and decent tostadas. They make fresh salsas - I like the spicy green one. My one complaint is that if you ask for "no onions", there's only about a 50% chance that is going to happen.

Heads up if you order in the app for pickup they don't start your order till you arrive. We sat inside till we received the "orders ready" notification, and the worker stated that they would get started on it after we asked about the order. Food was fresh and tasty though.

Albert, open the dine in!!! Also might wanna do some comparison shopping, your prices are out of control 🤔 Might wanna re-teach the the workers how to make things. Your burrito looks like a party size from the Taco Bueno. Word on the street is that people not wanting to go back anymore.

Drive thru only it is pretty good fast food, first time trying the tostada and I was impressed, may need to have a couple more soon

I been to this place serve a times in the last 3 weeks and it's drive-through only you can't go inside to order anything so I drive away

No prices on their website but pretty much double the ones you find online. $6.99 item was $12.99. Food was good but the overprice took away some flavor.

The food is okay, but their prices now, I'm guessing because of COVID beef pricing, is completely unreasonable. Beef burrito $6 and the portion on it isn't comparable. $3.60 for a taco with sour cream, $4 for a taco burger. Taco Casa and Taco Bueno have better prices and portions to match. I won't be going back. With those prices I would assume they've priced themselves right out of the fast food taco market.

Too expensive but great food. Used to be 2 for 1.08 on hard or soft tacos and burritos tostadas and cinnamon sticks now it’s like $3 that’s insane.

I have a friend who really loves this place so we came here and ate with him. Food is ok for fast food, prices are ok, and staff is polite. Nothing bad here but nothing too great either.

Foods usually good here, never a problem with that. But i had settled a corporate dispute with them, manager was really friendly, but they didn't offer me free food. I kinda wanted a full size quesadilla to replace the one i didn't get.

The nachos and queso are way better than taco bueno. chips do not get soggy fast , they are stingy with the queso and asking for extra salsa ...very expensive, but worth the extra 3 to 5 dollars depending on what you get .

When the teenager at the drive thru window has their boxers FULLY exposed and pants way down, you question the food.

Prices too high, and dining room not open. Won't go back till I can sit and enjoy my $50.00 worth of food for 2 adults and 1 child. 🤷‍♂️

Don’t know why your paying dine in restaurant prices. When four people could eat for 20$ and now it’s at least 40$. No thanks They lost a customer.

Restaurant temperature was very cold so it made the food cold before you could eat it. Food was slopped together. They showed no concern that it looked dumped together. Customers had to ask if their food was ready once trays were set on the counter because numbers weren't being called out.

I usually get a breakfast burrito on Friday mornings at the Fastaco in Joshua. I won't be back since I had food poisoning the last time (2 days ago.) I had a bean, potato and sausage burrito with hot sauce and an ice tea. I went at 7:00 am right when they opened, so the food should of been really fresh.

Gone downhill recently. Lobby is not open, went through the drive thru, the employee was rude...kept cutting me off when I was trying to place my order. After each item, she would say "what else?" before I could finish tell her our request. Really unusual for Fastaco!

I've been eating here for over 15 years and have always loved it. Over the last year the prices have changed so much it's ridiculous. Portion sizes have gone down, prices go up and they are constantly getting my order wrong because they are so understaffed. Occasionally my food comes out luke warm and some of the items are just really inconsistent depending on who's working. The employees have always been exceptional and they share my, and other customers, frustration for not reopening the dining area. There are times I cant utilize the drive thru because of the size of my vehicle. It's really frustrating because everything else is open 100% except them. The only thing that's consistent now is the mediocre food and feeling that I didn't get what I paid for. I hope they turn it around....soon.

I give Fastaco 2 stars because honestly, I love their food, as far as fast TexMex goes. I've been eating at Fastaco for decades. But my most recent visit guaranteed I won't go back anytime soon. 3 meals to-go and a kids meal cost $60. I could go eat at a nice sit-down restaurant with my family AND get a margarita for $60. When did the prices skyrocket?! A chicken quesadilla is $17.99?? Nachos with melted cheese and a tablespoon of ground beef is $12??? Even the kids meals are $7! Wow, I'm not sure how they stay in business, but as far as I'm concerned, it's entirely out of budget for me and my family for fast food.

Food is good but prices have gone up significantly on tacos, keeps me from going as much as I used to. For an update (09/20/24) I got the Beef fajita burrito for $10. It was mostly lettuce, very little steak. You can go to LaGringa down the road and get a fully loaded steak burrito for much less. Never again Fastaco!

This business used to be awesome. The one in Joshua took down their menu board so now you have to look at a small menu taped to the top. Which just shows down the process of ordering. The quality of food is not like it used to be and the inside is unappealing. I was very disappointed. Not at all as good as it used to be.

Food once we got it was ok. They should change the name to taco rather than fastaco. And maybe put a sign up "come for breakfast and stay for lunch" since that is about how long it will take you to get your food

The head lady running the place was yelling out louly at her employees in front of customers she needs to take that into the office but the food was great💯

I ordered a large bean and cheese nachos. They gave me a small cup of cheese and a box of chips. I called them and they wanted to charge me for what I originally wanted. Horrible.

This is the most unprofessional food service that I think I have ever been to. The guy taking our order cut me off in mid sentence when I had just started my order. Then once we got to the window he took almost 3 minutes to even acknowledge our presence at the window. Then when he finally came to the window he told us a different amount other than what he had told us before that our total was. He gave us our drinks with soda spilt on the side. It took 10 minutes to get our food and there was NO ONE in line ahead of us. The manager never even checked on her employees to make sure that they were even doing their jobs. On top of that, they guy who took our order was also not in work uniform. Then we didn't get onions in two of our four burritos, and our drinks weren't half ice like we asked for. I will NEVER go back here again.

This place just went from 5 stars to no stars. Management tonight was a joke. He can't control his staff's mouths at all. We ate here at least a couple times a week, but never again. I have never been treated so badly or wanted to put hands on somebody more then I did tonight. I will tell anybody that will listen just how bad it is and not to go there.

Terrible service and management...I ordered 8 bean burritos. 2 beef burritos. Chips and queso. I get my order. Drive 20 minutes home. Unpack the bag only 4 bean burritos. 2 beef burritos and chips and queso. I check the receipt to make sure since I only got 4 I only paid for 4 as well. Nope, paid for 8. Make a call. They say sorry and to come pick up the other 4 burritos. Everything seems good, right? Wrong...My brother drives out there to pick them up. He gets there goes inside and asks for the burritos that weren't in the bag. Two different guys tell him that they packed the bag personally so they won't be giving him anything. What I don't understand is why did they say they'd give us what was missing and have us drive back out to town only to refuse service. Just give me what I paid for...damn

Ok first off when a customer brings their receipt and food back in because the other items we clearly paid for wasnt there, the manager shouldn't give any lip accusing the customer of stealing when we clearly did not. Why would someone go thru the trouble to hide food in their car just to come back in for an extra meal. I was very displeased getting accused of stealing when my boyfriend was polite and all the manager wanted to do was accuse us of stealing. The staff on the other hand was polite but the manager was rude as all get go cuz she didnt want to admit she made a mistake.

I will never eat at this store again 5 o'clock shift change came in. one of the employees, started coughing into his hand into his arm and coughing without covering his mouth walked right by the manager while you was doing this. walked into the back took his coat off walk backup front and started handling food.

I asked for the beef and such on nachos to be put in separate containers for my toddler. They told me it would be almost $1.50 extra. Nachos are $8 already. This was ridiculous and I left. Edit. I told the girl I'm not interested in paying that and I will go elsewhere if this is the case. She laughed at me and said okay.

Ok honestly I love fastaco it's really fast and it is good. With that being said...my husband and I always go...we have learned to stay in the parking lot, check the food and every single time have to go in and get it fixed. It really isn't hard to understand extra beef and nacho cheese, on a taco salad that doesn't come with nacho cheese you cant even bullsh** me and say there is extra when its not on it at all. Its really annoying and im getting to the point that I'm willing to give it up cuz it's just so ridiculous! We have talked to management obviously for no reason since nothing changes from time to time. If I'm paying extra for it, I want it!

The drive thru has gotten my order wrong again... Then when I bring it back they want to charge me to get it right... again... The GM needs to get this store straight. Still didn’t leave with it right... I’m done...

Update: 3 years later and I decided to give them another try and nothing has changed. $15 for a taco salad, which wasn't supposed to be a taco salad but apparently they just give you whatever they want. Original: The food and portions get smaller while the prices get higher. And that started before coronavirus was a thing. Fast food that is not worth what they charge.

I understand the price hike (although a little high for this area), but for the qaulity and qaunity, it is absolutely ridiculous. I have noticed the qaulity of food has gone down. Servers are nice enough, although noticed a difference between large orders and small ones. Taco bell has the same qaulity and is cheaper. I love this store but wake up to those around you.

I usually love this place. When I ask for extra sauce they hook it up in a mini bowl. This is the 3rd time I've been there with this new guy working that I've asked for extra sauce and ask again when he hands me my food. His response is " yes ", knowing he is straight lying. So disappointing. He needs another position. Drive thru is not for him.

Haven't been here in a minute. Thought give another try. Food is alright but speed ,accuracy of what you order vs what you get. Is not good. Extremely slow, prices too high. Staff seemed disorganized. Back to DQ for my tacos....

The menu is almost burn out. Can't hardly see items or price. The 15.00 dollars for 6 tacos that my daughter could finish herself. Poo on top of that they asked which sauce we wanted I asked for green and red we got 2 green 4 6 tacos and 8 burritos whopping total of 58.00 dollars. BULLSh$(+

I called in a big order for my husband to pick-up. He was coming to get it after leaving Kroger in Burleson so he had some traffic. When he got there they told him the order was cancelled because he took too long. My husband is 71yrs old and this is NOT the 1st time he's been given a hard time. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!

If your planning on eating here, do not waste your time or money!! This place is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever seen!! The employees they hire don't have any customer service skills whatsoever and are very rude!!! You don't have to kiss anyone's ass just be polite!! But literally don't have s lick of sense maybe that's why they can't be taught to be polite to customers.. if you order food they will probably get something wrong, and if you go back and tell them, they think your lying.. trust me spend your money at any place other than there, Taco Bell is right down the street and they actually care if they make a mistake.

I love fast taco when we come to town. We got burritos, the tortilla could wrap around it twice. There was hardly any food in it for the same price. Then, we ordered 5 burritos & 6 tacos, and only got 3 hot sauce packets. Not sure who is running that place, but lost our buisness.

For the price I paid, I expected a decent meal, but they completely skimped on my burritos and tacos. There was barely any filling—just a sad, empty tortilla with a sprinkle of ingredients. If I wanted to pay premium prices for air with that 4% up charge to use a card, I would’ve stayed home. Definitely not worth it. Burleson is better.

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat since I was a kid. Went through the drive through today and they have a sign up that says if you pay with card they're gonna add 4% on top of tax to your order!? On top of that I was the first in line with nobody in the lobby and nobody waiting at the window and was told to wait, say there for a few minutes and finally was just like screw it I'll go somewhere else. Freaking sucks because I love their food.

I felt this place was ridiculously expensive . Ordered 2 classic nachos paid $27. The nachos were missing the meat had very few beans. The portion was just enough to be considered a light snack. Called the manager to complain. He was sounded like he was stoned out of his mind. I think we will remove this place as a place to eat. I would be happy to pay that kind of money if the food was great but it is okay at best. Torchy’s is less expensive and food is excellent.

$16 bucks for three tacos and a drink? If I wanna spend that much I'll just go to a dine-in restaurant. Wouldn't be so bad if the food portions were larger or of better quality. But the pricing is high for a fast food place.

Back door to restaurant was wide open after dark.rats bugs and other things could get inside.employees go outside to smoke then go back in to work without washing hands.
