Stopped in for lunch and tried the tender meal, fresh hot chicken tenders served with fries, their signature sauce, and a slice of toast. It reminded me a lot of Raising Cane's without being Cane's and it was pretty good. The chicken was fresh and tasty, but the fries really steal the show so addicting and hard to stop eating. Glad I gave it a try and I'll definitely be back again.

Today Saturday the hubby and I Walked in for our very 1st time and the greeting and service was Fantastic. The cashier recommended a few items on the menu being our first time here from Belton. We wanted to try something new and I will say the Chicken Brioche sandwich was Spectacularly delicious. We tried and sprinkled Flaming Hot Cheetos on our sandwich and that was the cherry on the top. And the Oreo shake was delicious. Thank you for the device and clean tables. Will be back.

Had a nice meal after doing an escape room with friends For about $22.00, I ordered the Nash Mac and the Potato Waffle Fries S'Mores. The food was very delicious. The spice had a nice kick to it. Macaroni and sauces were creamy and tangy. The fries and chicken were really crispy and fresh. Smores sweet potato fries was also delicious. Sweet and chunky with creamy marshmallow and chocolate. Portions were very good. Environment was clean. Customer service was very friendly. Overall, would recommend this place!

This place has the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. Super flavorful, and extremely juicy. I enjoyed every single bite, and if you like spicy good then you will love this place! Their fries are also super crispy with a nice seasoning on them. Even as i was finishing my very last fry I ate, it was still crispy and perfect!

As a professional food critic, I must say I’m a tad disappointed. I usually find something to complain about and be critical of. Not today though. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. Admittedly my food took 15 minutes but they had a bunch of orders coming in for pickup and delivery only 30 minutes after opening. So, if anything, 15 minutes was great timing with the number of orders coming in. Therefore, as a food critic, I am a bit disappointed. But as a hungry customer, I must say I’m absolutely thrilled and can definitely recommend Urban Bird Hot Chicken. The food here was absolutely exceptional. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and it was exquisite. The mac and cheese combined with the sauces, the chicken, and the fries made for a delectable delight to start the lunch rush. If I were to rate this place overall with all things considered, I would rate it with 4.9 stars. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because of the timing it took to get my food. Again, they had a bunch of orders coming in and still everything else was fantastic. But at the end of the day, when it comes to food, I like to get mine quickly.

The thing is… this was the best food I have ever had in my entire life. We ordered the chicken tenders, urban fries and street corn. The combination of the mac & cheese with the crispy fries, medium sauce and perfectly seasoned chicken made for a delightful dinner! If someone was to ask me right now what I want my last meal to be… I would pick the Urban Fries and leave this world happy. To say this is my new favorite place to eat is an understatement. I don’t care if this restaurant is miles out of your way… make the drive… you won’t be disappointed.

Nice place to eat chicken with flavor. We ordered the Tender Sando and Urban fries, and all was SO good. Prices are acceptable. The place is clean and staff is very attentive. Fries were spicy! but very tasty. Service was fast which I love since I am always on the run. I will definitely come back for more hot stuff.

Foodgasm alert - Fried chicken with Nashville Hot! The chicken was well cooked and tender and the sauce was amazing. I liked their Sando with the bird sauce, fried chicken and Kale slaw. Tried Urban Bird last night, it was delicious. The Urban Fries are a must try, they are the ultimate comfort food you have been craving. The chicken is juicy and seasoned to perfection. Hearty portions for decent prices. I would however, like to see them implement a kids menu since the portions are big and proved to be too much for my littles. Clean and comfortable ambiance with a variety of refillable drinks to choose from. Will definitely be going back.

Food is great but some of the policies are weird. Like, why do I have to pay extra to actually get BBQ sauce on a tender marketed as a BBQ tender? I’m sure you’re making a great profit margin charging 65 cents on a tiny cup of sauce, but I held up the entire line today to order just a tiny cup of sauce, because you apparently can’t order that online. It just makes the business seem unpolished.

Perfect place to have some delicious chicken. The chicken is so moist and well seasoned. The fries are nicely seasoned as well and crunchy. They have multiple selection of sauces from sweet to extremely spicy. It’s not the cheapest place but for the quality you get it’s perfect. I got the tenders Sando and urban fries. Both great choices. They have your usual soft drinks and several choices of lemonade. I would highly recommend to try this place out at least once.

First experience and I'd say the food is probably 4 out of 5 and service 2 out of 5. The food took over 30 mins once we finally got to order. There was only 1 person in line but I guess the only cashier was also taking phone orders. Lots of folks in back that should've helped to clear the line including the one standing in the food prep area chowing down on Texas toast. 3x we had to ask to have the coke zero to be replaced (also no diet coke) and the lemonades we're all empty. I had the hottest spice fire in the hole and it wasn't that hot so not sure if they didn't give me right one or it truly isn't that spicy. The flavor and sauces onit as well as the bun we're good though. The sweet potato waffle fries were good. So with the slow and not so friendly service along with drink issues, likely won't go back.
