All the employees were very nice. Big shout out to Teonna we had heard it’s her first day and for it to be her first day she’s doing an AMAZING job at everything.

We went through the drive thru. The food is a bit more pricey than most fast food places that we go to, but it is always very good.
This was our first time at this location. OMG It was the Best. Very Friendly staff , quick service , and EXCELLENT Food we tried Cleburne and Burleson NOT GOOD BUT this Location WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A GREAT DINNER 💜💜🤗🤗
Open and awesome!!! Very friendly service!!!! Running on a limited menu right now, but they have orange chicken, Beijing beef, string bean chicken, and grilled chicken teriyaki and a few others.
I went there this afternoon and Rose was exceptional! She was so kind and very knowledgeable! I had a 2 complicated orders and she was so patient and kind! She needs a raise!

Pulled in one night on my way home, I drive a truck with 40' trailer so cant always get in some places. I was able to get in and park here. Walked up to the door only to find out the inside dining was closed (stupid Covid) but a nice young lady came to the door and told me that she would take my order and bring to out to me even though I was parked far away from the store. Order was spot on and service was spectacular. Need more restaurants with this type of service and attitude.
They are always good to us, and their food is on point. My family and I really enjoy this Panda Express it's the only one we go to.
I've only ever experienced excellent customer service from this location. I've only been through the drive-thru at dinner time though, so I cant speak for lunch time complaints. In addition, they are the only location I've found in a couple of years that will still make the Sweetfire Chicken entree that was cut from their regular menu. I will say that I've had to wait each time by pulling around and parking out front, but the wait is never more than 10 minutes or so, the food is hot and fresh, and the employees that bring it out are always friendly. In a world with labor shortages everywhere and supply chain issues all around, this location gives me more than enough to appreciate.
Narda and Maria are awesome and they are the reason my family and I love coming to this location. They great you and serve you like family. Thank you for always being awesome.

My grandson and I stopped in to grab dinner! Maria took care of us and she was absolutely amazing! She was served us with such joy! I can not say enough positive things about her! You are so lucky to have her as an employee for your company!!
I have been coming to this location since it first opened. Maria and Narda always greet me with a smile. This facility is always clean and the food is always the best. I love the fact that Joshua got a new restaurant that survived and kept its fundamentals of success from day 1. Keep up the great work!
Does panda even get bad reviews ? I’ve been to several over the years and they all Have great food , service and helpful employees. Even the one at Winstar doesn’t suck. lol. This one was exception. I’m a panda fan for life .
Fresh and hot food with good service. Manager on duty was Jinn and she certainly runs the operation well. I didn't make it in time the night before to pickup my online order. The restaurant closed but Jinn didn't give me any trouble about the situation. Great service is appreciated, thanks!
I have plenty of other locations near Alvarado. But this location is our favorite go to. Always good portions. The ladies are always polite. Food is always fresh. Now I use the app. And I'm in and out in minutes.

First place I passed when I started getting hungry. The service was good and the food was worth the money. But I should have followed the directions on the soy sauce packet - got a little messy
4 stars bcus I like their food.. 😋 but a Chinese guy is so rude! 5 mins till open & I was told over the speaker I could wait there.. & then he arrives to work & tells me they open in 5mins to move out of the drive thru 🙄 like what could happened if I waited 5 mins.
I miss the cups of sauce. They give u two packets w/ meal. That don't match up to two of the cups. Some of us like Xtra sauce....
The food was good, I was super super bummed out to find out they no longer have my favorite fountain flavored tea any more...and now have Cole zero....BRING BACK THE TEAAAAAAAA
Standard Panda Express. Not a great example of Asian food, but it's still pretty good.
Pretty quick taking our order at the drive thru, and even offered offered suggestion to save money when ordering rice as a side to one of our plates instead of ordering it as a stand alone. Food came quicker than I thought it would, Considering the size of our order, and was delicious.
I've only been there once but the service and the young lady who took my order was friendly and courteous. I'm on my way again if I get the same service I will write again. Oh, by the way, the food was great. "One thing, I can't seem to find the menu on your app.
Loved the flavor of the food. Had to wait on Kung pow to be made. Went straight home, 4 miles and the Kung pow was cold. Either rushed cooking or got sidetrack as I waited 15 minutes. Then we had egg rolls with the order, no sauce in the bag. I think they can do better.
This Panda has been getting better in recent weeks, compared to where they were when they first opened. I have had a couple times where I had to wait for a few minutes for what I wanted to finish cooking. Not that I am complaining I prefer it fresh over the barely warm last in the pan teriyaki chicken that I did get today. In all my visits it would seem the orange chicken is most consistently fresh and hot.
It's always a pleasure to eat there. They are all friends. Especially María and Narda. Panda Express is lucky to have them there. Keep up the good work.

The food is always just ok..the noodles were really dry. The meats were okay
We were getting it inside and we were getting chow mein but when we saw the lady putting it in she was mostly putting in only vegetables and very little of the actual noodle, and when we asked if their gonna make more they said they closed the area already but if we wanted to wait we could. So out of everything it was great but there was also this woman that was being very like bossy to a worker, either the worker was new or she was being demanding just to be it.

Seeing a sharp decline in food quality over the last few months. They have been packing the chow mein with more onions and less and less noodles, today I was able to smell the onions before even opening the container. The rest of my food was permeated with onion smell and taste. It's unfortunate because this was a family treat for us to go here. Now we will think twice.

Drive thru definitely takes priority. This location has gotten better since they reopened after the fire. I work close to this location and I don't think I've come in during lunch but maybe once, and that was my last visit, when there weren't multiple items empty with a wait time of 10 minutes or more to be refilled.

Took a long time to get any acknowledgement once I placed my order and got to the Drive-Thru window. Patrons inside the restaurant were helped first. 😡
The food looked like it had been on the serving line for too long and it made me uneasy that they kept putting a temperature checker into the food like they were having an issue with keeping (what food was on the line) everything warm. Not sure but it made me very uneasy. There was actually a family that walked in took a look at the serving line and turned around and walked bavk out to go some place different. The staff were all very accomidating but the food was not as good as ive had at other pandas.

Pulled up and waited. No one there, school bus pulls up to the front so I ask the drive thru if I can order before all the kids eat the food. They tell me one minute. I try every few minutes for the next 10 sitting alone in their drive thru. No one around. When they come back on they tell me there is a 15 minute wait for nearly every item because of all the people that just came in. The lady and guy I was talking with were so rude. I’m running solo with the kids tonight while my wife works. I ended up defeated and just left. Ended up at McDonald’s. Love Panda but this is several times I have tried to eat here and always something. Going to Burleson panda going forward or just somewhere else. No one is ever here because of the service. Hope they can figure out how to get it together soon or they will be out of business right off the bat and it will be the customer service that was a direct result. Wish you the best but I’m done.
You can throw the pan of chow mein in the trash..whoever made it didn't know what they were doing..I went to drive thru and ordered 2 bigger plates tonight around 6....usually good food but tonight the chow mein was horrible
Went through the drive thru ordered being beef bowl and sweet heat chicken bowl got home and they gave me broccoli and beef instead. I had to drive all the way back and get my correct order while my wife was at the house eating her meal that was actually made right. I need something to make for the time I missed eating with my wife and gas.
Pulled up to drive up to order and Asian guy taking order was rude and quick to make excuses. Was asked to wait 10 minutes for each order as he wanted to have it fresh! Really??? Why should I wait 20-30 minutes to receive my lunch that I was ordering at 11:45?? I said that’s bad business and he stated “ok,have a good day”

Last time at Panda Express; ordered the broccoli and beef and got broccoli…. Ordered teriyaki chicken and got chicken without teriyaki sauce… was told that teriyaki sauce had to be ordered separately and that most customers order teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce….all the manager wanted to do was argue, what a joke. If you want good Chinese go to RICE HOUSE EXPRESS!!!

How does Taste of Asia run out of 5 different types of main foods at once during a rush? Teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, beef and broccoli and several other items were empty. When asked how long it would be, the rude woman at the front gave us a half hearted response telling us the chef is working on one then will start another. Why can only one be done at a time? Usually they are bringing bowl fulls to refill. Highly disappointed in the lack of food and the lack of customer service. We left and she smiled as we walked out. Pathetic.
I give no stars for this review today, Monday at 515 pm I went to Panda Express because I felt like having a good already cooked meal after a long day, and expecting for a good ordered combo meal, I had expected white rice to be already cooked before I pulled up to your “Fast Food Restaurant “ , and got told there was no rice to be sold and that it won’t be getting cooked or didn’t get cooked because the lack of your employees didn’t want to take there time out of there day to put rice in a steamer with water because the lack of time it would take out of there day with 45 min span of me pulling up at 515 pm exact and not get what I want. Really disappointed because this has been a known issue many times before and I just think y’all are really lacking in the area of determination for y’all’s business to keep going. You lost a 50$ purchase over some white rice that is essential, and lost a good customer.

Tonight will be the last night me and my family go here.
8:50pm They close at 10, I was told the didn’t have beef and broccoli because they quit cooking for the night.. Yall don’t close for over a hour. So that is wrong.
