Was lucky to see a hwy sign for Royal Indian. It's a food truck outside a truck washing facility but don't let that put you off. It has a nice covered eating area and the food is excellent. Everything is made to order so there is a longer wait. The freshness and delicate spicing really come through. Worth the wait! I had some lunch snacks, samosas, aloo tikki and chaat. Really well made. Not greasy at all. Wonderful flavors. I highly recommend. Made me wish I lived in Bakersfield but I'll be back. Very nice owner Gary made me feel very welcome

Delicious Indian food at this food truck. We stopped here for lunch twice and really loved Butter Chicken, Chole Masala, Aloo Gobhi, Jeera Rice and piping hot fresh Rotis. Owners are very friendly and adjusted the food spices based on our preference. Food was worth the wait. I highly recommend this place especially if you are driving to LA or Death Valley

Food and services best over here they treated us like their own child specially the behavior of sukhwinder kaur sukhi aunty she sooo sweet and make delusion parantha and she also gave me two peenia with chaa and she dont take money of it I recommend to all my Punjabi community please visit here and eat food 😃😃😃😃

Excellent dhaba. Very friendly staff. The prices are very affordable, unless you want goat, then you gotta pay a bit more to get goat. Pay to get it, it's the G.O.A.T. Goat. The food is very delicious and filling.

I tired there Paneer veggie wrap for the very first time it was the best wrap i had till now… There food is too delicious… This will be my go to place from now… The guy on billing counter was very humble… & Aunty there cooks really good food.

We stopped for our lunch break today and the overall experience was amazing. For starters the food was really tasty! The flavors were great on the chicken wrap. They include 2 sauces that I had never tried and I loved them both. The service was good as well and even checked in to make sure everything was going alright. There is even a really nice seating area with shade where we decided to eat. Thank you! We will be back to try more things on the menu soon :)

We stopped near a gas station for a refill and found the food truck. The food was excellent. Fresh and delicious. We ordered dal, saag and tandoori roti. Also took a box of pinnis and saag we ate over the next few days. Both the ladies cooking/serving were kind and pleasant to speak to.

This will be my go to spot for Indian cuisine.

i get a makki di roti with saag is it really good i love it thanku so much for the good food but i'm really sorry i think food is lit/bit expensive..!!

Ordered a paneer wrap was sold a chicken wrap daal and chicken curry didn't last 24 hours went bad . Was charged $65 for a daal, chicken curry and 10 rotis and a wrap . Someone please do the math for me and a cup of tea.called back and was told daal is 11 chicken is 13 wrap is 12.50 and rotis where 12 how much was the tea 10 a cup ?

The guy taking our order was rude. The food was ok. But we ordered 2 of the 32oz butter chicken . The guy must of counted how many people were in our party. There were 4 of us. So he literally put 2 pieces of chicken in each container. The rest was just sauce. The flavor was good. But we each literally got 1 piece each. The curry chicken had a few more pieces, I guess maybe because it was dark meat and butter chicken was white meat ,? Either way we will never be going back there

We had placed an order on the phone. When we arrived there, a guy in a turban refused to give us food and lied and started arguing that we haven't placed any order. I suggest trying out other better places in Bakersfield.
