The service is outstanding! The people who are complaining about the wait time are obviously impatient and don't understand that the goal of this location is to make it to your liking. Perfect! As a nurse manager, I know exceptional employees. Jazz is just that! An exceptional employee. It would behoove you to promote her. She should be conducting customer service trainings throughout the company.

Came into the store and had two stars and Yelp I came anyway I met Jazzz and Tori. They are wonderful women new management. They came to turn the store around. I’ll tell you what it’s pristine clean and it’s a great body machine to keep you lean I would come here over and over again. The ladies are very nice and very helpful.

It is really sad, good service is so hard to find. I just had to wait more than 10 mins for a 20 oz smoothie and a protein box. They forgot to add the peanut butter for the 4th time in 2 months, so I waited and the clerk came back to the window with my smoothie and not my proteiin box. Then another clerk came to the window with a 32 oz for the car behind me. I waited another minute and then someone came with the box. The smoothie was so loose and watery, it was disgusting. If I pull up and Jasmine is not there, I am pulling off. She is a beast with it and should train the others. PERIOD!! This happened around 8:30 am 10/3/2025.

First time coming here and last time coming here. After reading the reviews, I was amazed at how similar my experience was to some of the other customers. It just comes down to poor customer service and terrible management. There is a sign at the register that says $3.99 loaded toast with ANY smoothie. The key word is ANY. It is capitalized and in bold letters. My daughter even said out loud, “Dad, it’s only $3.99. Can I try it?” I said sure and ordered along with a 32oz smoothie. Looking at the receipt while waiting, I was charged full price for the toast, which is $5.29. I returned to the register and was told that the discounted price is good only with certain smoothies. Umm…no. It says ANY smoothie, again in big bold letters. Then, another employee said they were out of blueberries. What? How is Smoothie King out of an absolutely core ingredient in most shakes they sell? I asked for a refund on the toast. The shift supervisor, without saying anything to me or apologizing, took my receipt and processed the refund. I explained my disappointment at the ambiguity of their loaded toast pricing policy, and she still did nothing. Employees who are properly trained by management should know how to handle this simple situation. Since the store is wrong by falsely advertising a discounted price on a product, customer service 101 states that I should have been given the discount, or at the very least an apology. And to be out of blueberries? Unacceptable, and also a reflection of management. So, looks like the low rating at this location is well earned.

Poor dedication to service after I saw the way my order was been prepared I decided to leave my order on drive thru it should have more care of how they prepare order nasty

Very poor experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was disrespectful. When we ordered an Immune Builder through the drive-thru, the employee responded over the speaker with a clear “Oh my God,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Despite that, I continued with the order. After paying, we waited over 40 minutes without receiving a single smoothie. About 20 minutes into the wait, they asked if I had a pickup order, even though the order was clearly placed at the drive-thru. Then they asked again what I had ordered, showing a serious lack of organization. Later, they handed me the wrong smoothie and assumed the order was complete, when I had actually ordered two smoothies and still had not received my Immune Builder. When I requested a refund, the staff was once again rude. To make matters worse, the store itself was a mess. It looked unsanitary, the workspace was disorganized, and the employees’ uniforms were dirty, which is very concerning for a place that prepares food and drinks. I do not recommend this location at all. Customer service, cleanliness, and overall organization need serious improvement.

WARNING!!!!! If you don’t have 15 to 25 minutes to kill….. don’t go here, there are slow and don’t care about you or your time. Also while I was waiting they got 3 orders wrong.

The Lady I met there this december 2025 was very unfriendly. She kept squeezing her face like I was disturbing her meanwhile I was only trying to ensure I don’t have a lot of sugar in my protein bowl. It was early hours and I was the only one there so I couldn’t understand where she was rushing too. Tell your staff to be nicer or we take our money to Nekter (THE BEST IN HOUSTON).

Disappointed with the Gladiator smoothie—completely flavorless and not worth the $12 price tag. Tasted like bland protein powder with no real fruit flavor. For such a high price, I expected way better quality and taste. Won’t be ordering this again. Service was also slow, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. Overpriced and underwhelming experience overall.

This location is not great at all, their smoothies are watered down and their bowls are never full like they should. I'm an almost daily consumer and I'll rather drive a couple mints more to the other locations nearby. Gave this place the benefit of the doubt more than 5 times and I was always disappointed. If you think this spot is good you should try the other ones nearby, specially the one on Mason Rd so you could see the difference for yourself. That location never disappoints, they do everything the way it should be.

Waited in line at the drive through for 10 mins and no movement. Came inside to order and asked them if there was an issue they said they were just backed up. Pretty frustrating as I’ve never had this sort of issue at smoothie king before

Arrived at 9:50 PM on Friday (close at 10:00) and was denied service. The door was locked. No attendance on the drive through window. Two ladies were inside and showed no interest. My daughter went down to check if the door is open. I did alert the lady inside that the sign says open, but no response. Poor customer service.
