Best fresh homemade tortillas. Corn and flour are so good. They also sell “guisos” or made meals as well as barbacoa and carnitas. Good stuff.

The barbacoa was EXCELLENT. Not greasy or too fatty. Fresh Agua frescas too. Don't forget to buy extra salsa as you only get 2 small packs for every pound

I LOVE everything about this place EXCEPT their HVAC has been out for weeks and it’s over 100° in there! How are those poor employees not dying of heat stroke???? This is summer in the Houston area! People die from overheating! Get it fixed ASAP!

Nov 2023 - Stopped for a quick breakfast. Three Huevo con Chorizo Harina (an all-time favorite 😍 of mine) What's not to like 😉 fresh made flour tortilla, fluffy eggs with Chorizo adding a bit if their Rojo "salsa" and green sauce just added to the enjoyment of the meal. The food was 👍 good. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was best you'd expect from their little setup really for grab & go. There are a couple of tables that probably go outside for late like lunch. But all said, I'd go back for those 🌮 tacos again. And one day if I'm in the area for lunch or 🍽 dinner, I'd give them a look 👀 and try the menu. 😋 I saw rotisserie chicken 🐔 in the oven.

Tortillas are ok, made on the spot. The barbacoa tacos taste better than the carnitas. Price is reasonable.

cane here twice already. first time I had good service which made me wanted to go back again bit for some reason second time felt rush and ungrateful. really like their food especially fresh hot tortillas but thinking back I can find same hot fresh tortillas elsewhere for cheaper as well

I was pleasantly surprised by Tortilleria La Real! Their service was outstanding and they walked us through everything they offered. You cannot sit and eat, most is to go, although there are a handful of tables outside. You can get any meat by the lb., as a plate, or in a taco. (No refried beans if that's your thing, only charro.) We found the rotisserie chicken a bit dry but the barbacoa was amazing! The tortillas are made in-house and alone worth the trip. If you like spice, both of their salsas pack a punch!

You cannot sit and eat, most is to go, although there are a handful of tables outside. You can get any meat by the lb., as a plate, or in a taco. (No refried beans if that's your thing, only charro.) The tortillas were fresh, the lady at the front acted like it was a hassle that I was there ordering. She had a whole attitude when I asked what salsas she was so rude.

I ordered on Uber eats a half pound of barbacoa and a half pound of carnitas with an order of flour tortillas with rice and beans. Unfortunately the uber didn’t check and my tortillas weren’t in my order. When called the customer service received wasn’t the best so we ended up having to drive 30 minutes just because of the forgotten tortillas. Food was just ok missing flavor for sure.

The rice was dry, the carnitas were extremely fat and almost had no flavor, the salsa was super watery, sad. The only good thing was the barbacoa and the tortillas. I spent around $45 + on all these food and I’m not expecting anything other than good Mexican food. But nope, what a shame..

I went today and the girl at the register is the second time she makes a mistake. She charged me extra for flour tortillas because I don’t eat corn tortillas and didn’t even put them in the bag!! Of course I noticed when I was already at home and was not going to drive back 20 min.

If you were, dont say u You didn't have tortillas. You just told me to wait to get my order and pointed to the side where everyone else was waiting.
