I love love the sweets. My room mate loves the food best. Our problem is if we have to get food to go, our fries and burgers are cold quick, but we are still buying.

We love this place! Just wish Texas had more of them. Kerrville and San Antonio are the only ones in Texas, but if you are in one of those cities and want a great burger or other food check them out. Also, great custard sundaes!

I love this place, the food is always excellent, and the ice cream makes you smile. They have so many flavors and toppings that it takes awhile to try them all. Good ice tea also. The place is busy alot, but still worth the wait. Watched a table of 7 elders enjoy ice cream treats together. Not just for kids.

We love Culver's. We do not have one close to where we live so we got ice cream there three times and had fish and chips once.

My sister came in. I had never eaten at Culver's. But we wanted to try something that we could take home. She just raved about the cod. I got the chicken strips and they were really good so were the fries. Very convenient to where I live and I will be returning.

I actually went through the drive-thru and they really did a good job and taking my order and being patient with me and my family as we changed our minds and asked questions, lol. The young man at the drive-thru was very helpful and did it all with a smile.

Excellent service because we walked in right at closing, couldn't pull our rv through the drive through, and they let us order and carry out. They were short staffed, but we had great service and the food was delicious! We always stop here when we come to Kerrville!!!

This was my first time at Culver's! I saw the great rating and wanted to check it out. Ordered from the drive-thru, so I did not see the dining room, but the covered patio seating area outside looked comfortable. The drive-thru procedure is well-designed, putting a sticker on your rearview mirror and pulling up in a line, in case you have an easy order that comes out before the person in front of you. I ordered the Cod platter, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how excellent the fish was breaded/fried to perfection. The fish was also very thick, flaky and tasted fresh. Fries were delicious and perfectly seasoned. Coleslaw was OK - could have been a bit fresher. Root beer was divine and caffeine free! Will definitely be back for high quality fast food experience. Want to try their frozen custard next time!

Took the family here while on a road trip. The only negative I could find was that it wasn’t immediately by the main interstate going through the town. With that said, it’s worth the 3 miles or so out of the way. The food was fresh and delicious. The malts and milkshakes are amazing too. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Wow! The burgers are the best of this world. Super very well made. Flavor is good, color and texture is good. It's super yummy. My burger was extremely delicious that I could easily test two in one time. I am so happy. Someone recommended this place while we visited this city. It's highly recommended. The food is always so fresh and good here. The staff are almost always kind. They make sure my order is correct and the restaurant is always clean. The manager here is very good at her job and genuinely appreciates her employees. It's always a pleasure to dine in. To-go is always right too.

I order kids meals here all the time and they are ALWAYS FANTASTIC! However, today my burger fell apart. The meat was in three pieces slid right out of the burger. The fries barely had any fries in them and the Wisconsin cheese curd sauce was all coagulated like I’ve been sitting there for a long time. I always give this restaurant a five stars but today they only got a two star out of me.!

Do you like In and Out? How about Whattaburger? Well Culvers is the Midwestern (Wisconsin to be exact) version of this. Cows still mooing. Fresh fried cheese curds. Fresh ingredients. Along with their burgers cooked with butter. Best burger joint chain you could probably find. In fact, after you've had it, you'll be saying, "oh gee golly. You know.. you betcha!"

After being ignored by McDonald's staff, decided to visit Culver's. Been here many times, every time excellent service and friendly staff. Just wanted to try something different, should have just come straight here after all. Looking at the reviews for both places it's obvious this owner cares while the McDonald's one clearly does not. Because of my schedule I don't visit during the day anymore, so i don't know if it's still the original owner but either way, keep it up.

It's such a wonderful place. Great food, quiet atmosphere, and wonderful people. The manager, Selena, is amazing. There was a crunch point, and she did an amazing job encouraging her staff.

The portions were generous for a fast food place, and they had many options for the kids' meals. We especially appreciated being able to order online. I recently had a fantastic experience at Culver's in Kerrville, Texas. The food was delicious, with the burgers cooked to perfection and the fries being crispy and flavorful. The restaurant had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I ate at Culver’s for the first time. I have been missing out on good food! The mushroom Swiss burger was the bomb!!! When we entered the restaurant, all of the staff greeted us! I said ALL! I loved that. The staff explained the menu to me and I appreciated that. This restaurant was so clean and peaceful! There were quite a few people dining in but it was so calm. I enjoyed my lunch. We love Culvers! This is our hometown go-to restaurant. It has a variety of menu options. It always accommodates our large family with the outdoor patio. The food is fresh and service is fast.

Culver's became a quick, fast food favorite. After not having tried it for years, finally sat down and tried a Butter Burger. Fantastic, fast food burger. Fries were done well, too. The shining star for the Kerrville location was the friendly staff--at least at the time of this writing. It is not often I try a fast food joint and then immediately text my wife, "You've got to try this," but with Culver's, I did.

Had a very good experience with a problem with the cold slaw it was very runny and tasted bad! The manager was very nice and apologetic for it ask if we would like another side or an ice cream cone , we took the cone it was great!

I had heard great things about their fried fish. Unfortunately we must remember, believe half of what you hear. It was OK. The onion rings were frozen and were pretty tasteless. But overall this is a pretty decent fast food place.

The only reason I am marking down the service one star is because the guy who was was ringing up our order had a jacket on. So you couldn't really tell if he works there or not. I know he was trying to be funny. But he walks up to the register after we have been waiting a while. And says can I help you oh wait I'm not ready yet takes a step back stays there for about 15 seconds and then says okay now I'm ready. And maybe it's just because I've had a long day at work. But it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. But overall still delicious food

Our very first visit to a Culver's, and we'll definitely go back. It was good. Fries were hot, fresh, with a little crunch to the outside. My burger was slightly larger than the bun, and my wife's chicken sandwich was plenty for her for lunch.

A step above your average fast food. Never frozen meat. And the crinkle cut fries are better. I most of the time get the mushroom swiss burger(s) and add grilled onions. Their custard is good too. Part of what they're famous for. And plenty of options to create your own. Spacious dining room and a covered outside dining area. (Referring to my local Culvers) not sure if they're all designed that way.

This place was really good. I know it's big in the midwest and I thought I'd give it a shot. It stinks that it's not off of i10 but Kerrville is a cute town to drive through. I got the Regular Cheeseburger that was cooked really well. The patty is really thin, so I would recommend getting the double and the meat had a really good seasoning. The crinkle cut fries were also good. The Concrete custard was okay. You pick either chocolate or vanilla and then you can pick toppings. I got the chocolate custard with Oreos and hot fudge. I guess the fudge melted the ice cream because it was a mess when I got it.

I love their burgers and absolutely love their cheese curds. Then if you're looking for a really good cold sweet treat their custard is amazing. The atmosphere is always clean and always well organized. It's a great place to go if you want something that's not fine dining but a great place to take your family.

This restaurant needs a deep clean. We arrived at 9:45 on a Friday night and there was dirty tables and trash on the floor. The ice cream is 6/10 and the girls working behind the counter appeared to be in a rush for us to leave rather than provide a positive experience.

The food is pretty tasty; however, it’s also super salty. Overall, this isn’t a place you would go to if you plan on eating anything remotely healthy. The service is speedy and the staff are very friendly; that being said, the prices need some adjusting, especially in a town like this one. The drive through is placed in a horrible position and it is far too small for a major chain such as this. On a positive note, the parking lot has plenty of spots and it’s usually pretty clean.

My first visit. I liked the slick service; well groomed staff; the fries didn't have the default taste you are used to with other well known brands; the base burger was more than a mouth full and tasty. I didn't like the condition of the restroom.

Culver's has had its uos and downs. Now that Selena is General Manager, things have definitely been on an upward swing. I'm so glad service and quality has gotten better.

Not feeling like a burger? No worries. To our surprise Culver's Strawberry Fields Salad with grilled chicken was crisp, fresh, and the chicken was moist and tasty. I highly recommend... cheers!

Overall, the atmosphere was fine. We dined indoors. The only issue was there was always a cool breeze from the HVAC system blowing on us. We tried a few different seats with no better results. The counter service was excellent, the cashier was very attentive and helpful. We ordered the two-piece walleye dinner which is available during Lent. The food was very good. I think well above the standard of most fast food type businesses. We will go back and possibly just dine outdoors.

I haven’t had Culver’s in a long time and I wanted to give it another try. I got the double butter burger. It was very fresh and had good seasoning on the patties. Fries were crispy but had little salt and no pepper. The reason why this isn’t a 5 star is the customer service is definitely lacking. The two ladies running the register were not friendly at all. The service was too notch! Greeted with a warm welcome, even cracked a few jokes with the staff while I made my order. The food burger was sub par unfortunately. The patties were very thin and kinda crispy on all of our orders. The steamed broccoli was excellent and my wife and granddaughter loved the ice cream.

The last couple times I got a double cheeseburger when ordering single,which taste greasy to me and I hate. They don't charge extra but that isn't the point. It makes me not want to come in. Unfortunately, it finally happened. I never thought I would find myself upset at the customer service from here. All because I didn't mention the full name of the Turtle pecan. I couldn't remember so I mentioned I wanted the turtle one and the condescending tone the girl took with me took me aback. I thought this possibly couldn't be it, so I tried to brush it off. Until I pulled up to get my order and the condescending attitude was in full display. I can't believe that for a second I thought of just throwing the ice cream right back. That's how hostile it felt the attitude. If by me saying turtle confused you, a simple task of asking a coworker who could probably help you understand would have been enough. Or even just saying that you're not entirely sure and if I could elaborate a bit more. Kind of sad because I love coming here for ice cream at least twice a week as a treat and to destress. I know it's probably a one off incident but it was bad enough to lead me to write a review on it.

Good food, so glad one was in the area. I was a little disappointed, however, that my drive thru order took so long. It didn't seem like what we ordered should have taken so long. 3 or 4 cars behind us got their orders while we waited for 2 meals and 2 sides.

Every Culver's I've visited has always been spotless and the food always great...... except for this one. At 5:00 (before the rush) I had trouble finding a clean table and the cod tasted like it was cooked in old oil. It was very disappointing and not up to their standard.

First visit. Ordered medium fries but looks like I received a small. No ketchup or napkins included nor any salt on fries. Fries tasted frozen & roll wasn't fresh. Fish was good. Over cooked pretzel bites with no salt. Disappointed.

My previous experience at this restaurant not withstanding. Today's visit was as the last the people who work here are very accommodating and very nice to their customers, unfortunately I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with bacon, large fries and a peach malted shake. The burger was well over cooked the the bacon well undercooked and very very thin. One highlight to this dinner tonight was the shake which was the best malted shake that I have ever had.

Update 8/25/24 Went in with my family after church today and despite it being busy, service was quick and the food was good. I've been going to this Culver's for years, ever since this location was built. Last night was incredibly disappointing. I took my boyfriend because he had never had Culver's and loves a good burger. We waited 20 minutes for our food and our burgers and fries were cold. The cheese on the burgers didn't even melt. The only thing warm was our cheese curds. The girl who brought our food to the table was rude. She put our tray down, didn't even acknowledge us, had a scowl on her face and didn't respond when we thanked her. I don't know if I'll be back anytime soon.

Got a fish plate. Food was very greasy, portions were small. Not a good value for the money. Seafood restaurant across the street is a better deal. 2 stars only because the manager is nice and remade my plate after the first was not acceptable. Burgers are usually good, however, they are kinda slow putting out orders. This plate was over $10 ???

The food was fine, nothing special, but decent burgers for fast food. The problem was with dessert. I ordered a chocolate concrete with salted caramel and oreos. Not only was the custard all but completely melted when I got it, but after I drank most of it through a straw due to it being custard soup, I found a WINGNUT at the bottom. An actual WINGNUT from something! I am disgusted that I just drank most of my melted custard with a dirty greedy WINGNUT floating around in it! How does a WINGNUT end up in a frozen dessert??!!

Loud and obnoxious teenage children patrons were aggravating and already unpleasant experience. Ice cream powder was not dissolved and blended. Children are ruining the business.

The food here is okay, I personally find the burgers dry, lacking flavor and the restaurant is extremely stingy with the vegetables on the deluxe burgers! (A cross between a Freddy's and a McDonalds cheeseburger and the bad of both.) The cod dinner is overcooked, leaving the fish dry and rubbery. Prices are high for fast food, but this place is charging a premium for the cod dinner, just shy of $20 currently after a big jump in prices! The burger combos are too expensive for the portion sizes! I'll take a Whataburger any day for the same or less money. Out of towners BEWARE. Evidently every Thursday this location is absolutely overrun by teens. My suggestion would be to have them sit outside as they are disrespectful and so loud I didn’t even finish my meal and ended up leaving after driving 35 minutes to eat here. Culver’s is a personal favorite but I understand now why the drive thru was so full because apparently the locals know about the condition on Thursday’s. I understand kids need a place to hangout but I would have liked to enjoy my $50 meal in peace. There were no napkins straws or lids on the bar area. They were playing games with the straws. The employees seemed just as overwhelmed as I was and I just don’t understand why the restaurant is a daycare for teens playing games and screaming. And disrupting other guests. Not a parent in sight!! I am so so disappointed by this experience and will never be back to this location. I highly recommend a manager doing something about this as it is causing them to lose business on a weekly basis.

My boyfriend suggested this spot cuz he loves the cheese curds. But we arrived at 8pm and the blond girl at the cash register said we had to eat outside on the patio because they want to clean the interior tables. This is poor customer service. The patty melt I ordered was a kid size and the meat patty was flatter than a penny. My meal was underwhelming. I won’t come here again. I’ll go to Whataburger instead.

We happen to be passing through and saw this place to eat at. It is not a place we will be stopping at again. The staff was very nice but everything else was lacking. The burgers were dry and didn’t really have much flavor. The chicken sandwich was grilled and you could not really bite it, it was more of a rip apart sandwich. Tables seemed clean enough but there was quite a bit of flies. Oh and just an observation but it is more of an older crowd place, like not really young adults and kiddos….

The smell of rancid oil coming out of the drive thru window is overpowering. I decided not to eat the food because the smell was so pungently repulsive. My mother decided to eat it because she is elderly and cannot smell anything anymore.

Normally I love this place, but the service I had today makes me never want to go there again. Was picking up food for my sister. Checked in and waited 40 minutes. Tried calling twice, and all they said was they couldn’t find the car. I was the only red car in the lot parked next to their front door. During this time no employee ever came outside to look. Granted they were super busy with parking lot full and the lobby was full. I eventually gave up waiting and went their drive thru (wasn’t dressed for public) and got a lecture about how I should’ve just walked in and got the food. At this point the order was placed an hour and 20 minutes before (have time stamps) and the food was gross and the drinks didn’t have ice. Money wasted on a restaurant that is not cheap for service that I have never experienced there.

Ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was literally dripping in grease. The bun was wet, drenched in juices, soggy, and now I'm sick at my stomach. Drain the stuff please before putting it on a bun. 🤢🤮
